Abstract

The research objective is to find out; 1) To examine and analyze the effect of work discipline on the organizational commitment of the KPU Secretariat employees of Southeast Sulawesi Province. 2) To examine and analyze the influence of the work environment on the organizational commitment of the KPU Secretariat employees of Southeast Sulawesi Province. 3) To examine and analyze the effect of employee competence on the organizational commitment of the KPU Secretariat employees of Southeast Sulawesi Province. 4) To examine and analyze the effect of organizational commitment on the performance of the KPU Secretariat employees of Southeast Sulawesi Province. 5) To examine and analyze the effect of work discipline on the performance of the KPU Secretariat employees of Southeast Sulawesi Province. 6) To test and analyze the influence of the work environment on the performance of the employees of the KPU Secretariat of Southeast Sulawesi Province. 7) To test and analyze the effect of employee competence on the performance of the KPU Secretariat employees of Southeast Sulawesi Province. 8) To examine and analyze the role of organizational commitment in mediating the effect of work discipline on the performance of the KPU Secretariat employees of Southeast Sulawesi Province. 9) To examine and analyze the role of organizational commitment in mediating the influence of the work environment on the performance of the KPU Secretariat employees of Southeast Sulawesi Province. 10) To examine and analyze the role of organizational commitment in mediating the effect of employee competence on the performance of the KPU Secretariat employees of Southeast Sulawesi Province. This research design is included in the survey research category because the main data collection uses an instrument in the form of a questionnaire. Survey research is research that takes a sample from a population and uses a questionnaire as a data collection tool. The population in this study were all Civil Servants (PNS) at the Secretariat of  the General Election Commission of Southeast Sulawesi Province and the Secretariat of the KPU in 17 regencies and cities totaling 279 people, so the determination of the number of samples for this study was determined using the Slovin formula (Sekaran, 2003). ). The type of data used in this research is quantitative. The data used are primary and secondary data. The data analysis method of this research is SEM (Structural Equation Model) analysis. The results showed that; 1) High work discipline has an impact on work discipline. 2) A high work environment will have an impact on organizational commitment. 3) High employee competence will have an impact on organizational commitment. 4) Good work discipline will have an impact on improving employee performance. 5) A good work environment cannot have an increasing impact on employee performance. 6) Good employee competence will have an impact on improving employee performance. 7) High organizational commitment has an impact on improving employee performance. 8) Work discipline has an impact on employee performance through organizational commitment. 9) the work environment has an impact on employee performance through organizational commitment. 10) Employee competence has an impact on employee performance through organizational commitment.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menjelaskan pengaruh pemahaman sistem akuntansi keuangan daerah dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja pengelola keuangan. Sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 36 orang pegawai bagian keuangan pada setiap Organisai Perangkat Daerah pemerintah Kabupaten Muna Barat. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala Likert. Analisis data menggunakan metode analisis dekskriptif dan analisis linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa: (1) pemahaman sistem akuntansi keuangan daerah berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pengelola keuangan, (2) komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pengelola keuangan.  Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin tinggi tingkat pemahaman sistem akuntansi keuangan daerah dan komitmen organisasi maka kinerja pengelola keuangan akan semakin baik

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of discipline, organizational commitment and work environment on the performance of personnel at the Kendari Police Sabhara Unit. This research is a quantitative approach. The population in this study was the personnel at the Kendari Police Sabhara Unit with a sample of 56 people. The analysis used multiple regression analysis with the help of IBM SPSS 22 Software.  The results showed that (1) Discipline had a positive and significant effect on Personnel Performance at the Kendari Police Sabhara Unit, (2) Organizational Commitment had a positive and significant impact on Personnel Performance at the Sabhara Polres Unit. Kendari, and (3) the work environment has a positive and significant effect on the performance of the personnel in the Kendari Police Sabhara Unit.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine and explain the influence of leadership and work environment on employee performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable (study on the staffing agency and human resource development in East Kolaka Regency). Data collection is done by using a questionnaire and documentation. The population of this study were employees of the personnel and human resource development agency in East Kolaka Regency, with the method of determining the census, so that the sample size was set at 51 employees. The analytical tool used is SmartPLS.The results showed that leadership had a positive and insignificant effect on employee job satisfaction. Leadership has a positive and significant impact on employee performance. The work environment has a positive and significant influence on employee job satisfaction. The work environment has a positive and significant impact on employee performance. Job satisfaction has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance. Job satisfaction does not play a role in mediating the influence of leadership on employee performance. Job satisfaction plays a role in mediating the influence of the work environment on employee performance.

Abstract

This research indentify and analyze factors that influence the absorption of rate of goods expenditure budget management working units of APBN users in Sulawesi Tenggara. The population of this research is the working units of APBN users in Sulawesi Tenggara. Working units who participate is 223 users by filling the online questionnaire deployed through the online. Data analyzed by using Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) method with SPSS 25 application. The result of this research are six factors that influence the low absorption of the spending, they are the factor of budget implementation, procurement of goods, the use of fund, ineffective planning, the impact of COVID-19 pandemic, dan geographical. The sum of variance that explained those factors is 62.493%, and the remaining 37.507% explained by other factors.

Abstract

The development of the bakery business in Indonesia can now be fairly rapid. The existence of bread that is starting to be liked by all circles of society makes this bakery business a promising business. The scale of business in this field is also diverse, ranging from small, medium to large industries.The purpose of this study was to determine the application of personal selling strategies at Aldina Bakery Tasikmalaya.Personal Selling is one way to market products to increase company revenue. The increase in a company will be a support for the existence of a business to remain standing in the midst of competition with other companies, both those that have been around for a long time and with emerging competitors.The method used in this research is descriptive research method with a qualitative approach.The results obtained are that the Aldina bakery company has implemented the stages of personal selling, which have not been implemented optimally, namely: Pre-approach, Overcoming Objections and Follow-up and Maintenance. While those that have been implemented optimally are looking for prospective customers and qualifying them, presentations and demonstrations and closing salesIn addition, Aldina bakery also applies a form of personal selling including Door to door selling, Mail order, Telephone selling, Direct selling.

Abstract

This study aims to explain and examine the effect of the work environment, leadership style, organizational culture on job satisfaction and employee performance, job satisfaction on employee performance, then examine and explain the role of job satisfaction in mediating the influence work environment, leadership style, and organizational culture on employee performance. This research approach is survey with explanatory research design. The data was collected in a cross-sectional manner using an instrument in the form of a questionnaire. The population in this study were all 49 Civil Servants (PNS). The sampling technique is a saturated sample (census) where the entire population is used as the research sample. The data analysis technique to answer the research hypothesis is Partial Least Square (PLS).The results showed that the work environment had a significant effect on job satisfaction, but the work environment had no effect on employee performance, leadership style had a significant effect on job satisfaction and employee performance, organizational culture had a significant effect on job satisfaction and employee performance. Then job satisfaction had a significant effect on employee performance. In addition, the results of this study indicate that job satisfaction acts as a complete mediation the influence of the work environment on employee performance. Then job satisfaction does not mediate (no mediation) the influence of leadership style on employee performance. Furthermore, job satisfaction acts as a partial mediation the influence of organizational culture on employee performance.

Abstract

Beberapa organisasi memiliki budaya, tujuan atau visi dan gaya manajemen yang berbeda, demikian juga dengan perusahaan. Untuk membentuk budaya mereka atau mencapai tujuan mereka, manajemen membuat beberapa aturan untuk internal dan eksternal perusahaan. Mereka berharap orang-orang akan mematuhi aturan itu, dan menjadi kebiasaan mereka. Beberapa perusahaan membuat beberapa aturan menjadi gaya permainan. Terkadang untuk membuat beberapa aturan berhasil diterapkan, manajer memberikan hukuman kepada yang melanggar aturan itu, dan beberapa manajer memberikan penghargaan kepada yang menerapkan aturan dengan baik. Penggunaan reward dan punishment sebagai bagian dari gamification. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menilai faktor keberhasilan dan kegagalan implementasi gamifikasi. Untuk menilai mereka, penulis mewawancarai karyawan dari PT.A, PT.B, PT.C dan PT.D yang telah bekerja lebih dari 2 tahun. PT. A dan PT.B adalah perusahaan jasa, PT.C dan PT.D adalah perusahaan manufaktur. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya perbedaan pengelolaan gamifikasi pada objek penelitian, dan terdapat perbedaan hasil pelaksanaan gamifikasi karena beberapa faktor yang berbeda.

Abstract

The problem in this study is how to implement Soft Skills and Hard Skills in improving the performance of the Bengkulu Province Youth and Sports Service (Dispora) Employees. Primary data needed was obtained through a questionnaire. Considering that the research population is diverse, the sample is taken using a stratified sampling technique. Data analysis used multiple regression and correlation methods, while the hypothesis test with t test and F test with 0.05.The results of the analysis show that Soft Skill and Hard Skill have an effect on employee performance, respectively 0.318 and 0.539. By comparing the two, the influence of Hard Skills on employee performance is more dominant when compared to the influence of Soft Skill changes.Soft Skills and Hard Skills together have a very strong relationship with employee performance with a variation contribution of 60.4%. Considering the contribution of the two types of expertise, it is recommended that the relevant officials make efforts to improve these skills, by conducting internal training, involving their employees in various trainings organized by other parties, and motivating their employees to continue to develop their skills independently.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of free shipping promos and customer experience on customer satisfaction. The population in this study are customers who shop online through the Shopee application. The technique used in sampling is non-probability sampling with purposive sampling method. The sample in this study amounted to 100 respondents. Data collection was obtained from distributing questionnaires and literature studies. The data analysis method used in this research is multiple linear regression. The results showed that the free shipping promo and customer experience had a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Based on the results of the coefficient of determination test, the R Square value of the customer experience variable is 0.384 or 38.4%, meaning that the customer experience variable has the most dominant influence on customer satisfaction.
