Abstract

     The current condition of Indonesian agriculture shows that the income of those working in agricultural sector is lower than the income of those working in the other sectors.  Small scale farming, limited capital, being highly dependent on season, employing family members, highly low market, access to loan and technology feature our agriculture.  Small farmers with their various limitations have caused the agricultural condition in Indonesia to be getting worse.  One of their limitations is accessibility.  This will influence the process of making decision as to what commodities should be developed and what technology should be applied.  This will also indirectly contribute to the farmersâ?? welfare.     Access to information on transfer of technology, market, capital and other innovations is highly important and needed by farmers to improve their farming enterprises.  Good access to information will allow the farmers to improve their farming management so that their agribusiness will be better.     This studi aimed at identifying the degree of accessibility of the farmers at Subak Anggabaya to information on market, capital, and technology.  The location where the study was conducted was chosen purposively, that is, at Subak Anggabaya, Penatih Village, Denpasar City.  30 farmers were used as the respondents.  the data were obtained using simple random sampling technique.  It is a descriptive study.     The results showed that the degree of the accessibility to information on market and capital was still low, that is, 25% and 35%.  Their accessibility to technological information also showed low condition, that is, 36,9%.  Meaning that the farmersâ?? ability to obtain information on market, capital, and technology are still needed improving.  It was expected that those who were in charge of field agricultural extension would be able to give the information needed especially the information on market, capital, and technology.  It was expected that such information should be equally spread among the farmers.Keywords: access to information on market, access to information on capital, and access to information on technology.

Abstract

Sektor pertanian memegang peranan penting sebagai penyedia sandang, pangan, dan papan bagi masyarakatnya. Di Bali lahan sawah dikelola oleh petani yang bergabung dalam satu organisasi yang bernama subak. Saat ini subak sudah menghadapi banyak tantangan, dan mengalami proses marjinalisasi. Apabila kondisi ini dibiarkan begitu saja maka alih fungsi lahan sawah menjadi semakin banyak. Keterpurukan sektor pertanian juga akan berdampak negatif bagi pariwisata Bali, karena sektor pertanian merupakan produk jual bagi sektor pariwisata. Tujuan tulis ini adalah: menguraikan faktor-faktor internal dan eksternak yang berperan dalam pengembangan Subak Pulagan sebagai kawasan agrowisata serta strategi pengembangan yang cocok diterapkan pada Subak Pulagan agar mampu berkembang menjadi kawasan agrowisata.Hasil penelitian ini adalah faktor internal terdiri dari 12 parameter kekuatan dan lima parameter kelemahan. Evaluasi faktor internal menunjukkan bahwa faktor internal yang dimiliki Subak Pulagan termasuk kategori kuat. Subak Pulagan memiliki faktor eksternal yang terdiri dari lima parameter peluang dan empat parameter ancaman. Evaluasi faktor eksternal menunjukkan bahwa faktor eksternal yang ada di lingkungan Subak Pulagan termasuk kategori kuat. Terdapat enam strategi alternatif yang dihasilkan dari analisis matriks SWOT, yang menjadi prioritas utama dari enam strategi alternatif tersebut adalah Subak Pulagan sebaiknya segera melakukan koordinasi dengan Desa Tampaksiring selaku payung subak.Kata kunci: strategi, pengembangan, kawasan agribisnis, faktor internal, faktor eksternal

Abstract

Analysis of Job Satisfaction at CV Food Sources in DenpasarHuman resources is a factor of production which is very important for a company,compared with other factors of production include natural resources, capital, andskills. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of employee satisfactionCV Food Source in Denpasar. The location determination is done deliberately. Thetotal number of the population sampled that stout 40 employees CV Source of Foodin Denpasar. The factors used in this study is the satisfaction of the salary receivedby the employee, satisfaction with the social aspects in the work, satisfaction withthe attitude of the boss, satisfaction with the work environment or workingconditions, satisfaction with the award, and satisfaction with security in work ,Methods of data analysis used descriptive analysis method using a questionnaire,measured with likert scale. The results show the percentage of the level ofemployee satisfaction score of 65.96%. Achievement scores of employees CVSource Food is categorized quite satisfied, this describes the majority ofrespondents had felt quite satisfied during work in CV Source Food. It should beconsidered to improve employee job satisfaction in CV Source Food that award,salary or compensation received and the sense of safety in the work.

Abstract

Abstract Marketing Channel of Belimbing Organic (Averrhoa carambola L.) at Sekar Sari Farmer’s Group of Subak Mambal, Mambal Village, Abiansemal District Badung Regency Marketing is economic activity which distributes goods from producen to consumen. Marketing aspect of Belimbing is the most important thing in supporting increase the result of Belimbing production. Many of institution involved in marketing will influence short and long of marketing chain and volume of marketing cost. The volume of marketing cost will direct to as big as the different of the price between producen and consumen. The purpose of this research want to know the marketing channel which is used by the farmer, the volume of marketing margin and farmer’s share, and the most effisientic of marketing channel. The data which used in this study is qualitative and quantitave. The analysis data is descriptively toward marketing channel by supporting simple tabulation of using marketing margin formula, farmer’s share and marketing efficiency. The result of this research showed there are three marketing channel. The first marketing channel is obtained marketing margin about IDR 14.000 with farmer’s share 41,67% and efficiency percentage is got 27,12% based on the cost and 31,20% based on the profit. The second marketing channel is obtained marketing margin about IDR 4.000 with farmer’s share 71,42% and efficiency percentage is got 11,04% based on the cost and 17,53% based on the profit. The third marketing channel with zero margin and farmer’s share 100% and efficiency percentage based on the cost and the profit is got zero percent. Abstract

Edamame Marketing Analysis (Case Study at UD. Lanusa, Denpasar) UD. Lanusa is one of the edamame suppliers in Bali that are supported by Dinas Pertanian Bali. UD. Lanusa located at Jalan Bypass Ngurah Rai No.174, Padang Galak, Sanur. The marketing areas of UD. Lanusa are Denpasar City and Badung Regency. UD. Lanusa aims to expand the marketing of edamame and reach the sales target of 100.00% with an average of 364.20 tons per year. However, UD. Lanusa could not achieve the target. SWOT analysis is the appropriate method to get the right marketing strategy. The result of this research shows that there are internal and external factors affecting edamame’s market of UD. Lanusa. There are eight strategies suggested from SWOT analysis. These alternatives give solutions based on internal and external factors that arise during the research process. It is recommended that UD. Lanusa maintains the quality of its edamame products, maximize variation and give a special design or logo on the packaging, review potential market areas, train employees to be able to use technologies such as the internet so they could promote edamame easily, and borrow the capital.

Abstract

Abstract Noble values ??contained in Subak finally set to make UNESCO as World Cultural Heritage in need of protection. The challenge is not only coming from the onslaught of tourism alone but the biggest challenge comes from farmers themselves, namely the lack of interest of young generation to carry on the profession as a farmer. This led to concerns about the sustainability and preservation of the water control system. Subak as one of the world's cultural heritage contained in Sub Sukawati Gianyar regency which Subak Kulub Atas, Subak Kulub Bawah, and Subak Pulagan. Very important for the socialization of Subak as a world heritage, especially on the definition and management to the surrounding communities and the general location of the high school students in the District Sukawati Gianyar regency. Service activities that have been conducted in SMU 1 Sukawati, these students showed enthusiasm in listening to the material that we provide. After counseling, community service our team provides time for students to discuss around the water control system and world heritage, and there are many students who are interested and ask questions about how to preserve Subak and what they should do as the younger generation. As their young people are less interested in working in the agricultural sector, but they have the desire to preserve subak. Keywords: subak, world cultural heritage, agricultural

Abstract

Factors Affecting Agricultural Land Conversion in the Irrigation Organizationof Subak Sebuah, Kerobokan Urban Village, Sub-District of Kuta Utara,Badung Regency, Bali The research aimed to investigate the factors that affect the conversion of agriculturalland and the dominant factors that affect the conversion of agricultural land in thetraditional irrigation organization of Subak Sebuah, located at Kerobokan Urban Village,Sub-District of Kuta Utara, Badung Regency, Bali. The location was chosenpurposively in Subak Sebuah, Kerobokan Urban Village, Sub-District of Kuta Utara,Badung Regency, Bali. The number of respondents was 70 people by using quotasampling method. This research used factor analysis. The findings showed that factorsaffecting the conversion of agricultural land in the Subak Sebuah are economic factors(land selling price, land leasing price, farm income, household expenditure), socialfactors (following neighbors, age, and the number of family members working outsidethe agricultural sector) and land conditions factors (availability of irrigation water,access to irrigation water, land area before conversion, and location of land). Thedominant factors affecting the conversion of agricultural land in Subak Sebuah,Kerobokan Urban Village, Sub-District of Kuta Utara, Badung Regency, Bali are theeconomic factors.

Abstract

Analysis Determinant Factors Of Success Rate Of Sales Business of Ornamental Plant In Denpasar The success of a business is the goal of establishing a business. All businesses must know the factors that influence the level of success of their business. One of them is an ornamental plant sales business that has promising business opportunities. This study aims to identify the factors that influence the success rate of ornamental plant sales business in Denpasar and the constraints experienced by ornamental plant sellers during their business of selling ornamental plants. The sampling technique in this study was done by using purposive sampling technique. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the influence of venture capital, education level, business duration, working hours and location had a positive and significant effect on the success rate of the business of selling ornamental plants. Barriers experienced by ornamental plant sellers are in the form of economic constraints such as capital difficulties, land leases. Technical barriers such as lack of understanding of the use of social media technology, and social barriers are competition from traders. Through this research, it is expected that the sellers of ornamental plants can allocate their capital well, the sellers are expected to be able to understand the market situation so that they get more buyers and must be able to keep up with the times by marketing their products through Instagram, Facebook and other social media.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Kadek Wina Citra Wati. NIM 1005315066. The Month Orchid (Phalaenopsis Amabilis) of Bussinese Performance in PT Multi Agro Bali at Sembung Village Mengwi Badung. Guided by: Dr. Ir. I Ketut Suamba, MP. and Ida Ayu Listia Dewi, SP, MAgb. The PT Multi Agro Bali is one of the month orchid bussines since 1998. The performance of the business does not only focus on the economy aspect but also the non economy aspect. The combination of those two aspects can increase the busines performance. The purposes of the research are to describe the moon orchid. Business at PT Multi Agro Bali from the job description and the management performance. The other purpose is to know the business development from the production and also the profit development. The methods used for the research are the qualitative and quantitative descriptions. The result of the research shows that the month orchid business of PT Multi Agro Bali applies the job description and the function of the management are planning, organization, direction and the supervision. The development of the business shows high growing of two sides, they are the development with the lowest presentage 0,003% and the highest 1,238%. The lowest revenue development is 1,22% and the highest 12,49%. It is suggested that the company is that is better the business makes the accountant notes, to add and to enlarge the place capacity of the green house to accommodate more month orchid. Abstract

Analysis of Coffee Export Value of Bali Province and Its Affecting Factors This research aims to find out how much the contribution of coffee exports to the GDP of the agricultural sector of Bali Province, to know the factors that affect the value of coffee exports of Bali Province and to know the trend and the trend forecast of coffee export value for the next five years. This research was conducted in Bali Province using secondary data derived from government agencies. Data were analyzed based on contributions theory, multiple linear regression analysis and trend analysis. The results showed that the average contribution of coffee export of Bali Province to GDP of agriculture of Bali Province is 17,41%. The result of factors that estimated in this research stated that all significant factor to coffee export value of Bali Province is 72,3% and the remaining 27,7% is explained by other factors outside the study. Factors that partially significantly affect the value of coffee exports are coffee export volume of Bali province, world coffee price and US dollar exchange rate. Trend and forecasting export value of Bali Province coffee is projected to increased in the next five years, which is 2016 to 2020. Suggestions that can be given is increaseing export volume is very important to do because the export volume is the most influental factor on export coffee value, so it needs to be done product quality improvement and network marketing expansion.
