Abstract

ABSTRACT The research was used R&D (Research and Development) research method that aims to produced and describe mathematic learning media based on Adobe Flash CS3. Researcher is adapted from R&D (Research and Development) research method by ADDIE. The first experts material give “4.5” score to the researcher it was “Valid” category. The second experts material give “4.7” score to the researcher it was “Valid” category, and researcher get “4.2” score from expert media it was “Valid” category. The result of questionnaires for students responses about mathematic learning media based on Adobe Flash CS3 get a percentage score “89.5%” it was “Very Good” category. Then, the result of pre test students was obtained average score “33.7” it means that all of students have low score below “KKM” which is ≤ 75. While, the result of post test students was obtained average score “82” it means that all of students get the high score on the top of “KKM” which is ≥ 75. Then, the final score of attitude assessment is “2.4” it was “Good” category. It means that students have a good attitude. The final score of performance assessment is “2.5” it was “Good” category. It means that students have a good performance. Based on the result above, the researcher conclude that mathematic learning media based on Adobe Flash CS3 relations and functions, feasible and valid to used in learning mathematic. Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh model pembelajaran generatif terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik pada materi lingkaran. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini menggunakan quasi eksperimen. Subyek dalam penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas XI A MA Bahrul Ulum tambak beras Jombang sebagai kelas kontrol dan kelas XI B MA Bahrul Ulum Tambak Beras Jombang sebagai kelas eksperimen. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan menggunakan uji t (Separeted Varians). Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh adalah hasil belajar peserta didik dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran generatif pada materi lingkaran mendapatkan hasil yang lebih baik daripada tanpa menggunakan model pembelajaran generatif, hal tersebut dibuktikan dengan perhitungan uji t. Pada perhitungan uji t disimpulkan Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima, yang artinya ada pengaruh pembelajaran generatif terhadap hasil belajar matematika pada materi lingkaran peserta didik di MA Bahrul Ulum Tambak Beras Jombang. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh model pembelajaran generatif terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik pada materi lingkaran. Abstract

Learning mathematics today should be more than just equipping students with understanding concepts, but it should also be used to facilitate students with the ability to apply mathematical-concepts to solve problems from everyday life. The individual's ability to apply mathematical concepts (employ to solve problems from the real world is a part of mathematics-literacy. However, based on the PISA study, a program that evaluates students’ mathematics-literacy around the world, it is known that Indonesian students’ mathematics-literacy is still low compared to students from other countries. Therefore, it is necessary to increase the use of PISA-like mathematics problems at school. PISA-like mathematics problems are built in context and content. One of them is content Change and Relationships. Several previous studies have shown that many Indonesian students have difficulties in solving PISA- like mathematics problems of change and relationships content. Therefore, in this study, we developed PISA- like mathematics problems of content change and relationships for students at SMP/MTs. The product developed is used as a mathematical activity in learning at school as an effort to support students’ mathematics literacy. This study uses the Research and Development (R&D) method with the ADDIE model. Results of this study show that the product is valid and appropriate to support students' mathematics literacy.

Abstract

With the increasing number of real-life situations that require some level of mathematical understanding, this shows that mathematical concepts have an important role in everyday life. One of the mathematical studies that is widely used in everyday life is geometry. Many objects in everyday life are geometric shapes, including cubes and blocks. However, the practice of learning on cube and block material has not accommodated these needs, that is a learning that accommodates everyday situations experienced by students. Considering this, in this study, learning media was developed in the form of Student Worksheets (LKPD) which were arranged using the personal context of students on cube and block material. The target of this research is students of class VIII junior high school (SMP/MTs). This study uses the Research and Development (R&D) method with the ADDIE model. This study aims to develop LKPD for Cube and Block Materials Using Personal Context for Students grade VIII. The results show that the LKPD is valid and practical. The results of the product implementation show that the use of this LKPD supports students' understanding on concept of cube and block. The use of LKPD also received a "good" response by students.

Abstract

This research aims of determining the effects of the hypnoteaching method toward the student mathematical abilities in the trigonometry ratio. The type of this research was quasi experimental with nonequivalent control grup design. The study variables consisted of independent variable was the hypnoteaching method and dependent variable was the mathematic competence student. The population in this research includes all students of X grade in the State Senior High School 10 Jombang the consist of 5 class. The sample in this research was students of class X.MIA-1 as the experimental class and students of class X.MIA-2 as the control class. The data were collected by using pretest and posttest questions in a descriptive format. Statistical analysis used is n-gain with independent sample t-test. The result shows that are the average gain normalized the mathematical ability of the experimental class students with the average gain normalized the mathematical ability of the control class students. It is can be proved by the Sig.calculate (0.000) < α (0.05) and reinforced by the result of calculation tcalculate > ttable (6.162 > 1.995) which means Ha is accepted and Ho rejected. Thust, it can conclude that hypnoteaching method has an effect toward the student mathematical abilities in the trigonometry ratio. Keywords: hypnoteaching; student mathematical abilities

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah: (1) Mendeskripsikan perangkat brain based learning yang berkualitas baik pada materi peluang siswa kelas IX (2) Mendeskripsikan keefektifan brain based learning pada pembelajaran materi peluang siswa kelas IX. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan. Model Pengembangan perangkat pada penelitian ini menggunakan model pengembangan Thiagarajan 4 D model yang terdiri atas tahap pendefinisian (define), perancangan (design), pengembangan (develop) dan penyebaran (disseminate), untuk tahap penyebaran yang dilakukan adalah tahap penyebaran terbatas. Perangkat pembelajaran yang dihasilkan berupa: (1) Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran (RPP), (2) Lembar Kerja Siswa (LKS), (3) Tes Hasil Belajar (THB). Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa 1) perangkat pembelajaran yang dihasilkan berkualitas baik, 2) Pembelajaran brain based learning efektif digunakan untuk mengajarkan materi Peluang. Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menghasilkan pengembangan multimedia interaktif yang layak digunakan dalam pembelajaran materi bangun ruang sisi lengkung siswa kelas VI penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan. Penelitian ini menggunakan model yang dikembangkan oleh Borg dan Gall meliputi tahapan sebagai berikut a) research and information collecting b) planning c) develop preliminary from of product d) preliminary field testing e) main product revision f) main field testing g) operastional product revision h) operational field testing i) final product revision dan j) dissemination and implementation, namun pada penelitian ini dibatasi sampai sembilan tahap, tahap dissemination and implementation tidak dilakukan. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan model. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh (1) uji kelayakan ahli media yang mendapatkan skor 4,53 (sangat baik),(2) uji kelayakan ahli materi yang mendapatkan skor 4,13 (baik) dan (3) uji kelayakan pengguna yang mendapatkan skor 4,26 (baik) untuk uji coba lapangan awal, 4,21 (sangat baik) untuk uji coba lapangan utama, dan 4, 30 (baik) untuk uji coba lapangan operasional.

Abstract

Education is one of the supporting factors in improving the quality of human resources. Therefore the concept of an education should no longer be teacher-centered, but student-centered. The change in concept starts from several aspects, one of which is through the learning method. Some learning methods that center on student activity are the Circuit Learning and Complete Sentence methods. Through these two methods, students are expected to be more active and get satisfying results. Therefore, in this study the two methods were developed into a new method, the CIRCOS method to determine the application of the learning method and its effect on increasing student achievement. This research method uses Research and Development, and uses the Borg and Gall model. Data collection techniques in this study through observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. In the research instrument using questionnaires and tests. Based on the results of research and development, it can be concluded that the CIRCOS learning method has several weaknesses, strengths, and things that need to be added. And the CIRCOS method can improve student achievement.

Abstract

To support Integrated Science learning, an integrated learning resource is needed, so that harmony between learning models and learning resources is created, namely the Integrated Science module. Based on this, it was tried to apply the module on Integrated Science learning with the hypothesis that students 'learning achievements taught with Integrated Science modules with integrated learning models with high initial abilities were better than students' learning achievements taught without Integrated Science modules with high initial abilities and also vice versa. The purpose of applying this module is to find out the differences in student achievement. The research method used is a quantitative approach with a type of quasi-experimental research with different treatments in both samples. The class used is 7A as an experiment and 7B as a control class. For the experimental class learning activities are accompanied by modules with integration learning models, while the control class is without modules. Then to test the hypothesis used ANOVA AB Statistical Test followed by Scheffe Test. Students' abilities are distinguished from the class average, if above the class average is called high ability and vice versa. From the results of the two post test classes, the average experimental class = 65.11> 51.44 (control class). While the ANOVA Statistics results obtained thitung = 5.002> 2.01575 (t45; .05) which means that student learning achievement taught with Integrated Science module with integrated learning models with high initial abilities is better than students' learning achievement taught without modules Integrated Science with high initial ability with experimental class average = 66.38> 54.29 (control class). Whereas for students with low initial abilities, the results of tcount = 6.34> 2.0231 (t39; .05) means that students 'learning achievements taught with Integrated Science modules with integration learning models with low initial abilities are better than students' learning achievements. taught without an Integrated Science module with a low initial ability with an experimental class average = 63.9> 47.54 (control class). It can be said that the module is suitable for students with high initial abilities as well as students with low initial abilities.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the differences in the problem solving abilities of students by applying learning with bandicam media based on problem based learning and conventional learning. This type of research was quantitative research. Quantitative Research was a scientific way to obtain data with a specific purpose or use in the form of numbers (scoring). The population in this study were all class VIII MTs Al-Hikmah Klitih. The sample in this study was class VIII MTs Al-Hikmah Klitih which consisted of two classes, namely class A and class B. The instruments used in this study were pre-test and post-test. Based on the results of the independent sample t test, a significant value of 0.002 <0.05 was obtained with a 95% confidence level, which means Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted. Thus, there was an effect of problem-based learning-based bandicam media to improve students' problem-solving abilities on student learning outcomes in class VIII MTs Al-Hikmah Klitih.
