Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran kesenjangan antara program BK dan pelaksanaannya serta faktor yang mempengaruhi munculnya kesenjangan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan metode survai karena melibatkan banyak responden yaitu konselor sekolah di SMP N sKota Semarang. Teknik penelitiannya adalah teknik cluster sampling karena karena jumlah populasi ada 160 orang dengan sampel penelitian sebanyak 38 orang yang tersebar di seluruh kota dengan pengumpulan data menggunakan angket sebanyak 66 item. Metode analisis data menggunakan deskriptif persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan persentase program bimbingan konseling yaitu 100% dengan kategori sangat baik, sementara pelaksanaan bimbingan konseling sebesar 54.8 % dengan kategori sedang dan menunjukkan bahwa ada kesenjangan sebesar 35,6%. Faktor personal dan faktor non personal memiliki kriteria tinggi dalam menyebabkan munculnya kesenjangan antara program BK dengan pelaksanaannya dengan hasil prosentase masing-masing faktornya adalah konselor sekolah 78% kategori tinggi, kepala sekolah 80% kategori tinggi, guru dan wali kelas 78% kategori tinggi, program BK 71% kategori tinggi, saranan prasaranan 80% kategori tinggi. This research aims to describe the gap between the program and the implementation Guidance Counseling and to describe the factors affecting the appearance of the gap. The type of this reaserch is descriptive survey method because it involves many respondents that school counselors in junior high school as the city of Semarang. The research technique is cluster sampling, it because there are 160 people with as population the sample as many as 38 people were scattered throughout the city, the collecting data using questionnaires as much as 66 item. The method of data analysis using descriptive percentages. The results show the percentage of the counseling program is 100% with a very good category, while the implementation of guidance counseling at 54.8% with the middle category and show that there is a gap of 35.6%. The personal and non-personal factors with high level have a dominant influence in causing the gap between the counseling program and the implementation. So that with the result of the percentage each factors are school counselors is 78%, the head master is 80%, homeroom teachers is 78%, Counseling program is 70%, the proposition prasaranan is 80% and all factors with higher category.
