Abstract

This study aims to determine the extent to which disaster-resilient villages are capable of mitigating landslides based on Disaster Resilient Villages in Sirongge Village, Pandanarum District, Banjarnegara Regency, to mitigate landslides in the form of landslides. By using qualitative methods through interviews with four informants, namely the head of BPBD prevention in Banjarnegara Regency, the head of Sirongge Village, the Sirongge Village government and the Sirongge Disaster Resilient Village administrator, this research was carried out for one year, researchers found that landslide disaster mitigation activities in Sirongge Village were running well in 2020, especially in non-structural mitigation, these activities are carried out in collaboration between the village government, Disaster Resilient Village volunteers, and the community through coordination from the Banjarnegara Regency BPBD, the community also plays an active role in carrying out mutual activities. cooperation, because it is through the disaster-resilient village program, Sirongge Village is able to face and reduce the risk of landslides, the suggestions in this study include, The village government continues to look for new innovations as a means of mitigating landslides in Sirongge Village, the community needs to develop raise awareness of the Disaster Resilient Village program In Sirongge Village, the village government provides information boards in the form of posters on landslide disaster mitigation procedures

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat dilaksanakan dengan dua kegiatan utama yaitu Pembuatan Buku Profil Desa dan Penguatan Sistem Informasi Desa (SID) di Desa Singoyudan, Kecamatan Mirit, Kabupaten Kebumen. Potensi yang dimiliki oleh desa harus dapat menjadi jati diri pengembangan kemajuan desa. Metode yang digunakan adalah dengan melakukan pendampingan dan melibatkan mahasiswa Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta untuk secara langsung terjun ke lapangan dan mengembangkan/menyusun profil dusun dan pembuatan website serta pelatihan untuk mewujudkan SDM yang handal. Output yang dihasilkan dari pengabdian masyarakat ini antara lain: Pertama, Desa Singoyudan telah memiliki buku profil desa dengan edisi terbaru dan dengan penambahan informasi-informasi yang diperlukan. Kedua, Desa Singoyudan memiliki website dan media sosial aktif yang berisi informasi-informasi desa dan dusun. Pengembangan yang perlu dilakukan setelah program ini antara lain pembaharuan profil dusun yang up-to-date serta pemanfaatan media sosial dalam pemberian pelayanan selain website yang telah dibuat.

Abstract

The BUMDes of Katon Margo Sembada is one of the BUMDes affected during the covid-19 pandemic. This impact can be seen from the decrease in income by 30%. This happens because so far BUMDES Katon Margo Sembada, still uses conventional methods in marketing. There is no website or social media related to the BUMDES business unit of Katon Margo Sembada, making this BUMDES undeveloped and unknown to many people. In addition, BUMDES Katon Margo Sembada also lacks human resources who can manage BUMDES well through the marketplace and digital marketing. Furthermore, this community service aims to aid BUMDES Katon Margo Sembada based on technology, information, and communication so that the managed business units can be known by the wider community. Through the community empowerment approach, this service is expected to change the existence of the community to be more independent, productive, and prosperous. Based on the results of the initial assessment of the problem, the team has aided in website creation, social media, mentoring and training in media, digital marketing, and marketplace. In addition, the team also initiated by establishing strategic collaboration between BUMDES Katon Margo Sembada and the Government Science Laboratory, University of Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta in the implementation of Information and Communication Technology-Based Management and Assistance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the involvement of local government in participatory development through the Participatory Development Monitoring System Application (SIMPOR) in East Belitung Regency. The local government in this case is the OPD and the village government within the East Belitung Regency Government. This study uses a qualitative method with a case study approach. Data were obtained through interviews and literature study where the interview results were analyzed using Nvivo 12Plus software through the crosstab query feature. The results of the study show that: 1) the creation of the Simpor Application as a participatory development monitoring medium in East Belitung Regency has fulfilled the basics of developing government digitization; 2) the involvement of the village government in the Simpor Application, namely as community representatives who monitor and report development progress, especially by the village simpor admin; 3) the leading sector (Ekbang) as a third party acts as a verifier that bridges the village government with the OPD; 4) each OPD inputs information related to the development package and responses related to monitoring carried out by the village government into the Simpor application. The conclusion is that there is local government involvement in participatory development through the Simpor Application as an e-monev medium for physical development in the form of two-way monitoring that occurs in the monitoring process on the Simpor Application. In addition, there are several obstacles encountered in the implementation process of the Simpor Application, namely: 1) the development of the Simpor Application is still slow; and 2) the implementing human resources are still limited. Suggestions for the government of East Belitung Regency to expand involvement in the Simpor Application include: 1) the leading sector, in this case through the village government, it is better to start providing education or introduction of the Simpor Application to the community gradually; 2) the leading sector should recruit special human resources who have basic IT to develop Simpor Applications so that the performance provided is more optimal; and 3) the leading sector should increase the human resources of operators in charge of verification.

Abstract

The Real Work Lecture Program (KKN) of the University of Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta provides support for the establishment of Village Owned Enterprises (BUMDes). The benefits of BUMDes are to improve the village and community economy, increase original village income, and improve potential village management according to community needs and economic equity. The implementation of the Community Service Program was held in Sendangarum Village, Sleman, Yogyakarta Special Region, from October 15 to December 15, 2021, in the context of community service, which aims to optimize the potential and progress of the village by preparing villages to form BUMDes. The method of implementing the program is by socializing the importance of establishing BUMDes, making complete information about villages through making village profiles that are useful as village introductions, and exploring village potential. The appearance of an attractive Instagram logo and social media is a strategy to increase product sales packaged in preparing for the formation of BUMDes. Assistance and training with training on institutional aspects of BUMDes, BUMDes Innovation Training, BUMDes Digitization Training, and BUMDes Sustainability Training help prepare for the formation of (BUMDes). Mentoring and training facilitated by the University of Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta support realizing the ideals of Sendangarum Village to have a BUMDes.

Abstract

The 2020 Kebumen Regional Election Contest was followed by a single candidate for the incumbent pair Arif Sugiyanto and Ristawati Purwaningsih. To choose between an empty box or a defense candidate pair, is something new, especially for the people of Kebumen Regency, however the presence of this phenomenon is different, presenting a different political spirit, but on the other hand it should put political decisions into an election method that does not require an option in order to reduce participation. society in a democracy. This writing aims to understand the causal scope of the empty boxes in the 2020 Pilkada of Kebumen Regency, which present single nominees and empty boxes. This research method is carried out by qualitative research methods using descriptive analysis techniques because in this study aims to reveal reality, and present the conditions and circumstances that occur. Data collection techniques are obtained by secondary data in the form of journal articles, news, and other library studies related to this research. The results of this study indicate that in the implementation systematics there is no complete fulfillment of rights that the pilkada followed by single candidate pairs and empty boxes is evidence of the implementation of democracy in accordance with a human rights perspective.

Abstract

Pengabdian Masyarakat pada Bank Sampah Kradenan Berseri dilatarbelakangi oleh kurangnyakesadaran publik dan pengetahuan tentang pentingnya mengelola limbah rumah tangga secara mandirimelalui bank sampah, tidak tersedianya sistem informasi online yang berfungsi sebagai komunikasi,informasi dan pendidikan terkait dengan pengelolaan bank sampah, tidak memiliki media promosi untukproduk krajinan yang berasal dari limbah rumah tangga, serta kurangnya dukungan dari pemerintahdesa dalam mengelola sampah secara mandiri melalui bank sampah ini merupakan masalah yang terjadipada bank sampah yang berlokasi di RW 17 Kradenan, Desa Banyuraden, Kecamatan Gamping,Kabupaten Sleman, DIY. Berdasarkan masalah-masalah ini, pengabdian masyarakat melalui penguatankelembagaan bank sampah melalui sistem informasi online dan pelatihan manajemen pengelolaan banksampah bertujuan untuk memberdayakan Bank Sampah Kradenan Berseri melalui sistem informasiberbasis online (SIOn). Dengan penggunaan sistem informasi berbasis online (SIOn) maka Bank Sampahmampu beradaptasi dengan cepat terhadap kebutuhan pemangku kepentingan. Selain itu, sisteminformasi berbasis online (SIOn) ini dapat digunakan sebagai media untuk promosi dan pendidikan sertaliterasi yang berkaitan dengan pentingnya mengelola limbah rumah tangga melalui bank sampah kepadapublik.

Abstract

The lack of public awareness and knowledge of the importance of managing household waste independently through a waste bank; The unavailability of an online information system that functions as communication, information and education related to the management of waste banks; Do not have promotional media for krajinan products originating from household waste; The lack of support from the village government in managing waste independently through this waste bank is a problem that occurs in garbage banks located in RW 17 Kradenan, Banyuraden Village, Gamping District, Sleman Regency, DIY. Based on these problems, this community service aims to empower the Kradenan Berseri waste bank through an online-based information system (SIOn). The use of online-based information systems (SIOn) will have an impact, waste banks are able to adapt quickly to stakeholder needs. In addition, this online-based information system (SIOn) can be used as a media for promotion and education as well as literacy related to the importance of managing household waste through waste banks to the public.

Abstract

Kegiatan pemberdayaan sosial dilakukan dengan dua kegiatan utama yaitu pembuatan profil desa dan Penguatan Sistem Informasi Desa (SID) di Klaster Temanggung, Jetis Saptosari, Kabupaten Gunung Kidul. Potensi yang dimiliki oleh dusun harus bisa menjadi identitas perkembangan kemajuan desa. Metode yang digunakan adalah membantu dan melibatkan mahasiswa Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta untuk langsung terjun ke lapangan dan menyusun profil dusun dan pembuatan situs web serta pelatihan untuk mewujudkan sumber daya manusia yang handal. Output yang dihasilkan dari layanan masyarakat meliputi Pertama, Temanggung memiliki buku profil dengan edisi terbaru dan dengan penambahan informasi yang diperlukan. Kedua, Temanggung memiliki situs web yang berisi informasi dusun dan desa. Pengembangan yang perlu dilakukan setelah program termasuk memperbarui profil desa dan menggunakan media sosial dalam penyediaan layanan selain situs web yang telah dibuat oleh komunitas pemberdayaan.
