This study aims to investigate the determinants of adoption of e-libraryservices in the UNS according to user perception. Once identified, then arrange the adoption model of e-library services. The model used is the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and analysis tools are SEM. The study found perception of usefulness and perceived ease of positive and significant influence on the attitude of using the e-library with each coefficient value is 0.427 and 0.542. Variability construct perception benefits positively influenced by subjective norm, personal keinovatifan, confidence, and capability, constructs perceived ease of use is positively and significantly influenced by the subjective, personal keinovatifan, trust and compatibility.
