Abstract

Mangrove forests are the main ecosystem of life support in coastal areas that have important ecological functions.Although the mangrove forests have many important functions in the coastal areas but excessive used and not oriented to sustainabilitycause degradation of mangrove forest ecosystems. The main cause of mangrove forests degradation in the world is due to anthropogenic influences such as agricultural activities, plantations, fish and shrimp ponds, settlements, loggings (legal logging and illegal logging), pollution, mining and salt ponds. Therefore, local community participation is needed tocontrolthe utilization of mangrove forests. In addition, local people living in coastal areas are at the forefront in mangrove forests restoration because they require the existence of sustainable mangrove forest and have local wisdom that has been tested. Ecological functions and economic functions of mangrove forest ecosystems can be maintained through increasing public awareness of the importance of preservation, in order to reach the optimization and sustainability of the mangrove forests. The local communityparticipation should be supported by government, NGOs and researchers/academics.

Abstract

ABSTRACTResearch Response of Tomato Plant Growth (Solanum lycopersicum L.) against the provision of Trichoderma sp Mushrooms, from April to June 2019 at the MIPA Faculty Workshop, University of Palembang PGRI, South Sumatra. This study aims to determine. The growth Response of Tomato Plants to the administration of Trichoderma sp. This research method uses a completely randomized design with 6 treatments and 4 replications, namely P0 (without Trichoderma sp pellets), P1 (20 grams of Trichoderma sp pellets/kg soil), P2 (40 grams of Trichoderma sp pellets/kg soil), P3 (60 grams of Trichoderma sp pellets/kg soil), P4 (80 grams of Trichoderma sp pellets/kg soil), P5 (100 grams of Trichoderma sp pellets/kg soil), analyzed by ANSIRA at the level of 5%. The parameters observed in this study were plant height, stem diameter and number of leaves. Sidik Ragam Analysis result that the administration of Trichoderma sp significantly affected plant height, stem 80 grams of Trichoderma sp pellets/kg soil with an average plant height of 15,75 cm, stem diameter of 1,2 mm, and number of leaves of 18,75 strands, while the lowest yield was in a flat treatment without Trichoderma sp plant height 3  cm, stem diameter 0,1 mm, and number of leaves 4 strands. Keywords: Trichoderma sp, growth, tomatoes (Solanum lycopersicum) ABSTRAKPenelitian Respons Pertumbuhan Tanaman Tomat (Solanum lycopersicum L.)Terhadap Pemberian Jamur Trichoderma sp, pada bulan April sampai dengan bulan Juni 2019 di Workshop Fakultas MIPA Universitas PGRI Palembang, Sumatera Selatan.

Abstract

Morphometric and Meristic research on the types of fish of the order Perciformes in the Banyuasin River Estuary, Banyuasin Regency, South Sumatra Province, was carried out in March-April 2021. Sampling was carried out using the purposive sampling method by following fishermen exploring water areas where there were estimated to be a lot of fish. The fishing gear used is nets, fishing rods, fishing rods and traps. The fish obtained were photographed and preserved in a coolbox with 10% formalin. Fish were identified and classified in the Biology laboratory of PGRI Palembang University. The types of fish of the order Perciformes obtained consisted of Familia Latidae species Lates calcarifer, family Scatophagidae species Scatophagus argus, family Serranidae species Epinephelus coiodes, familia Polynemidae species Eleutheronema tetradactylum. Keywords: Perciformes, Morphometric, Meristic, Banyuasin River Estuary.
