Abstract

Saat-saat ini jasa telah mengalami banyak perubahan dan peningkatan yang dramatis dibandingkan dengan decade yang sebelumnya. Dan kontribusi jasa memberikan kontribusi terhadap perekonomian dunia. Kualitas jasa dan keputusan konsumen terhadap loyalitas konsumen merupakan hal penting yang harus dimiliki oleh setiap perusahaan jika ingin yang dihasilkan dapat bersaing dipasar dan untuk memuaskan kebutuhan konsumen. Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas jasa dan keputusan konsumen terhadap loyalitas konsumen pada PT SEKAWAN JAYA LESTARI. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah nasabah pada PT SEKAWAN JAYA LESTARI. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah probability sampling dengan jumlah sampel 96 orang. Metode penelitian adalah asosiatif dengan menggunakan metode analisis regresi berganda. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu menggunakan uji validitas, uji reabilitas, dan korelasi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : [1] Terdapat pengaruh kualitas jasa terhadap loyalitas konsumen pada PT SEKAWAN JAYA LESTARI.  [2] Terdapat pengaruh keputusan konsumen terhadap loyalitas konsumen pada PT SEKAWAN JAYA LESTARI. [3] Terdapat pengaruh kualitas jasa dan keputusan konsumen terhadap loyalitas konsumen pada PT SEKAWAN JAYA LESTARI.

Abstract

In a modern era like today, business opportunities in the culinary world continue to grow and almost never subside, making business in this field very promising. One of the phenomena we encounter is the increasing number of culinary businesses. This study aims to see the effect of physical evidence on customer satisfaction. The research method in this research is quantitative with associative research type. Based on the results of hypothesis testing carried out in this study, it is found that physical evidence has a significant effect on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

 Abstract. Raba village is one in Bima which is famous for its large turmeric yields in Wawo District. However, the processing carried out by the people of Raba Village is still very traditional, that is, they only sell their agricultural or plantation products without making other materials of economic value. STIE Bima KKN students gave one of their programs, namely empowering the Wawo village community by making turmeric in the manufacture of Wawo's typical sour turmeric herbal drink which is packaged well and has economic value in developing the community's economy. The methods used in Community Service (PKM) activities are preparation and observation, research and product formulation, and training and development. able to increase the knowledge, skills of the people of Raba Village and can add high economic value from the potential of existing turmeric. This can be seen from the changes in the economic pattern of the community, which initially only marketed and sold in traditional markets, with the presence of processed turmeric into healthy drinks, the community's economy can be improved, not only for the surrounding community, but also for the wider community. The results of this activity are highly appreciated by the Raba Village Government and the Wawo sub-district for having succeeded in forming entrepreneurial community groups as business partners and willing to process and develop turmeric as a basic ingredient of herbal medicine. Abstrak. Desa Raba merupakan salah satu di Bima yang terkenal  dengan hasil kunyit yang cukup besar di Kecamatan Wawo. Namun, pengolahan yang dilakukan oleh masyarakat Desa Raba masih sangat tradisional, yaitu hanya menjual hasil pertanian atau perkebunannya tersebut tanpa dibuat bahan lain yang bernilai ekonomis. Mahasiswa KKN STIE Bima memberikan salah satu programnya yaitu memberdayakan masyarakat desa wawo dengan menjadikan kunyit dalam pembuatan minuman jamu kunyit asam khas wawo yang dikemas dengan baik dan mempunyai nilai ekonomis dalam pengembangan perekonomian masyarakat. Metode yang digunakan pada kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) yaitu persiapan dan observasi, riset dan formulsi produk , dan pelatihan dan pengembangan. mampu menambah pengetahuan, keterampilan masyarakat Desa Raba serta dapat menambah nilai ekonomis yang tinggi dari potensi kunyit yang ada. Hal tersebut terlihat dari adanya perubahan pola ekonomi masyarakat, yang semula hanya memasarkan dan menjual pada pasar tradisional, dengan adanya olahan kunyit menjadi minuman sehat, perekonomian masyarakat dapat ditingkatkan, bukan hanya pada masyarakat sekitar saja, namun pada khalayak masyarakat luas. Hasil dari kegiatan ini sangat di apresiasi oleh Pemerintah Desa Raba dan camat wawo karena telah berhasil membentuk kelompok masyarakat yang berwirausaha sebaga  mitra usaha dan mau mengolah serta mengembangkan kunyit sebagai bahan dasar jamu.

Abstract

Tourism has now become a global need. The development of increasingly rapid globalization is very influential on the development of industry, including the tourism industry. Currently the tourism industry is part of one of the central foreign exchange earners for developing countries including Indonesia. The aim to be achieved is to increase expanded marketing of visiting interest in the Asi Mbojo museum. The data used is primary data. The research sample of 70 visitors who visited the ASI MBOJO museum. Data analysis tool in this research uses simple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that expanded marketing influences the interest in visiting the museum Asi Mbojo.

Abstract

Satisfying consumer needs is the dream of every company. Apart from being an important factor for the company's survival, meeting consumer needs can increase its superiority in competition. Consumers who are satisfied with product design and product quality tend to buy back the product and reuse the product when the same need arises at a later date. This study aims to determine the effect of product design and product quality on consumer satisfaction at Honda Scoopy on Astra Motor. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method, while this type of research includes associative research. The population in this study are consumers who have used Honda Scoopy, the number of samples taken in this study were 100 respondents. The sample used in this study was purposive sampling. The research instrument used a questionnaire with a Likert scale. Data analysis used multiple linear regression, correlation test, determination test, partial test analysis with t test and f test (simultaneous). To test the effect between variables using SPSS (Statistical Service Product Solutions) version 23.00. The results based on the t test (partial) show that product design affects customer satisfaction, product quality affects product satisfaction, while product design and product quality simultaneously affect product satisfaction.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of creativity and innovation on the business performance of Bima City Lace Motifs in partially or simultaneously. The type of research used is associative, the research location is Raba Subdistrict, Ntobo Village. The population in this study are all UKM Lace motif that have Creativity and Innovation, the sample in this study amounted to 100 UKM.  The research instrument used a questionnaire with a Likert scale measurement The type of data used in this study was quantitative data and the source of research data was primary data. Data collection techniques are observation, questionnaire / questionnaire, and literature study. The Creativity and Innovation Variables together have an effect both simultaneously and partially and simultaneously on the Business Performance of Bima City Lace Motifs. The implication of this research is that the existence of lace motif products can continue to be recognized and developed in order to preserve the Bima City lace motif woven products.

Abstract

This promotion is conducted to find out and analyze the partial Vivo Smartphone Sales Promotion of Consumer Purchase Interests in the City of Bima. in this research, the type of research used is associative. Probability Sampling technique is a sampling technique used. The number of samples used is 96 respondents using the probability sampling method. Based on the results of a partial analysis of this study shows that the Sales Promotion of Smartphone Girls Vivo (X) has a significant influence on Purchase Interest (Y) with a value (p value) 0.003 <0.05

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is an influence of lifestyle (life style) and price on purchasing decisions in the city of Bima's Yuank canteen. This type of research is associative. This research was conducted in the Yuank Canteen in Bima City. The population in this study are all consumers who buy food and drink in the Yuank cafeteria. The sampling technique used by researchers is acidental sampling and obtained a sample of 96 people. Data collection using questionnaires. The variable results show that lifestyle and price variables influence the purchasing decisions of Bima's Yuank Canteen. By looking at simple linear regression analysis of lifestyle variables (life style) on purchasing decisions and t tests. It can be seen that the coefficient of the price variable has an influence on the purchasing decision of Bima's Yuank Canteen next to 0.435, and the lifestyle variable is 0.367 where the coefficient of determination shows the value of 23.6% while the ratio of 76.4% is explained by other variables. And the results of this study indicate that lifestyle (life style) and price both have an influence on purchasing decisions at Bima's Yuank canteen

Abstract

This study intends to determine the effect of product quality on consumer satisfaction H GROUP INDONESIA KIMA BIMA products. The type of research used is associative. This research was conducted on consumers of H GROUP INDONESIA in Bima City whose target is consumers who have been shopping for H Group Indonesia Bima City products. The technique for taking the sample used was the accidental sampling method with 55 respondents. Data analysis techniques used are simple linear regression, simple correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination, correlation coefficient and partial test (t test). Based on the results of the study showed that: product quality variables have an effect on consumer satisfaction in the H Group Indonesia Bima City

Abstract

Services are a part of human needs that are very much needed by humans, for now the service sector provides a good contribution to economic growth both nationally and internationally. This study aims to determine the effect of service and consumer decisions on consumer loyalty at PT Sekawan Jaya Lestari Kota Bima. The sample used was 96 respondents. This type of research is associative with a quantitative approach. The technique of using data uses a questionnaire. Methods of data using simple random sampling method. The data analysis technique used validity test, reliability test, multiple regression analysis, and significant test. The results of this research indicate that: 1. There is an effect of service quality on consumer loyalty at PT Sekawan Jaya Lestari. 2. the influence of consumer decisions on consumer loyalty at PT Sekawan Jaya Lestari. 3. The influence of service quality and consumer decisions on consumer loyalty at PT Sekawan Jaya Lestari.
