Abstract

Indonesia is a agraris and most of the people derive their main income in agricultural .As for initial phase in agriculture at first by doing clearing land and end result up to the harvesting , village Huta Gurgur II is one of producing rice in sub-district silaen districtToba Samosir.As for system irrigation which there is sitem irrigation simple farmers only rely on water flowing from springs mountain , in daily life farmers to the cultivation plants rice farming always used traditional ways.Local knowledge done rice farmers rice fields in village Huta Gurgur II is to make si gabe ni taon namely be grateful for activities that we do run smoothly and we stay healthy .Farming rice farming is also intended for farmers to that it strengthens kinship ties between the village community Huta Gurgur II, farmers village Huta Gurgur II use seeds superior local nursery own by farmers and the term harvest farmers starting from seeding until by planting need the time 7-9 the new moon ready to harvesting.Researchers use a method of this interviewquestionnaire, the sampling method of kuisioner snowball with the number of respondents 9 people consisting of 1 ) the village head, 2 ) religious figures, 3 ) adat leaders, 4 ) the head of the farmers 5 ) farmers rice farming .The local wisdom that existed in the village Huta Gurgur II a total of 77 the local wisdom .The local wisdom which the ancients there is now no 25 the local wisdom the local wisdom and which the ancients there are and hitherto have done a total of 52 the local wisdom the local wisdom and now there is no.   Keyword: local wisdom, paddy plants, strategy local wisdom

Abstract

The purpose of this research was (1) the characteristic of KKPA member toward cooperative unit village (KUD) Sumber Rezeki, (2) the participation of KKPA  member toward KUD, (3) the relationship of characteristic and participation of KKPA member toward cooperative unit village (KUD) in Buluh Rampai Seberida district of Indragiri Hulu regency. The method used was survey method where the population of this research was the members of cooperative at Buluh Rampai the total of KKPA member 597 which classified into 32 groups. The technique of collecting data used simple random sampling system which taken one of 32 respondents with criteria included the member of KKPA . Abstract

The Broiler chicken farms partnership patern have been spread widely throughout Indonesia, including in  Kampar District,Riau Province. Commonly, there are two the broiler chicken farms partnership patterns in Kampar District,namely the contract system and and semi- contract system between the broiler farmer and poultry companies or poultry shop. The contract system is a binding agreements between the parties relating to the both of the input production’s price and the arvesting’s price, while the semi-contract are not bound in term of both of the input production’s price and the arvesting’s price. The objective of the study is analyzed comparison of broiler chicken farm income between contracts system and semi-contract system. The study conducted in Kampar Districtby using survey method for 40 broiler chicken farmer. The results of study shows that the average net income of the broiler farmer on the contract system is lower than the semi contrct system, which is IDR  13.910.273,61for compared to IDR 21.387.673,94. The semi contract broiler chicken farm business is more efficient (RCR=1.12) compared to the contract system (RCR=1.08). Keywords:  Cost,  Income, Contract System, Semi Contract

Abstract

This research was done at PT. Ramah Tamah Indah in Pekanbaru City, this research aim to know companies system and concept of partnership, implementation conception of partnership, .and knowing comparison mount the breeder earnings. This research was done during eight month, from March to November 2009. Teclmique of intake sampel is method of purposive sampling where breeder taken as responder is breeder with the scale criterion of effort ~ 10.000 tail of chicken broiler. From entire/all breeder population taken 5 breeder which have partner with the division system of result of pursuant to Index Produce (IP) and 5 breeder which have partner with the system of sharing holder 50:50. The result show the partnership concept that could be realized are conservancy fee range, medium produce the livestock provided by a company, gift insentive, technical aid from the company, marketing guarantee, and election of system of result division agreed on by both parties. Average of net earning of effort livestock of chicken of broiler system of index production (IP) is Rp 5.891.662,-and for the system of sharing holder 50:50 is Rp 11.466.241,-. And seen from result the T test obtained conclusion that at this period, earnings of breeder of system of sharing holder 50:50 bigger than system breeder of index production (IP)

Abstract

This research was done at Pr. Unggas Jaya in Pekanbaru City, the research goals wanted to know companies patnership implementation toward broiler's farm, also to know the income differences at differMt company scales. . This research was done during three month.. from August to November 2003. This research was case study and using sensus as sampling technique toward 16 broiler's farm. The populations were devJded into three calegories, scale I< 5.000 chicken, scale II (5.000-10.000) chicken and scale III >10.000 chicken. The results show the patnership models that could be realized are letter of agreement, raising nest type, land ownership letter of broiler's farm, sapronak of the companies, companies technical assiStance. Oevident calcuJating system and devident IiIldng after harvest Mean while minimal production 5.000 chicken, the continuity of sapronak delivery, sapronak prices, harvest schedule and the price of selling were not realized. Mean net income for scale I waS Rp 6.715.334,19, scale II Rp 14.662.761,71 and scale III Rp 12.728.775,56. Return Cost of Ratio scale I 1.14, scale II 1.21 , and scale III 1.117

Abstract

This research aim to know companies patnership implementation toward broii~r chicken keeper; also to know the income differences at different company scales in Pekanbara city. This research was done during six month, from Juni to November 2003. Result of research of show that in Pekanbaru there are ~ partner pattel;'n which have been recognized in general, that is Ramah Tamah Indah (RTI), Makmur Jaya, Confred; and of Pokphand. Research methodology of this research was case study and u~ing propotiona,lsampli:ng techniqUe towanl 36 broiler chicken keepers as the sample. Abstract

Farmers can optimize their agricultural products and improve their farming, it is necessary for the role of extension workers to provide education and guidance to farmers so that farmers can work on land and produce optimal agricultural products so that farmers can be successful in their farming business. To improve their farming business, farmers need the role of agricultural extension workers. Agricultural extension agents are agents of change who are directly related to farmers. The main function of the extension worker is to change the attitude of the farmer through non-formal education so that the farmer has a better life in a sustainable manner. This study aims to analyze the influence of the role of extension workers on farmer empowerment. This research was conducted in Belading Village, Sabak Auh District, Siak Regency. Respondents in this study were lowland rice farmers who joined farmer groups as many as 50 samples. To answer the purpose of this study using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the role of the extension worker had a significant effect on the empowerment of lowland rice farmers in the village of Belading either simultaneously or partially.

Abstract

This study aims at knowing the role of business members before and after receiving credit from KSP Mojopahit Jaya. This study was conducted in Mojopahit Jaya saving and loan cooverative in Sari Galuh village Tapung district Kampar regency. The population in this study was the members who receive credit in the period January to April 2012, using a credit to productive enterprise. The sampling method conducted a census to 18 members.The result showed that business credit proved are able to raise the capital and asset. So that members operating revenues increased after the capital increase of the KSP Mojopahit Jaya,  where the average income of the business members before obtaining credit is Rp. 19.296.861 and after optaining credit increase to Rp. 23.547.349.   Key words : Credit, KSP, Income

Abstract

Agricultural extension as part of the national life (especially farmers) and promote welfare in general is one key to success in order to strengthen farmer groups. Many farmers' groups have been developed, but there are many who questioned its existence. the purpose of this study was (1) Determine the role of agricultural extension in the village Kemuning muda. (2) Determine the development of farmers 'groups in the village Kemuning Muda, and (3) To identify any problems encountered by farmers in agricultural extension role in the development of farmers' groups in rural districts KemuningMuda Bungaraya Siak district. the method used in this research is survey method with a sampling technique that with Purposive Samplingmethod. the number of samples in this study were 6 farmer groups, respectively 5 samples taken farmer groups so that the total is 30 samples. data analysis using a Likert scale. the results showed that, the role of agricultural extension in the development of farmers' groups in rural districts KemuningMuda Bungaraya Siak district is quite good. handling problems faced by farmers in agricultural extension role in the development of farmer groups are less helpful extension of market access for agricultural products and the insufficient number of members who abide by the regulations. Keywords: Role Of Extension, Farmer Groups, Rice Farmers

Abstract

This research aims to analyzedthe execution of counseling and analyzedthe performance of agricultural extension officer, in the district of Gunung Toar Regency Kuantan Singingi.Research using survey method was carriate out from November fill April 2015 in sub Gunung Toar district Kuantan Singingiwith the largest amounted of rubber farmers and a rubber plant large a mount in Riau Province. Sampling is caried out againts census 5 extension officers in the UPTD plantation sub Gunung Toar. Execution of counseling in analistis are descriptive and extension officers motivation with scale likert. The motivational variable refers to the theory of extension officers in Kadarisman Saydam (2012), with respect to internal and external factors. Research results show that the extention of counseling in the sub Gunung Toar was alreadygood, where the extension officers LAKU system using the methods with the extension in the form of print, extension officers amountedto 5 people with education level of 60 percent SMA/SMK/equal and 40 percent of the graduates, number of villages built average 2-4 village per extension officers. The perfoemance extension officers in the district of Gunung Toar Regency Kuantan Singingi was “Good enough” score average (3,79).   Keyword:Agricultural extension officer, execution of counseling, performance extention officers
