Abstract

Career development for employees in educational institutions is crucial in advancing the quality of education in the era of globalization and constant change. This article discusses various aspects of career development, including training, continuous education, mentoring, performance evaluation, promotions, collaboration, networking facilitation, as well as rewards and recognition. This research employs a literature review method to analyze the contributions and challenges in the career development of employees in educational institutions. The findings indicate that relevant and tailored training, continuous education, effective mentoring, and performance evaluation can motivate employees to enhance the quality of education. However, a thoughtful approach to promotions and collaborations and building strong networks is necessary to support holistic career development. Rewards and recognition can also motivate staff but need to be managed wisely. To create a better future for education, educational institutions should consider effective strategies for employee career development.

Abstract

Human resource (HR) career development in Islamic educational institutions has become an increasingly important topic in the context of sustainable educational development. This study aims to examine HR career development practices at SMPS Riyadhusholihin Pandeglang and the Institute's efforts to improve HR career development as a case study representing secondary Islamic education. The research method used is qualitative research with a case study approach. Data was collected through in-depth interviews with faculty, managers, and human resources at SMPS Riyadhusholihin. The results showed that HR career development in Islamic educational institutions involves several key components, including identification of career needs, training and competency development, and job assessment. Activity programs as a form of the Institute's efforts in improving HR career development include participating in the Subject Teacher Deliberation Forum (MGMP), Teacher Working Group (KKG), Teacher Professional Education and Training (PLPG), and further study programs on a task basis carried out by individuals such as In House Training (IHT), and other activities that support the development of educators' careers and education at SMPS Riyadhusholihin Pandeglang. In addition, the author provides advice to attend training at the International School Educator Community (AISEI) to support the educational institution's goals in career development.

Abstract

Rekrutmen adalah salah satu bagian terpenting dalam keseluruhan proses manajemen SDM dalam organisasi pendidikan. Rekrutmen merupakan proses yang menghasilkan sejumlah pelamar yang mempunyai kualifikasi sesuai dengan tujuan organisasi. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode literature research yaitu pendekatan studi pustaka untuk mencari dan mengumpulkan literatur yang berkaitan dengan rekrutmen tenaga kerja dalam organisasi pendidikan. Fokus artikel ini adalah Pengertian Rekrutmen, Sumber-sumber calon tenaga kerja, Media penarikan SDM, Langkah-langkah seleksi SDM, Metode seleksi SDM, Kendala rekrutmen tenaga kerja. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan prosedur rekrutmen yang dilakukan dengan baik dan benar akan menghasilkan dampak yang positif bagi organisasi pendidikan sekaligus para pelamar pekerjaan yang diseleksi. Manfaat rekrutmen bagi organisasi pendidikan adalah kemudahan untuk menentukan kualifikasi pelamar yang dinyatakan lolos seleksi. Sedangkan manfaat yang dirasakan oleh pelamar adalah perasaan puas dan tidak adanya kecurigaan dalam proses rekrutmen

Abstract

Employee data is a collection of data that includes a list of workers in a factory or company starting with the start of work, salary, retirement or, as we know, the end of a person's work. Like teachers, doctors, factory employees. Employee data needs can be done through analysis of positions and workload requirements. An information system is a tool for presenting information in accordance with the vision to be achieved so that it is useful. There are three components in the system or in other words basic functions that actively interact first,: Input. Second, Process. Third, Output (output). By creating an organized and neatly computerized system, the processing of employee data and employee information can be carried out smoothly and provide sufficiency to parties who need this information. This article is included in qualitative research with a library research approach. Research carried out by the author in the library to obtain theoretical data. In this case, what must be paid attention to is the object being studied, namely in particular the reading books which are the subject of discussion and interconnectedness in existing problems.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran tentang peran perilaku, iklim dan budaya organisasi dalam mencapai tujuan lembaga pendidikan. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitianv ini adalahv kajian pustakav yang berisiv teori teoriv relevan mengenaiv masalah-masalah yang adav dalamv penelitian. Kajian ini menemukan beberapa fakta, antara lain sebagai berikut: Setiap lembaga pendidikan memiliki iklim dan budaya tersendiri yang menjadi ciri khas dari sebuah lembaga atau organisasi. Iklim dan budaya ini dapat membedakan antara masing-masing organisasi dengan organisasi terkait. Organisasi iklim adalah struktur dasar, kondisi kerja, dan karakteristik karyawan dari organisasi mana pun. Sedangkan Budaya organisasi adalah kumpulan kepercayaan dan rasa hormat yang dimiliki bersama oleh semua anggota organisasi. Iklim dan budaya organisasi sangat penting dalam sebuah lembaga atau instansi, agar dapat membentuk sikap, nilai dan pola perilaku seseorang, sehingga para anggota dapat bekerja sama dengan baik untuk dapat mencapai tujuan organisasi. Dalam kajian ini, disebutkan bahwa perilaku, iklim dan organisasi sebagai penentu kemajuan dari suatu lembaga atau organisasi. Namun, jika ketiga komponen ini lemah, maka akan terjadi penurunan kinerja dan sukar bagi perusahaan atau lembaga mencapai tujuannya.

Abstract

The management function in educational institutions plays an important role in the world of education to realize various ideas, ideas, work programs, and other activities aimed at advancing education to improve and develop the quality of educators in multiple competencies. So that it can improve the overall quality of educational staff in an educational institution. In this discussion, the researcher uses qualitative research methods as support in his research based on a literature review known as a Literature Review. This approach can clarify and simplify the presentation of the research subject. The data sources were obtained from journals, articles, and writings related to management functions in educational institutions which were accessed via Mendeley.com, the Publish or Perish application, and Google Scholar. Thus, the results of the management analysis implemented in educational institutions show that a leader can improve by implementing the POAC principles (Planning, Organizing, Implementing, and Controlling) well.

Abstract

This study aims to provide an understanding of the theory of the goal path leadership model or goal path, and the characteristics of goal path leadership that can motivate employee performance. This research uses qualitative methods and a literature study approach. The data collected is in the form of literature documentation on; 1). Definition of Leadership; 2). Leadership characteristics of the goal path; 3). Application of Goal Path Leadership. This research found that Leadership is a skill and ability that can direct, foster, train, and prohibit, people from working together to achieve group goals effectively and efficiently. Path goal leadership is a leadership style that has two main functions, namely providing clarity of goals and providing support and attention to subordinates, which has the impact of motivating subordinates. Goal leadership has four leadership characteristics, namely, directive leadership, supportive leadership, participatory leadership, and achievement-oriented leadership). This theory can also be applied to a leader choosing actions in diverse situations and dealing with them effectively.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the management of education in the Islamic boarding school Bait Et-Tauhied. The research method used is field research with a qualitative approach. Data collection is done by observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation and verification (drawing conclusions). The results showed; forms of education management in Pondok Pesantren Bait Et-Tauhied include; Management Planning through the preparation of character education programs through the vision, mission and objectives of education in Islamic boarding schools, Organizing Management through the distribution of job descriptions in each field implemented, Actuating Management by, organizing and directing the person in charge of activities and the implementers of activities to immediately realize the planned program, Management Controling includes controlling and supervising and ensuring activities run well.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Gaya Kepemimpinan Kepala Madrasah dalam Meningkatkan Budaya Organisasi dan Mutu Pendidikan Madrasah Metode penelitian yang digunakan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan cara studi kasus. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan meliputi: (observasi partisipan, wawancara mendalam, angket sebagai pelengkap dan studi dokumentasi). Langkah-langkah yang dilakukan yaitu: Pendekatan dan Jenis penelitian, Situs Penelitian, Kehadiran Peneliti, Instrumen Penelitian, Data dan Sumber Data, Metode Pengumpulan Data, Analisis Data, Pengecekan Keabsahan Data, Prosedur Penelitian. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa: Kepala Madrasah di MAN 1 Kota Serang memiliki gaya kepemimpinan demokratis. Kepala madrasah di MAN 2 Kota Serang memiliki gaya Kharismatik. Nilai Budaya Organisasi di MAN 1 Kota Serang yaitu Agamis, Akademis, Unggul, Disiplin dan Bermoral. Nilai Budaya Organisasi di MAN 2 Kota Serang yaitu Akhlakul karimah, Integritas dan kejujuran, Kreatifitas, Bekerja keras untuk hasil yang terbaik, Bekerja Sama, dan Disiplin. Strategi Mutu Pendidikan dalam pengelolaan input membentuk tim Penerimaan Peserta Didik Baru berbasis online, dan hasil rapot. Ketenagaan, memberdayakan SDM memalui pelatihan maupun study banding. Pengelolaan proses menerapkan kurikulum 2013, kondisi pandemi covid mengoptimalkan kurikulum darurat dengan sistem aplikasi e-learning, penilai dilakuakn secara objektif, mengupayakan kelengkapan sarpras agar menunjang pendidikan yang bermutu. Pengelolaan output lulusan setiap tahun menjadi lulusan yang unggul dengan banyaknya masuk universitas yang grade nya tinggi. Pengelolaan outcome alumni masih aktif membantu kegiatan madrasah. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui manajemen kurikulum SMA Terpadu Al Qudwah Lebak Banten meliputi perencanaan kurikulum, pelaksanaan kurikulum dan evaluasi kurikulm SMA Terpadu Al Qudwah Lebak Banten dan untuk mengetahui kurikulum di SMA Terpadu Al Qudwah Lebak Banten dalam membentuk pendidikan karakter siswa. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif tepatnya adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Sumber data penelitian adalah kepala sekolah, wakasek kurikulum, wakasek kesiswaan, guru dan siswa. Tehnik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini adalah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Tehnik pengolahan data menggunakan beberapa tahapan yaitu pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh yaitu Kurikulum yang digunakan di SMA Terpadu Al Qudwah Lebak Banten merupakan perpaduan antara kurikulum Kementrian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Indonesia dengan Kurikulum Kekhasan sekolah terpadu Al Qudwah juga Kurikulum kekhasan Jaringan Sekolah Islam terpadu. Usaha pembentukan karakter siswa di SMA Terpadu Al Qudwah Lebak Banten dengan pembiasaan, pembinaan, pengembangan diri secara terus menerus dinilai telah sukses dilaksanakan dan berhasil dengan baik.
