Abstract

This study aims to determine whether: : (1) there is a positive and significant influence between students ability to complete HOTS on student’s creativity (t_hitung > t_tabel atau 3,754 > 1,995; (2) there is a positive and significant influence between social environment on student’s creativity (t_hitung> t_tabel atau 9,748 > 1,995); (3) there is a positive and significant influence between students ability to complete HOTS and social environment on student’s creativity (F_hitung> F_tabel atau 116.634 > 3,128). This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. Population 72 people. The sampling technique uses purposive saturated sample. The data is then processed using IBM SPSS 25. This analysis includes the validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test and hypothesis testing.The results of this study are, students ability to complete HOTS has a positive and significant effect on student’s creativity. Social environment has a positive and significant effect on student’s creativity. Students ability to complete HOTS and Social environment have a simultaneous influence on student’s creativity. Abstract

This study aims to determine the improvement of learning outcomes and describe the learning process through the application of discovery learning methods to students of class X OTKP 1 at SMK Negeri 1 Ponorogo. This type of research is included in classroom action research with the design of Kemmis and Mc. Taggart. This study consisted of two cycles and each cycle consisted of four stages, namely planning, action, observation, and reflection. The subjects of this study were students of class X, totaling 15 people. Data was collected by using observation sheets and learning outcomes tests and reinforced by interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques used are critical analysis techniques and comparative descriptive analysis techniques. The results showed that the learning outcomes of students in the first cycle the percentage of completeness was 73.3% (unfinished) and in the second cycle increased with the percentage of completeness of 86.67% (finish). The average score of student learning activities and teacher teaching in the first cycle both obtained a score of 2 (good enough) and in the second cycle increased with a score of 4 (very good) for student learning activities and a score of 3 (good) for teaching activities teacher. The conclusion from the results of this study is that the application of discovery learning methods can improve the learning outcomes of students in class X OTKP 1 SMK Negeri 1 Ponorogo on communication materials in the workplace.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the improvement of learning outcomes of students class XII AP 3 subjects of public relations administration and protocol in SMK Negeri 1 Surakarta through the application of learning models based bladed learning applications schoology. The type of research conducted by researchers is Classroom Action Research (CAR). Before applied learning model of bladed learning application based on schoology grade average grade in cognitive domain 66,84 percentage of 29,03% completeness, affective domain of 64,52% mastery percentage with mean value that is B, psychomotor realm is 69 , 81 with a percentage of completeness of 48.39%. In the first cycle of learning outcomes of learners is the average class in the cognitive domain of 80.26 with the percentage mastery 87.10%, affective domain percentage mask 90.32% with the average value of B, the average psychomotor realm is 79, 68 with the percentage masked 80.65%. In the second cycle of learning outcomes of learners is the average class in the cognitive domain of 85.29 or with 100% completeness percentage, affective domain percentage mastery 100% average value of B, the average psychomotor realm is 85.03 percentage of 100 %.

Abstract

Analysis of Spatial Efficiency of the Sales Office of PT Batik Keris. This study aims to determine the efficiency of office layout in the sales department of PT Batik Keris Surakarta. This study uses a qualitative method with a case study approach. The results of this study are: (1) The arrangement of office space in the Sales Section of PT Batik Keris which has not fulfilled the principles of office layout such as still not utilizing all the available space in the Sales Section, has not fulfilled the shortest distance principle, and has not made good use of office equipment with good. (2) The obstacles faced are: (a) Employees' tables and chairs do not have partitions so that they seem cramped. (b) Awareness of employees in using filing cabinets. (c) There are lots of cash boxes around the employee's desk. (3) Efforts were made to overcome obstacles, namely by rearranging employee tables and chairs, providing socialization regarding the use of filing cabinets, and getting rid of boxes around employee desks so as not to interfere with employee mobility.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the increase in activeness and critical thinking capability of the students who were participated in the Leadership course by applying the Debate method. The study design consists of two main cycles (cycle I, and cycle II), each cycle research steps include planning, implementing, observing, and reflecting process. The Data collection methods used are observation, and documentation; the percentage descriptive method used as data analysis technique. The research findings explained by using three research steps, those are initial observation, observation using Cycle I, and observation using Cycle II. The initial observation (pre-cycle) found that student activity was very low. From 38 students observed, only 3 students asked for questions, or only 8% who were active, while other students were passive, by just listened to the lecturer’s explanations. The target for student activity is 75% from the total observed students. In addition to student activeness, this study also aimed to find out the ability of critical thinking of the students. In the Cycle I, the student activity has increased to 27 people or 71% of the total observed students. In the debating group, found if the pro group have 8 active students and in the contra group have 9 active students, while the listening group or observer group have 10 students who submit their opinions. In the Cycle II, there were more active students, because in this cycle the groups conducting more intense debate which involved another students, then the class became more active. In the pro group, there were 9 active students and the contra group increasing to 11 active students, while the observer group reached 12 active students, so there were 32 active students or 84% from total students observed. Based on the research findings, concluded that the student activity increased slightly through implementation of the debate method. The activity occurs gradually from cycle I to cycle II. In learning process, when applying the debate method in the Leadership course, the students are seen to be very active and shows the critical thinking capabilities, ranging from student self-skill, explaining skill, interpreting skill, analyzing skill, evaluating skill in order to draw the conclusions.

Abstract

Abstrak: Pemanfaatan Teknologi Informasi Dalam Pelaksanaan Administrasi di Kelurahan Kadipiro (Studi Kasus di Kelurahan Kadipiro). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tentang (1) Pemanfaatan teknologi informasi terhadap pelaksanaan administrasi di kelurahan Kadipiro, (2) Untuk mengetahui kendala dan solusi dari pemanfaatan teknologi informasi di kelurahan Kadipiro.Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian deskriptif dan menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Penelitian dilakukan di kelurahan Kadipiro, kecamatan Banjarsari, kota Surakarta. Data penelitian diperoleh dari informan, peristiwa, dokumen dengan purposive sampling dan snowball sampling.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian pemanfaatan teknologi informasi bagi petugas administrasi di kelurahan Kadipiro, Banjarsari, Surakarta sebagai berikut: (1) Membantu pekerjaan menjadi lebih cepat, lancar, dan akurat, (2) Keamanan data terjamin, (3) Mempermudah dalam pencarian data, (4) Menambah wawasan bagi seorang administrasi, (4) Lebih produktif dalam bekerja. Pemanfaatan teknologi memiliki kendala antara lain: (1) Kurang terampil dalam penggunan teknologi (2) Tidak adanya seminar yang menunjang keterampilan pegawai administrasi (3) Perlunya penambahan staff, (4) Komputer yang masih spesifikasi rendah, (5) Tidak ada genset apabila mati lampu, (6) Aplikasi yang eror, (7) Jaringan terkendala. Adapun solusi dari penggunaan teknologi informasi di kelurahan Kadipiro sebagai berikut: (1) Bertanya ke teman yang sudah ahli dalam bidang teknologi, (2) Pengajuan penambahan staff pada kepegawaian, (3) Pengadaan genset dan komputer.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether: (1) There is a positive and significant influence between employee perceptions of leadership style on the performance of the West Java High Court employees; (2) there is a positive and significant influence between work motivation on the performance of the West Java High Court employees; (3) there is a positive and significant influence between work discipline on the performance of the West Java High Court employees; (4) there is a positive and significant influence between perceptions of leadership style, work motivation, and work discipline simultaneously on the performance of the West Java High Court employees. This research is a research with a quantitative approach with the type of correlational / associative research. The data collection method is done by using a questionnaire. The population in this study amounted to 278 people and the sample in this study amounted to 74 people. The sampling technique in this research is proportional sampling technique with a sample taken of 74 respondents. The data obtained from this study were then processed using the IBM SPSS 24 tool. This analysis includes validity testing, reliability testing, classical assumption tests and hypothesis testing. Based on the research results, H1 shows that the leadership style has a negative and insignificant effect on employee performance, which means that Ho is accepted and H1 is rejected. H2 shows that work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, which means that Ho is rejected and H3 is accepted. H3 shows that work discipline has the most positive and significant effect on employee performance, which means that Ho is rejected and H2 is accepted. H4 shows that leadership style, work motivation, and work discipline have a simultaneous influence on employee performance, which means that Ho is rejected and H3 is accepted.

Abstract

This study aims to determine: 1) the effectiveness of the use of the Kartu Indonesia Pintar (KIP) in State Vocational High Schools throughout the city of Surakarta; 2) obstacles that occur in the use of KIP; and 3) solutions given to the problems that occur. This research is a qualitative descriptive research with a case study approach. Sources of research data include informants, documents, and events. The sampling technique was carried out by purposive sampling and snowball sampling. Data was collected by means of interviews, observations, and documents. The validity test technique used is triangulation of techniques and sources. Data analysis techniques with interactive analysis techniques. The results of the study are as follows: The effectiveness of KIP utilization is seen from 1) The accuracy of the target of KIP utilization, in terms of acceptance accuracy is not right because there are still poor KIP holder students who do not get assistance. Meanwhile, in terms of the accuracy of the utilization objectives, it is seen that the funds that have been disbursed by students have been used properly; 2) Socialization of the use of KIP, socialization from the education office is lacking, there is only monitoring once a year. However, socialization to students has been carried out well by the school; and 3) Monitoring of KIP utilization has been carried out by the school through a whatsapp group, from the results of this monitoring the use of KIP in State Vocational Schools throughout the city of Surakarta can be categorized as effective.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to determine:  (1) the influence of student’s activeness; (2) the influence of learning facilities on the learning outcomes; and (3) the influence of student activeness and learning facilities together toward the learning outcomes at twelveth grade of Personnel Administration subject at SMK N 1 Banyudono Academic Year 2019/2020. This research is a quantitative research with correlational method. The sample taken were 60 students, using Slovin formula, and random sampling technique. The results of the research indicate: 1) significant positive effect of student activity on student’s learning outcomes, t_count> t_table (5.303> 2,00030) significance (0,000 <0.05); 2) significant positive influence of learning facilities on student’s learning outcomes, tcount> ttable (5,071> 2,00030) significance (0,000 <0,05); 3) significant positive effect of student activeness and learning facilities together on student’s learning outcomes, evidenced by the value of Fcount> Ftable (59,209> 3.15) significance (0,000 <0.05), so Ho is rejected and Ha received; and 4) multiple linear regression equations obtained Ŷ = 30.955 + 0.199 X1 + 0.387 X2. These results indicate that the higher activeness and complete learning facilities together, the better student’s learning outcomes achieved by students at twelveth grade at SMK Negeri 1 Banyudono Academic Year 2019/2020.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Penelitian dilakukan di Dinas Perdagangan kota Surakarta. Data penelitian diperoleh dari informan, peristiwa, dokumen dengan purposive snowball sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan observasi, wawancara dan dokumen. Validitas data diperoleh dengan triangulasi teknik dan sumber. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis data model interaktif.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Penerapan e-retribusi di pasar Kota Surakarta meliputi: a) perencanaan dan persiapan kelengkapan administrasi, b) sosialisasi e-retribusi pada pedagang, c) pembuatan rekening dan pengisian saldo e-retribusi, d) pedagang melakukan pembayaran di mesin tapping, dan e) monitoring dan evaluasi pelaksanaan e-retribusi. 2) Penerapan e-retribusi pasar di Kota Surakarta memiliki kendala diantaranya: a) mesin tapping e-retribusi sering mengalami gangguan, b) kartu e-retribusi pedagang hilang dan rusak, c) jaringan internet yang kurang memadai, dan d) Kios yang ditinggalkan dan proses balik nama yang memakan waktu sehingga terjadi banyak tunggakan, dan 3) Upaya yang dilakukan Dinas Perdagangan antara lain: a) koordinasi dengan pihak perbankan untuk perbaikan mesin yang rusak, b) mengajukan kartu e-retribusi baru ke bank c) koordinasi dengan pihak ketiga untuk penguatan jaringan internet yang ada di pasar d) pengelola pasar melakukan penagihan secara manual kemudian di setorkan ke dinas.
