Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect; 1) the influence of spiritual leadership, organizational culture and work behavior simultaneously on employee performance. 2.) the influence of spiritual leadership, on employee performance. 3.) the influence of organizational culture on employee performance and 4) the influence of work behavior on employee performance. the research method is to use quantitative research. the data used are secondary and primary data. data analysis usingspss software version 20. the sampling technique uses saturated sample amounted to 51 employees at class iib unaaha state prison. the results showed that; 1) spiritual leadership, organizational culture and work behavior simultaneously have a positive and significant impact on employee performance. 2)spiritual leadershippositive and significant effect on employee performance. 3)organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. 4) work behavior has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze strategies to improve achievement motivation and discipline of teachers of SMP Negeri 1 Besulutu Konawe Regency. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collected through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that in an effort to improve achievement motivation and teacher discipline in SMP Negeri 1 Besulutu using strategies: planning, implementation and evaluation. Achievement motivation and teacher discipline are two very important things that must be attached to an educator in an effort to realize educational goals to shape and produce students who excel and discipline.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim to determine the effect of the work environment and work behavior on employee performance at the Konawe Utara District Secretariat Office. The data used in the study were interview data and analyzed using SEM analysis using 109 respondents.The results of the study obtained several conclusions, among others: (1) The work environment and work behavior have a reciprocal influence, meaning that the work environment has an influence on work behavior and work behavior influences the work environment at the Konawe Utara District Secretariat office. (2) The work environment improves employee performance at the Konawe Utara District Secretariat because the work environment has a positive and significant influence. (3) Work behavior cannot affect employee performance at the Konawe Utara District Secretariat because employees have established work behavior with self-control, integrity, trust, professionalism, cooperation and attendance that supports employee performance so that work behavior does not affect performance employee. (4) The results of the description analysis show the work environment, work schedule and employee performance including being assessed by respondents.Keywords: work condition, work behaviour and clerk performance

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to test and explain the influence of transformational leadership on employee performance through the role of interpersonal trust mediation in BAPPEDA Wakatobi Regency. This research approach is a survey with an explanatory research design. Data collection is done on a online basis using instruments in the form of questionnaires through the https://forms.gle/2wevLGgXLtUmm2Qw6 page. The population of this study is all employees in BAPPEDA Wakatobi Regency as many as 32 people. The analysis equipment used in hypothesis testing is Partial Least Square (PLS). The results showed that transformational leadership has a positive and significant influence on interpersonal trust and employee performance. Interpersonal trust has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Finally, the results of the study proved interpersonal trust acts as a partial mediation influence between transformational leadership on employee performance. This means that increased interpersonal trust is significantly influenced by transformational leadership. Furthermore, interpersonal trust has a significant contribution to improving employee performance. Finally, good transformational leadership can also contribute significantly toward improvement of employee performance in BAPPEDA Wakatobi Regency

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine and explain the effect of knowledge management, organizational culture and organizational commitment on employee performance at the Indonesian Television Office (TVRI) Kendari either simultaneously or partially.The approach of this research is survey with explonatory research design. Data was collected using an instrument in the form of a questionnaire. The population of this study were all permanent employees at the TVRI Kendari Office with a sample of 54 people. The analytical tool used for the hypothesis is multiple linear regression analysis.The results showed that the variables of knowledge management, organizational culture and organizational commitment simultaneously and partially had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the TVRI Kendari office. This fact shows that the better knowledge management, organizational culture and organizational commitment will improve employee performance. Respondents perceive that employee performance is good or in other words, employees generally have high quantity and quality, optimal use of time and cost savings, as well as independence and good cooperation.

Abstract

This study aims to explain and examine the effect of the work environment, leadership style, organizational culture on job satisfaction and employee performance, job satisfaction on employee performance, then examine and explain the role of job satisfaction in mediating the influence work environment, leadership style, and organizational culture on employee performance. This research approach is survey with explanatory research design. The data was collected in a cross-sectional manner using an instrument in the form of a questionnaire. The population in this study were all 49 Civil Servants (PNS). The sampling technique is a saturated sample (census) where the entire population is used as the research sample. The data analysis technique to answer the research hypothesis is Partial Least Square (PLS).The results showed that the work environment had a significant effect on job satisfaction, but the work environment had no effect on employee performance, leadership style had a significant effect on job satisfaction and employee performance, organizational culture had a significant effect on job satisfaction and employee performance. Then job satisfaction had a significant effect on employee performance. In addition, the results of this study indicate that job satisfaction acts as a complete mediation the influence of the work environment on employee performance. Then job satisfaction does not mediate (no mediation) the influence of leadership style on employee performance. Furthermore, job satisfaction acts as a partial mediation the influence of organizational culture on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims: 1) to examine the effect of ability on motivation, 2) examine the effect of ability on employee performance, 3) examine the effect of motivation on employee performance, 4) examine the effect of ability on employee performance mediated by work motivation.The object of research is the North Konawe District Education and Culture Office. The study population was all employees in the Department of Education and Culture of North Konawe Regency, amounting to 95 people. Size of sample determination using census / saturation technique means that all populations are used as samples, thus the research sample is 95 people.Data collection methods using a questionnaire, the scale of data measurement using a Likert scale model. The research data were analyzed using path analysis with the help of smartPLS ver 2 software.The results of the study: 1) ability has a positive and significant effect on motivation, 2) ability has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, 3) motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, 4) ability has a positive and significant effect on employee performance mediated by employee motivation. Keywords: ability, work motivation, employee performance

Abstract

The Effect of Leader Member Exchange, Organizational Justice and Organizational Commitment on  Employees Performance of BKPSDM Buton Tengah. Human Resource Management Thesis, at the Master of Management Science Study Program, Halu Oleo University Graduate Program. Supervised by Samdin and Salma SalehThe objectives to be achieved in this study are to: examine and explain the simultaneous effect of Leader Member Exchange, organizational justice and organizational commitment on employees performance of BKPSDM Buton Tengah. Testing and explaining the influence of Leader Member Exchange on the performance of Central Buton BKPSDM employees. Organizational Justice on Employees Performance of Central Buton BKPSDM. And Organizational Commitment on  Employees Performance of Central Buton BKPSDM. The population in this study were all employees of BKPSDM Buton Tengah, all of which were civil servants totaling 52 employees. Measurement of data in this study using a Likert scale. The data analysis technique used in this study is descriptive statistical data analysis and inferential statistics, namely multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS Version 20 software. The result of this study showed that Leader Member Exchange, Organizational Justice and Organizational Commitment simultaneously has positif and significant effect on employee performance. Leader Member Exchange has a significant positive effect on employee performance. This means that increasing Leader Member Exchange has a positive contribution to improving employee performance. Organizational Justice has a positive effect on employee performance. This means that the increase in employee organizational justice has a significant contribution to employee performance. Organizational commitment has a positive but not significant effect on employee performance. This means that good organizational commitment makes a positive contribution to improving employee performance but is not significant or not meaningful

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze empirically the effect of providing benefits, job satisfaction and work motivation on employee performance at the Muna Regency Regional Secretariat. This research is explanatory which intends to explain the position of the variables studied and the relationship and influence between one variable and another variable.The population in this study were all employees at the Muna Regency Regional Secretariat totaling 167 people. Determination of the number of samples in this study using the Slovin formula so that the number of samples was 63 people. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis.The results showed that: (1) Provision of benefits, job satisfaction and work motivation had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Muna Regency Regional Secretariat. For this reason, the first hypothesis in this study was accepted. (2) Provision of benefits has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Muna Regency Regional Secretariat. This can be interpreted that employees who receive the benefits also have high performance. For this reason, the second hypothesis in this study was accepted. (3) Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Muna Regency Regional Secretariat. For this reason, the third hypothesis in this study was accepted. (4) Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Muna Regency Regional Secretariat. For this reason, the fourth hypothesis in this study was accepted. Keywords: provision of allowances, job satisfaction, work motivation and employee performance
