Abstract

The purpose of research is to design the best strategy in developing SMEsKendal Bag Industry Center by looking at the internal and external aspects andconsidering the factors of development of SMEs Kendal Bag Industrial Center soit is necessary to design the strategy appropriately, considering the development ofKendal Bags Industry Center is not good because there are still many shortcomings.The object of this research is in Kendal Bag Industry Center, which is the center ofhandicraftsman in Kendal District, which is trained by Truko villagers in small andmedium enterprises (SMEs). Using the Matrix of Strategy Formulation method. Theresults of the strategy formulation matrix produce a strategy by increasing workingcapital to increase capacity, modify the equipment, and provide credit facilities oncredit to consumers.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and describe the leadership of expatriates in Indonesian companies. The sample of this research is articles that have been published by 6 accredited national journals in the years 2010-2020. The sample was obtained as many as 10 articles discussing expatriate leadership. The research method used in this research is qualitative analysis with a literature study approach. Some of the most researched topics are the cross-cultural leadership of expats in companies or agencies. The results of this study indicate that expatriate leadership uses a democratic leadership style. The leader seeks to cooperate with local employees in the decisionmaking process and in the work environment the leader also tries to adapt to new cultures.

Abstract

Laporan Keuangan digunakan sebagai alat untuk mengidentifikasi kinerja keuangan. Dari laporan keuangan kita dapat memperoleh informasi keseluruhan mengenai kondisi keuangan dalam suatu usaha yang dapat digunakan sebagai dasar membuat kebijakan dan keputusan para pengusaha untuk dapat mengembangkan usahanya. Program Kemitraan Masyarakat ini dilakukan di mitra UMKM Berkah Abadi Magelang yang bergerak di bidang kuliner atau makanan ringan. Program ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kendala – kendala atau masalah yang dialami oleh para pelaku UMKM dan memberikan solusi atau cara mengatasi dan memperbaiki kendala atau masalah pada mitra. Kendala atau masalah tersebut belum memiliki sistem laporan keuangan yang memenuhi standar SAK EMKM. Dalam sistem pembukuan yang dilakukan mitra sejauh ini hanya mencatat modal, pencatatan pemasukan dan pengeluaran saja. Hal itu terjadi karena belum adanya pelatihan dan pembinaan kepada mitra terkait pembukuan yang memenuhi standar SAK EMKM. Selanjutnya permasalahan mitra yang kami temui sebagai bahan pelatihan dan pembinaan agar mitra dapat berkembang maju dan mendorong perekonomian masyarakat sekitar dengan mampu mempraktekkan sistem pembukuan yang memenuhi standar SAK EMKM. Pemilihan dasar laporan keuangan yang memenuhi standar SAK EMKM ditujukan untuk entitas mikro kecil dan menengah sesuai dengan Undang-Undang No 20 Tahun 2008 yang mengatur tentang UMKM. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelaksanaan Program Kemitraan Masyarakat ini adalah metode ceramah, tutorial dan diskusi.

Abstract

Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) disuatu daerah mampu berperan dalam pertumbuhan ekonomi penduduk. Dusun Klipoh, Desa Karanganyar, Kabupaten Magelang terdapat UMKM yang memproduksi gerabah dengan mempunyai inovasi dan kreativitas sehingga dapat membuat kerajinan gerabah melalui memunculkan inspirasi baru yang dapat memukau para pembeli dan mampu bersaing dengan beberapa pengrajin gerabah lainnya. Di Dusun ini terdapat banyak pengrajin gerabah sehingga menjadi suatu tempat untuk mengembangkan UMKM kerajinan gerabah dan juga menjadi sebuah wisata edukasi untuk wisatawan asing dan wisatawan lokal. Penelitian memiliki tujuan guna menganalisis pentingnya inovasi dan kreativitas dalam meningkatkan daya saing UMKM gerabah di Dusun Klipoh. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif kualitatif, pengumpulan data dengan dilakukan tanya jawab, pemantauan, dan studi kepustakaan. Dari hasil analisis dapat diketahui bahwa UMKM kerajinan gerabah di Dusun Klipoh berhasil menumbuhkan inovasi dan kreativitas pengrajin, maka dari itu mampu mewujudkan model gerabah yang baru dan dapat meninggikan tingkat persaingan dalam penjualan.

Abstract

Semakin berkembangnya zaman, setiap perusahaan atau organisai dituntut untuk selalu berinovasi dan selalu mengupdate setiap sumber daya manusia (SDM), yaitu dengan cara memberikan program pelatihan dan pengembangan bagi karyawannya. Dengan adanya program pelatihan dan pengembangan diharapakan perusahaan atau organisasi mampu bersaing dengan perusahaan lainnya dalam segala bidang. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar efektivitas yang diperoleh dari adanya program  pelatihan dan pengembangan yang diadakan oleh kantor Bpjs Ketenagakerjasan Pusat serta wajib  diikuti oleh karyawan Bpjs Ketenagakerjaan di setiap cabang yang tersebar di seluruh Indonesia. Bpjs Ketenagakerjaan Cabang Magelang memberikan program pelatihan dan pengembangan bagi karyawannya berupa magang dan kewartaan jurnalistik serta Bpjs Ketenagakerjaan bekerja sama dengan perguruan tinggi yang ada di dalam negeri maupun luar negeri untuk proses peningkatan pelatihan dan pengembangan karyawan. Dalam penelitian ini metode yang digunakan yaitu metode kualitatif dengan jenis pendekatan deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dengan cara studi kepustakaan, observasi dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh yaitu dengan adanya program pelatihan dan pengembangan mampu meningkatkan kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

The community service program carried out in Balesari Village, Windusari District, Magelang Regency,aims to solve mismanagement problems that occur in terms of financial administration, marketing, and human resources. Preliminary observations have been made before, which found that MSMEs in this village still receive minimal guidance in the form of small business management. By knowing the mapping of constraints or problems experienced by MSME actors, it is hoped that they can obtain accurate training materials so that these MSMEs can develop forward and encourage the economy of the surrounding community. The method used is the tutorial and discussion extension method. The material presented is about the basics of management science in business. MSMEs require good knowledge of human resource management, marketing management, and financial management for the progress of their business. MSME owners or managers are expected to have skills in managing their human resources, as well as the ability to manage facilities and infrastructure in their businesses. If MSME managers have good management knowledge, it will make it easier for their business to continue to develop and be adaptive in facing all the demands of changing times. Therefore, this community service is carried out by assisting related partners to develop their business and to be able to compete with other MSMEs. The flow of activities, namely the delivery of material, training, and assistance on the basics of management science. As a result ofthis dedication, the partners who received admitted aid that they had a better understanding of how to design effective and efficient marketing strategies, how to manage finances in a simple manner, and a little understanding of how to design suitablehuman resource needs

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to know labor and communication strategies in increasing theloyalty of wage workers. The results of this study indicate that employment BPJS is doingquite well with marketing communications, and that many loyal companies continue to usethe workforce's social security programs. The writer uses a descriptive method with thequalitative approach of describing, recording, analyzing and explaining the conditions thatare occurring within the company using the data-collection technique of interviews with thecompany's marketing division. The welfare of the worker is a temporal and spiritual meetingof needs both inside and outside work relationships that can improve worker performanceand productivity and thus create a healthy and comfortable working environment. One of theworker's welfare is protecting the worker. Indonesia has a special agency aimed at protectingworkers which is job BPJS. Bank Indonesia the central bank/bi decided to raise itsbenchmark interest rate by 25 basis points to 8.25 percent, he said. In promoting civilityBPJS and labor needs a good marketing communication startegi. Good marketing strategiescan increase customer loyalty to continue using products or programs from labor BPJS.

Abstract

Merdeka Learning Program Merdeka Campus, especially student internships as a step to gain knowledge, experience, know and know the professional world or the real work system of the professional world. The concept of superior HR is superior performance, competitiveness, skill and quality. The Ministry of Education and Culture (Kemendikbud) has intensified eight Merdeka Learning programs, one of which is the Independent Campus Internship, which attracts students to take part. This internship is an off-campus learning activity that involves students, institutions or universities as well as industry. The subjects in this study were students of the Management Study Program, Faculty of Economics, State University No. The variables in this study were the MBKM Internship Program (X) and Superior and Competitive HR (Y). The author uses quantitative methods using descriptive research methods to describe the results of the research carried out. In this study the authors used a questionnaire as a tool to collect data. Then the data obtained were analyzed using the validity test, reliability test, normality test, simple linear regression analysis, t test (partial) and determinant test with the help of IBM SPSS version 25. The results showed that based on the results of the t test (partial) the variable t value was obtained. Excellent and Competitive HR (X) is 4,511 with a significant value of 0.000, which is smaller than 0.05. So it can be concluded that the MBKM Internship Program variable (X) has a significant positive effect on the Superior and Competitive HR variable (Y). Based on the determinant test, it can be seen that the value (Adjusted R Square) is 0.356, so the contribution of the influence of the MBKM Internship Program independent variable (X) on the Superior and Competitive HR variable (Y) in simple linear regression is 35.6% while the remaining 64.4% is influenced by factors others that were not investigated in this study. From the results of the analysis conducted by researchers, it can be concluded that there is an influence of the MBKM Internship Program on the achievement of Superior and Competitive Human Resources.

Abstract

The performance of human resources in a company is directly proportional to the progress of the company. However, the reality is that there are still organizations that have not been able to achieve maximum organizational goals. Because of this, it is necessary to analyze the recruitment and selection process on employee performance. The existence of a good recruitment and selection process is able to support the acquisition of human resources who have good performance and quality. The purpose of this study was to find out how the recruitment and selection process influences the performance of the Wijayakusuma Hospital employees. In conducting the research, the writer uses descriptive-qualitative research with purposive sampling. The results showed that the recruitment process and selection process had an effect on the performance of Wijayakusuma Hospital employees. In conducting the recruitment process, applicants are limited and prioritized for those who are domiciled in Kebumen, this has an unfavorable impact on employee performance. In the selection of interview tests, there is no patent standard and coordination regarding the stages and assessments in the selection so that it can reduce the objectivity of the assessment in the interview test and get less accurate results.

Abstract

Organizational leaders are the determinants of the direction of a change so that to plan and implement organizational change, strong leadership is needed through leadership actions in influencing and directing organizational members to achieve change. This study aims to describe the role of leadership in change management in an organization. The method used is literature review. The results of this study are the importance of the role of leadership in management change. Change needs to be designed, engineered and managed by a strong, visionary, intelligent and developmental leadership.
