Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Kepemimpinan dan kompetensi sumber daya manusia terhadap kinerja pegawai Badan Pengusahaan (BP) Batam. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada responden. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 100 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) secara parsial terdapat pengaruh Kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai t-count (9,766) > t-table (1,984), (2) secara parsial tidak terdapat pengaruh kompetensi sumber daya manusia terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai t-count (0,631) < t-table (1,984), (3) secara simultan terdapat pengaruh kompetensi Leadership dan sumber daya manusia terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan F-count (64,250) > F-table (3,09).

Abstract

This research is a study of the effect of promotions and price on PT Honda's motorcycle purchase decisions. Mitra Krida Perkasa Batam. In this study, the independent variable is Promotion and Price, while the independent variable is purchase decision. The data used in this study are primary data obtained from research studies. The researchers distributed questionnaires to 141 respondents, and quantitative causality was used as the research method. The hypothesis is proven by multiple regression analysis. The study was conducted in several phases viz. The first step is to familiarize yourself with the theories of literature and gather information about the chosen and studied topic. The second step is to gather basic information through a survey. The third step is to test the usefulness of the data through validity and reliability testing. Step four, exploratory hypothesis testing with multiple regression for partial and simultaneous testing of hypotheses. In the fifth step, it is investigated whether the independent variables of the dependent variable can reinforce each other's influence or are related to each other. The results of this study show that partly advertisement and price have a large positive and significant effect on the purchase decisions of Honda motorcycles in PT. Mitra Krida Perkasa Batam and at the same time discount and price variables together have a significant and very positive effect on PT Honda's motorcycle purchase decisions Mitra Krida Perkasa Batam

Abstract

Pandemi Covid-19 yang terjadi pada awal 2020 telah banyak memberikan dampak terhadap kinerja perusahaan, termasuk industri manufaktur di Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kinerja keuangan perusahaan eksportir yang bergerak di bidang manufaktur dan terdaftar di BEI sebelum dan pada masa pandemi COVID-19. Sampel yang digunakan yaitu 64 perusahaan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode tahun 2019-2020 dan terdaftar sebagai eksportir di laman resmi Kementerian Perindustrian Republik Indonesia. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah uji beda dua sampel rata-rata berpasangan (paired sample t-test). Dimana variabel kinerja keuangan yang diukur yaitu rasio likuiditas, solvabilitas dan aktivitas yang terdiri dari current ratio, quick ratio, cash ratio, debt to equity ratio, asset turnover, collection turnover, average collection period, inventory period, operating profit margin, return on assets, return on equity, dan net profit margin. Dari hasil pengujian diperoleh hasil bahwa sebelum dan selama adanya pandemic Covid-19 terdapat perbedaan pada quick ratio, cash ratio, asset turnover, collection turnover, average collection period, return on assets, dan return on equity. Sedangkan untuk current ratio, debt to equity ratio, inventory period, operating profit margin dan net profit margin tidak terdapat perbedaan sebelum dan pada masa pandemi Covid 19.

Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi yang dapat mempermudah akses informasi yang kita butuhkan. Namun dalam perkembangannya, Kemajuan teknologi juga dimanfaatkan sebagai munculnya peluang kejahatan dunia maya Saat ini, penyalahgunaan media sosial memudahkan penyebaran kejahatan dunia maya, seiring munculnya kasus-kasus pencemaran nama baik, kasus hoax, Prostitusi online dan kasus penyebaran konten pornografi atau asusila di media sosial. Pada tahun 2022 lebih dari 50% siber jahat diturunkan dari media sosial khususnya facebook. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penyalahgunaan media sosial pada Penyebaran cybercrime masih berlangsung hingga saat ini. Dimana sebagian besar pelaku cybercrime baik di media sosial sengaja atau tidak sengaja yang memberikan kejahatan cybercrime di dunia maya.

Abstract

The use of information and communication technology in the government environment, which is currently known as the Electronic-Based Government System (SPBE), is absolutely necessary. In fact, the implementation of SPBE needs to be continuously monitored and evaluated periodically in order to ensure the improvement of public service quality in government agencies. This can be referred to the Regulation of the Minister for Administrative Reform and Bureaucratic Reform (Permen PAN-RB) Number 59 of 2020. The monitoring and evaluation of SPBE carried out in this study aims to measure the maturity level of SPBE implementation in the Balikpapan City Government in 2022 with reference to the guidelines contained in Permen PAN-RB Number 59 of 2020. This research establishes several stages in its implementation starting from literature studies, development of monitoring and evaluation instruments, online data collection, calculation of maturity level of SPBE implementation, to analysis of results and recommendations. The final result of the Balikpapan City Government's SPBE index value for 2022 is 3.11, which is included in the "Good" predicate. Most of the indicators in the SPBE Governance and Service domain have met the criteria in Permen PAN-RB Number 59 of 2020. However, several other indicators, particularly in the SPBE Management domain, still have quite low values, so this raises gaps for improvement that are conveyed in the recommendations section in this study.

Abstract

Milkfish is one of the export commodities known as milkfish. Amplang ikan bandeng or in Sulawesi is called sponge fish, which is a snack type of cracker with a distinctive taste and aroma of fish. PT Ahar Sentosa bki is an individual PT which was established in 2012 which is one of the businesses that produce Amplang. At PT Ahar sentosa bki, there is a decrease in turnover in certain months, especially in January due to the influence of weather. The phenomenon that occurs in this company is that the calculation has not used the method of calculating the cost of goods produced correctly, only calculating in a simple or traditional way, not detailing all costs incurred. The purpose of this study is to analyze the production cost of milkfish Amplang using the full costing method at PT Ahar Sentosa Bki Mamuju. The analysis method used is quantitative descriptive using a report on the production cost of milkfish amplang. The data used was obtained from PT Ahar Sentosa Bki Mamuju The analysis of production costs uses the full costing method to produce the cost of goods produced. Based on the results of the analysis, it shows that the cost of production of milkfish amplang at PT Ahar Sentosa using the full costing method is Rp.505,193,766 and according to the company Rp. 493,684,600 has a difference of Rp. 11,509,166. and the difference in the cost of goods produced by packs Rp.128.

Abstract

Utilizing the use of technology to provide better services to its customers, the bank launched an information technology-based banking transaction service media, namely Mobile Banking (m-banking). As of December 31, 2021, the number of customers using BSI services is 199,499 BSI Mobile Noa Users, from this data, it can be seen that the Mobile Banking services provided by banks are enough to change the lifestyles of people who previously had to queue at the bank, now only with applications. Technological developments that make transactions easier make customers more interested in the Mobile Banking services provided. This research aims to determine the influence of service quality and ease of Mobile Banking on customer satisfaction of PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia Tbk. Regional Office X Makassar. The data analysis methods used are instrument tests, multiple liner analysis, hypothesis tests, and R2 coefficient determination tests. With a total of 100 samples. By the method of taking accidental sampling samples. The results of this test conclude: 1) Service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at PT. Abstract

In this study, the aim to analyze the effect of perceived threat Covid-19, job burnout, job stress, and job satisfaction at Soekarno Hatta International Airport employees. By using purposive sampling method, totaling 100 employees as respondents of this study. The data collection method used was cross sectional. The data analysis technique used is instrument testing in the form of validity and reliability tests, as well as hypothesis testing using SEM with SPSS version 23 and Amos software. So the results show that Job Satisfaction has a positive effect on the Effect of Perceived Threat Covid-19, Job Burnout, and Job Stress. Managerial implications in this study companies can improve and maintain the comfort, well-being, and job satisfaction felt by employees in doing work

Abstract

Micro, small and medium enterprises, or MSMEs are business actors in Indonesia that play a critical role in the absorption of labor and the formation of gross domestic product (GDP). However, their potential is hindered by capital problems. They still rely on capital from banks and personal loans which tend to be tough and also do not guarantee business continuity in the long term. Crowdfunding can be used as an alternative capital. However, there are still many shortcomings of crowdfunding that result in a reluctance to take advantage of it such as being vulnerable to fraud and funds that return not according to the agreement. Based on these problems, developing a Sharia crowdfunding application based on Sharia principles as a capital alternative is needed. This Sharia crowdfunding application requires a backend to run well and optimally. The backend was created using the Laravel framework, incremental iterative methods, and MySQL as a database system. The crowdfunding application was tested using black box testing and user acceptance test. Based on the test results, the crowdfunding application has met user needs in becoming an alternative capital with user acceptance test results of 93.7% for MSMEs, 96.4% for investors, and 92.1% for admins

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of brand image and price on purchasing decisions at Mie Gacoan Karawang. The approach used in this study is an associative approach. The method used in this research is quantitative. The population used was all consumers who had purchased Mie Gacoan Karawang, and the sample used was all consumers who filled out Google from, a total of 54 people. The data analysis technique in this study is Multiple Linear Analysis, Classical Assumption Test, F Test and t Test, and Coefficient of Determination Test. The results showed that partially and simultaneously Bran Image and Price had a significant effect on consumers' purchasing decisions of Mie Gacoan Karawang.
