Abstract

To  pass the examination, the most important thing to be considered by the students is the examination preparation. There are so many kinds of examination faced by the students, one of it is national examination. Therefore, the national examination should be prepared well by the students, school, and parents since it is a tool to measure students competency of achievement which held by education unit in order to obtain learning confession and it is a requirement of finishing education level. This research is aimed to describe and differentiate the preparation of students with high learning achievement and the students with low learning achievement in facing national examination. This is a comparative quantitative descriptive approach supported with interview. The target of the research is students of SMA Adabiah Padang, with 327 students as the population. There are 80 students placed as sample. The research finding reveals that (1) physical preparation of students with high learning achievement and the students with low learning achievement in facing national examination is in well prepared category (2) psychology preparation for both students with high learning achievement and the students with low learning achievement is in well prepared category, (3) the preparation in mastering the learning material for both students with high learning achievement and the students with low learning achievement is in well prepared category,(4) the analysis of t test result reveals that there is a significant difference between students with high learning achievement and the students with low learning achievement of SMA Adabiah Padang.Keywords: Preparation National Examination, Students Learning Achievement.

Abstract

Online games are activities that are liked by various groups, ranging from children, adolescents, and even adults. Behavior playing online games in adolescents tends to have a negative impact, one of which reduces the effective time of learning. In addition, this condition can potentially cause addiction to online games. As for indications of online gaming addiction is a lack of self-control, unable to determine the priority scale, have psychological disorders both related to personal, social, educational, and community. These indications can last for 12 months. If this is not handled properly, it can be detrimental to teenagers who are addicted to online games. So we need treatment to overcome this online game addiction, one of them with cognitive bias modification therapy. This article will describe the handling related.

Abstract

Selama proses pembelajaran daring yang diberlakukan selama pandemic Covid-19 banyak menimbulkan stress akademik terutama pada siswa . Hal ini menunjukkan perlu adanya upaya guru Bimbingan  dan  Konseling  atau  konselor  untuk melakukan  pengembangan  pada  praktik pelayanan Binbingan dan konseling untuk meningkatkan kualitas atau potensi siswa  dalam mengantisipasi   muculnya   stres   akademik   siswa   selama covid-19 dan   faktor-faktor   yang mempengaruhi munculnya stres akademik. Naskah ini akan mengenalkan gambaran stres akademik siswa selama covid-19 meliputi;  konsep  stres,  konsep  stres  akademik,  dan memngelola stres selama pandemic Covid-19 Semoga ini dapat digunakan sebagai salah satu rujukan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the contribution of family support to the learning motivation of broken home children in grade X even semester SMK Negeri 9 Padang Academic Year 2019/2020. The population of this study was 418 people who were taken using 2019/2020, with a sample of 56 people who were taken using purposive sampling technique. The method used in this research is correlational quantitative descriptive. The data collection instrument used in this study was a questionnaire with a Likert scale model. Data analyzes were performed using statistical programs on the IBM Statistical 20 computer and Microsoft Excel. Based on the results of the study, data shows that there is a contribution of family support to the learning motivation of broken home children

Abstract

Ilmu dan kompetensi berubah dengan sangat cepat seperti selama pandemic covid-19 ini, kebijakan yang dilakukan harus siap dengan perubahan setiap saat. Dinamika dibutuhkan untuk bisa fleksibel dan kreatif dalam menghadapi perubahan. Oleh karena itu mahasiswa harus mempunyai kapasitas baru untuk menjadi SDM di masa depan yang siap untuk berpengalaman hari ini dan merancang di hari esok. Kita tidak bisa hanya mengacu pada text book cara belajar kita selama ini. Oleh karena itu, kita perlu menyiapkan SDM unggul yang menguasai berbagai bidang keilmuan, siap berkolaborasi lintas disiplin keilmuan, dan siap jadi penyelesai berbagai permasalahan yang kompleks. Merealisasikan salah satu bentuk kegiatan pembelajaran di luar program studi, berdasarkan Permendikbud No 3 Tahun 2020 Pasal 15 ayat (1) yaitu magang atau praktek kerja. Program ini dapat dilakukan selama 1-2 semester sehingga memberikan pengalaman yang cukup kepada mahasiswa, pembelajaran langsung di tempat kerja (experiential learning). Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan (FKIP) adalah salah satu fakultas yang ada di Universitas Putra Indonesia YPTK yang memiliki program kependidikan. FKIP UPI YPTK yang memiliki progran praktek lapangan industri/magang. Praktek Lapangan Industri (PLI) bertujuan untuk penerapan dan pengembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan keterampilan mahasiswa didunia kerja/ dunia industri Praktek Lapangan Industri ini nantinya diarahkan dan merupakan salah satu bentuk realisasi dari kampus merdeka.

Abstract

The process of lecture activities that have just been followed will have an influence on students' condition, such as experiencing academic stress. This study aims to develop a group guidance model using art therapy to reduce academic stress for students attending online lectures during the COVID-19 pandemic. The method used is research and development with an analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation (ADDIE) approach. The research sample consisted of five students with high academic stress levels and six students with low academic stress levels. Based on the results of data analysis, it is stated that the group guidance model using art therapy can be used to reduce the academic stress level of students who take online lectures.

Abstract

Interpersonal communication skills are one competency of students to interact with others. Students who experience problems in interpersonal communication will be hampered in the process of developing creativity and increasing their academic achievement at school. This shows the need for efforts by counselors to develop the counseling service practices to increase students’ understanding of the importance of interpersonal communication and the factors that influence low interpersonal communication skills. This paper will introduce the basic concepts of interpersonal communication including; the concept interpersonal communication, the characteristics of interpersonal communication, the importance of interpersonal communication, interpersonal communication criteria, factors that effect interpersonal communication, the process of interpersonal communication, the purpose of interpersonal communication and, communication this can a reference.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar kontribusi kecerdasan emosional dan disiplin belajar terhadap hasil belajar TIK siswa kelas XI di SMA Negeri 12 Padang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode penelitian korelasional. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMA Negeri 12 Padang semester ganjil tahun pelajaran 2016/2017. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluruh siswa kelas XI di SMA Negeri 12 Padang. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah proporsional random sampling. Yang terpilih menjadi sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 115 orang siswa.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, diketahui bahwa kontribusi kecerdasan emosional terhadap hasil belajar TIK sebesar 3,61%. Sedangkan kontribusi disiplin belajar terhadap hasil belajar TIK sebesar 6,96%. Serta kontribusi kecerdasan emosional dan disiplin belajar terhadap hasil belajar TIK sebesar 8,2%. Dari uji analisis data didapatkan bahwa data normal dan linier. Hasil pengujian pada taraf signifikansi α 0,05 (taraf kepercayaan 95%) didapatkan nilai rx1ysebesar 0,190 dengan rtabel 0,184 karena rhitung > rtabel maka hipotesis pertama diterima.  Kemudian nilai rx2y sebesar 0,264 dengan rtabel 0,184, karena rhitung > rtabel maka hipotesis kedua diterima. Selanjutnya nilai rx1x2y sebesar 0,286 dengan rtabel 0,184, karena rhitung > rtabel maka hipotesis ketiga diterima. Dan didukung oleh nilai Fhitung = 5,125 dan Ftabel = 1,364 sehingga diperoleh Fhitung> Ftabel (5,125>1,364). Dengan demikian hipotesis ketiga diterima, yang berarti bahwa terdapat kontribusi yang yang positif dan signifikan kecerdasan emosional dan disiplin belajar terhadap hasil belajar TIK siswa kelas XI di SMA Negeri 12 Padang. Kata Kunci: kecerdasan emosional, disiplin belajar, hasil belajar

Abstract

Kelanggengan sebuah perkawinan merupakan impian setiap pasangan yang membina rumah tangga. Seiring berjalannya waktu, perubahan-perubahan kecil mulai mewarnai kehidupan rumah tangga. Berbagai faktor juga menjadi penyebab perselisihan dalam rumah tangga. Bahkan bisa berujung pada perceraian. Abstract

This article describes the importance of career guidance in PKK activities. Career guidance is a guidance activity in preparing to face the world of work, in choosing employment or certain positions / professions as well as equipping themselves to assume that position, and in adjusting to the various demands of the job fields entered. Empowerment of Family welfare includes all efforts of Guidance, Coaching and Empowerment so that families can live prosperously, progressively and independently. PKK has a role to help the village and village government in improving welfare towards the realization of a cultured, prosperous, developed, independent and harmonious family and has a role in developing the potential and role of women in increasing family income. In carrying out work programs in order to achieve the ideal goals, the need for career guidance in PKK activities.
