Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengamatan lingkungan internal dan eksternal yang diharapkan dapat memberikan efek terhadap kegiatan ekonomi di masyarakat lokal. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan kualitatif dengan model deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara dokumentasi dan pengamatan. Teknik analisis data menggunakan beberapa prosedur pengurangan data, tampilan data dan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keberhasilan pariwisata dalam kegiatan ekonomi dapat bermanfaat bagi masyarakat tentunya dengan adanya SDM Pariwisata pada lingkungan internal pariwisata melalui pokdarwis. Sedangkan lingkungan eksternal mulai dari adanya gagasan yang berawal dari pemerintah.Kata kunci: Lingkungan Internal, Lingkungan Eksternal, Pariwisata, dan Ekonomi.AbstractThis study aims to analyze the internal and external environment observations that are expected to affect economic activity in local communities. This research was conducted with a qualitative approach with a descriptive model. Data collection techniques carried out through documentation and observation. The data then analyzed using several data reduction procedures, data displays, and conclusions. The results showed that tourism success in economic activities could benefit the community, of course, with the existence of Tourism HR in the internal environment of tourism through Pokdarwis. In contrast, the external environment starts with ideas originating from the government.Keywords: Internal Environmental, External Environmental, Tourism, and Economy.

Abstract

Abstrak: Industri Kreatif merupakan konsep yang dapat menyelaraskan ide, kreativitas dan keterampilan serta inovasi, sehingga terciptanya suatu produk dan akhirnya menciptakan insan yang produktif. Permasalahannya konsep desa wisata berbasis ekonomi kreatif di Desa Cikaso merupakan prioritas utama dalam rintisan Desa Wisata.  Belum adanya minat para pemuda karang taruna ikut berkontribusi dalam kegiatan masyarakat, serta rendahnya minat berwirausaha untuk membangun desanya lebih maju lagi dan saling bersinergi. Kegiatan PKM ini bertujuan untuk penerapan model ekonomi kreatif berbasis pariwisata melalui kegiatan pemanfaatan teknologi, menangkap peluang usaha digital mencapai Cikaso Creative. Metode kegiatan PKM ini Focus Group Discussion, metode presentasi dan metode demonstrasi. Hasil kegiatan PKM kepada karang taruna Cikaso berupa adanya hasil kreatifitas desain toko online, pengemasan produk, dan pemasaran produk melalui video. Abstract:  Creative Industry is a concept that can harmonize ideas, creativity, and skills as well as innovation so that a product is created and ultimately creates a productive human being. The problem is that the concept of a creative economy-based tourism village in Cikaso Village is a top priority in the pioneering of the Tourism Village. There is no interest among youth from youth organizations in contributing to community activities, as well as the low interest in entrepreneurship to build their village more advanced and synergize with each other. This PKM activity aims to implement a tourism-based creative economy model through technology utilization activities, capturing digital business opportunities to reach Cikaso Creative. This PKM activity method is Focus Group Discussion, presentation method, and demonstration method. The results of PKM activities for Cikaso youth group are in the form of creative results in online store designs, product packaging, and product marketing via video.

Abstract

Abstrak: Kampung Tematik yang dicanangkan oleh pemerintah kota Semarang tidak semuanya sukses diimplementasikan. Masalah yang dihadapi oleh kampung tematik Kelurahan Tegalsari, adalah belum adanya tema yang ikonik, rendah dukungan dan partisipasi, kurang pemberdayaan masyarakat serta minimnya dampak ekonomi. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk menyusun tema ikonik, meningkatan kesadaran wisata, dukungan, partisipasi dan pemberdayaan masyarakat agar dampak ekonomi maksimal. Pengabdian dilaksanakan dalam 6 tahapan kegiatan, dengan cara sosialisasi, FGD, survey, praktik dan workshop. Hasil pengabdian menunjukan adanya peningkatkan soft-skill berupa peningkatan kesadaran wisata masyarakat dari 15% menjadi 100%, peningkatan dukungan masyarakat dari 30% menjadi 100%, kemampuan warga menyusun Tema Ikonik “Cafe Batik Gesek Godhong”, dan kemampuan merencanakan acara wisata. Peningkatan hard-skill tercapai dari kesuksesan pelaksanaan acara wisata di era New Normal, dan kesuksesan UMKM lokal sebagai penyedia workshop ekonomi kreatif bagi wisatawan. Acara wisata dipandang sebagai cara sukses untuk meningkatkan dukungan, partisipasi, pemberdayaan masyarakat sekaligus dampak ekonomi bagi pelaku ekonomi kreatif dan masyarakat.Abstract: Thematic Villages Program by the Semarang city government were not all successfully implemented. The problems faced by Tegalsari Village are the absence of an iconic theme, low support and participation, lack of community empowerment and minimal economic impact. This activity aims to help this village to develop iconic themes, increase tourism awareness, community support, participation and empowerment to maximize the economic impact. This community service is carried in 6 stages, by means of socialization, FGD, surveys, practical and workshops. The results show an increase in soft-skills in the form of increasing local tourism awareness from 15% to 100%, increasing community support from 30% to 100%, the ability of locals to compose the Iconic Theme "Cafe Batik Gesek Godhong", and to plan tourism event. Hard-skills were achieved from the successful tourism event using New Norm, and local small entrepreneurs’ ability to provide creative economy workshops. Event has been seen as the successful way to increase support, participation, empowerment as well as economic impact for the community.

Abstract

Abstrak: Pelatihan kewirausahaan berbasis pariwisata merupakan pengabdian masyarakat yang sederhana dan dapat dilakukan oleh masyarakat yang berada disekitar daya tarik wisata. Namun, dalam pelaksanaannya dibutuhkan antusias masyarakat berinovasi dalam membuat produk yang diminati wisatawan, sehinggadapat membuka peluang usaha baru yang bermanfaat untuk dikembangkan didesanya.   Metode penelitian yang dilakukan menggunakan metode deskripsi, dimana peneliti mendiskripsikan pengabdian dengan wawancara potensi daya tarik, kemudian dilakukan FGD (Focus Group Discussion) kepada masyarakat tentang pentingnya Kewiruasahaan. Tujuan kewirausahaan ini merupakan proses melakukan sesuatu yang baru atau kreatif dan berbeda (inovatif) yang berguna dalam memberikan nilai lebih. Desa Jamalsari memiliki daya tarik yang sangat menarik untuk dikunjungi wisatawan yaitu Waduk  Barang Bukit Cinta Jati. Tetapi dibutuhkan ada inovasi untuk orang-orang yang akan mengembangkan daya tarik ini dengan konsep ramah lingkungan, dan orang-orang yang menjual kreativitas inovasi produk lokal untuk menarik dipromosikan di sekitar waduk Bukit Cinta Jatibarang. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk menciptakan perspektif dan meningkatkan motivasi masyarakat di bidang kewirausahaan, produk yang tersedia di masyarakat dapat dikemas dengan baik dan tentunya akan menarik bantuan pemerintah / mitra untuk bekerja sama.Abstract: Entrepreneurial training based on tourism is a simple community devotion and can be done by people who are around the tourist attraction. However, in its implementation it takes enthusiasm of the community innovating in making the products that tourists demand, so that open new business opportunities that are beneficial to be developed in the village. Methods of research conducted using the method of description, where researchers describe the devotion with interviews potential attraction, then conducted FGD (Focus Group Discussion) to the public about the importance of entrepreneurship. This entrepreneurial goal is the process of doing something new or creative and different (innovative) that is useful in delivering more value. Jamalsari Village has a very interesting attraction for tourists to visit namely Bukit Cinta Jati Reservoir goods. But it takes innovation for people who will develop this attraction with eco-friendly concepts, and those who sell creativity of local product innovations to withdraw are promoted around Bukit Cinta Jatibarang Reservoir. This Activity aims to create perspectives and improve community motivation in the field of entrepreneurship, the products available in the community can be packed well and will certainly attract government/partner assistance to cooperate.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the destination business is to place he is always in the minds of consumers so that perceptions are different from competitors. This strategy to get achieve customer satisfaction in the long term, therefore it is needed PIB approach that is strung through the creative economy to achieve communicating uniqueness of the destination. This research was conducted in Kartikajaya Village in Kendal, Central Java. Source The data of this research are primary and secondary data. This research was obtained through interviews directly and filling out the questionnaire using the google form to strengthen the result data study. The principle of data collection is to reveal the variables to be studied. Method data collection through direct observation to the field, interviews, questionnaires. This research is an action research panel of previous researchers where a potential study model was found the attractiveness of the creative economy has strength in tourism development, and then followed by the importance of building a positioning strategy with a PIB approach (Positioning-Image-Branding) where 3 related concepts are united with the creative economy in marketing strategy. Indonesia has designated Kendal as a Special Economic Zone (SEZ). With With this status, investors are increasingly interested in developing their business in the Kendal SEZ. By because it will certainly have an impact on the development of the creative economy in the surrounding area Kendal, especially Kartika Jaya Village, has opportunities for economic development that will can contribute to the country's foreign exchange through its tourism programs. Data source Government, community organizations, local communities, and tourists. Research output, a document that reviews the potential of the destination, describes a list of attractions (for mapping potential), competitive analysis, including situation analysis. The document is the basis to start brand development. Furthermore, the imaging (image) of tourist destinations is agreed upon This in turn strengthens its brand positioning among the local community and the market. Process branding involves all individuals/institutions in the tourism industry to identify themselves with the brand to be established, so that local stakeholders become guard of the brand development process.

Abstract

The Importance of the Program The Government builds good habits to improve quality human resources that are applied in various sectors, including tourism. President Joko Widodo in his speech stated several factors that strengthen HR, namely healthy, smart, skilled and prosperous. The role of the tourism industry today is very important, because its role can provide recommendations to improve the capabilities and expertise in the field of tourism human resources. This study aims to analyze the importance of tourism industry players being guided online learning in competency tests, so that there is equity in improving Tourism Human Resources in Indonesia both in education and human resources working in the tourism industry. This is reinforced by BNSP allowing the implementation of remote competency assessment / testing carried out by LSP in accordance with Number: SE: 011 / BNSP / IV / 2020 dated April 3, 2020. This research uses a qualitative approach, which is an inductive approach. This type of descriptive research with case study research methods. The results showed that planning, organizing, developing, controlling the financing of competency tests require the carrying capacity of many stakeholders, so that the process can run smoothly. The success of increasing human resources is greatly influenced by the conditions of security and political stability, the carrying capacity of human resources who have expertise according to both quality and quantity, the budget used to develop facilities and infrastructure for tourism competency testing, legal policies that provide convenience, security, transparency and comfort for actors the tourism industry in the process of conducting online assessments in various regions in Indonesia.

Abstract

Tomato is currently one of the high economic value horticultural commodities and still requires serious treatment, especially in terms of increasing the yield and growth of tomatoes. This research will be carried out by Hospitality Laboratory in STIEPARI Semarang. The material used is tomato and sugar. The method used is making tomato dates, observing the deterioration kinetics of tomato candied quality, estimating shelf life of tomato sweets and adding sugar. The results of this study indicate that preservation of fresh tomatoes into tomato dates to increase the storability of plant foods (P <0.05). Vegetable food has a high fiber content so that the physical properties of plant foods, so that with a preservation system using sugar can increase the shelf life of vegetable products. Research result Based on the organoleptic results (color) of tomato dates presented in the table, it shows that tomato dates with the addition of sugar as much as T0 (0% Tomato Dates 0% Sugar), T1 (Tomato Dates 30% Sucrose) both were still in the like category, while T2 Tomato Dates were 30% Lactose) and T3 Tomato Dates 30% Fructose) both were in the very like category. Based on the organoleptic results (aroma) of tomato dates presented in the table, it shows that tomato dates with the addition of sugar as much as T0 (0% Tomato Dates 0% Sugar), T1 (Tomato Dates 30% Sucrose) and T2 (Tomato Dates 30% Lactose) are still in the category likes, while T3 Tomato Dates 30% Fructose) is in the very like category. While at T2 (30% Lactose Tomato Dates) showed liking, and T3 Tomato Dates 30% Fructose) showed very liking. While the formula T3 Tomato Dates 30% Fructose) which shows the category of very like. namely the addition of 40gr lactose as much as 84% while the lowest lactose content was the addition of 20gr lactose as much as 20gr.

Abstract

The mangrove forest ecosystem is an important habitat for forest conservation, so one area that has the potential for developing mangrove ecotourism in the city of Semarang is the tourist village of Tapak Tugurejo, Tugu district. Mangrove forest is a mangrove forest in brackish swamp land, usually influenced by tides, generally found on the coast / bay forest that is protected from big waves with biodiversity. Therefore, the importance of direct activities to raise awareness to the community about the importance of planting mangroves can prevent abrasion, especially in the tourist village of Tapak Tugurejo. This activity is carried out by the TVO (Tourism Volunteer Organization) organization. In general, the activities were followed enthusiastically by other participants. The research method uses qualitative methods, and the type of case study research. The results of this service are expected to understand and take great benefits for youth and the community to care for the environment, as well as useful for preventing abrasion in the tourist village of Tapak Tugurejo

Abstract

This community service activity at Plantera Patean Kendal Agro-tourism is carried out in order to fulfill the request of Plantera Patean Kendal Agro-tourism (PT Cengkeh Zanzibar). As well as the implementation of community service by several lecturers who have knowledge and skills about tourism. This activity was in the form of an analysis FGD on the packaging of agro-based tourism products based on market segmentation. The main objective of this activity is to assist Plantera Agro-tourism in developing agro-tourism potential. As well as providing benefits in the form of training and skills related to the tourism sector.

Abstract

Pelaku usaha kreatif di Kota Salatiga untuk bangkit di tengah-tengah situasi pandemi Covid-19 masih sangat terbuka, yakni dengan memanfaatkan peluang pasar digital. Selain itu Kota Salatiga juga telah dibentuk Komite Ekonomi Kreatif (KEK) yang memiliki fungsi untuk mendorong pengembangan potensi ekonomi kreatif yang ada di Kota Salatiga. Salah satu potensi yang diangkat oleh Tim STIEPARI adalah potensi daya tarik wisata yang ada di kelurahan randuacir. Potensi keunggulan daya tarik, ekonomi kreatif dan juga potensi SDM dalam pengemasan diperlukannya beberapa tahapan pendampingan untuk mencapai pengembangan pariwisata bersinergi dengan beberapa stakeholder untuk pariwisata berkelanjutan. Oleh karena itu Tim STIEPARI ditahapan awal dilakukannya FGD, observasi langsung lapangan dan evaluasi.
