Abstract

Sport has become a lifestyle for Indonesian people, with various kinds of sports that people choose as a sport of choice and achieve achievements, one of which is the sport of karate. Analysis of the current situation of sports can also be used as a business and one of the efforts to advance it is the need for a marketing strategy, one of which is promotion. Social media is one part that can easily be used as a means of promotion in the form of advertisements, content and even videos that can be shared making it easier for the public to receive information directly from business actors, including business actors, as well as fostering athletes who can later make achievements through sports. The sophistication of social media has not been fully utilized by the Semarang Kenbu Karate Dojo.

Abstract

Rambu-Rambu Village is one of the villages in Laeya District, South Konawe Regency. Rambu-Rambu Village has potential human resources, potential for agricultural and plantation products that can support entrepreneurial development. The problem faced by the community, especially the Family Welfare Empowerment Group (FWE)) is that they do not yet have the knowledge and understanding of entrepreneurship because they have never received entrepreneurship counseling from the government and universities. To overcome this problem, it is important to conduct counseling through the Institute for Research and Community Service (IRCS). The purpose of entrepreneurship counseling is to convey information to the FWE group so that they have knowledge, understanding and increase the participants' insight on how to do entrepreneurship. The method of implementing the extension is through the stages of observation and site survey, coordinating with the village government, preparing the location for the extension event, and providing tools or facilities and infrastructure, then carrying out counseling through lectures and questions and answers. Entrepreneurship counseling was held at the Rambu-Rambu Village Hall with a total of 42 participants. The results of the extension activities showed that the extension materials delivered by the extension team were very useful for the FWE group because it could provide motivation, could increase knowledge and understanding of entrepreneurship and could encourage the FWE group to be more creative and innovative in taking micro and small business opportunities. From the results of the question and answer, it was also revealed that after completing the entrepreneurship counseling activities, it is better to continue the beginner entrepreneur training activities for the practice of making micro and small business products.

Abstract

Research through community service (CS) in Bunga Bali village, Pantar Timur sub-district, Alor. PKM instilling the basic concepts of addition and subtraction of fractions in 3rd grade students of SD GMIT Abangiwang is carried out with the aim of finding out the extent of students' knowledge of fractions, whether the denominator is the same or the denominator is different. This PKM activity offers planting the basic concept of multiplication as a reference in understanding fractions. In this PKM, it was found that there was an increase in students' understanding of mathematics, especially fractions in simple fractions, while in fractions whose denominators were not the same, it was necessary to emphasize to students to study harder. The average test result is 61.54% in the sufficient category. Factors causing difficulties in solving simple fractions based on the results of interviews with third grade homeroom teachers generally include interest and motivation, teacher factors, environmental factors, teacher factors, infrastructure factors, environmental factors, and the need for discipline during teaching and learning activities. Some of the 3rd grade students of SD GMIT Abangiwang still find it difficult to memorize multiplications from 1 to 10. This makes it difficult for students. This makes it difficult for them in the section on equating 'fractions with different denominators'. The researcher offers teachers in the field of study that they need to strengthen the basics of multiplication before discussing fractions material.

Abstract

 Diagram making training using Microsoft Excel is a community service carried out at the Toyg State Junior High School, which is in the Toyg Village, Alor Regency. This activity was carried out for 1 day during the training. This training aims to make students understand how to present diagrams using Microsoft Excel. The material provided has been prepared before the training, namely regarding the presentation of data with diagrams in the statistics subject. The method used is presentation and then direct practice is carried out by students. The obstacle at school is that there are no computer facilities so this is a new thing for them and they are very enthusiastic about participating in this training, so that the children quickly understand what they are being trained to do.

Abstract

The problem faced by schools in managing grant funds or school Operational Assistance is that there is often a confusion of information related to fund management, from planning, budgeting and reporting processes, the school is often confused when facing challenges due to misinformation, there is no source of validated questions and answers and integrated schools can be trusted to answer school confusion regarding the management of BOS funds, the existing question and answer channels (Whatshap, telegram) are still not integrated, have not been verified and tracked, the process of finding answers that are not well communicated adds to the administrative burden of educators, Not yet available application to help teachers and students in the teaching and learning process. Service activities in the form of socialization, practice, question and answer and Focus Group Discussion related to the use of digital platforms aimed at reducing complexity, increasing efficiency, adding inspiration, and customized approaches related to the School Resource Platform, the Merdeka Teaching Platform and the Teacher: Learning Platform. This community service process can be expected so that participants as the Assistance Team from Higher Education are able to: 1) Explore the Merdeka Mengajar Platform and its various products from their Android-based devices / devices (including web-based information systems via computers, desktops or laptops) 2) Explain the functions and the benefits of the Teaching Device Product on the Merdeka Mengajar Platform 3) Explaining the functions and benefits of the Student Assessment Product on the Merdeka Mengajar Platform 4) To teachers as the main users of the Merdeka Mengajar Platform (and its various products) as well as other key users such as school principals and stakeholders other related activities and need ongoing activities because most participants still need other training to help the learning process lead to a digital system, online-based and independent learning.

Abstract

This activity is Bandicam-based learning media workshop for teacher aims to elevate the competence of teachers in utilizing online learning media in order to create more interesting/interactive/communicative teaching and learning activities, particularly during the Covid 19 pandemic. In an effort to realize this goal, this activity is carried out in collaboration with partner schools through socialization method and workshop. Based on the results, the teachers reveal that this activity was very benefeted for them in enriching the insight and creativity of the teachers to apply more interesting and interactive learning media for online learning so that students would become more motivated and enthusiastic in participating in learning. It is indicated from the ability of teachers to produce learning videos that are quite interesting and communicative through the Bandicam application.

Abstract

This community service activity can provide knowledge and understanding to schools, especially teachers as educators of students to be able to provide understanding, knowledge and understanding to always be introspective as not to fall into marriage a young age where one way is to avoid association free, which will have an impact on unwanted pregnancies in adolescents so that they do not fall into marriage at a young age which can later harm themselves. Where in addition existence of free association, it is also due to general factors. Besides that, teachers have the right to provide protection and prevention from underage marriages, because children are not yet unstable in their mental maturity and mental maturity, so they need supervision and guidance not only from other people. only parents but also teachers as a place for students and students to knowledge and learn and the implementation of this service activity in order to knowledge and understanding in preventing underage marriages providing socialization to students, that if you marry at a young will harm yourself because can no longer receive education and health aspects will damage women's reproduction. The activity carried through the zoom application with presentation of material by resource persons and followed by a question and answer session with participants, legal counseling so that understanding and impact consequences of child marriage could be known, so it necessary to provide legal counseling to teachers and students. so that understanding based on legal basis, namely the law child protection, and implementation of this counseling must always be improved by prioritizing protection for children that fall into underage marriage. This activity can be followed up carrying out this legal counseling between schools to increase knowledge and understanding of the factors and impacts of underage marriage.

Abstract

Barangmamase Village, Galesong Selatan District, Takalar Regency is a village where most of the population relies on the economy from the agricultural sector. However, in the implementation of agriculture, this village has not utilized natural products, in this case cow dung waste, as the basic material for organic fertilizer used in its own agriculture and other wastes. So that this community service aims to make the Barangmamase Village community able to make solid and liquid organic fertilizers made from compost waste made from cow dung, as well as banana peel waste to improve agriculture and the community's economy. Therefore, in PKM activities, the implementing team provides socialization and training on the development of organic fertilizers as information on public awareness of the impact of soil fertility, inorganic fertilizers on the environment and health, as well as the level of fertilizer prices at the farmer level which tends to be high and with availability levels that are often scarce in the community. Based on the results of organic farming development activities and/or the use of organic materials and fertilizers on plants, it can reduce household waste and increase plant fertility in the community.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has had a tremendous impact on many sectors of the domestic economy, especially in the micro, small and medium enterprise (MSME) sector. According to the BI report that MSME exporters are the most affected, which is around 95.4% of the total exporters, then the handicraft and tourism supporting sectors are affected by 89.9%. Meanwhile, the smallest sector affected by the Covid-19 pandemic is the agricultural sector, which is 41.5%. From the entrepreneur side, research data from the Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs reported that MSMEs consisting of wholesalers and retailers experienced the highest impact of the Covid-19 pandemic (40.92%), followed by MSMEs providing accommodation and food and beverages (26.86%) and the smallest sector is the manufacturing sector at 14.25%. Although MSMEs have a lower impact than large entrepreneurs due to Covid-19, MSMEs as business institutions that play a very important role in improving the economy and making a sizeable contribution to the economic development of the people are still affected by Covid-19. On the other hand, MSMEs have many problems, apart from capital, marketing is one of the problems faced by MSMEs during the Covid-19 pandemic. Understanding marketing concepts both holistically and sharia concepts is important for MSMEs to get out of marketing problems during this Covid-19 pandemic. Holistic Marketing is marketing that prioritizes and considers the entire business entity. Where the holistic marketing concept is based on the development, design and implementation of marketing activities, processes and programs that understand the breadth and interrelationships. As for the holistic marketing concept: Relationship, Integrated, Internal, and Performance. Meanwhile, sharia marketing is marketing that is carried out based on sharia principles and contracts. In addition, according to characteristics of Islamic marketing that must be owned by the marketing team are Rabbaniyyah, Akhlaqiyyah, Al-waqiyyah and Insaniyyah.

Abstract

To support students facing rapid technological development, teachers must provide real experience in the learning process. Linear programming materials that require visualization in their understanding can be taught by integrating GeoGebra software. This community service aims to strengthen teacher skills in using GeoGebra for linear programming learning media. Community service is carried out through training and mentoring with an active learning participant approach. The activities are carried out through three core stages: teacher training in mastering the GeoGebra interface, assistance in visualizing linear programming problems, and aid in solving linear programs. Although most of the participants stated that GeoGebra could help learn linear programming in the classroom, its implementation needs to consider various aspects, such as the preparation of learning tools and equipment, learning time, and student readiness.
