Abstract

The Annual Supervision Work Program (ASWP) is a measure of efficiency and effectiveness in implementing supervision in supporting Inspectorate performance. For the preparation of this ASWP using a Risk-Based Supervision Planning (RBSP) based on certain criteria. Decision Support System (DSS) is a system used to determine alternative ASWP to be implemented. The criteria are determined using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method. The basic concept of the SAW method is to find the total weighting of the performance rating for each alternative. Testing is done from ASWP alternative normalized according to the type of attribute criteria (benefit or cost). The final result is obtained from the calculation process, namely from the 10 test data there is 80% compatibility of the data from the system calculation. The sum of the normalized matrix with weights per criterion shows an alternative ranking of the regional apparatus organization that is closest to the criteria to the most distant from the criteria. In order to get an alternative ASWP to be implemented.

Abstract

Village Office Village Glare Malela Simalungun in the distribution mechanism distributing rice for the poor there are many processes of data collection using either a computer technology that uses Microsoft Exel, and conventionally sometimes encounter problems in the process of distribution transaction poor rice resulting in frequent occurrence of data redundancy and data collection which takes quite a long time. Therefore, the author wants to make the application of Information Systems Distribution of Rice Poor (Raskin) In the Village Office Village Glare Malela Simalungun using Adobe Dreamweaver CS6 application and database MySQL. System development method used is by the Waterfall method. Given this information system inputting, searching and reporting can be performed quickly and accurately because the data is stored securely and structured

Abstract

Kehidupan sebagai seorang narapidana merupakan stresor yang sangat berat. Menjalani kehidupan yang tidak bebas, perasaan malu, sanksi sosial memperburuk dan mengintensifkan stresor sebelumnya. Mengingat peran lapas sebagai tempat pembinaan maka hal tersebut harus segera ditangani guna mengoptimalkan fungsi dan tujuan lapas itu sendiri. Pelatihan kaligrafi hadir sebagai religious and spiritual therapy melalui teaching spiritual concept yang dimediasi art therapy. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat seberapa berpengaruhnya pelatihan kaligrafi terhadap tingkat stress narapidana di lapas kelas II B Cilacap. Subjek penelitian ini adalah warga binaan lapas sejumlah 40 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian eksperiment dengan desain Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design. Instrument pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, skala stress, dan angket terbuka. Analisis data menggunakan Uji Independent Sample T-Test dan uji Paired Sample T-Test. Hasil uji Independent Sample T-Test memperoleh nilai Sig. 2-tailed = 0.013. Nilai Sig. 2-tailed α dengan α = 0.05. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa adanya perbedaan antara kelompok kontrol dan kelompok eksperiment atau adanya pengaruh kaligrafi terhadap tingkat stress narapidana. Hasil uji Paired Sample T-Test menunjukan nilai Sig. (2-tailed) = 0.000. Artinya ada perbedaan antara sebelum dan sesudah perlakuan sebab nilai p value 0.000 0,05 (95 % kepercayaan). Hal ini menunjukan adanya perbedaan tingkat stress sebelum dan sesudah pelatihan pada kelompok eksperiment.

Abstract

Laut Sulawesi, Selat Makassar, dan Terusan Lifamatola. Merupakan Perairan yang termasuk dalam Arus Lintas Indonesia (ARLINDO) sehingga memiliki karakteristik massa air laut yang unik. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui jenis massa air laut di Perairan Timur Indonesia dengan mengganalisis diagram T-S, variabilitas massa air laut (suhu, salinitas, densitas dan kecepatan suara) musiman (musim Barat, musim peralihan I, musim Timur, dan musim peralihan II) pada 3 kedalaman yaitu 50m, 150m dan 300m. Teknik analisis menggunakan tools Ocean Data View dan Microsoft Excel. Hasil yang diperoleh di Laut Sulawesi terdapat 11 jenis massa air, di Selat Makassar 9 jenis massa air, dan di Terusan Lifamatola 7 jenis massa air. Kemudian dicari variabilitas suhu, variabilitas salinitas, variabilitas densitas, dan variabilitas kecepatan suara. ENSO dan IOD dihubungkan dengan karakteristik massa air laut untuk dicari korelasi signifikan di kedalaman 50m, 150m dan 300m di Perairan Timur Indonesia.

Abstract

SYNTHESIS AND CHARACTERIZATION OF LiFePO4/PPy/CLAY COMPOSITE AS CATHODE MATERIAL FOR Li-ION BATTERY. Conductor polymers have been used previously as a conducting agent or carbon source in various sol-gel and solid state methods to increase the conductivity of LiFePO4. The composite of LiFePO4/PPy/Clay were synthesized by mixing LiFePO4 and clay with a Ppy solution. The characterizations were done by using X-Ray Diffractometer (XRD), Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) and LCR meter respectively. From XRD analysis it could be deduced that LiFePO4 has an ordered olivine structure with a Pnma space group. The SEM images provide clear evidence that small crystal particles of LiFePO4 either coat the surface of the clay particles or lie among them. These LiFePO4 particles have a small particle size (100–500 nm). With the increasing of LiFePO4 content, these small crystal particles at the surface or among the clay particles are increased. Increasing the PPy content to increase the conductivity of the material obtained. With the addition of clay from 5 to 10 wt. %, the DC conductivity of the blends is clearly observed to increase up to three orders of magnitude.

Abstract

Poverty is one of the phenomenal problems that Indonesia faces every year. Therefore, this study was conducted with the aim to predict the number of poverty figures by district/city in the province of North Sumatra. The algorithm used to conduct this research is the backpropagation algorithm. This algorithm is one algorithm that is often used to make data predictions. The data used is the data of the poor population in North Sumatra in 2013-2017, which was sourced from the Central Statistics Agency of North Sumatra. Based on this data will be formed and determined the network architecture model used with the Backpropagation algorithm, including 3-9-1, 3-16-1, 3-18-1, 3-23-1, and 3-40-1. From these 5 models after training and testing, it was found that the best architectural model was 3-23-1. The accuracy rate of this architectural model is 97% with an MSE test value of 0.00359. The results of this study are in the form of predictions of the number of poverty in North Sumatra for the next 5 years. The results of this study are expected to be a reference for the regional government of North Sumatra to see the level of development of poverty in North Sumatra for the coming year.

Abstract

MULTIFAB is a company engaged in the field of technical companies highly specialist themselves in the field of production, fabrication equipment and specialized structures used in the chemical industry, petrochemical and oil and gas. In the normal process of production, especially in the welding process, its output is still a lot of experience of disability. Efforts to increase product quality and prevent and minimize product failure, this requires an analysis of quality control that is with a chain reaction analysis. From the data processing, as an early stage concept identifiers use problem FMEA, failure indicates that the effects of the highest-rated Slag Inclusion Risk Priority Number (RPN) at 256. Stage of quality improvement can be made using the method of Kaizen Kaizen is the Five-Step Plan and the 5W 1H. Chain reaction from the results of quality improvement. This is done by measuring the productivity of labor performed before and after improvement of quality. From the measurement of productivity, an increase of 0.01 and calculating the cost of reworks the calculation result of Rp 880 956. Based on the results of processing data on improved quality, causing a chain reaction that is after improved quality, productivity will increase and production costs willdecrease because the repair of products will be reduced.

Abstract

In a service company there are customers who become consumers of the company. Customer satisfaction is formed from the level of performance and company loyalty. If the company does not know about the level of customer satisfaction, the company also cannot develop their services. So from that Pematangsiantar Police Satpas need to know the level of customer satisfaction in order to improve their performance and loyalty. So research is needed to determine the level of customer satisfaction through the Artificial Neural Network method with the backpropagation algorithm which is then predicted and the best results will be searched to be used to give the best results and will display the results of the problems encountered.

Abstract

COVID-19 (coronavirus2019) is a viral infection of concern globally. Based on data released by the National Disaster Management Agency in July 2020, there was a twenty-six COVID-19 hospital cluster. This study aimed to analyze determinant factors for hospital staff adherence to the use of personal protective equipment in the care of COVID-19 patients. This Study is observational research with a cross-sectional design. The sample was selected using a simple random sampling technique with a total sample of 53 respondents. Data was collected using a questionnaire and analyzed using linear regression statistical analysis. The result of the study illustrated that only 43.40% of the hospital staff were compliant to use PPE. The respondents have characteristics as follows: good knowledge (52.83%), good risk perception (50.94%), low barriers to implementation (71.70%), good safety climate (90.57%), and good information and training (94.34%). There were correlation between knowledge (p-value = 0.000, β = 0.880), risk perception (p-value = 0.000, β = 0.846), barriers to implementation (p-value = 0.000, β = 0.579), safety climate (p-value = 0.005, β = 0.646), information and training (p-value = 0.034, β = 0.620) with hospital staff using PPE.  Knowledge and risk perception has a very strong correlation with hospital staff adherence.

Abstract

Tingginya aktifitas keluar masuk tamu pada lingkungan Bagian Keuangan dan disertai fakta bahwa Bagian Keuangan merupakan bagian yang paling vital dari Pemerintahan Kota Batam dimana bagian ini menjadi muara dari semua data dan dokumen-dokumen keuangan seluruh Satuan Kerja Perangkat Daerah (SKPD) di Kota Batam menyebabkan perlunya pengawasan yang baik untuk mengurangi terjadinya kehilangan dokumen. Bagian Keuangan telah mempunyai perangkat CCTV tetapi dianggap belum mampu bekerja secara maksimal karena adanya keterbatasan-keterbatasan yang ada. Penulis mengusulkan Rancang Bangun Robot pengawas berbasis Raspberry Pi2 dengan pemrograman Python yang dapat bekerja secara aktif dengan kendali melalui Smartphone Android, diharapkan dengan adanya robot ini pengawasan terhadap dokumen pada Bagian Keuangan dapat dilakukan secara lebih optimal.
