Abstract

Penelitian ini dimulai pada tanggal (25 Juli- 25 Desember 2013) di Laboratorium Sentral Ilmu Hayati (LSIH), Universitas Brawijaya di Jl. Veteran Malang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan oosit kualitas A/B, yang dikultur secara in vitro selama 26 jam. Materi yang digunakan adalah ovarium kambing diperoleh dari rumah potong hewan (RPH) Sukun Malang. Ovarium dari RPH dibawah ke laboratorium dengan diletakkan didalam termos suhu 36℃-38℃. Cairan yang digunakan, FBS 10% ml + FSH 20 ml + HCG 35 ml + MEM dan alkohol 70%. Metode penelitian ini adalah percobaan menggunakan rancangan acak lengkap (RAL ) dengan tingkat pengamatan oosit kualitas A/B, ekspansi cumulus dan polar bodi dalam minimal essential medium (MEM) secara in vitro selama 26 jam dan dilakukan pengulangan sebanyak 5 kali. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tingkat pematangan oosit kambing yang dikultur selama 26 jam dengan jumlah semua (Ovarium 73), (oosit 61), (Kualitas A/B 61), dan ekspansi kumulus (1;3), (2;12), (3;46), menunjukkan pematangan oosit berbeda nyata (P < 0.05). Disarankan untuk melakukan penelitian lanjutan tentang ovarium kambing dengan minimal essential medium (MEM), dengan tingkat pematangan oosit kambing terhadap pengembangan oosit ekspspansi kumulus. agar data yang di hasilkan lebih lanjut perlu dilakukan dengan perlakuan yang lebih banyak oosit kambing

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim to know and study the use of green concentrate feed 16% CP with the addition of Gliricidia maculata leaf powder, Leucaena leucocephala, Calliandra calutirsus, Artrocarpus heterophyllus with a proportion 10-30% effect on consumption of dry matter, organic matter, and crude protein. The research material consist of etawa crossbreed goat of 16 head with average body weight 29,41 ± 8,69kg/head. The feed used in the form of bran, soybean meal, milled corn, coconut meal, molasses, mineral + salf, Gliricidia maculata leaf powder, Leucaena leucocephala, Calliandra calutirsus, Artrocarpus heterophyllus. This research used Randomized Block Design (RBD) method which consist of 4 treatment 4 replication that is P1 ( basal diet + green concentrate 16% crude protein without leaf meal), P2 (basal diet + green concentrate 16% CP with 10% mixed leaf meal), P3 ( basal diet + green concentrate 16% CP with 20% mixed leaf meal), P3 ( basal diet + green concentrate 16% CP with 30% mixed leaf meal). Basal feed varies according to the daily feed provided by farmers. The results of feeding green concentrate with the addition of Gliricidia maculata leaf powder, Leucaena leucocephala, Calliandra calutirsus, Artrocarpus heterophyllus with a proportion of 30% leaf powder in etawa crossbreed goat gave a good response to the dry matter intake 1150.63 ± 82.79 g / head / day, organic matter intake 1003.83 ± 71.42 g / head / day and crude protein intake 182.11 ± 12.51 g / head / day. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan tujuan mengetahui dan mempelajari penggunaan pakan konsentrat hijau PK 16% dengan penambahan tepung daun gamal, lamtoro, kaliandra nangka 10 – 30% terhadap konsumsi bahan kering, bahan organik, dan protein kasar. Materi penelitian terdiri dari Kambing Peranakan Etawa Jantan sebanyak 16 ekor dengan bobot badan rata – rata 29,41±8,69kg/ekor. Pakan yang digunakan berupa bekatul, bungkil kedelai, jagung giling, bungkil kelapa, molases, mineral + garam, tepung daun gamal, kaliandra, lamtoro dan tepung daun nangka. Penggunaan tepung daun dengan proporsi 10%, 20% dan 30% dalam konsentrat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode percobaan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) yang terdiri dari 4 perlakuan 4 ulangan yaitu P1(pakan basal + konsentrat tanpa tepung daun dengan PK 16%), P2 (Pakan basal + konsentrat hijau dengan penambahan tepung daun 10% PK 16%), P3 (Pakan basal + konsentrat hijau penambahan tepung daun 20% PK 16%), P4 (Pakan basal + Konsentrat hijau penambahan tepung daun 30% PK 16). Pakan basal bervariasi sesuai pakan harian yang diberikan oleh peternak. Hasil penelitian pemberian pakan konsentrat hijau dengan penambahan tepung daun gamal, lamtoro, kaliandra dan nangka dengan proporsi tepung daun 30% pada ternak kambing peranakan Etawa jantan memberikan respon yang baik terhadap konsumsi bahan kering 1150,63±82,79 g/ekor/hari, konsumsi bahan organik 1003,83±71,42 g/ekor/hari dan konsumsi protein kasar 182,11±12,51 g/ekor/hari.

Abstract

This research was conducted in March 2018 to April 2018 at CV. Galih Putra Farm in Tlekung Village, Junrejo District, with a population of 6000 laying hens that are ready for production. Quantative data research method from CV. Galih Putra Farm company. Data collection in this research is observation and qiussionary method, and for the presentation of quantative calculation data which includes, total cost, total acceptance, profit, R / C ratio, and BEP (Break Even point. From the results of the study it can be concluded that the analysis of feed requirements and incom over feed cost (IOFC) in CV. Galih Putra Farm has reached a standard with an average feed requirement in each month, which is 64.8%, while the percentage of egg production can reach 1.7%, whereas according to the Directorate General of Animal Husbandry, in the period 2000-2012 the race chicken population in Indonesia experienced average increase of 0.61%. While the total production cost of laying hens is Rp. 2,304,076,502, the total revenue is Rp. 2,458,275,200, profit in monthly Rp. 8,566,594, R / C ratio of 1.06, and BEP at Rp. 18,000 / kg and units of Rp. 127,146, 4 / box, so that the business feasibility analysis is said to be feasible to develop. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan Maret 2018 sampai April 2018 di CV. Galih Putra Farm di Desa Tlekung Kecamatan Junrejo, dengan jumlah populasi 6000 ekor ayam petelur yang sudah siap produksi. Metode penelitian data kuantatif dari perusahaan CV.Galih Putra Farm. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah metode observasi dan qiussioner, dan untuk penyajian data perhitungan kuantatif yaitu meliputi, total biaya, total penerimaan, keutungan, R/C rasio, dan BEP (Break Even point. Dari hasil penelitian dapat di simpulkan bahwa analisis kebutuhan pakan dan incom over feed cost (IOFC) di CV. Galih Putra Farm sudah mencapai standar dengan rata – rata kebutuhan pakan dalam setiap bulanya yaitu 64,8 %, sedangkan persentase produksi telur bisa mencapai 1,7 %, sedangkan menurut Direktorat Jenderal Peternakan, dalam kurun waktu 2000- 2012 populasi ayam ras di Indonesia mengalami rata-rata peningkatan sebesar 0,61%. Sedangakan untuk total biaya produksi ayam petelur adalah Rp2.304.076.502, total penerimaaan Rp2.458.275.200, keuntungan dalam perbulan Rp8.566.594, R/C Rasio 1,06, dan BEP harga Rp 18.000/kg dan unit Rp127.146,4/boks, sehingga dalam analisis kelayakan usaha di katakan layak di kembangkan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the chemical quality of tiren chicken and fresh meat in terms of water content and fat content. Meat samples taken are breast meat. The material used in this study was a sample of 20 weeks of Lohman Strain broiler chickens. The time of research began on May 2 to May 31, in the laboratory of Universitas Brawijaya Malang and the Muhammadiyah Malang laboratory. The experimental design used was Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with 5 treatments, namely: P1 = zero hours of death; P2 = 6 hours of P3 = 12 hours of death; P4 = 18 hours long of death; P5) = 24 hours of death with 3 replications. Abstract

The aim of the study was to determine the effect of the administration of probiotics Em-4 and the length of ripening on the digestibility of dry matter and organic matter from complete feed made from basal sugarcane leaves in vitro. The implementation of in vitro research, analysis of dry matter and organic materials was carried out in the Lab. Nutrition and Feed of Universitas Brawijaya Malang. The research design used was Factorial Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with 6 treatments and 4 replications consisting of: factor I: complete feed with basal sugar cane leaf ingredients Factor II: Duration of curing, so that the number of experiments was 24 units. The parameters observed in this study were dry matter digestibility (DMD), digestibility of organic matter (OMD). The results showed that the old treatment for ten days of ripening could produce 49.42% organic matter digestibility and 43.07% dry matter digestibility. Further research is needed for the use of complete sugar cane leaves with the addition of feed additives that can improve dry matter digestibility and digestibility of organic matter. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian probiotik Em-4 dan lama pemeraman terhadap kecernaan bahan kering dan bahan organik pakan komplit berbahan basal daun tebu secara in vitro. Pelaksanaan penelitian in vitro, analisa bahan kering dan bahan organik dilaksanakan di Lab. Nutrisi dan Pakan Universitas Brawijaya Malang. Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan adalah Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) Pola Faktorial dengan 6 perlakuan dan 4 ulangan, terdiri dari: faktor I:pakan komplit dengan bahan basal daun tebu Faktor II:Lama pemeraman, sehingga jumlah percobaan sebanyak 24 unit. Parameter yang diamati dalam penelitian ini adalah kecernaan bahan kering (KcBK), kecernaan bahan organik (KcBO). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan perlakuan lama pemeraman sepuluh hari dapat menghasilkan kecernaan bahan organik sebesar 49,42 % dan kecernaan bahan kering sebesar 43,07 %. Diperlukan penelitian lebih lanjut penggunaan pakan komplit daun tebu dengan penambahan feed additive yang mampu memperbaiki kualitas kecernaan bahan kering dan kecernaan bahan organik.

Abstract

This research to inventory of tree foliages leaves and proportion of potential utilization as animal feed on the different location and altitudes in Malang Raya. For the long term, the study aims to assess the potential of several types of tree foliages leaves as feed in order to provide quality animal feed, relatively inexpensive for sustainable livestock development.The research method was survey study and conducted in five districts centers goat in Malang Raya. The results showed that there were 30 types of forage used as goat feeds, both leaves of tree foliages and shrubs, or grasses, crop residues and the others. Most forages (73%) were the leaves of tree foliages and shrubs, both legumes and non legumes. Tree foliage leaves were more used as goat feeds in the study area with higher altitude, whereas in the study by a lower altitude also utilize grasses and crop residues. The leaves of tree foliages used by the respondents in the study area were Paraserianthes falcataria, Gliricidia sepium, Artocarpus heterophyllus, Leucaena leucocephala and Calliandra calothyrsus. Paraserianthes falcataria most widely used in Klampok- Singosari (88.3%).The proportion of use Calliandra calothyrsus ranged 32-98%, while Gliricidia sepium 58-98%, both were most widely used in Argoyuwono-Ampelgading. Artocarpus heterophyllus most widely used in Wajak (90.3%), whereas Leucaena leucocephala leaf used by all respondents (100%) in Sumberdem-Wonosari. For further research is necessary to evaluate the quality of a potential tree foliage leaves in Malang, in order to provide quality animal feed through supplementation technology to sustainable livestock development.

Abstract

Production of rabbit can be improved through the availability of cheap feed. The solution offered is the manufacture of concentrated feed based on local ingredients.  The availability of concentrate feed in the association of "Mandiri" rabbit breeders may encourage increased productivity of rabbits. Results of the implementation of Science and Technology for Society (IbM) to increase production, both quantity and quality, enhance partners' understanding and skills, increase sales turnover, improve the peace / health of the community, produce concentrate feed products and published Practical Book of Animal Husbandry "Rabbit-Based Concentrate and Processed Feed Products". Implementation of activities in the form of production of commercial rabbit concentrate feed. Equipment used are chopper machine, penepung machine, oven and pellet printing machine production capacity of 75-100 kg / hour.  IbM Program at Mitra rabbit breeder "Mandiri" produces feed of rabbit concentrate, increase production capacity and efficiency, preparation of SOP and accompaniment implementation, and the establishment of standard sanitation operating procedure.

Abstract

The study determine the effect of providing rice straw and coconut pulp complete feed with crude protein (CP) 15% on dry matter intake (DMI), organic matter intake (OMI) and crude protein intake (CPI) in New Zealand White rabbits. The research material consisted of 20 rabbits with an initial body weight of 1081.05 ± 13.71gram/head. The constituent feed ingredients are composed of yellow corn, rice bran, soybean meal, fish meal molasses, minerals & salt. Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of knowing and effect the use of complete rice straw and coconut pulp based feeds on dry matter digestibility, organic matter digestibility and crude protein digestibility in New Zealand White rabbits with a PK of 15%.Research on rabbits owned by Mr. Winarto at Jalan Glatik, Ngijo Village, Karangploso District, Malang Regency.Proximate analysis was carried out at the Brawijaya University Animal Husbandry Nutrition and Food Laboratory.The research material consisted of 20 New Zealand White rabbits with an average body weight of 1,081.05 ± 148.81 g. This study uses the Randomized Block Design (RBD) method with 4 treatments and 5 replications. The results showed that between treatments gave a significantly different effect on the digestibility of dry matter and organic matter,with dry matter digestibility of P0 = 79,48b ± 3,39, P1 = 76,90b ± 5,18, P2 = 64,70a ± 9,38, P3 = 73,62ab ± 6,49organic matter digestibility value of P0 = 81,34b ± 2,97, P1 = 78,47b ± 4,99, P2 = 66,32a ± 8,74, P3 = 75,64ab ± 6,05and crude protein digestibility value of P0 = 88,84 ± 1,39, P1 = 87,58 ± 4,25, P2 = 83,07 ± 4,44, P3 = 84,94 ± 3,98. Results of the added with rice straw flour 5% and coconut husk 5% with PK 15% on P2 treatmentgive different effects between treatments on digestibility rate of dry matter with a value of 64,70%,organic matter with a value of 66,32% and crude protein with a value of 83,07% in New Zealand White rabbits. Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of using complete feed with 15% Crude Protein on dry matter intake, body weight gain and income over feed cost of rabbit feed. Location research in Rabbit Farm owned by Mr. Winarto on Glatik Street, Ngijo Village, Karangploso District, Malang Regency. The material used was 20 male New Zealand White rabbits with an average body weight of 1081.05 ± 148.18 g. the variables measured are dry matter intake, body weight gain, and income over feed cost. The method used was randomized block design with 4 treatments and 5 replications. The data obtained were analyzed using variance from a randomized block design. The results showed that the use of complete use rice straw flour 5% and coconut pulp 5% as feed (P2) given to New Zealand White rabbits had a very significant effect on the highest dry matter consumption of the treatment P2= 92,12 c ± 0,74 g / head / day and gave a not significantly different effect on weight gain the body average 799 ± 285.64 g/head while giving an effect that income over feed cost of Rp. 100,739 ± 20,148. For further research, it is recommended to use rice straw flour 5% and coconut pulp 5% as feed for rabbits. Tujuan dari penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan pakan komplit dengan PK 15% terhadap konsumsi bahan kering, pertambahan bobot badan dan income over feed cost pakan kelinci. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Peternakan Kelinci milik Bapak Winarto di jalan Glatik, Desa Ngijo, Kecamatan Karangploso, Kabupaten Malang. Materi yang digunakan 20 ekor kelinci New Zealand White jantan dengan rata-rata bobot badan 1081,05 ± 148,18 g. Variabel yang diukur adalah konsumsi bahan kering, pertambahan bobot badan, dan income over feed cost. Metode yang digunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok dengan 4 perlakuan dan 5 ulangan. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan menggunakan sidik ragam dari rancangan acak kelompok. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa penggunaan pakan komplit yang menggunakan jerami padi 5% dan ampas kelapa 5% (perlakuan P2) diberikan pada kelinci New Zealand White memberikan pengaruh yang berbeda sangat nyata pada konsumsi bahan kering tertinggi yaitu 92,12c ±0,74 g/ekor/hari dan memberikan pengaruh yang tidak berbeda nyata pada pertambahan bobot badan dengan rataan 799 ± 285,64 g/ekor, sedangkan income over feed cost sebesar Rp. 100,739 ± 20,148. Untuk penelitian lebih lanjut disarankan dengan penggunaan tepung jerami padi 5% dan ampas kelapa 5% sebagai pakan kelinci.
