Abstract

Belimbing Village Agrotourism is an agriculture-based sustainable agrotourism that has extensive terraced rice fields and stretches with a variety of natural potential around. Development of Belimbing Village Agrotourism is a tourism activity without changing the use and damage of agricultural land and can help the economy of the community in Belimbing Village. This study aims to determine the effect of farmers' knowledge, farmers' skills and farmers' attitudes on the satisfaction of Belimbing Village Agrotourism, the effect of tourists’ satisfaction on visitor loyalty visiting Belimbing Village Agrotourism and Belimbing Village Agrotourism contribution to the welfare of the community in Belimbing Village. Data analysis method used is quantitative and qualitative analysis methods. The population in this study were farmers in Belimbing Village Agrotourism and tourists visiting Belimbing Village Agrotourism using 60 respondents, 30 people for farmers and 30 people for tourists. The model was designed using a Smart PLS-based Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) approach that was analyzed using a computer. The results showed that farmers' knowledge had a significant influence on tourists’ satisfaction (p = 0.031). Farmer skills have a significant influence on tourist satisfaction (p = 0.024). Farmer's attitude has a significant effect on tourist satisfaction (p = 0,000). Tourist satisfaction has a significant effect on tourist loyalty (p = 0,000). The contribution of the Belimbing Village Agrotourism in terms of economy, environment and social has a positive impact on the welfare of the community in the Belimbing Village. Based on the results of the study, it is hoped that the Belimbing Village Agrotourism can maintain and improve farmers' knowledge, farmers' skills and farmers' attitudes, so that visiting tourists are satisfied and generate tourist loyalty to visit again. Abstract

Abstract Analysis of Financial Ratios Cooperatin Village Unit (KUD) Panca Satya at Dawan Subdistrict, Klungkung Regency As integral part of national economic arrangement, the cooperation have strategic position and role in order to grow public economic potency. Since relased Inpres number 18 in 1998, The KUD do not as single cooperation at subdistrict level. Government program to develop villager like distribution of fertilizer, seed and suply of paddy at this time conducted via KUD. This study aims to find out the financial ratio of KUD Panca Satya Dawan in 2009 until 2013 viewed from financial aspect and financial situation by using financial ratio like: liquidity ratio, solvability ratio and profitability ratio affecting the financial performance of this KUD were also determined. The kind of data collected data qualitative and quantitative. Data collection method used observation, interview, documentation, and the literature study. Based on financial analysis, liquidity ratio and profitability was moderate, solvability ratios was bad. Horizontal analysis viewed from sheet balance and calculation of SHU show was good. Vertical analysis measured by using balance sheet and calculation of SHU tend improvement and fluctuation. Based on this research it can be suggested is KUD of Panca Satya Dawan should improve its performance to reach maximal profit and more improve their service. Decrease of solvability can be overcome by decrease its debt. Keywords: financial ratio, analysis of horizontal vertical

ABSTRACT Role of LPD Sesetan for Villagers Sesetan The purpose of this study is determine the role of LPD Sesetan seen from fund raising activities of society (savings, deposits and loans) and the efforts made by the LPD Sesetan that people feel the presence of LPD is important seen from LPD counseling to the community. The study location was chosen with consideration LPD Sesetan was formed with the aim of encourage the economic development of rural communities (eradicate bonded labor among farmers) through savings and capital distribution of effective and LPD Sesetan have a complete accounting. The development of unit operations is also quite good even increased every years and members continues to increase every years. Advice that can be given to the LPD in order to seek a better way to attract people Village People Sesetan to become members of the LPD. Keyword: communities, role, bonded

Abstract

Health Rating of Mambal Village Unit Cooperative, Abiansemal Sub-District, Badung Regency Based on the Regulation of the Minister of Cooperatives and Small and MediumEnterprises of the Republic of Indonesia No.14/Per M. KUKM/XII/2009, Savings andLoan Cooperative Health Assessment (KSP) is a cooperative condition that deals withaspects of capital, productive asset quality, management, liquidity, efficiency,independence and growth as well as cooperative identity. By reviewing theseconditions, the objectives of this study are The health rating of the Mambal Village UnitCooperative in terms of capital, productive asset quality, management, efficiency,liquidity, independence and growth and cooperative identity in 2015 to 2017. Theresults of the study show that the assessment of the health level of the Mambal VillageUnit Cooperative in 2015-2017 was categorized as quite healthy, because it obtained amean score of 66.64.Suggestions that can be used as input for the Mambal VillageCooperative Unit, namely cooperative managers should be able to increase theacquisition of pre-tax profits by maximizing income through the participation ofmembers in savings and loan activities by maximizing their own capital. In addition,cooperative managers should improve the ability of cooperatives to serve theirmembers.

Abstract

Abstract Effectivity of Subsidized Organic Fertilizer and its Impact toward Rice Farmer’s Income at Subak Sungsang, Tibubiu Village, Tabanan Regency Balinese Government has established a subsidized solid organic fertilizer policy produced by the Integrated Farming System (Simantri), group of farmer who maintain the organic fertilizer processing machine (APPO) and Organic Fertilizer Producing Training House (RPPO). The policy of organic fertilizer subsidy has been established since 2013. Subak Sungsang is one of many villages who receive subsidized organic fertilizer since 2014 and still using balanced compound fertilizer to its rice farm.The purpose of this research is to know the effectivity of subsidized organic fertilizer distribution and the impact of using balanced compound fertilizer toward rice farmer’s income at Subak Sungsang. The method that is used to measure the effectivity of subsidized organic fertilizer distribution is through “four proper” in which are proper of price, proper of place, proper of time and proper of amount and income analysis to know the comparison of balanced compound fertilizer’s income and full capacity of chemical fertilizer’s income. The result of this research shows that the distribution of subsidized organic fertilizer in terms of proper of price, place, and time is very effective (100%), while in term of proper of amount is very ineffective (0%). Based on the analysis of rice farm’s income, the average income of the Subak Sungsang respondents is increasing from Rp. 6.704.185,82/crop season by using full capacity of chemical fertilizer to Rp. 8.932.832,73/crop season by using balanced compound fertilizer. Abstract

The Effect of the Amount of Deposits and Lending Credit on Profits of VillageUnit Cooperatives of Mambal, Sub-District of Abiansemal, Badung Regency Cooperatives are legal entities established by individuals or cooperative legal entities,with the separation of the wealth of their members as capital to run a business to meetcommon needs. One of the forms of cooperative development is the village unitcooperative. Factors that influence the existence of cooperatives in the midst of theglobal economy are the amount of net income they have. The Mambal Village UnitCooperative has carried out several businesses in order to obtain maximum profits.Efforts are made, namely by carrying out activities to raise funds, both from membersand from the public in the form of deposits and credits. This study aims to determine theeffect of the total of deposits and amount of credits on the profits. This research wasconducted at the Mambal Village Cooperative Unit, Abiansemal Sub-District, BadungRegency. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the studyshowed that simultaneously the amount of deposits and the amount of credits had apositive and significant effect on the profits of the Mambal Village Unit Cooperative.Partially the amount of deposits has a positive and significant effect on the profits at theMambal Village Cooperative Unit, while the amount of credits has a positive and notsignificant effect on the profits of the Mambal Village Unit Cooperative.

Abstract

Business Feasibility of Tangerine Plantationin the Village of Sekaan, Sub-District of Southern Kintamani , the Regency of BangliThe roles of agriculture in the national economic development are asthe driving force of economic growth through the agro-industry, as a provider and developer of the market for the products and services of non-agricultural sectors, as capital accumulation and qualified workforce and as the conservation of natural resources for sustainable development. One of the agricultural commodities that has important and strategic positions are citrus fruits. Data from the Department of P3 (agriculture, horticulture, and forestry) of Bangli Regency in 2014 showed that the total population of citrus crop in Bangli Regency amounted to 4,084,168 trees, within a period of five years from 2009 until 2013, citrus production has fluctuated.One of the tangerine farms in the Province of Bali is located in the village of Sekaan, Sub-District of Southern Kintamani, Bangli Regency. Therefore, the study was conductedto analyze the financial feasibility, and obstacles faced in running the tangerine plantation business for 10 years. In the financial feasibility, the aspects discussed include: net present value, net benefit / cost ratio, internal rate of return, payback period and sensitivity analysis that were discussed descriptively and quantitatively. Theresults showed that the tangerine farming business in the village of Sekaan, Sub-District of Southern Kintamani, Bangli Regency is feasible to be continued.

Abstract

Farming cassava analysis of Gajah varieties(Case study in farmer livestock group Kerti Winangun,Bukti Village, Kubutambahan Sub-District, Buleleng Regency)Cassava is one of crops that economically potential to be developed in order to meet food needs in addition to rice. Village of Bukti, Sub-District of Kubutambahan, is one of the cassava production centers in Buleleng, but the locally developed cassava waslower in its production and productivity. In order to improve the productivity and production of cassava, the Farmers Group of Kerti Winangun of Bukti Village have developed superior cassava varieties of Gajah. This study aimed to determine the revenue, R / C ratio, and the constraints of farming cassava varieties of Gajah by the Farmers Group of Kerti Winagun at Bukti Village. The choice of location was done purposively and to determine the respondents, it was conducted by census. The results of the research of farm cassava varietiesof Gajah in the planting season of 2015 shows that the production cost of Rp. 15,738,424.00, with the revenue amounting to Rp. 47,367,300.00, which generated revenues of Rp. 31,628,876.00 per hectare with R / C ratio of 3.00 means that farming is profitable or feasible to proceed. Technical constraints faced were limited cassava seeds, and the attack of white pest. Economic constraint was the lower price of potatoes soggy in the market. Climate constraint was the low rainfall. Farmers are advised to take advantage of cuttings of cassava of Gajah varieties of the previous harvest, to perform processing of crops so as to increase the sale value, as well as building ponds to collect rain water for watering plants that can be helpful in the dry season.

Abstract

The Effect of US Dollar, Inflation, and Price Exchange on Coffee Exports of BaliProvince Bali Province has one of the main export products from plantation products, namelycoffee. Coffee contributes significantly to the volume of plantation exports from BaliProvince. The fluctuating export volume of coffee commodities is influenced by theamount of production from the coffee itself. Exchange rates are a very influential factorin export activities. Another factor affecting the fluctuating export volume of coffeecommodities is the inflation rate and the price of the export of coffee itself. The dataused in this research was secondary data. The method of data collection was conductedby the method of documentation. Data is processed by the RCA index technique andmultiple linear regression analysis which was previously equipped with the classicassumption test. The results of the RCA index test show that coffee commodities do notyet have competitiveness (RCA <1). The test results show that simultaneously, the USdollar exchange rate, inflation, and prices have a significant effect on the coffee exportsof the Province of Bali. Partially the US dollar exchange rate has a positive andsignificant effect on coffee exports, inflation does not have a positive and significanteffect on coffee exports, prices have a positive and significant effect on coffee exportsin Bali Province.

Abstract

The Influence of Company Image and Service Quality on Customer Loyalty in The Village Credit Institution (LPD) of Kesiman Traditional Village in East Denpasar District, Bali A good company image and service quality will create customer satisfaction, which in turn creates customer loyaty. This study aims to investigate the influence of company image and service quality on customer loyalty in the Village Credit Institution (LPD) of Kesiman Traditional Village in East Denpasar District, Bali. The quantitative data were analyzed with the Smart-PLS 3.0 program and the qualitative data were analyzed using descriptive analysis. This research uses accidental sampling method. The sample in this study includes 50 respondents, with a consideration that the number meets the minimum requirement of 30 and the maximum of 100 samples for SEM analysis method through the smart-PLS program. Based on the results of this research, it can be concluded that the company image has a negative and insignificant impact on customer loyalty. The service quality has a positive and significant impact on customer loyalty.
