Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has left some impact, especially on the economic sector, namely on SME players. Moreover, SME in tourism areas. One of them is in Bejijong Village which is feeling the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic. The Covid-19 pandemic has caused the cessation of all tourism sectors and SME. That must restore so that the SME economy can improve. The method of implementing the service carried out by the PPK ORMAWA BEM FISIP University 17 August 1945 Surabaya team in the Branding Class, Literacy Corner program consisted of visits, data collection, interviews, mentoring, output creation, monitoring, and reporting to publication. Through the Branding Class service, some Bejijong Village SMEs understand better the importance of branding for their businesses, can take product photos and manage their social media business with the assistance provided, and issue NIB for SME with the Mojokerto Industry and Trade Office. The results of the Community Service Branding Class Literacy Corner for the PPK ORMAWA BEM FISIP University 17 August 1945 Surabaya activity are expected to be able to contribute to increasing the knowledge of Bejijong Village Human Resources. This service is intended to motivate, and increase the creativity of SME in branding their business and can improve the economy of the people of Bejijong Village, especially for SME.

Abstract

PPK ORMAWA is one of the MBKM activities held by the government to support student education so that it can be directly conveyed to the Indonesian people through students. The PPK ORMAWA activity is an activity that has 5 Literacy Corner Programs, one of which is the Reading Garden Literacy Corner. Bejijong Village is a tourist village where this village is also one of the villages where the average community has a low level of reading interest. So that with the Literacy Corner of a Child Friendly Reading Park in Bejijong Village, now children can have the right Reading Garden. Literacy is the only program supported by the government because Indonesia has a very strong literary culture. This service aims to increase the attractiveness of children in Bejijong Village in the world of literacy. The results obtained are that the ORMAWA PPK Team has made this program. With this place, it is hoped that it can increase the attractiveness of children in Bejijong Village in the world of literacy. So that with this place children can learn and read various books that are already available in that place.

Abstract

The flood disaster due to high rainfall and the overflow of the Lamong River which could not accommodate the incoming water discharge resulted in waterlogging in parts of Gresik Regency, especially those that occurred in Balongpanggang, Benjeng, Cerme, Menganti, and Driyorejo Districts. district. Knowing this, the Gresik Regency Government through the BPBD has made various efforts to minimize the impact that will be caused and optimize disaster management. The purpose of this research is to find out how the function of the Gresik Regency Regional Disaster Management Agency is implemented in flood emergency response. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative with an in-depth approach. In this research using Policy Implementation Theory according to Edward III. The data used in this study were obtained from primary data and secondary data. The results showed that according to Edward III's theory, the implementation of the functions of the Gresik Regency Disaster Management Agency in disaster emergency response had been carried out properly and was also guided by Regional Regulation Number 7 of 2012 concerning Disaster Management.

Abstract

Pedoman pemberian permakanan di kota Surabaya, peraturan walikota ini dimaksudkan untuk memberikan pedoman dalam pengelolaan kegiatan pelaksanaan pemberian permakanan. Peraturan walikota ini bertujuan agar kegiatan pelaksanaan pemberian permakanan yang bersumber dari APBD (Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Daerah) dapat dikelola secara, tertib, efektif, dan efisien serta dapat tepat sasaran. Penerima manfaat pelaksanaan pemberian permakanan adalah penduduk kota Surabaya yang termasuk golongan keluarga miskin yang terdiri dari orang lanjut usia, anak yatim/ piatu, dan penyandang cacat. Bahwa peneliti berfokus pada penerima bantuan permakanan dengan kriteria lanjut usia. Istilah evaluasi mempunyai arti yang berhubungan, masing-masing menunjuk pada nilai terhadap hasil kebijakan dan program. Secara umum istilah evaluasi dapat disamakan dengan penaksiran, pemberian angka, dan penilaian. Dalam arti spesifik evaluasi berkenaan dengan produksi informasi mengenai nilai atau manfaat hasil kebijakan, ketika hasil kebijakan pada kenyataan mempunyai nilai, hal ini karena hasil tersebut mempunyai sumbangan pada tujuan atau sasaran. Dalam lokasi penelitian ialah tempat dimana dapat mengungkapkan keadaan yang sebenarnya dari obyek yang ingin diteliti. Sedangkan situs penelitian adalah letak atau tempat penelitian yang memgungkapkan keadaan sebenarnya dari keadaan yang diteliti. Penelitian ini mengambil lokasi pada warga sekitar di daerah Kelurahan Wonorejo Kecamatan Tegalsari Kota Surabaya.

Abstract

Proses penataan Pedagang Kaki Lima sering kali dilatarbelakangi oleh banyaknya Pedagang Kaki Lima yang berjualan tidak pada tempatnya yang dapat menyebabkan kemacetan dan ketidaktertiban salah satunya di Taman Bungkul Kota Surabaya. Dalam proses penataan Pedagang Kaki Lima di Kota Surabaya, Dinas Koperasi Usaha Kecil dan Menengah dan Perdagangan Kota Surabaya bekerja sama dengan Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja Kota Surabaya untuk menata Pedagang Kaki Lima yang terkena dampak dari penataan. Pedagang Kaki Lima yang terkena dampak dari penataan akan diberikan dan disediakan tempat untuk berjualan kembali pada Sentra Wisata Kuliner Taman Bungkul yang nyaman dan rapi. Namun, meskipun sudah dilakukan relokasi kepada beberapa Pedagang Kaki Lima ke tempat yang lebih nyaman masih ada saja Pedagang Kaki Lima lain yang bermunculan dan membuat ketidaktertiban di pinggir jalan Taman Bungkul Kota Surabaya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis evaluasi kebijakan penataan Pedagang Kaki Lima di kawasan Taman Bungkul Kota Surabaya. Dengan menggunakan Teori Evaluasi Kebijakan dari William N. Dunn, evaluasi kebijakan penataan Pedagang Kaki Lima tidak sepenuhnya berhasil karena masih ada Pedagang Kaki Lima yang kembali ke lokasi lama atau di pinggir jalan karena biaya retribusi yang tidak tepat sasaran dengan fasilitas dan penghasilan yang didapatkan.

Abstract

Pemerintahan digital merupakan bagian tak terpisahkan dari pembangunan ekosistem digital. Sudah saatnya seluruh elemen pemerintahan baik di pusat maupun daerah saling berkolaborasi mewujudkan sistem pemerintahan yang terpadu secara nasional. Tujuannya tidak lain ialah mewujudkan layanan pemerintahan yang mudah diakses serta digunakan oleh masyarakat. Permasalahan yang sering terjadi adalah sistem administrasi yang masih dilakukan secara manual akibat kurangnya sarana dan prasarana pendukung.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana cara Pemerintah Desa Marga Mulya untuk mengatasi tantangan pelayanan publik di era digitalisasi dengan efektif. Fokus dalam penelitian ini adalah tantangan yang dihadapi desa untuk penerapan digitalisasi dalam pelayanan publik yang mengacu pada Peraturan MENPAN Nomor 15 Tahun 2014 Tentang Pedoman Standar Pelayanan.Pada penelitian ini berkesimpulan, dimana digitalisasi masyarakat desa memiliki manfaat positif dalam mempermudah dalam urusan administrasi, dengan hadirnya aplikasi tambahan membuat digitalisasi masyarakat desa semakin efektif dalam hal administrasi. Namun masalah lain yang timbul, masih banyak dari masyarakat desa yang belum mengerti tentang penggunaan internet, serta akses internet yang masih terbatas menjadi faktor penghambat dalam digitalisasi masyarakat desa. Sebaiknya untuk efektivitas komunikasi dua arah antara pemerintah penyedia layanan publik dengan masyarakat yang disediakan ruang diskusi pada aplikasi opendesa.id, sehingga baik kritik, saran, masukan dari masyarakat. Penyediaan internet merupakan salah satu hal yang perlu diperhatikan oleh pemerintah desa demi terwujudnya digitalisasi masyarakat desa.

Abstract

Mitigation is an effort with a goal tominimize impact of disasters by carrying out proper planning. Geological and hydrometeorological disasters are disasters that are often experienced by Indonesia. In Indonesia hydrometeorological disasters such as floods are affected by strong westerly winds and world climate change. Inappropriate land use change also supports the occurrence of this disaster. The purpose of this study was to determine the standard of flood mitigation services in Karangbinangun Lamongan and to recommend forms of flood disaster mitigation in Karangbinangun Lamongan. This study uses analysis with qualitative research methods. The analysis was carried out with reference to Law No. 24 of 2007 concerning Disaster Management. The results of this study are that there are 14 Public Service Standards for flood disaster mitigation.

Abstract

One of the policies implemented by the Surabaya city education office is the Arek Suroboyo School program which is often nicknamed SAS. The Arek Suroboyo School Program is a type of program that has freedom to learn, both freedom for teachers to express their creativity and freedom for students when receiving learning. To find out whether this program has an influence or not in the world of education, we need to implement it. This research aims to determine the results of the implementation of the Arek Suroboyo School (SAS) program at the Simokerto 1-134 Surabaya State Elementary School, whether the school is able to create a school environment that can shape student character, hone creativity and active knowledge of students with comfortable and comfortable learning. pleasant. This research uses descriptive qualitative research with data collection techniques through observation, literature study, and interviews with several stakeholders at SDN Simokerto 1-134 Surabaya which is currently running the Arek Suroboyo School (SAS) program. The implementation carried out at SDN Simokerto 1-134 Surabaya is already underway with various activities to support the Arek Suroboyo School (SAS) program.

Abstract

Bullying is a negative behavior carried out by a group of people to individuals who intend to harm physically, verbally, socially, or cyber until the victim is depressed. Bullying is now rampant among schools, therefore research was conducted at SD Negeri 206 Gresik on handling bullying using the theory of collaborative governance in the collaboration process according to Ansell and Gash. This study aims to determine how the role of stakeholders involved in handling bullying prevention. The research method used is descriptive method with a qualitative approach and data collection techniques using primary data by conducting documentation, observation, and interviews and secondary data with references from journals. The handling of bullying prevention at UPT SD Negeri 206 Gresik is optimal as evidenced by the absence of very severe bullying problems. In dealing with this, there needs to be a good collaboration between related stakeholders in order to achieve the expected goals. From the temporary results seen, it is expected from the school not to underestimate the problem of bullying even though what the student does is not severe.

Abstract

Bullying (known in Indonesian as "repression/risak") is any form of oppression or violence carried out intentionally by one person or group of people who is stronger or more powerful towards another person, with the aim of hurting and is carried out continuously. Bullying often occurs among high school, middle school and even elementary school students. Like the bullying that happened at SDN 1 Biting.
