Abstract

The contamination test determines the microbiological contamination contained, does not exceed the limit of provisions to be able to determine the quality and safety of raw materials, because high microbiological contamination can endanger health. An example of microbiology is the bacterium Eschericia coli. E-coli is usually found in the feces of living things carried by the flow of water sources until it is absorbed by the soil. If the water source is used as drinking water by the community without going through a processing process and still contains e-coli bacteria. In this modern era, information is easily obtained through online and in the learning process. Learning will be more interesting if the learning media presented are varied. The following research is a development research that aims to determine the feasibility of electronic practicum instruction media. Media development uses a 4D model, with quantitative research data types obtained from scores and qualitative data obtained from suggestions. The results obtained from media experts are 84% Very Worthy, while material experts are 75% with proper criteria. The results obtained indicate that the media is feasible to be developed.

Abstract

The river is a gathering place for water, water quality is greatly influenced by human activities. One of the causes of river water pollution is the presence of domestic waste. This can lead to pollution of water due to microorganisms, s ne of one of her are bacteria Coliform. Coliform bacteria are microorganisms that are usually used as indicators in determining whether a water source is contaminated by pathogens or not. Konto River is a river in East Java originating from the mountains of Argowayang-Anjasmoro Malang. Media is part which can’t be separated from the learning process. In the 2013 curriculum, bacteria material is listed in Basic Competencies (KD) 3.5 and 4.5. Leaflet media for river water quality test that will be developed in this research.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the design and feasibility of STEM-based learning videos with the topic of identifying Escherichia coli bacteria in well water. This type of research is research & development with a 4D development model. but this research focuses on 3 stages, namely define, design, and development. The research subjects were students of the 6th semester of Biology Education Study Program with a total of 7-10 students as respondents. The validation test uses 3 validators who validate the material and media. The data collection instrument used a validation questionnaire and a student response questionnaire. The results of the data obtained indicate that the STEM-based learning video product related to Escherichia coli bacteria in well water is in the "Eligible" category with a percentage of material elements of 72% and media elements of 78%. For student responses, it shows the enthusiasm of students to use this product for learning media with a percentage of 80.5%. This product is expected to be used in learning activities to see the effectiveness of the product on student learning outcomes. This learning video product can be used as a variety of learning resources.

Abstract

The existence of the Covid-19 pandemic condition makes learning in each region different, including limited online and face-to-face learning as well as circulars from the government regarding the simplification of lesson plans into 1 sheet with 3 main components, making it a challenge for a teacher to reconstruct lesson plans globally. by adapting to the current situation. The purpose of this study was to develop Reconstruction RPP based on the Flipped Learning Model of Human Respiratory System Material to determine the feasibility of learning design based on a validation questionnaire of learning design experts and the attractiveness of RPP based on student responses. This study uses the ADDIE development model which has five stages, namely: 1) Analyze 2) Design 3) Develop 4) Implement, and 5) Evaluation. The subjects of this study were 2 experts on learning design validation and 10 students of class XI IPA 1 MAN 10 Jombang. The instrument used is a validation questionnaire of learning design experts and student response questionnaires. Data analysis techniques are quantitative and qualitative. The results showed that the validation of learning design experts obtained an average score of 93.75% with appropriate criteria and the results of the student questionnaire obtained a score of 84% with very interesting criteria. Based on these results, this RPP reconstruction can be applied to the respiratory system material in class XI humans at MAN 10 Jombang and it is hoped that in the future this Inspirational RPP reconstruction can be applied to other materials.
