Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of E-modules in physical education sports and health subjects in improving the learning outcomes of junior high school students. This research is a type of Research and Development (R&D) research with the ADDIE model. The population in this study came from students of SMP Negeri 34 Kerinci. The research sample came from 2 classes, namely class VII B as an experimental class) and class VII C as a control class. The data collection technique is random sampling. The instruments used are tests and questionnaires. The data analysis technique is descriptive statistical analysis with the help of the SPSS version 21 application. The results showed a T-Test value of 0.00 <0.5. These findings explain that the development of e-modules is very effective in increasing student knowledge in physical education, sports , and health learning subjects. Furthermore, the development of this E-module helps students be more creative and innovative in learning

Abstract

The problem in this study is the rise of kindergartens that provide calistung learning because to enter the next level some elementary schools apply the calistung test. While in early childhood there should be several fields that must be developed, one of which is the physical motor field. This study aims to see the suitability of the kindergarten curriculum, especially in the motor field in the learning process. This type of research is an evaluation of the evaluative approach, CIPP research design (Context, Input, Process, Product). The informant researcher was a kindergarten teacher from Kemala Bayangkari 3 in Fifty District, Pekanbaru City. Data collection techniques by interview, observation and documentation methods. Research Results 1) context evaluation in the evaluation of the motor curriculum in Kemal Bayangkari 3 Kindergarten learning is in accordance with curriculum 13, 2) evaluation of input in the evaluation of the motor curriculum, namely the suitability of the qualifications of kindergarten teachers, namely diplomas or bachelors of Early Childhood Education and Infrastructure Facilities used by Kemal Bayangkari 3 Kindergarten in accordance with the Infrastructure Facilities Standards, namely good, 3) evaluation of the process of implementing the motor curriculum of Kemal Bayangkari 3 Kindergarten is included in the good category, 4) evaluation of products resulting from the learning process of the motor curriculum, namely students develop according to expectations in accordance with STPPA

Abstract

This study aim to determineeffect of barrier hops and bench jumping exercises on increasing Inkado athletes’ speed in mawashi geri. This study employed an experimental method with a two groups pretest-posttest design. The research population was athletes form Inkado Tanjungpinang City. The sampling technique used purposive sampling, with the criteria that (1) attendance was at least 75% (actively participating in training). (2) sampel were athletes who participated in training at Dojo Inkado Tanjungpinang City with an age range of 9-19 years, (3) gender male and female. (4) the length of the training period is at least 6 months. Based on these criteria, there were 24 people. Tthe barrier hops hypothesis test with a significant value of 0.000, jumping up and down the bench is 0.000, and the corparison of the two experiments is 0.119. The results showed that based on the T test found a significant value of 0.119 greater than 0.05. These results explain that there is no significant difference between the Posttest Barrier Hops Exercise and Bench Jump Exercises for Mawashi Geri in Karate. The Posttest average of the Barrier Hops group was 72.83 and the group Jumping Up and Down the Benc had an average of 74.00. seen from the difference in the posttest value of barrier hop and jumoing up and down the banch is 1.167. Thus the duffereence in the posttest shows that jumping up and down the bench is better than barrier hops exercise to improve mawashi geri in karate.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine the Effect of Speed, Agility and Endurance on the Dribbling Ability of Ssb Putra Lintas Muara Bungo U15 Football Players. The research method used in this study is a quantitative approach. The population in the study was SSB Putra Lintas Muara Bungo players who numbered 100 people. The sample was the age group of children (13-15 years) numbering 40 people. The sampling technique is Purposive Sampling. The instrument is to measure speed, a 20-meter running speed test, agility using a digging run, to measure endurance using a yoyo test, and to measure dribbling ability with a dribbling ability test. survey methods with measurement and test techniques, analysis techniques using a path analysis approach. Research results: 1) py1 path coefficient = 0.346 based on the results of the analysis obtained a calculated value greater than the ttable value, a value of 2.820 > 1.729 then in this case Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected which means the coefficient of path analysis is significant. 2) py2 path coefficient = 0.449 based on the results of the analysis obtained a calculated value greater than the ttable value, a value of 3.898 > 1.729 then in this case Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected which means that the coefficient of path analysis is significant. 3) py3 path coefficient = 0.784 based on the results of the analysis obtained a calculated value greater than the ttabel value, a value of 2.455 > 1.729 then in this case Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected which means the path analysis coefficient is significant. In conclusion, speed, agility, and endurance directly and significantly affect the dribbling ability of SSB Putra Lintas Muara Bungo U15 football players

Abstract

This research revealed several obstacles in coaching Squash sports in Riau Province. It was found that inadequate facilities and infrastructure, lack of experienced coaches, lack of socialization about Squash , low interest of athletes to train, and limited funds were the main obstacles. The study aims to analyze the Squash coaching process, identify the challenges faced, and find solutions for further development. Qualitative research methods are used using SWOT analysis. The study population involved 15 male athletes and 11 female athletes, while a sample of 10 people was randomly selected, consisting of Riau Province Squash administrators, coaches, and athletes. The results showed the importance of improving management and adequate sports facilities to support Squash coaching. Looking for a national or international licensed coach is a solution to improve the quality of coaching. Broader socialization about the sport of Squash in the community, including villages, is expected to attract more participants. In addition, finding sponsors and other funding sources will help overcome the problem of lack of funds. In conclusion, coaching Squash in Riau Province has management, facilities, and athlete achievements advantages. Keywords: SWOT and Squash Coaching

Abstract

Penelitian ini di latar belakangi oleh kendala terhadap Dribbling bola, sehingga dapat mempengaruhi pencapaian prestasi sepakbola. Kondisi fisik yang dimaksudkan dapat mempengaruhi teknik dasar pemain adalah kecepatan dan kelincahan di SD Negeri 37 Langgai Kabupaten Pesisir Selatan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah 1) Untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kelincahan berpengaruh terhadap dribbling siswa; 2) Untuk mengetahui kecepatan berpengaruh terhadap dribbling siswa; 3) Untuk Mengetahui konsentrasi berpengaruh terhadap dribbling siswa; 4)  Untuk mengetahui Kelincahan kecepatan dan konsentrasi berpengaruh secara bersama-sama terhadap dribbling siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian korelasional, Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua di Sekolah Dasar Negeri 37 Langgai yang berjumlah sebanyak 94 orang siswa, Penarikan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik Simple Random Sampling, teknik pengumpulan yang dipergunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu, Observasi, perpustakaan serta tes dan pengukuran, teknis analisis data yang digunakan statistic korelasi, sedangkan pengujian hipotesis digunakan korelasi ganda. Hasil penelitian ini adalah Pengaruh variabel Kelincahan, Kecepatan dan Kosentrasi berpengaruh terhadap Kemampuan Dribling adalah sebesar 12.3%. Sedangkan sisanya 83.1% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini Pengaruh variabel Kelincahan, Kecepatan dan Kosentrasi berpengaruh terhadap Kemampuan Dribling adalah sebesar 12.3%. Sedangkan sisanya 83.1% adalah factor lainnya

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and evaluate the mastery of PJOK teacher pedagogical competencies in the city of Padang. The research method used is qualitative research using the CIPP method. The sampling technique in this study was to use a total sampling technique involving 15 PJOK teachers at State Middle Schools in East Padang District. Data analysis techniques use qualitative research techniques with a data triangulation approach. The results of this study indicate that sports and health physical education teachers in terms of context have approached students so that it makes it easier for teachers to understand the characteristics of students. Evaluation of pedagogic competence in terms of the input that the teacher develops cognitive aspects as well as developing psychomotor aspects and affective aspects. a teacher must have a way to change the behavior of students in a better direction through an approach, providing motivation. Evaluation of teacher competence in terms of process, namely the teacher uses learning strategies depending on the situation and conditions then adapts to the media and demonstrates implementation, this is an obstacle due to the lack of teacher creativity in developing learning media so that the teacher only asks to model students who have talent in the field certain. The teacher also conducts midterm and final semester assessments and makes improvements in oral and written forms. In terms of product, many students have participated in championships at the city, provincial and even national levels. Students who take part in the championship even though they will be given extracurricular activities, they practice more outside, in other words, under the guidance of a club. Overall, the pedagodic competence of sports and health physical education teachers in Padang Timur District, Padang City, needs to be improved and improved in terms of context, input, process, and product.

Abstract

Berdasarkan pengamatan, ditemukan menurunnya prestasi olahraga Club Badminton Juanda Sport Center, diduga program latihan yang diberikan kepada atlet kurang berjalan secara maksimal. Hal ini bisa mengakibatkan prestasi Club Badminton Juanda Sport Center sulit untuk mencapai prestasi yang diharapkan. Tujuan penelitian adalah mengevaluasi program pembinaan Club Badminton Juanda Sport Center. Penelitian ini mengunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data secara kualitatif deskriptif, dengan menggambarkan kegiatan yang berlangsung di lapangan secara terfokus dan kompleks. Yang menggambarkan keseluruhan program pembinaan Club Badminton Juanda Sport Center mencakupi dari segi metode CIPPO (Context, Input, Process, Product, Outcome). Data diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan program pembinaan olahraga prestasi Club Badminton Juanda Sport Center ditinjau dari context sudah cukup efktif. Program pembinaan ditinjau dari input kurang efektif, terutama dalam kualitas pelatih serta atlet. Program pembinaan ditinjau dari process juga kurang efektif, khususnya pelaksanaan program latihan dan pengawasan. Program pembinaan ditinjau dari segi product cukup efektif dan program pembinaan ditinjau dari outcome cukup efektif. Secara keseluruhan, program pembinaan olahraga prestasi tergolong kurang efektif dan perlu dilakukan revisi program. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi program pembinaan, yang perlu menjadi prioritas utama club badminton Juanda Sport Center untuk meningkatkan prestasi atlet badminton adalah peningkatan waktu latihan dan kualitas pelatih.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh strategi pembelajaran rangkaian permainan terhadap peningkatan keterampilan gerak. Strategi Pembelajaran Rangkaian Permainan yang menyenangkan dan kompetitif diharapkan dapat menumbuhkan motivasi belajar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan penelitian eksperimen dengan analisis data Anova 2 arah untuk menguji hipotesis penelitian. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain faktorial 2 x 2. Jumlah populasi 70 anak dan sampel 36 anak.  Hasil penelitian ini terdapat perbedaan antara strategi pembelajaran rangkaian permainan dengan strategi pembelajaran konvensional, terdapat perbedaan antara laki-laki dan Perempuan, terdapat interaksi antara strategi pembelajaran dan jenis kelamin, terdapat perbedaan strategi pembelajaran rangkaian permainan (laki-laki) dengan strategi pembelajaran konvensional (laki-laki), terdapat perbedaan strategi pembelajaran rangkaian permainan (perempuan) dengan strategi pembelajaran konvensional (perempuan). Jadi kesimpulannya adalah Strategi Pembelajaran Rangkaian Permainan untuk anak laki-laki atau perempuan sama-sama memberikan pengaruh yang tinggi terhadap peningkatan keterampilan gerak dasar dibandingkan strategi pembelajaran konvensional. Penggunaan strategi pembelajaran rangkaian permainan sangat penting dan berdampak baik dalam proses pembelajaran gerak dasar anak usia dini. Setiap guru TK dapat menerapkan strategi pembelajaran rangkaian permainan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan gerak dasar

Abstract

This study aims to look at the effect of global training methods, elementary training methods, and motivation to practice on soccer playing skills. The type of research used is a quasi-experimental. Motivational instrument practice is measured by using a soccer skill test consisting of four forms of tests namely dribbling, short passed, shooting at the goal, and ball control. The data obtained were then analyzed by analysis of two-way variance (ANAVA) and continued with the Turkey test. Based on the research findings, it can be concluded that (1). Global training methods are better used to improve the skills to play football. PSP Bangko (A1) SSB players = 63.75 are better, than Elementary (A2) training methods = 61.25, (2). High motivation groups have the skills to play football (B1) = 63.57 better than the low motivation group (B2) = 61.41, (3). There is an interaction between the training method and the motivation to practice the pregnancy playing football in the PSP Bangko SSB player, (4). In the PSP Bangko SSB players the high training motivation (A1B1) = 68.31 was better than the Elementary training method group (A2B1) = 58.86, and (5). In the PSP Bangko SSB players the low training motivation level (A2B2) = 63.63 was better than the Global training method (A1B2) = 59.19 to improve the playing skills of SSB PSP Bangko football players.
