Abstract

Based on Law No. 12 of 2012 defines community service as one of the activities of the academic community by utilizing Science and Technology to educate the nation's life and improve people's welfare. The implementation method for community service activities (PkM) currently focuses more on implementing work programs that have been systematically arranged. Carried out by KKM Group 75 Students and Field Supervisors and Associate Lecturers by going directly to the field to visit the community and data sources needed for questioning through direct interviews both personally and organizationally or data sources obtained through the sub-district office or office subdistrict. The data in this activity comes from primary and secondary data. The primary data is Bina Bangsa University Student Work Class students, namely group of 75 students consisting of 14 members plus one Field Supervisor (DPL) and three Associate Lecturers. The series of activities that have been carried out by the 75 group Student Work Lecture participants are concentrated in several work programs that have been determined by the Bina Bangsa University College. The conclusion is to provide opportunities for students to be able to transform their knowledge to the community in terms of understanding hygiene, health and a healthy lifestyle. make a wider contribution to society through MSME assistance and the creative economy in terms of developing online promotions and marketing so that income can increase, and collaboration between lecturers and students in community service can overcome problems faced by the community

Abstract

Ecotourism has been increasingly recognized as providing benefits not only in preserving the natural environment but can also improve the economy of local communities. To validate this assumption, the purpose of this study is to evaluate the implementation of Mangrove ecotourism in Lontar Village, Tirtayasa District, Serang Regency and its benefits to the community. The research method uses a qualitative descriptive method. The sample for this study was 70 respondents by asking questions using a questionnaire sheet in the form of Criteria and Indicators for Indonesian Ecotourism (KIEI) Year 2009. Data on potential came from field observations taken in the mangrove ecotourism area of Lontar Village. To verify ecotourism studies, the technique used is a formative evaluation of ongoing ecotourism activities with the application of KIEI. The results of this study indicate that based on the 5 criteria formanaging ecotourism according to the KIEI guidelines, the results of the implementation of conservation activities were 46.32% sufficient, participation 48.41% good, education and recreation 47.73% good, economy 45.19% sufficient. , and control of 43.91% less category. Based on the research results, tourists and the community strongly agree that the socioeconomicbenefits of community-based ecotourism management are 44.40%.

Abstract

Efforts to empower the community's economy are deliberate and planned actions with the aim of changing the economic conditions of the community, both on an individual and group scale, in order to overcome problems related to improving the quality of life, self-sufficiency and welfare. The target of this activity, especially in the Bulakan urban village, is to improve the economy of the people in the area. This activity aims to provide a deeper understanding to the people of the Buakan sub-district regarding the management of micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs), so that they can encourage rapid community economic growth, as well as ensure the sustainability of MSMEs in the future and increase family income. The approach used in this Community Service (PkM) activity is to provide assistance to the owner of the Gipang Cassava 3 Dara UMKM business, namely Mrs. Santi, who is located in the Bentola RT environment. 05/01 Bukan Cibeber sub-district, Cilegon city. It was carried out by KKM Group 75 students and field supervisors and lecturers. After the socialization activities, MSME actors expressed satisfaction and understood and understood what had been conveyed. Abstract

Community empowerment in the Student Work Lecture activities carried out by group 75 students is the Bulakan sub-district community, Cibeber sub-district by providing community assistance in social, economic, health, educational, legal and religious aspects as well as appropriate technology. Student Work Lectures are field activities carried out by students for a certain period of time and are the implementation of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education. Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence the work discipline and work competence have on employee performance in the department development department of PT. Parkland World Indonesia Serang. This study uses a quantitative approach using a survey method with a saturated sample whose population is sampled as all 40 respondents. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis, correlations, T-test, F test, and coefficient of determination. The study work discipline variables and work competence have a significant partial effect on employee performance. Evidenced by the magnitude of the work discipline regression coefficient of 0.546 and work competence of 0.518 with a significant value of 0,000 (0,000 <0.05). Simultaneously a significant effect on employee performance, evidenced by Tcount>Ttable or 35,071> 3,250. Partially the comparison of t-count and t-table shows the work discipline variable Tcount>Ttable or 4,478> 2,026 and the work competency variable Tcount>Ttable or 4,848> 2,026. The coefficient of determination obtained by 65.5% of employee performance, the remaining 34.5% is influenced by other variables that are not meticulous such as motivation, leadership style, and others
