Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh persepsi, efikasi diri dan lingkungan keluarga terhadap minat menjadi guru pada Mahasiswa Jurusan Pendidikan Administrasi Perkantoran 2015 Universitas Negeri Semarang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa pendidikan administrasi perkantoran 2015 berjumlah 106 orang dan semua dijadikan responden. Metode pengumpulan data dengan kuesioner dan wawancara. Metode analisis data penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda dan deskriptif persentase. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan variabel persepsi, efikasi diri dan lingkungan keluarga berpengaruh terhadap minat menjadi guru sebesar 35%. Variabel dengan pengaruh terbesar adalah lingkungan keluarga dengan pengaruh sebesar 6,5%, sedangkan variabel persepsi sebesar 5,66%, dan efikasi diri sebesar 3,7%.

This study was aims to analyze the influence Leadership, Discipline, and Organization Cultur to Employee Performance both simultaneously or partially. The population of this study was 107 employees in the villages in Sukoharjo Sub-district Sukoharjo regency, Central Java. This research uses proportional random sampling as technique which is calculated using Slovin formula that produces 84 respondents. The data collection method was accomplished by doing also using questionnares, observation, interviews, and documentation. This research uses data analysis method with percentage descriptive analysis and regression analysis. The results showed that (1) there is a significant influence between leadership, discipline, and organization culture on employee performance in the villages in Sukoharjo Sub-district, (2) there is no significant influence between leadership on employee performance in the villages in Sukoharjo Sub-district, (3) there is a significant influence between discipline on employee performance in the villages in Sukoharjo Sub-district, (4) there is a significant influence between organization cultur on employee performance in the villages in Sukoharjo Sub-district.

Public service is an activity or a series of activities in the framework of fulfilling service needs in accordance with statutory regulations for every citizen and resident of goods, service, and or administrative services provided by public service providers. This study aims to determine the simultaneous and partial influence between employee competency, employee discipline, and physical work environment on the service quality of Kendal RegencyÃ¢â‚¬â„¢s Population and Civil Registration Service. The population in this study were service user in the Kendal Regency Population and Civil Registry Service 115 respondents analyzed as samples using the iteration formula. Data collection methods were done by questionnaires, observation, interviews, and documentation. Data were analyzed by multiple regression analysis and percentage descriptive analysis. The result of this study indicate that employee competency, employee discipline, and physical work environment have a positive and significant effect on the service quality. Employee competency have a positive and significant effect on the service quality, employee discipline have a positive and significant effect on the service quality, and physical work environment have a positive and significant effect on the service quality.

There are several factors that can affect student activity during the teaching and learning process. From preliminary observations found that SMK Karanganyar Wikarya does not yet have adequate facilities to support teaching and learning activities. The problem in this study is the level of student activity that is very low. The population in this study were all students of class XI Department of Office Administration Vocational School Wikarya Karanganyar which numbered 40 students. Researchers took a whole sample from the population because of the small population of 40 students. The variables in this study consisted of independent variables namely Parental Attention, Learning Facilities, Teacher Creativity while the dependent variable was Student Activity. Data collection method is done by Questionnaire / Questionnaire. The data analysis method uses regression analysis with SPSS tools. The results showed partially the parent's attention variable (X1) and teacher creativity (X3) did not significantly influence the student activeness variable (Y). while the Learning Facilities (X2) significantly influence the student activity variable (Y). The magnitude of R² variable parents' attention, learning facilities, and teacher creativity did not affect student activity, which was only 14.3% and the rest was influenced by other factors outside this study. Based on the results of research that has been done, the suggestion that can be given is SMK Karanganyar Wikarya should improve facilities to be more adequate.
