Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between communication and additional income of employees with performance in the Kaur district communication and informatics department. This type of research uses quantitative descriptive. The sampling technique used census techniques as many as 29 respondents taken from the civil servants of the communication and informatics department of the district of Kaur. Analysis of research is using Pearson correlation and hypothesis test using the t-test. From the discussion about the relationship between communication and additional employee income (TPP) with the performance of civil servants in the KOMINFO Office of Kaur Regency that has been described, then conclusions can be drawn, There is a significant relationship between communication and employee performance. This is evidenced by the calculated r value of 0.411 with moderate interpretation criteria. While the value of tcount of 2,342 is greater than the ttable of 2,052 which results in H0 being rejected and Ha accepted, which means the research hypothesis is accepted. There is no significant relationship between additional employee income and performance. This is evidenced by the calculated r value of -0.061 with very weak interpretation criteria. While the value of tcount of -0.316 is smaller than ttable of 2.052 which results in H0 being accepted and Ha being rejected, which means the research hypothesis is rejected.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between service quality and customer loyalty at Amaris Hotel, Bengkulu City. The sample in this study amounted to 75 people Amaris Hotel Bengkulu customers who came to stay at Amaris Hotel, Bengkulu City. Data collection using questionnaires and analytical methods used are Spearman rank correlation and hypothesis testing. The results of rank spearman correlation show a very strong relationship between service and customer loyalty of Amaris City of Bengkulu City with a correlation value of 0.853. This shows that there is a very strong correlation between service and customer loyalty at Amaris Hotel, Bengkulu City. The better service will increase the level of customer loyalty at Amaris Hotel, Bengkulu City. Hypothesis testing results of tcount are greater than t table (13,974> 1,666) meaning that service has a significant relationship with customer loyalty at Amaris Hotel, Bengkulu City. This explains that there is a close relationship between service and customer loyalty, if the services provided by employees of the Amaris Hotel in the City of Bengkulu, visitors will feel satisfied and stay loyal to stay at Amaris Hotel, Bengkulu City.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine a correlation between product completeness and price with purchasing decisions at Toko Harapan Baru in Manna of South Bengkulu. The samples in this study were 120 customers who purchased goods at Toko Harapan Baru Manna of South Bengkulu. Sampling is done by accidental sampling technique. Data collection methods by using questionnaires and analytical methods used are Spearman rank correlation and hypothesis testing. The results showed that product completeness has a very strong correlation with the purchasing decision at Toko Harapan Baru in Manna with a correlation value of 0.888 is located at coefficient interval of 0.80 – 1.000. Then, the value of prices with purchasing decisions of consumer have a strong correlation is 0.787, and lies in the interval coefficient of 0.60 - 0.799. The results of hypothesis testing of correlation between product completeness with purchasing decision shows that the value of t count is greater than t table (20.999 > 1.658), meaning that product completeness has a significant correlation with the purchasing decision at Toko Harapan Baru in Manna of South Bengkulu. The results of hypothesis testing between prices and purchasing decisions indicate that t count is greater than t table (13,850 > 1,658), meaning that the price has a significant correlation with purchasing decisions of consumer at Toko Harapan Baru in Manna of South Bengkulu.

Abstract

This study government organizations are demanded for Good Governance in providing services to the community. Some things that can improve employee performance in the form of leadership style, competence and compensation. This study shows that leadership style variables in government organizations have a positive and significant relationship to employee performance, competency variables in government organizations have a positive and significant relationship to employee performance. While compensation variables have a significant effect one mployeeper formance. Based on the results of the leadership style variables it is known that the value of t is greater than t table ¬; (4,71452> 1,66055) means that the leadership style has a significant relationship to the Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Seluma. This explains that there is a fairly close relationship between leadership style and employee performance at the Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Seluma. If the leadership style is improved, employee performance will increase. Based on the results of the Competency variable, it is known that the t value is greater than t table; (7,62073> 1,66055) means that competence has a significant relationship with employee performance at the Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Seluma. This explains that there is a close relationship between competence and employee performance at the Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Seluma If competency is improved, employeeper formance will increase. Based on the compensation results it is known that the calculated t value is greater than t table; (9,70344> 1,66055) means that compensation has a significant relationship to the performance of employees at the Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Seluma. This explains that there is a close relationship between compensation for employee performance at the Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Seluma, if compensation is increased then employee performance will increase.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the Community Satisfaction Index (CSI) in public services in Sidomulyo Urban Village Office of Bengkulu City. The data analysis technique by measuring the value of the Community Satisfaction Index (CSI) based on the Regulation of the Minister of Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform Number 14 Year of 2017. The sample in this study amounted to 370 people in Sidomulyo Urban Village who received services from the Sidomulyo Urban Village Office of Bengkulu City. The cost / tariff element gets the highest rating with an average value of 3.40 with very good evaluation criteria. This illustrates that the community assesses Sidomulyo Urban Village Office of Bengkulu City to provide services free of charge. The lowest satisfaction value is 2.44, which is the completion time with poor evaluation criteria. This illustrates that the time required for the completion of documents is not as promised, due to the slowness of employees in providing services, poor requirements and village heads who are often not available

Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of community satisfaction index with government services in Pino Raya Sub-District, South Bengkulu Regency. The research method used is descriptive quantitative approach in which the sample was 100 respondents with the data collection technique using a questionnaire. This research instrument as stated in the Regualation of the Minister of Administrative Reform and Bureaucratic Reform Number 14 of 2017 concerning Guidelines for Preparing a Community Statisfaction Survey in Pino Raya SubDistrict, South Bengkulu Regency has been running well. This can be seen from the 9 appropriate indicator (Permenpan-RB) Number 14 of 2017 it can be concluded that the Very Good indicator is in Costs/Rates, Good Indicators are in Implementing Behavior, Facilities and Infrastructure , while Poor Indicators are in Requirements Indicators, Mechanisme Systems and Procedures, Time of Completion, Product Specifications, Competence of Implementers and Complaint Handling for suggestions and input. The conclusion is that the average value of the Pino Raya Sub-District Government of South Bengkulu Regency is Good.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the partial and simultaneous influence of the area of ​​ponds, seedlings, feed, medicines, and labor on the efficiency of shrimp farming in Kaur Regency.Type of quantitative descriptive research. Purposive sampling method using saturated sampling method and data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis method with SPSS.The results of this study are the value of R Square (Detremination) of 0.17. Variable area of ​​pond does not affect the efficiency of vannamei shrimp aquaculture in South Kaur Sub District shown with a significant value (0.763)> level of significance (α = 0.05). Seed variable did not affect the efficiency of vannamei shrimp farming in South Kaur Sub District indicated by a significant value (0.977)> of the level of significance (α = 0.05). Variable feed did not affect the efficiency of vannamei shrimp farming in South Kaur Sub District indicated by a significant value (0.958)> level of significance (α = 0.05). Drug variables did not affect the efficiency of vannamei shrimp farming in South Kaur Sub District is indicated by a significant value (0.651)> level of significance (α = 0.05). Labor variable does not affect the efficiency of vannamei shrimp farming in South Kaur Sub District significant value (0.778)> level of significance (α = 0, 05). Simultaneously or together variables of pool area, seedlings, feed, medicine, and labor have no influence on the efficiency of vannamei shrimp farming in South Kaur Sub District indicated by a significant value of 0.994> level of significance (α = 0.05 ).

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of organizational culture and commitment on the performance of the State Civil Servants at the Transportation Agency of Kaur Regency. The sample in this study was 33 employees at the Transportation Agency of Kaur Regency. The sampling method was by census. Overall, the t test results have a significant value smaller than 0.05, so it means that X1 (organizational culture) and X2 (organizational commitment) have a significant effect on performance (Y) partially or simoultan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the correlation between service and purchasing decisions at Counter Dewi Cell of Kaur Regency and to determine the correlation between promotion and purchasing decisions at Counter Dewi Cell of Kaur Regency. The analytical method used is the Spearman rank correlation and hypothesis testing. Respondents of this study were 75 buyers. From the calculation of the spearman rank correlation coefficient for the correlation between service and purchasing decisions at Counter Dewi Cell of Kaur Regency, the calculated rho value is 0.863 which means it is very strong, because the correlation value lies in the correlation coefficient interval from 0.800 to 1,000, and from the hypothesis test with the t test shows that tcount > ttable (14,572> 1,666) then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted means that service has a significant correlation with purchasing decisions at Counter Dewi Cell of Kaur Regency. While the calculation of the spearman rank correlation coefficient for the correlation between promotion and purchasing decisions at Counter Dewi Cell of Kaur Regency obtained a calculated rho value of 0.777 which means strong, because the correlation value lies in the correlation coefficient interval from 0.600 to 0.799, and from the hypothesis test with the t test shows that tcount > ttable (10.535> 1.666) then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted means that promotion has a significant correlation with purchasing decisions at Counter Dewi Cell of Kaur Regency.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of training and motivation on the performance of ASN in the Protocol Section of the General Bureau of the Bengkulu Province Secretariat. This study uses quantitative research, quantitative research is a process of finding knowledge that uses data in the form of numbers as a tool to analyze information about what you want to know. The value of the coefficient of determination or R square is 0.677. So the value of the coefficient of determination is 0.677 or equal to 67.7% This number means that the motivation variable (XI) and leadership (X2) simultaneously (together) affect the performance variable (Y) of 67.7%. While the rest (100% - 67.7% = 32.3%) is influenced by other variables outside this regression equation or variables not examined. This proves that the influence of motivation and leadership on performance in this study is quite large.
