Abstract

Kindergarten is the right place to develop children's motor skills. The age of kindergarten students is the age of play, where students have a high urge to do physical activities that are fun. Therefore there is a need for physical activity that is fun and can improve children's fitness and motor skills. Aerobic Kids Gymnastics is a physical activity that pays attention to aspects of children's body movements and children's biomechanics wrapped in a pleasant atmosphere, so that in Aerobic Kids gymnastic activities, students will feel joy when moving. TK Nusantara University Laboratory PGRI (UNP) Kediri is an educational institution whose ambition is to create superior human resources by developing motor skills from an early age. Therefore, the introduction of aerobic kids gymnastics activities is very suitable for students' motor development and the understanding of kindergarten UNP Lab Kediri teachers. The introduction of Aerobic Kids Gymnastics to Enhance Teacher Understanding and Motor Children's Development in TK Kediri UNP Laboratory is a positive effort to improve teachers' understanding of students' motor development and improve students' motor skills. The results of this activity indicate an increase in teacher understanding of gymnastic movements that are appropriate to students' motor development. Kindergarten UNP Kediri Laboratory Kindergarten teachers understand the movements needed by kindergarten age students to develop motor skills. The Kediri UNP Laboratory Kindergarten teacher also developed a number of movements that were felt to be appropriate to the character of the students and the needs of the students' environment.

Abstract

Sports is one form of activity to improve the physical quality of humans. Many ways to develop physical motor skills of one of them with aerobic exercise. Aerobic Kids Gymnastics is a type of rhythmic gymnastics whose movements are adjusted to the age and development of a Paud child. The movements of dancing, jumping, spinning like mimicking animal movements make pre-school-aged children more eager to follow it. From the characteristics of sports for early childhood, the author tries to package in the form of aerobic kids gymnastics that are fun so that children feel interested to follow and have fun. The assumption that gross motor development will develop automatically with increasing age of the child, is a false assumption. The development of gross motor skills in children needs the assistance of educators in early education institutions, namely in terms of what is helped. Aerobic Kids gymnastics is done directly by doing a demonstration of Aerobic Kids gymnastics in learning sports. The subjects of this study were PAUD Laboratory School students of PGRI Kediri and teachers. The results of this activity showed that there was good enthusiasm from students and teachers in participating in the Aerobic Kids Gymnastics Movement.

Abstract

Each job has specific requirements and set of competencies to carry out it efficiently. Competence is a combination of skills, knowledge, and attitude that can be observed and critically applied to the success of an organization and work performance and employee's personal contribution to the organization. No exception a Penjaskesrek Teacher is required to have more competence in addition to understanding the theory is also able to carry out practice in teaching. The competency test will begin on 29-30 June 2019, at 08.00-16.00 West Indonesia Time, located at SMPN 2 Kuta Utara, Badung Regency. The initial implementation of competency test participants gather while getting briefed before conducting the initial competency test. On the first day in this competency test activity there were 60 Physical Education Teacher participating and on the second day as many as 70 Physical Education Teacher who took advantage of the competency test. Thus the enthusiasm of the Physical Education Teacher in the scope of DISDIKPORA Badung Regency was very good. Based on these results it can be concluded that the participation of the Penjaskesrek Teacher who conducted a competency test in 2019 was quite good for the joint competency test activity of LSP-POR.

Abstract

Gymnastic movements can support students' physical development such as strength and muscular endurance. Aerobic Kids Gymnastics is a type of rhythmic gymnastics whose movements are adjusted to the age and development of elementary school students. The movements of dancing, jumping, spinning like mimicking animal movements make pre-school age students more eager to follow it. Good sports activities for elementary school students have characteristics; (1) giving various experiences of movement (multilateral training); (2) stimulates the development of all five senses; (3) developing imagination (fantasy); and (4) moves to the rhythm (song) or story. From the characteristics of sports for elementary school students, the writer tries to pack in the form of a fun aerobic kids gymnastics so that students feel interested to follow and have fun. Gross motor development is very important for students, especially elementary school students. The development of gross motor skills in students needs the assistance of educators in elementary school educational institutions, namely in terms of what is helped, how to help the right (appropriate), how the types of exercises that are safe for students according to age stages and how physical activity of gross motoric fun the student. SECAR through Aerobic Kids Gymnastics with UN PGRI Kediri Primary School Laboratory School is expected to be able to improve students' gross motor skills and motivate educators to be creative according to students' age in an effort to improve students' gross motor skills. This activity is carried out directly by conducting a demonstration of Aerobic Kids' gymnastics in sports learning. The subjects of this study were 17 students and teachers of the Elementary School Laboratory of PGRI Kediri School. The results of this activity show that there is good enthusiasm from students and teachers in participating in SECAR in the Aerobic Kids Gymnastics Movement.

Abstract

Homecoming activities that occur each approaching Eid certainly make travelers feel exhausted on the way to their hometown. So with that it requires activities that help travelers. In this case we provide a place to rest for travelers and provide free massage for travelers. Massage comes from the French word "masser" which means rubbing or from the Arabic word "mash" which means to press it gently or from the Greek word "massien" which means to massage or wrap. With the provision of massage it is expected that travelers can relax and make the body fit again. Based on the above problems, we need a place of rest for travelers who drive motorized vehicles and volunteers who are able to reduce driver fatigue by giving free massage to the travelers. With this done, it is expected that the smoothness and safety of motorists who make homecoming in 2019 can be maintained until they are in their respective hometowns. The target of this community service activity is travelers in 2019 who pass through Banyuwangi City. The preparatory stages include location survey, after that coordinate with the campus to hold campus room loan licensing as a place of rest and massage place for the homecomers. In addition, we are socializing to the public that there will be a free massage at Campus C, Uniba Banyuwangi. Providing all the facilities of massages, such as mattresses, olive oil and towels. The implementation phase is carried out May 18-19, 2019. The homecomers are recorded by filling in attendance and biodata. Travelers come into the room to rest and are given massage treatment. Based on the results of community service activities that have been carried out, the people who have been going home in 2019 are happy and are greatly helped by the location of free rest and massage. The resting place is very helpful for travelers to see a long time in travel and the long distance traveled by the travelers. For free massage activities also make travelers feel more comfortable and more fit to continue their homecoming journey to their hometown.

Abstract

The purpose of this parameter test is to equip persik trainers with themselves and their staff in order to know the physical condition of the U-20 persik kediri athlete so that the training program can be on target. In addition, the parameter test is also used to evaluate the progress of training towards achievement in each match. This parameter test also has the benefit of setting methods for preparing parameter tests and compiling test guidelines, or SOP so that parameter tests carried out in the field have valid and reliable test prerequisites, and have the same interpretation throughout Indonesia, especially in the Football Sports Branch . For the method here, it uses the field practice method through the persik kediri athlete U-20 to carry out a series of parameter tests in soccer Athletes are asked to carry out the test series in accordance with SOPs that have been determined. The results of this parameter test are that the persik kediri athlete U-20 has physical conditions in categories or good norms in each form of test that is directed at the physical condition of soccer athletes

Abstract

Sport is a form of physical activity that is carried out in a planned and structured manner which in its implementation involves repetitive body movements to improve physical and spiritual fitness. Sport becomes an important thing and must be done by the community in the midst of a COVID-19 pandemic. Because sports activities can improve fitness and increase endurance so it can be ensured that immunity becomes strong as a defense against the virus that causes COVID-19. Conducting Physical Distancing is an appeal by the World Health Organization (WHO) which has changed the way we live everyday. Began to do the teaching and learning process, work, worship also exercise at home. When doing physical exercise it is recommended not to overdo it with high intensity. Because, it can interfere with health. Prevent Covid-19 (SCC-19) is a type of exercise that is intended to prevent covid-19 to improve fitness and endurance. SCC is expected to be an alternative way to maintain health, fitness and endurance. This activity was carried out by conducting a virtual demonstration with a video tutorial on the movement of the gymnastics created by SCC-19, which was exhibited by the Nusantara Aerobic team, Nusantara University PGRI Kediri. The target subjects of this activity are all sports activists. The results of this activity indicate that there is good enthusiasm from the total audience of 4,625.

Abstract

This special talent identification activity was aimed at Blitar Regency swimming athletes who were registered in the Blitar PRSI Pengcab District with the intention that netted talented athletes to represent Blitar Regency in the PORPROV 2021 event. The method of identifying special swimming sport talent was using the Anthropometry test and the Biomotor swimming component as many as 32 athletes. From the test results, seven male and seven female athletes were selected to be included in the Blitar Regency swimming team. This kind of activity should be carried out routinely, monitoring physical abilities should be carried out every six months and identifying special swimming sports talent is also aimed at junior athletes in the hope that the regeneration of swimming athletes in the Blitar Regency continues.

Abstract

The 2013 curriculum has been approved and implemented in the Indonesian learning system, since a few years ago, to have undergone a number of improvements. Based on some studies in the cities of Ambon and Maluku particularly in the physical and exercise programs, indicates that a teacher's lack of ability to plan the learning process using the 2013 curriculum, both at an elementary level, middle school, and high school. Much of what follows, two are unfamiliar with the 2013 curriculum procedure in learning because it rarely participates in any related training. Subsequent methods used by teams for established purposes were achieved: (a) problem identification, (b) social approach, (c) discourse, (d) discussion, (e) evaluation, (f) drawing conclusions. Results based on the procedural process developed by understanding participants' concepts of curriculum 2013 implementation procedures, in both cases; (a) plan learning, (b) procedures in selecting and using and applying active learning models in saintifical, authentic and also thematic approaches in classroom learning, (c) the evaluation process in classroom learning, in order to create interactive students.

Abstract

Physical condition is the most important indicator in the life of every community to maximize daily physical activity. Physical condition is very closely related to physical fitness. One of the most effective ways to maintain one's physical fitness is to do physical activity or exercise regularly and continue. Physical activity that is carried out routinely is of course also able to increase body immunity or a person's resistance to a virus or disease, one of which is covid 19. The target of this community service activity is the community in Sumberberas Village, RW 04. The socialization activity to increase physical fitness began on the 18th July 19 2020, 09.00-12.00 WIB and located in the Al Munir mosque in the village of Sumberberas. Material related to physical activities delivered and recommended are jogging, cycling and aerobics by taking into account health protocols and physical distancing. On the first day in the implementation of this socialization activity there were 30 participants who participated and on the second day there were additional members of 20 people. So that the total participants of this socialization activity were 50 people. Based on the evaluation results it can be concluded that the participation of the people who took part in this socialization activity was classified as good and the community was also very enthusiastic.
