This study aims to investigate the effect of brand leadership (consisting of the dimensions of quality, value, innovation, and popularity) perceived by consumers of an e-commerce website on customer satisfaction among private college students. The sample of this research was taken from 1026 students using a simple random sampling technique and using SEM (Structural Equation Model) with SmartPLS software version 3.0 as a statistical tool. The results of this study indicate that all dimensions of brand leadership have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. The quality dimension has the most influence to drive customer satisfaction on e-commerce sites. Then followed by the dimensions of value, innovation, and popularity. The study notes that consumers have logical opinions on leading brands even when they are not yet popular. Online reviews and word-of-mouth reviews can be used to increase brand popularity based on the best product quality.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of brand leadership (which consists of the dimensions of quality, value, innovation, and popularity) perceived by consumers of an e-commerce website on customer satisfaction among private college students. In addition to testing the effect of customer satisfaction on repurchase intention. The sample of this research was taken from 1026 students using simple random sampling techniques and using SEM (Structural Equation Model) with SmartPLS software version 3.0 as a statistical tool. The results of this study indicate that all dimensions of brand leadership have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Likewise, the customer satisfaction variable has a positive and very significant effect on repurchase intention among respondent students. The quality dimension has the greatest influence on increasing customer satisfaction on e-commerce sites. Then followed by the dimensions of value, innovation, and popularity dimensions.

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership, teaching factory program (TEFA) & the competence of creative products and vocational school entrepreneurship. Respondents in this study were 453 students of the Vocational school program. Data was collected using primary data, namely a questionnaire about the teaching factory program, interest in entrepreneurship which was distributed to respondents online using social media. Data analysis used path analysis with SPSS software data processing tools. The results of the path analysis of the teaching factory program have a direct positive effect on the competence of creative and entrepreneurial products. The teaching factory program has a direct effect on students' interest in entrepreneurship. Creative product competence and entrepreneurship have a direct positive effect on entrepreneurial interest. With this research, schools should further improve the existing teaching factory program so that it can improve student competence and can also increase students' interest in entrepreneurship.

Era informasi yang membuka ruang kompetisi secara bebas dan meluas telah menantang setiap organisasi bisnis, termasuk industry manufaktur untuk mengasah keunggulan kompetitifnya. Ikon utama keunggulan kompetitif itu adalah perilaku inovatif dari setiap pegawainya. Oleh karena itu, tujuan penelitian ini adalah menguji pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional dan iklim etis terhadap perilaku inivatif pegawai dengan mengambil 126 pegawai pada industri manufaktur di Kabupaten Tangerang Banten dengan teknik Simple Random Sampling. Analisis dari penelitian ini menggunakan SEM (Structural Equation Model) dengan software SmartPLS versi 3.0 sebagai alat bantu statistik. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional memberikan efek positif dan signifikan terhadap iklim etis, kepemimpinan transformasional memberikan efek positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku inovatif pegawai, baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung melalui mediasi iklim etis

This study aimed to measure the effect of transformational leadership on employee performance of the employee of a HVAC industry in Tangerang which are mediated by readiness for change. Data collection was done by simple random sampling technique and the returned and valid questionnaire results were 224 samples. Data processing was used SEM method with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of this study concluded that transformational leadership have not significant effect on the employee performance, but transformational leadership have a positive and significant effect on readiness for change. This study conclude also that readiness for change have a positive and significant effect on relationship between transformational leadership and employee performance. Readiness for change as fully mediator. This new research proposed a model for building employee performance among the employee of a HVAC industry in Tangerang through enhancing transformational leadership practice with readiness for change as a mediator. This research could pave the way to improve employee readiness in facing the era of industrial revolution 4.0.

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kinerja karyawan industri otomotif di Tangerang yang dimediasi oleh kesiapan untuk perubahan. Pengumpulan data penelitian kuantitatif ini dilakukan dengan teknik simple random sampling dan hasil kuesioner yang kembali dan valid adalah 217 sampel. Pemrosesan data menggunakan metode SEMdengan perangkat lunak SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, tetapi kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kesiapan untuk berubah. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan juga bahwa kesiapan untuk berubah memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap hubungan antara kepemimpinan transformasional dan kinerja karyawan. Kesiapan untuk berubah sebagai full-mediator. Penelitian ini mengusulkan sebuah model untuk membangun kinerja karyawan di antara karyawan industri otomotif di Tangerang melalui peningkatan praktik kepemimpinan transformasional dengan kesiapan untuk berubah sebagai mediator. Penelitian ini dapat membuka jalan untuk meningkatkan kesiapan karyawan dalam menghadapi era revolusi industri 4.0. This study aims to examine the effect of charismatic leadership on the psychological safety climate and tacit knowledge sharing. This study also investigates the central role of psychological safety climate as a mediating variable between charismatic leadership and tacit knowledge sharing. This study adopted a simple random sampling method with 61 samples of employees from five of MSME companies in Banten. With the help of SmartPLS 3.0 software, the results of this study indicate that charismatic leadership has a significant direct influence on the psychological safety climate and tacit knowledge sharing. Likewise, the psychological safety climate has a significant direct effect on tacit knowledge sharing. This study also found evidence that charismatic leadership has a significant indirect effect on tacit knowledge sharing through mediating the psychological safety climate. Thus, the psychological safety climate acts as a partial mediator in this research model.

This study aimed to determine the effects of genetic personalities and parenting styles, especially the type of authoritative parenting style on children's character development. This study utilized a correlational method with a quantitative research approach. The data were collected by distributing questionnaires online to the population selected by using a simple random sampling technique. The population of this study was parents of elementary school students for as many as 150 people. The data in this study were analyzed by SEM (Structural Equation Model) with Smart PLS version 3.0 software. The results showed that the genetic personality and the authoritative parenting style had a positive and significant effect on children's character development.

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of transactional and transformational on the innovation performance of lecturers. The population of this research is all lecturers at a private university in Tangerang totaling 180 people. The research sample used a random sampling method. The data used are primary data collected through a questionnaire. The number of returned and valid questionnaires was 120 samples. The data is processed using Structural Equating Model (SEM). The results of the study conclude that transactional and transformational leadership have a positive impact on the innovation performance of lecturers. This study proposes a model to improve the performance of lecturers in Tangerang through improving leadership practices in universities. This study can pave the way to improve the readiness of lecturers in facing the 4.0 education era. Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh transaksional dan transformasional terhadap kinerja inovasi dosen. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh dosen pada salah satu universitas swasta di Tangerang berjumlah 180 orang. Sampel penelitian menggunakan random sampling method. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer yang dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner. Jumlah kuesioner yang kembali dan valid sebanyak 120 sampel. Data diolah dengan menggunakan Structural Equating Model (SEM). Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa kepemimpinan transaksional dan transformasional berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja inovasi dosen. Penelitian ini mengusulkan model untuk meningkatkan kinerja dosen di Tangerang melalui peningkatan praktik kepemimpinan di perguruan tinggi. Kajian ini dapat membuka jalan untuk meningkatkan kesiapan dosen dalam menghadapi era pendidikan 4.0.

Partners in this activity are teachers from one of the junior high schools in Tangerang as an effort to improve the pedagogic competence of teachers through PKM (Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat) lesson study. More than 75% of students must take remedial final exams to meet the minimum completeness criteria. This partnership program aims to increase the knowledge of teachers about the fulfillment of students' learning rights. Based on the problems faced by partners, the solutions offered are training and lesson study assistance. The result of this activity is an increase in pedagogic competence which is marked by increasing teacher knowledge in the form of making chapter designs and lesson designs in collaboration with colleagues, as well as increasing the fulfillment of students' learning rights marked by the creation of an active, creative, effective, innovative, and fun learning atmosphere. In addition, PKM lesson study produces outputs in the form of scientific articles published in national or international journals.
