Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Return On Assets (ROA), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), Operating Costs of Operating Income (BOPO) and inflation rates on the level of non-performing loans (NPL) in commercial banks. conventional in Indonesia for the 2015-2019 period. This research is an explanatory research that uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The data analysis technique uses panel data regression with a population of 29 conventional commercial banks in Indonesia. The data of this study are secondary data obtained by documentation by the Indonesia Stocks Exchange. The results showed that the variables Return On Assets (ROA), Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), and the inflation rate had no effect on the level of Non Performing Loans (NPL). The variable Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) has a negative effect on Non-Performing Loans (NPL) with a coefficient of 0.034 at a significance level of 0.025 and the variable Operating Costs of Operating Income (BOPO) has a positive effect with a coefficient of 0.042 and a significance level of 0.046.

Abstract

In the modern era of Covid-19 and the ongoing new normal modernization process, the business world is required to be more responsive to all innovations that occur in order to be able to survive, continue to develop, and achieve its goals. Therefore, the company will be able to compete with other businesses if the performance of its employees is competitive. This study aims to identify employee performance factors at PT. XYZ during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. Determination of the subject through the use of deliberately selected sampling. Interview and observation are the two main methods used in the data collection process. The findings show that in terms of leadership style, their leaders encourage them to take the initiative, and their leaders let their employees carry out tasks in a way that employees find most effective. Relations between employees in the workplace are still quite good. For example, if one employee is having a hard time, there are several other employees who care or are willing to help, and that employee is not hindered in his work. This will affect employee performance, and employees will feel more comfortable working if facilities are available. Besides, PT. XYZ shows the company's employees that they are not given any gifts or rewards in the company as part of the work motivation program they participate in.

Abstract

Performance is something that is important for the continuity of the company. Companies are required to be able to identify, manage, and improve business processes. This study aims to assess the performance of PT. BPR X Kebumen with a balanced scorecard approach that is assessed from four perspectives. This study uses a balanced scorecard and analytical hierarcy process for measurement and looking for performance optimization solutions at PT. BPR X Kebumen. Data collection carried out at PT. BPR X Kebumen with in-depth interviews with experts, financial statement data, and observations. The results showed that the financial perspective had the highest weighting results with a value of 0.359. The internal business process perspective has the second highest value with a value of 0.264. The customer perspective ranks third with a value of 0.244, and the last is the growth and learning perspective with a weighting result of 0.133. The results of this study can be used by PT. BPR X Kebumen as a performance optimization strategy at PT. BPR X Kebumen.

Abstract

Human resource management exists in a company to produce employees who are skilled at work because employees are a valuable asset to the company's operations and progress. Human resource (HR) management is required to ensure that all company activities and activities run smoothly and as expected. This study was carried out by distributing questionnaires in order to collect useful data for testing the research hypothesis. Employees of Bandung's People's Credit Bank (BPR) were given questionnaires. The findings of this study demonstrate that all research hypotheses are supported by test results. As dependents, all independent variables have a significant positive effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Teknologi informasi merupakan suatu sistem yang sangat bermanfaat untuk suatu organisasi atau perusahaa. Penggunaan sistem sebagai fasilitas yang diberikan oleh perusahaan dengan tujuan agar lebih efektif dan mempermudah peserta Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat efektivitas kemudahan masyarakat pekerja dalam menggunakan aplikasi BPJSTKU Mobile di BPJS Ketenagakerjaan KC Cilacap. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif, pengukuran menggunakan skala guttman, sample sebanyak 50 orang dengan teknik purposive sampling dan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan observasi. Teknik analisi data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan dekriptif kuantitatif. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah aplikasi BPJSTKU Mobile telah berhasil dalam memberikan kemudahan masyarakat pekerja dan sebagian besar peserta sudah mengeggunakan aplikasi BPJSTKU Mobile untuk mengakses informasi BPJS Ketenagakerjaan KC Cilacap.

Abstract

Semakin berkembangnya zaman, setiap perusahaan atau organisai dituntut untuk selalu berinovasi dan selalu mengupdate setiap sumber daya manusia (SDM), yaitu dengan cara memberikan program pelatihan dan pengembangan bagi karyawannya. Dengan adanya program pelatihan dan pengembangan diharapakan perusahaan atau organisasi mampu bersaing dengan perusahaan lainnya dalam segala bidang. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar efektivitas yang diperoleh dari adanya program  pelatihan dan pengembangan yang diadakan oleh kantor Bpjs Ketenagakerjasan Pusat serta wajib  diikuti oleh karyawan Bpjs Ketenagakerjaan di setiap cabang yang tersebar di seluruh Indonesia. Bpjs Ketenagakerjaan Cabang Magelang memberikan program pelatihan dan pengembangan bagi karyawannya berupa magang dan kewartaan jurnalistik serta Bpjs Ketenagakerjaan bekerja sama dengan perguruan tinggi yang ada di dalam negeri maupun luar negeri untuk proses peningkatan pelatihan dan pengembangan karyawan. Dalam penelitian ini metode yang digunakan yaitu metode kualitatif dengan jenis pendekatan deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dengan cara studi kepustakaan, observasi dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh yaitu dengan adanya program pelatihan dan pengembangan mampu meningkatkan kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

Company value is one of the factors that investors pay attention to in investing because it describes the company's sustainability in the future. In addition, the value of the company is a long-term goal for the company. The value of the company is important to note, including what variables affect it so that the achievement of company value can be maximized. This study aims to provide empirical evidence regarding the role of gender diversity, corporate social responsibility, and capital structure in influencing firm value. The population in this study are all energy sector companies listed on the IDX Industrial Classification of the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2016-2020. Sampling was done by purposive sampling method. The number of research samples consisted of 34 companies with a study period of five years, so that the total observations in this study were 170 observations. This research is a type of quantitative research using secondary data in the form of panel data. The data was obtained by looking at the 2016-2020 financial statements of the energy sector companies included in the research sample. Data analysis was performed using panel data regression analysis. The results show that simultaneously gender diversity, corporate social responsibility, and capital structure have an effect on firm value in energy sector companies for the 2016-2020 period. Partially, gender diversity has not significant effect on firm value. Meanwhile, corporate social responsibility and capital structure has significant effect the value of companies in the energy sector for the period 2016-2020. Nilai perusahaan merupakan salah satu faktor yang diperhatikan oleh investor dalam menanamkan modalnya karena menggambarkan keberlanjutan perusahaan di masa mendatang. Selain itu, nilai perusahaan menjadi tujuan jangka panjang bagi perusahaan. Nilai perusahaan penting untuk diperhatikan, termasuk variabel apa saja yang mempengaruhinya agar pencapaian nilai perusahaan dapat dimaksimalkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan bukti empiris mengenai peran diversitas gender, corporate social responsibility, dan struktur modal dalam memberikan pengaruh kepada nilai perusahaan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh perusahaan sektor energi yang terdaftar di IDX Industrial Classification Bursa Efek Indonesia periode tahun 2016-2020. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan metode purposive sampling. Jumlah sampel penelitian terdiri dari 34 perusahaan dengan periode penelitian selama lima tahun, sehingga total observasi dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 170 observasi. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan data sekunder dalam bentuk data panel. Data diperoleh dengan melihat laporan keuangan tahun 2016-2020 perusahaan sektor energi yang masuk dalam sampel penelitian. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan analisis regresi data panel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan diversitas gender, corporate social responsibility, dan struktur modal berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan pada perusahaan sektor energi periode 2016-2020. Secara parsial diversitas gender tidak berpengaruh siginifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Sedangkan corporate social responsibility dan struktur modal berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan pada perusahaan sektor energi periode 2016-2020.

Abstract

Sumber Daya Manusia adalah faktor penting dalam suatu organisasi dan merupakan kunci dalam menyeleseikan pekerjaan. Dibutuhkan sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas untuk membantu mencapai tujuan organisasi. Pada hakikatnya manusia melakukan pekerjaan dengan melibatkan tenaga dan pikiran yang kapasitasnya terbatas. Stes kerja adalah suatu hal yang mungkin muncul karena adanya tekanan ketika bekerja. Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh stres kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja di masyarakat Kecamatan Ngluwar Kabupaten Magelang. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu kuantitatif. Populasi yang digunakan adalah masyarakat yang tinggal di Kecamatan Ngluwar berstatus bekerja, dengan sampel sebanyak 34 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linear sederhana untuk menguji pengaruh stres kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai korelasi atau hubungan (R) yaitu sebesar 0,572. Hasil output tersebut menunjukkan nilai koefisien determinasi (R Square) sebesar 0,327, hal ini dapat menjelaskan bahwa variabel stres kerja (X) memiliki pengaruh terhadap variabel produktivitas (Y) pada masyarakat Kecamatan Ngluwar Kabupaten Magelang adalah sebesar 32,7%.

Abstract

The problem that arises in the recruitment of freelance workers is the lack of careful recruitment planning, which results in failure to achieve company goals. In addition, it is common to find freelance workers who lack motivation or enthusiasm in carrying out their duties, thus hindering the achievement of the desired goals. The research method used is descriptive research and qualitative research. Collecting data by surveying research objects and direct interviews with several directors of wedding organizers in the city of Magelang. Recruitment and selection strategies for freelance workers in the field of wedding organizer services in Magelang City need to be carried out carefully to obtain a workforce that fits the company's needs. In this discussion, we have identified several strategies that can be implemented, including building networks with related parties, creating clear job descriptions and qualifications, using online recruitment platforms, adopting selection tests and interviews, and verifying references and work experience. Overall, the strategy of recruiting and selecting freelance workers in the field of wedding organizer services in the City of Magelang is very important to ensure companies can obtain a quality workforce that suits their needs. By implementing the strategies that have been discussed, companies can build a team of freelance workers who are reliable, creative and able to provide the best service to clients.

Abstract

Performance as a company benchmark to increase its profitability. This study aims to determine the effect of organizational commitment, organizational culture and job satisfaction on employee performance. This research uses a literature study method with a qualitative approach. The research used secondary data, which totaled 20 journals with a period of 2018-2023. The results of the research show that a measure of employee commitment to the organization and vice versa will create a good organizational atmosphere. Organizational commitment can be viewed from a behavioral perspective, where commitment is characterized by consistent patterns of behavior. The higher an employee's level of organizational commitment to the organization, the more likely they are to demonstrate improved performance. Organizational culture plays a significant role in coordinating job-related matters and minimizing the occurrence of errors within the organization. For employees, a supportive organizational culture can contribute to the achievement of their individual goals, as it serves as an internal mechanism for aligning the company's operations with the employees. Consequently, a positive organizational culture fosters adaptation and enhances employee performance. Job satisfaction also holds considerable influence over various aspects of work, particularly in relation to improving job performance. An increase in job satisfaction tends to be accompanied by improved performance. These three variables namely, organizational commitment, organizational culture, and job satisfaction have been empirically proven to exert a significant impact on employee performance.
