Abstract

This study aims to determine the increase in student motivation through the application of the Self Organized Learning Environment (SOLE) learning model and the use of scratch media in fifth grade students at SD Negeri Selo, Kapanewon Kokap, Kulon Progo.This type of research is classroom action research using the Kemmis and Taggart models up to cycle II. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and observation The learning syntax used is question (question), investigate (investigation), and review (review). The medium used in learning is scratch. As for the results of the research in cycle I, namely, 38% of students had attention, 25% of students achieved aspects of relevance, 13% of students were confident, and 50% of students had satisfaction in learning. In cycle II, it was found that 75% of students had attention, 63% of students achieved aspects of relevance, 63% of students were confident, and 88% of students had satisfaction in learning. So it can be concluded that the application of the SOLE model and the use of scratch media can increase student motivation. Abstract

Curriculum changes occur because the curriculum needs to keep up with the demands and needs of the times to produce good products. Differentiated learning is one solution that can be used to overcome differences in student readiness, interests, and learning profiles. The purpose of this article is to further analyze the Application of Differentiated Learning in the Implementation of the Independent Curriculum in Grade 6 of Pleret Lor State Elementary School. The research design used is qualitative descriptive to analyze the application of the Differentiated learning model. The result of this study is that the application of Differentiated Learning in the Implementation of the Independent Curriculum in Grade 6 of Pleret Lor State Elementary School can be carried out actively and effectively. This is aimed at increasing the enthusiasm for learning and also the concentration of student learning in every differentiated learning. Differentiated Learning in the Implementation of the Independent Curriculum can make learning student-centered. The learning process carried out is also in accordance with the interests, potentials and talents of diverse students.

Abstract

This study aims to describe: (a) Difficulty in learning mathematics for fifth grade students, (b) Factors causing difficulty in learning mathematics for fifth grade students, (c) Efforts by teachers to overcome difficulties in learning mathematics for fifth graders. the average score of mathematics is still below the minimum completeness criteria (KKM). (d) The level of difficulty in learning mathematics experienced by grade V students. The type in this research is a type of qualitative research. Data collection methods used are observation and interview methods. The research results show that: (1) students have difficulty understanding concepts, have difficulty understanding the meaning of questions, and have difficulty solving problems, (2) The factors that cause students to experience difficulties in learning, namely attitudes and interest in learning mathematics are still low (3) The teacher's efforts to overcome the difficulties of learning mathematics by using media or visual aids that are appropriate to the material. It is hoped that teachers can overcome student learning difficulties. So that students' difficulties in learning mathematics are slightly resolved.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menelaah tentang implementasi BUMEDI pada mata pelajaran IPS Kelas V di SDN Kalasan 1, Kapanewon Kalasan, Kabupaten Sleman. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu mendiskripsikan implementasi BUMEDI dalam meningkatkan motivasi dan prestasi belajar siswa. Pendekatan penelitian ini yaitu penelitian Tindakan kelas yang terdiri dari 4 siklus yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi dan refleksi. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, tes, dan dokumentasi, sedangkan analisis data adalah reduksi data yang sudah dikumpulkan diproses, diseleksi, difokuskan, dan disederhanakan.tar dan menggali lebih dalam lagi dengan bantuan media digital. Berdasarkan   analisis   data   hasil   ulangan   harian   pada   Kompetensi   Dasar   tersebut menunjukkan 100% siswa telah mencapai Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimal. Selain itu melalui pembelajaran berbasis BUMEDI, berdasarkan kuisioner yang diisi oleh siswa menunjukkan bahwa  motivasi  belajar  siswa  pada  sejarah  menjadi  meningkat.  Dengan  demikian, implementasi pembelajaran berbasis BUMEDI mampu meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran IPS, baik proses maupun hasil belajar.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the relationship of Tri N (Niteni, Niroake, and Nambahake) in developing students' creativity in SBdP batik jumputan. This research employed descriptive qualitative approach. It describes the implementation of Tri N at SDN 3 Taskombang. The data were collected by applying observation and reviewing documeny. The data were analized by applying Milles and Huberman techniques. It comprises data reduction, data presentation, and verification. The result shows that through the implementation of Tri N, students become more creative and are able to produce innovative works that can be used for daily life.

Abstract

This study aims to improve science learning outcomes through the Quantum Teaching learning model for fifth-grade students at SD Negeri Gedongtengen, Yogyakarta.  This research subject were class fifth grade totaling 26 students. This research is Classroom Action Research with the research model from Kemmis and Taggart, the process of implementing class action includes: the planning, implementation, observation, and reflection stages. The data collection technique used documentation techniques, observation techniques, and test techniques. The instruments used are test questions and observation sheets. The validity of the items was tested with SPSS 25 software, product moment correlation in cycle I obtained 23 valid questions, 7 items failed and while in cycle II, 24 items were valid, 6 items failed. Instrument reliability with SPSS 25 KR-20 software, cycle I item items obtained a reliability coefficient value of 0.876, and cycle II item items obtained a reliability coefficient value of 0.942. The results show that the Quantum model of teaching can improve science learning outcome TANDUR implemented with this steps; growing through by giving apperception, doing through direct experience, labelling through doing some exercises, demonstrate through presenting, repeat frequently through question and answer, and celebrating by giving songs and reward. The results of pre-action research showed that students' learning outcomes in science were low. The average value of the new class reached 61.1, while the percentage of completeness was 15.4%. After learning using the Quantum Teaching model which varied various learning methods in cycle I, the class average score increased to 63.71, while the percentage of completeness increased to 50%. Likewise, after improving Quantum Teaching learning in cycle I, which was accompanied by encouragement from researchers and guidance in groups to actively ask questions, provide feedback, strengthen, and distribute groups evenly in cycle II actions, further improving the science learning outcomes of class VA students. The class average value increased to 83.49, while the percentage of completeness increased to 84.6%.

Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penggunaan media pembelajaran dalam materi kubus. Metode yang digunakan saat ini adalah penilaian langsung melalui penelitian tindakan kelas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa melalui penggunaan media pembelajaran dalam materi kubus, dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa dan pembelajaran menjadi lebih efektif pada pelajaran matematika.

Abstract

This research used aims to description of development process of LKPD Mathematics and to know the quality of LKPD resulting from them of multiplication numbers based on Jathilan art. This research use research and development method (R &D) is using to result a certain product it is developing LKPD. Development model used on this research used development model ADDIE consisting of 5 stages, they are analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The research subject this research are two validators, they are material expert rest validator, design and media expert test validator, and also the target users of this product the students of grade 2 Elementary School. The kind of this data ini this research used form of quality and quantitative data. The instrument is used in this research are questionnaire and study result test. The research result shows: (i) this results producers LKPD based on Jathilan art on valid and practical multiplication material, (ii) the LKPD developed gas a potential effect on student learning outcomes on understanding the concept of multiplication.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the role of the parent’s association in class VI of SDN Bantalwatu, Tepus, Gunungkidul. The method used in this research qualitative method. Data collection techniques with documentation, interviews, and observation. While the data analysis technique used is the data analysis technique of the Miles & Huberman interactive model. The model includes data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Validity test using technique and source triangulation. This resulted of this study indicate that the role of parents of class VI student at the SDN Bantalwatu include (1) participating in the facilities and infrastructure, namely providing educational material assistance. (2) participating in a moral form such as monitoring students in learning at home, contributing ideas, discussing student problems and attending various   activities at school (3) Participate in financial form, namely regular donations or activates that cannot be financed by the school.  The factors that encourage the participation of parents in motivating and the interest of parents to participate in education, there are Forums for participation in the form of association Forums and teacher attitude, while the inhibiting factors are different economic conditions, busy parents.

Abstract

Mathematics is a subject that is still considered a scourge and difficult for students to learn. This is due to the factor of inaccurate mathematics learning methods. This problem prompted the author to conduct research using the Swales method in studying FPB and KPK teaching materials. The author conducted a study that aimed to find out whether the use of the Swale method could improve student achievement at SDN Karangrejek I. The type of research used was action research, in which the researcher tried to apply an action as an effort to correct the problems found. The implementation of this research was carried out through 3 cycles. Cycle 1 was held on September 15 and 19 2022, Cycle 2 took place on September 20 2022, and Cycle 3 was held on September 22 2022. The data collected was in the form of results from observations of learning activities, pre-test and post-test scores. The results of the analysis of the score from the pre-test with the results of cycle 1 showed an increase with intervals of 61-80 obtained 55% from 35% previously, then in cycle 2 with intervals of 81-100 obtained 60%, and at the end of the cycle obtained 70%. While students who achieve KKM by going through 3 cycles are as much as 85% or a number of 17 out of 20 students. These results prove that the Swale method can improve student achievement in FPB and KPK teaching materials at SDN Karangrejek I.
