Abstract

Produksi yang maksimum dapat dicapai apabila penggunaan input secara optimum. Efisiensi produksi dipengaruhi oleh penggunaan input produksi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji; (1) pengaruh faktor-faktor produksi jahe gajah; (2) faktor inefisiensi dan efisiensi produksi jahe gajah; (3) pendapatan petani dalam usaha tani jahe gajah; dan (4) Kendala-kendala yang dihadapi dalam produksi jahe gajah. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 66 orang ditentukan dengan teknik Simple Random Samplin. Efisiensi produksi dianalisis menggunakan fungsi produksi Stochastic Frontier dengan program Frontier 4.1c dan pendapatan petani dianalisis menggunakan R/C ratio. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa; (1) variabel luas lahan berpengaruh nyata terhadap produksi; (2) variabel pendidikan, pengalaman dan dummy penyuluhan berpengaruh nyata terhadap produksi, sedangkan usaha tani jahe gajah dinyatakan  efisien secara teknis dengan nilai rata-rata sebesar 0,910, namun belum efisien secara alokatif dengan nilai rata-rata sebesar 0,668 dan belum efisien secara ekonomis dengan nilai rata-rata sebesar 0,599; (3) usaha tani jahe gajah sudah mengalami keuntungan dengan nilai R/C ratio sebesar 1,7; (4) kendala yang dihadapi petani jahe gajah adalah belum adanya standar harga, sulitnya mendapat akses pasar, dan penyakit busuk rimpang.

Abstract

Dalam masyarakat Indonesia, cukup banyak nilai-nilai sosial seperti budaya gotong royong, kelembagaan bagi hasil, berbagai bentuk kearifan lokal, yang dapat dikembangkan sebagai bagian dari budaya ekonomi modern. Di lain pihak, dalam pelaksanaan pembangunan pertanian di Indonesia selama ini terlalu menekankan pent-ingnya peranan modal alam dan modal ekonomi modern, tetapi sering mengabaikan pentingnya modal sosial. Bali merupakan salah satu daerah yang memiliki modal sosial yang sudah dikenal sejak lama di tingkat nasional maupun internasional, yaitu subak. Di perkotaan sering terjadi konflik dalam memperoleh air pada musim ke- marau dan membuang kelebihan air pada musim hujan sebagai akibat alih fungsi lahan. Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan keragaan modal sosial subak sebagai energi sosial dalam pembangunan pertanian di perkotaan, khususnya  di subak.Proses harmoni dan kebersamaan sebagai implementasi falsafah utama Subak Kerdung, yaitu Tri Hita Karana telah mewujudkan Subak Kerdung menjadi modal sosial yang kuat. Modal sosial subak ini berupa trust yang tinggi dalam bentuk pengambilan keputusan yang adil; jaringan sosial yang luas; partisipasi yang tinggi dalam bentuk gotong royong untuk menjaga kelestarian alam; resiprositas yang kuat dalam mencukupi kebutuhan air irigasi; norma dalam awig-awig subak sebagai pedoman berperilaku; serta  nilai-nilai seperti rasa bersyukur, rasa malu, kejujuran, sabar, disiplin, dan tanggungjawab yang tinggi. Elemen-elemen ini jika dihimpun dan didaya-gunakan  akan menghasilkan energi sosial yang bisa dimanfaatkan dalam mewujudkan pembangunan pertanian.Saran yang ditawarkan dalam tulisan ini adalah subak difungsikan sebagai â??jembatanâ? untuk kepentingan anggota subak dan subak diposisikan sebagai subjek dalam pembangunan pertanian.Kata kunci: modal sosial, subak, energi sosial, pembangunan pertanian, perkotaan

Abstract

The development of industry, agricultural sector, and other productive sector has to be increased and aimed to give a maximum economic growth. The productivity of agricultural sector has to be increased continuously, in order to increase the income and society welfare. In the coffe farming, especiallyin harvest and post harvest activities done by woman labor. Therefore it is to be considered to analyse their productivity. The objective of this study is find out (1) the productivity of woman labor in harvest and post harvest activities, and (2) the factors influential the activities. The study was conducted in The Village of Peninjoan. The District of Bangli. The location of study was chosen purposively. The number of sample is 30 which taken purposively. Collected data was analysed descriptively as well as using multiple linesr regression (SPSS). The result of this study, found that (1) the productivity of woman labor in harvest and post harvest of coffe plant was Rp.1,857.74 for hour, labor utilization average was 173.76 hour/season, and wage was Rp 323,533.00/season, and (2) the influence factors to the productivity of woman labor in harvest and post harvest of coffe plant are the experience of farmers, labor utilization, wage, and age. It is suggested that the wages of woman and man labor should be equal, so that there is no biased.

Abstract

The positive perception of tourists about tourist attraction will give satisfaction to tourists which in turn will create intention to revisit. This study aims to analyze the influence of motivation (intrinsic and extrinsic) on the tourists’ satisfaction of Alas Harum Agrotourism, and analyze the effect of tourist satisfaction to revisit intention. The purpose of this study is also to evaluate the contribution of Alas Harum Agrotourism to the welfare of the community and surrounding farming families. The research data was processed in quantitative data using the Smart-PLS version 3.0 program and qualitative data was processed with descriptive analysis. The number of respondents in this study was 50 respondents. The results showed that intrinsic and extrinsic motivation had a significant effect on tourist satisfaction (P = 0,000). Tourist satisfaction has a significant effect on revisit intention (P = 0,000). The results also showed that Alas Harum Agrotourism contributed both to the community and surrounding farmers. Based on the results of the study, it is expected that Alas Harum Agro tourism can improve the quality of services and be able to maintain the beauty of nature to increase the motivation of tourists, that are having good results already. Abstract

Agrotourism attraction of Ceking Rice Field Terrace Village is a natural panorama of rice fields terrace has been recognized as heritage that should be preserved. The purpose of this study is to find out the influence of destination brands on the interest of foreign tourists in Ceking Rice Field Terrace Agrotourism and the obstacles faced in building destination brands in Ceking Rice Field Terrace tourist destinations. The independent variables of this research are part of the brand destination, namely brand awareness, brand image and brand association. The dependent variables are customer satisfaction and revisit intention. Research was design based on structural equation model. Data was analyzed by using Smart-PLS version 3.0. Brand awareness, brand image and brand association had a significant and positive influence on the satisfaction of foreign tourists and their revisit intention. The results also showed that the constraints faced by Agrotourism Rice Field Terrace in building a destination brand area, the name of Agrotourism Ceking Rice Field Terrace has not been known as a name of attractive tourist destination and the lack of handicrafts that have the characteristics of the Agrotourism. Abstract

Edamame Marketing Analysis (Case Study at UD. Lanusa, Denpasar) UD. Lanusa is one of the edamame suppliers in Bali that are supported by Dinas Pertanian Bali. UD. Lanusa located at Jalan Bypass Ngurah Rai No.174, Padang Galak, Sanur. The marketing areas of UD. Lanusa are Denpasar City and Badung Regency. UD. Lanusa aims to expand the marketing of edamame and reach the sales target of 100.00% with an average of 364.20 tons per year. However, UD. Lanusa could not achieve the target. SWOT analysis is the appropriate method to get the right marketing strategy. The result of this research shows that there are internal and external factors affecting edamame’s market of UD. Lanusa. There are eight strategies suggested from SWOT analysis. These alternatives give solutions based on internal and external factors that arise during the research process. It is recommended that UD. Lanusa maintains the quality of its edamame products, maximize variation and give a special design or logo on the packaging, review potential market areas, train employees to be able to use technologies such as the internet so they could promote edamame easily, and borrow the capital.

Abstract

Analysis of Factors Affecting the Demand and Supply of Bananas in the Province of Bali The need for bananas in Bali is very high and exceeds the production capacity of local farmers. In recent years many bananas have been imported from outside Bali. Discussing the issue of consumption and supply of bananas is inseparable from the factors that influence the demand and supply of bananas in the Province of Bali. The purpose of this study was to determine what factors influence the demand and supply of bananas in the Province of Bali. The study was conducted using secondary data time series per 2018-2009 period determined purposively. Data in this study was 40 time series data. The analytical method used is multiple regression test and classic assumption test with the help of SPSS 25 program. The results showed that the demand for bananas was simultaneously affected by the price of bananas, income per capita, and Hindu religious holidays. This is seen from the value of the F test, where F count (11.464) > F table (3.252) at ? = 5%. The price of bananas did not significantly affect the demand for bananas seen from the value of t-count (-1.849) > t-table (2.048), income per capita significantly affected the demand for bananas seen from the value of t-count (4.002) > t-table (2,048), Hindu religious holidays did not significantly affect the demand for bananas seen from the value of t-count (1.832) < t-table (2.028). The supply of bananas simultaneously is influenced by the price of bananas, the number of trees harvested, and the season. This is seen from the value of the F test, where F arithmetic (16.458) > F table (3.252) at ? = 5%. The price of bananas significantly affected the supply of bananas seen from the value of t-count (2.504) > t-table (2.028), the number of harvest trees significantly affected the supply of bananas seen from the value of t-count (6.188) > t-table (2,028), season did not significantly affect the supply of bananas seen from the value of t-count (0.237) < t-table (2.028).

The results showedHeliconiaflower businessinSekarBumiFarmis feasiblebased on the financialaspect.Thisagribusinessinvestmenthasto fill several criteria, among others, the NetB/C>1isRp 1.48, NPV>0isRP153.332.226,73,IRR>discount factorof 18%, which is22.38% andpaybackperiodless than productive of this plant(10 years) is5,32years. Sensitivity analysisshowedthat development of Heliconia is no longer feasible to conduct if the increase cost of labor is more than 3% or the revenue falls below 14%. The problemsfaced in this business, consist oftwofactors:internal and external factors. Internal factorsincludelack of capitalinvestmentandlimited number of varietiesof the plants. While, the external factoriscompetitionwithimported productsandfrom outside region.It is suggested that SekarBumiFarmmanagerstoincreaseHeliconiaflowertypesandto expandthe marketingnetwork. Abstract

ABSTRACT Analysis of Raw Material In Pabrik Gula Pandji PT. Perkebunan Nusantara XI (Persero) Situbondo, Jawa Timur Raw material is a production cost factor of an industrial manufacture. Lack of raw material may cause production disruption which means manufacture will probably experience profit opportunity loss. This study aims to acknowledge efforts of raw materials supply that Pabrik Gula Pandji PTPN XI (persero) should fulfill. In this study, data had been analyzed in two ways ; Descriptive methods. A research methods that uses analysis in form of narration using logical view to explain numbers in elucidations so that can help in making decisions. (2) Quantitative methods, by several methods, namely: (a) Metode Economical Order Quantity (EOQ); (b) Safety Stock; (c) Reorder Point (ROP); (d) Maximal Inventory (MI); dan (e) metode Total Inventory Cost (TIC). Quantitative methods was done in couple ways ; (a) Metode Economical Order Quantity (EOQ); (b) Safety Stock; (c) Reorder Point (ROP); (d) Maximal Inventory (MI); dan (e) metode Total Inventory Cost (TIC). According to analysis result, total purchase of economical raw materials that manufacture should do is 3.315,62 ton with 71 purchase frequency in one period of production (5 months / year). Minimum stock that PTPN XI (Persero) must own is 1.578,23 ton. While the company had to re-order raw material when raw material stock remains 3.156,47 ton. Maximum stock that should be maintained of the company is 4.893,86 ton. Based on the result of the analysis, total efficiency is Rp 2.903.796,90 /year. Based on above guidelines then can be determined amount of optimal raw material stock that can assure smooth production of white sugar and its cost efficiency. Keywords: analysis of raw material

Abstract

Marketing Strategy Analysis for Guano Bali Organikultur Organic Fertilizer PT. Wedhatama Sukses Makmur should apply the STP (Segmenting, Targeting, Positioning) strategy if the company is to stay in the organic fertilizer market competition and expand its market internationally.This research was conducted in two places, namely Asta Sari Store and Sanjiwani Orchid Store with 72 respondents selected through accidental sampling. The analysis used in this study include: (1) cluster analysis (2) crosstab analysis and (3) MDS analysis. The result of cluster analysis based on behavioral, psychographic, and consumer demographic variables forms three segments, namely Segment-1, Segment-2, and Segment-3. The right segment to be targeted is Segment-2. Bali Organikultur fertilizer is a market follower and based on the perception map from MDS analysis it is close to POC NASA fertilizer which means that both of them have similarities and a high level of competition. Facing the dynamics of competition, the company needs to maintain product quality, maintain price stability, need to implement a marketing mix strategy, and conduct further studies of the strategies that must be carried out as a market follower.
