Abstract

This research aims to know the validity, practicality, and effectiveness of the DAF web-based media learning listening skills for high school students in Makassar City. The design of instructional media uses the Thiagarajan four D (4-D) model of development stages the which consists of four items, namely define, design, develop and develop. Data collection is done through validation of learning tools, observation, student questionnaire responses. The products produced in this study were lesson plans, teaching materials, and LKPD web-based learning daf listening skills. Based on the results of the analysis of the data it was concluded that the learning media for listening to the German language based on web DAF is valid, practical, and effective.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to investigate problems faced by Indonesian students in learning German translation subject. This study uses a qualitative approach with the aim of discovering the problems experienced by students in-depth during the translation course. Data collection techniques used were interviews and observation. The research respondents were students majoring in German language education who were programming courses in translation. After the data is collected, the data is analyzed descriptively qualitatively. Data that has been analyzed are then verified again by conducting Focus Group Discussion (FGD) to several students. The purpose of this FGD is to check the data collected. Finding shows that there are several difficulties or problems faced by students during their translation courses, both related to the lack of vocabulary, the lack of mastery of source language culture, and the low understanding of translation material. However, the most fundamental problem is the lack of mastery of the source language culture

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh data mengenai keefektifan model pembelajaran Reciprocal Teaching dalam kemampuan membaca memahami siswa. Jenis penelitian ini adalah True Eksperimen (Two group pre-tes,post-tes). Populasi penelitian adalah 195 siswa dari enam kelas di kelas XI IPA SMA Negeri 11 Makassar. Sampel dalam penelitian ini dipilih secara acak (Random Sampling). Data dianalasis dengan menggunakan analisis Uji-t. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa th 3,47 > tt 1,997 pada taraf alpha 0,05. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model pembelajaran Reciprocal Teaching efektif dalam kemampuan membaca memahami bahasa Jerman siswa.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah  untuk mengetahui efektivitas media video dalam meningkatkan keterampilan menulis karangan sederhana bahasa Jerman  siswa kelas XI IPA SMA Negeri 11 Makassar. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yakni quasi eksperimen. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh kelas XI SMA Negeri 11 Makassar yang terdiri atas 10 kelas, dengan jumlah siswa 300 orang. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI IPA 5 berjumlah 30 orang sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas XI IPA 7 yang berjumlah 30 orang sebagai siswa kelas kontrol yang dipilih secara acak. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan Media Video efektif dalam keterampilan menulis karanagn sederhana bahasa Jerman kelas XI IPA SMA Negeri 11 Makassar. Hasil uji- t menunjukkan bahwa nilai thitung = 3,79 > ttabel = 2,002 dengan taraf signifikan 0,05.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk memeroleh data dan informasi mengenai keterampilan berbicara bahasa Jerman siswa dengan media Brettspiel.Penelitian ini adalah penelitian Quasi-eksperimen yang pengumpulan datanya melalui tes keterampilan berbicara.Data dianalisis dengan uji-t. Populasi penelitian adalah siswa kelas X yang berjumlah 132 siswa dari tujuh kelas. Sampel dalam penelitian dipilih secara. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis Uji-t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa thitung 6,16  ttabel  2,042 pada taraf signifikan 0,05. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa media Brettspiel efektif dalam keterampilan berbicara siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 11 Makassar

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to obtain data about the effectiveness of the Tea Party cooperative model in German speaking skills. This research is a quasi-experimental study. Data collection tecnique is speaking skills tests. Data were analyzed using t-test analysis. The results of data analysis show that t count 6.141> t table 1.998 at a significant level of 0.05. The results showed that the Cooperative Tea Party Type learning model was effectively used in  increasing students' German speaking skills

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian Quasi Eksperimental Design yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui keefektifan penggunaan metode imla’ (imla’ manqul) dalam meningkatkan keterampilan menulis (maharah kitabah) siswa kelas X MA Al-Wasilah Lemo Kec. Binuang, Kab. Polewali Mandar, Sulawesi Barat. Variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini adalah penggunaan metode imla’ (imla’ manqul) sedangkan variabel terikat pada penelitian ini adalah keterampilan menulis (maharah kitabah). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas X MA Al-Wasilah Lemo Kab. Polewali Mandar yang berjumlah 78 siswa. Adapun sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X MA Al-Wasilah Lemo sebanyak 60 siswa yang terdiri dari kelas X Agama 2 sebagai kelas eksperimen dengan jumlah siswa sebanyak 30 siswa dan kelas X Agama 1 sebagai kelas kontrol dengan jumlah siswa sebanyak 30 siswa yang dipilih dengan menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel bertujuan (purposive sampling). Data hasil penelitian diperoleh dengan memberikan pre-test dan post-test tertulis pada materi “Kehidupan Sehari-hari”. Hasil perhitungan uji-t pada taraf signifikan 0,05 diperoleh nilai thitung 7,0595 > ttabel 2,000. Sehingga hal ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan metode imla’ (imla’ manqul) efektif dalam meningkatkan keterampilan menulis (maharah kitabah) siswa kelas X MA Al-Wasilah Lemo Kabupaten Polewali Mandar.

Abstract

Mitra Program Kemitraan Komunitas (PKM) ini adalah Malikal Zentrum Institute. Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh mitra adalah: (1) belum tersedianya bahan belajar dan media yang khusus untuk pengajaran budaya Jerman yang terstruktur dengan baik, dan (2) kurangnya pengetahuan tentang budaya Jerman yang dapat menyebabkan culture shock saat mengikuti program Ausbildung di Jerman nantinya. Metode yang digunakan adalah Blended Learning yang terdiri atas 3 fase: (1) fase tatap muka pertama secara daring, (2) fase pengerjaan tugas melalui platform Moodle, dan (3) fase tatap muka kedua secara daring. Hasil yang dicapai adalah Mitra mendapatkan peningkatan pengetahuan mengenai budaya Jerman. Hal ini akan membantu mereka untuk mengenal Jerman dengan lebih baik.

Abstract

German currently is one of the foreign language thathas become part of the education curriculum in Indonesia andhave taught on the level of education high school (HIGHSCHOOL) until at College. German learning objectives inIndonesia is so that students have a basic ability in speakingskills to communicate in simple German including the literaryand cultural study. This is in accordance with the curriculumof language competence in German basically such as thestudents expected to compile oral and write simple texts inaccordance with the linguistic and cultural elements found inthe literature. Teaching language literature Germany werecombined into four language skills among others in the skillsof reading, listening, reading and writing are also included inthe learning of grammar, and vocabulary as well. Theproblems facing German in the field of language teachers isthe average they had never taught their students to Germanliterature. Therefore, the activities of this communityPartnership Program they are given training in the teaching ofGerman literary. In the activities of this communitypartnership program that involved Germany language teachersare included in the bond of language teachers (IGBJI) GermanIndonesia Makassar branch as much as 13 people. Thematerial provided on the Community Partnership Program isteaching language literature Germany. Literary works inquestion are: Liedtext, Gedicht, Visuelles Sprachspiel, BildSprach-Spiel,Kurze Geschichte, etc. The teacher looks veryenthusiastic and motivated to follow this training.

Abstract

Community service Activities (PKM) aims to increase the knowledge of German teachers who belong to the Indonesian Teachers Association of Indonesia (IGBJI) Makassar branch in making a test of Deutsch-als Fremdsprachen ( DaF) on reading skills (Leseverstehen) and writing (Schreibfertigkeiten) in German. Problem: (1) Teachers have not been able to make Deutsch als test Fremdsprachen (DaF) in the skills of Reading (Leseverstehen) German language, (2) teachers have not been able to make a test of Deutsch-als Fremdsprachen (DaF) in writing skills (Schreibfertigkeit) German, (3) facilitators who can direct problems in the process of making a test of Deutsch als Femdsprachen (DaF) in the skills of Reading (license) and writing skills (Schreiben) in German are still limited. The methods used are: counseling, training, simulation, and discussion. The results are (1) Partner teachers have had the ability to make Deutsch-als test Fremdsprachen (DaF) in German-reading skills; (2) Partner teachers have had the ability to make Deutsch-als test Fremdsprachen (DaF) in German language writing skills.; (3) Partner teachers who have participated in training or counseling can be facilitators for other German language teachers who have not yet participated in the counseling. The implementation of the preparation of the training of Deutsch tests Fremdsprachen (DaF) in the skills of Reading (license) and writing skills (Schreiben) in the German language is held according to the planned and results achieved on the program activities. This community partnership can be categorized adequately because the activities of devotion to the community are categorized more than adequate (85%). This is the evident from the active of the teachers following the presentation of the material and in general they are very motivated and enthusiastic during the training activities.
