Abstract

The research entitled "Effect Of Location And Facilities To Satisfaction Visitor Tourist Pacet Hot Water In Mojokerto Regency". This study aims to determine the effect of Location and Facilities on Visitor Satisfaction and to know the dominant influence between Location and Facilities to Satisfaction of Pacet Hot Water Tour Visitors in Mojokerto Regency.               The population in this research is Pacet hot water tour visitor in Mojokerto regency. Data collection method used is questionnaire with 100 respondents. The type of research used is quantitative research, the method of analysis used is the analysis of description and multiple linear regression analysis.               Based on the result of the research, there are multiple linear equations Y = 5.064 + 0.334X1 + 0.245X2 + e using SPSS 16, F hypothesis shows F count = 88.368 with significant value = 0.000 <0.05 the meaning "that all independent variables (Location and Facilities) significantly influence the dependent variable (Y) " While the partial hypothesis test (t test) obtained t arithmetic from the location variable of 4.388 and the facility variable of 3.527 where the probability is smaller than 0.05 then the hypothesis accepted. From multiple linear regression analysis it can be seen that the most dominant variable is location variable (X1) with beta coefficient value of 0.334 Keywords: Location, Facilities, Visitor Satisfaction

Abstract

This research entiled “ The Influence Factor of Price, Product Quality and Product Completeness on Purchase Decision ( Case Study At Hokky Supermarket in Surabaya ) “. The population in this study were consumers who had been shopping at Hokky Swalayan in Surabaya aged 17 year. Sampel taken as many as one hundred respondents. The variables used are price, product quality, product completeness and purchasing decision.This result can be concludes as follows: There is influence of individual price toward purchasing dicision proven and accepted reality of partial test result (t) obtained with significant level <0,05, there is individual influence of product quality to purchasing decision proven and accepted reality partial test result (t) is obtained with significant level <0,05, there is individual influence of product completeness to proven purchasing decision and accept reality of partial test result (t) obtained with significant level <0,05.This shows that there are problem with purchasing decisions. The main problem to note is the price factor that still many weakness because is that the lowers level of influence than the factor of product quality and completeness of the product.Keywords : Price, Product Quality, Product Completeness and Consumer Purchasing Decision

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Entrepreneurship and Creativity Education variables on Entrepreneurial Interest partially, simultaneously and dominating variables. The method used in this study is quantitative research using multiple linear regression analysis methods. Students of the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences of the University of August 17, 1945 who are still actively studying (class of 2016 - 2017) and have taken Entrepreneurship courses into the population in this study were 239 students. The number of samples obtained as many as 150 students was calculated using purposive sampling technique. The data collection technique used is the distribution of questionnaires / questionnaires.This study resulted in (1) Partially showing a positive influence between entrepreneurship education variables on the interest in entrepreneurship in students of the University of Surabaya's Faculty of Social and Political Sciences August 17, 1945. (2) The variable of creativity also has a positive effect on the interest in entrepreneurship in the students of the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences of the University of Surabaya, August 17, 1945. (3) Simultaneously also shows that between entrepreneurship education and creativity together have a positive effect on the interest in entrepreneurship in the students of the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, University of Surabaya, August 17, 1945. Keywords: Entrepreneurship Education, Creativity, and Entrepreneurship Interest.

Abstract

ABSTRACTIn this study, the researcher will explain the test of several factors that can influence Competitive Advantage, which are Enterpreneurial Orientation, Innovation, and Product Creativity in the business of DR. Spicy Cepu. To be able to know the effect of Entrepreneurship Orientation, Innovation, and Competitive Advantage, so researcher used quantitative research methods for maximum results, with survey research using questionnaire as an instrument. The sample of this study used a non-probability sampling method (non-random sampling) using a purposive sampling technique of 100 respondents. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis. The population of this study are consumers who have consumed products from DR. Spicy Cepu.Data from respondents were collected through distributing questionnaires that had been tested for Validity and Reliability Tests. From the validity test, it is obtained that the r value of all items is greater than the value of r table (0.361), so it is stated that the questionnaire is valid, and from the reliability test, the cronbach alpha value> 0.60 is obtained so that it can be concluded that the questionnaire is reliable. The results of this study indicate that all independent variables namely Entrepreneurial Orientation, Innovation, and Product Creativity have a positive influence on the dependent variable namely Competitive Advantage.Keywords: Entrepreneurship Orientation, Innovation, Product Creativity, and Competitive Advantage

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Entrepreneurship Education and Entrepreneurship Motivation Variables on Entrepreneurial Success simultaneously, partially and as the dominant variabel. The method used in this research is quantitative research with data collection techniques using purposive sampling. Data collection techniques used are by distributing questionnaires. Young people who have received entrepreneurship courses while studiying, while the number is not known with certainty. The number of sampels obtained as many as 100 people. This research produces (1.) simultaneously the variables of entrepreneurship education (X1) and entrepreneurial motivation (X2) simultaneously have a positive and significant on Entrepreneurial interest (Y) (2.) Partially shows that entrepreneurship education has a positive but not significant effect on entrepreneurial success (3.) entrepreneurial motivation variable also has a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial success.Keyword :  entrepreneurship education, motivation and entrepreneurial success
