Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan sampel sebanyak 15 dari 40 mahasiswa Tingkat IA Prodi Pendidikan Matematika. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu observasi dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian diperoleh: (1) Jenis kesalahan yang dilakukan mahasiswa dalam menyelesaikan soal materi logika matematika beserta penyebabnya adalah kesalahan terjemahan (84%) dengan penyebab mahasiswa kekurangan waktu, kurang teliti, lupa, bingung dengan simbol matematika; kesalahan konsep (68%) dengan penyebab mahasiswa belum memahami betul konsep yang terkandung dalam materi logika matematika; dan kesalahan tanda (48%) dengan penyebab mahasiswa lupa dan tidak teliti. (2) Cara mengatasi terjadinya kesalahan mahasiswa adalah: (a) Penggunaan media pembelajaran yang tepat pada proses perkuliahan, (b) Menekankan konsep-konsep dasar yang harus dikuasai mahasiswa, (c) Ketelitian dalam mengkoreksi jawaban mahasiswa, (d) Menekankan pentingnya banyak latihan soal dan memperhatikan penggunaan simbol dengan benar, (e) Memberikan latihan soal secara berulang, dengan tipe soal yang hampir sama, (f) Mahasiswa diharapkan memahami konsep-konsep dan konsisten dalam penggunaan simbol matematika.

Abstract

Abstract: The covid-19 pandemic causes the need of distance learning. As in offline learning, its learning objectives have to be fulfilled. In the learning process, lesson plan is very important. The aim of this study is to develop the MBKM based lesson plan as the implementation of distance learning. The method of this study is research and development which implements the development model of Thiagarajan that is modified into three stages, namely: define, design, and develop stages. The methods in collecting data are documentations, questionnaires, and achievement tests. Based on the analysis results, the modification of developed learning tools using 4-D model produces MBKM based learning tools which is implemented in the distance learning using Moodle. The learning tools are valid based on the experts and the results of pretest that show the positive responses on learning and the achievement results that fulfilled the criteria of validity, reliability, and sensitivity test items.   Abstrak: Pandemi covid-19 menyebabkan perlunya pembelajaran jarak jauh. Seperti dalam pembelajaran offline, capaian pembelajaranpun harus terpenuhi. Dalam proses pembelajaran, RPP sangatlah penting. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan RPP berbasis MBKM sebagai implementasi pembelajaran jarak jauh. Metode penelitian ini adalah penelitian dan pengembangan yang mengimplementasikan model pengembangan Thiagarajan yang dimodifikasi menjadi tiga tahap, yaitu: tahap define, design, dan develop. Metode pengumpulan data dengan dokumentasi, angket, dan tes prestasi. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, modifikasi perangkat pembelajaran yang dikembangkan menggunakan model 4-D menghasilkan perangkat pembelajaran berbasis MBKM yang diimplementasikan dalam pembelajaran jarak jauh menggunakan Moodle. Perangkat pembelajaran tersebut valid berdasarkan ahli dan hasil pretest yang menunjukkan respon positif terhadap pembelajaran dan hasil pencapaian yang memenuhi kriteria validitas, reliabilitas, dan sensitivitas item tes.

Abstract

Abstrak Sudah hampir 8 bulan pandemi covid mewabah di seluruh dunia, termasuk di Indonesia. Semua aktivitas pendidikan dari tingkat sekolah dasar hingga perguruan tinggi, pembelajaran dilakukan secara daring. Pembelajaran merupakan interaksi antara guru dan siswa, dalam proses ini terjadi komunikasi yang intens dan terarah untuk rangka mencapai tujuan pembelajaran. Pembelajaran yang baik memerlukan proses interaksi antar semua komponen baik antara guru dengan siswa maupun siswa dengan siswa. Salah satunya dengan menerapkan model-model pembelajaran yang inovatif. Model pembelajaran yang dapat digunakan untuk pembelajaran matematika antara lain: project based learning, daring method, luring method, home visit method, integreted curiculum, dan blended learning. Oleh karena itu, kami tim PKM akan mengkaji model pembelajaran matematika manakah yang sesuai untuk digunakan pada masa pandemi seperti yang dihadapi saat ini. Analisa data dilakukan dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Pendekatan kualitatif digunakan untuk menganalisis data hasil wawancara dan observasi. Observasi dilakukan pada saat kegiatan berlangsung. Selain observasi juga dilakukan wawancara pada pengelola YKIB, di mana pengelola YKIB menjelaskan bahwa ada pengajar yang mengalami kesulitan mengajar selama pandemi. Hasil dari pengabdian kepada masyarakat adalah Guru/Tutor di Bimbingan belajar dapat menerapkan dan mengembangkan model-model pembelajaran matematika selama pandemi.    Abstract It has been almost 8 months since the Covid pandemic has spread throughout the world, including in Indonesia. All educational activities from elementary school to tertiary level, learning is done online. Learning is an interaction between teachers and students, in this process intense and directed communication occurs in order to achieve learning goals. A good learning process requires a process of interaction between all components, both between teachers and students and students and students. One of them is by applying innovative learning models. Learning models that can be used for learning mathematics include: project based learning, online methods, offline methods, home visit methods, integreted curriculums, and blended learning. Therefore, our PKM team will examine which mathematics learning model is suitable for use during a pandemic as it is currently facing. Data analysis was carried out using a qualitative approach. A qualitative approach was used to analyze data from interviews and observations. Observations were made during the activity. In addition to observations, interviews were also conducted with YKIB managers, where YKIB managers explained that there were teachers who had difficulty teaching during the pandemic. The result of community service is that teachers / tutors in tutoring can apply and develop mathematics learning models during a pandemic.

Abstract

AbstractClean water is one of the basic human needs that is needed in a sustainable manner, as one of the unlimited natural resources. In Sendangharjo and Wadang villages, there is a shortage of clean water during the dry season. This research is a qualitative research. The data collection technique is observation and documentation.  While the exploration is to see the condition of the drinking water supply system in Wadang and Sendangharjo Villages.  The program for providing access to clean water can be used as an alternative to provide convenience for the community to obtain clean water both in the dry season and in the rainy season. In addition, the village can also become a village that is independent of clean water.Keywords: access to clean waterAbstrakAir bersih merupakan salah satu kebutuhan pokok manusia yang dibutuhkan secara berkelanjutan, sebagai salah satu sumber daya alam yang tak terbatas jumlahnya. Di desa Sendangharjo dan desa Wadang mengalami kesulitan air bersih diwaktu musim kemarau. Pada kegiatan pengabdian ini, teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan eksplorasinya adalah melihat kondisi sistem penyediaan air minum di Desa Wadang dan Sendangharjo. Program penyediaan akses air bersih dapat digunakan sebagai salah satu alternatif untuk memberikan kemudahan pada masyarakat untuk memperoleh air bersih baik di musim kemarau maupun di musim penghujan. Selain itu, desa juga dapat menjadi desa yang mandiri air bersih. Kata kunci: akses air bersih

Abstract

Mathematics Learning in elementary Schools tends to be difficult to understand about getting up flat. Based on the result of interviews with teachers at SD Negeri 1 Temu Kanor Bojonegoro obtained. The results of student achievement is still below the average value of KKM is ≤70. Therefore more innovative learning media. One of the innovative learning media is Geoboard.Media learning Geoboard is a rigid board that can be used in the learning of class. IV Geometry. This pocked board is simply made of thin wood and then dipak (dipines) in the field.These spikes are arranged so that they are neatly arraged and shaped like square units. The goal of this training is to help students learn mathematics in a fun way so as to create high interest to learn math from an early age. The method of implementation in this community service program is by training method directly to fourth-grade students of elementary school. The result of this training is improvement of student achievement result which can be seen from the average value obtained is ≥70 and the increase of student interest so that more enthusiastic in studying the material of geometry in flat field especially on the subject of searching the circumference and the area of building rectangle and triangle in SD Negeri 1 Temu kanor bojonegoro.Keywords : Media learning geoboard, Learning math.ABSTRAKPembelajaran matematika di sekolah dasar cenderung sulit untuk memahami tentang bangun datar. Berdasarkan hasil wawancara dengan guru di SD Negeri 1 Temu kec Kanor Bojonegoro diperoleh hasil prestasi belajar siswa masih dibawah rata-rata nilai kkm yaitu ≤70.Oleh karena itu diperlukan media pembelajaran yang lebih inovatif. Salah satu media pembelajaran yang inovatif adalah GeoBoard. Media Pembelaaran Geoboard adalah suatu papan berpaku yang dapat digunakan dalam pembelajaran geometri kelas IV. Papan berpaku ini secara sederhana terbuat dari kayu tipis kemudian dipak (dipines) pada bidangnya. Paku-paku (pines) ini disusun sedemikian sehingga tersusun secara rapi dan berbentuk seperti persegi satuan. Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dari pelatihan ini adalah membantu siswa belajar matematika dengan cara yang menyenangkan sehingga tercipta minat-minat yang tinggi untuk belajar matematika sejak usia dini. Metode pelaksanaan pada program pengabdian masyarakat ini yaitu dengan metode pelatihan secara langsung kepada siswa kelas IV Sekolah Dasar. Hasil dari pelatihan ini adalah adanya peningkatan hasil prestasi belajar siswa yang bisa dilihat dari nilai rata-rata yang diperoleh adalah ≥70 dan adanya peningkatan minat siswa sehingga lebih antusias dalam memepelajari materi geometri pada bidang datar khusunya pada pokok bahasan mencari keliling dan luas bangun segi empat dan segitiga di SD Negeri 1 temu kanor Bojonegoro.Kata Kunci: Media Pembelajaran Geoboard, Pembelajaran matematika.

Abstract

perkebunan yang sangat potensial untuk dikembangkan. Selain itu, struktur masyarakat yang didominasi 80% penduduk asli menjaga bertahannya ke khasan lokal Desa Pacul. Berdasarkan studi pendahuluan, permasalahan yang ada antara lain: 1) terdapat 53% dari 52 sektor home industry yang mengalami pengelolaan yang stagnan; 2) masyarakat memiliki sikap skeptis dan apatis terhadap pembangunan desa;; 3) lambannya pengenalan teknologi dan ditunjang lemahnya sumberdaya individu dalam membaca pengembangan peningkatan kompetensi diri, produktivitas, dan literasi pada akhirnya menjadikan rantai pembangunan perekonomian pada khususnya tidak maksimal. Diperlukan upaya penanganan secara kolektif pengembangan kompetensi individu masyarakat agar terbentuk pola pikir dan sikap proaktif dalam menggali potensi diri melalui aktivitas pojok- pojok literasi sesuai kebutuhan, potensi & peminatan masyarakat. Tujuan dari program ini adalah untuk mereduksi sikap skeptis dan apatis masyarakat Desa Pacul serta mengembangkan potensi individu penduduk desa untuk meningkatkan kompetensi sebagai modal berkarya disektor peminatan masing-masing dalam kerangka RPJM partisipatif desa. Program ini dikemas dalam beberapa aktivitas pokok antara lain: 1) identifikasi potensi masyarakat desa; 2) penelusuran peminatan masyarakat desa; 2) pendataan potensi usaha desa; 4) pembentukan pojok-pojok literasi berbasis Etno- STEAM; 5) pelatihan kompetensi; 6) pendampingan pengembangan usaha individu/ kelompok.

Abstract

Mathematics learning experiences a paradigm shift in its development. It is followed by various mathematics learning approaches including ethnomathematical approach. Ethnomathematical approach integrates the characters and cultural literacy in mathematics learning. Therefore, it is able to instil the mathematics concepts through the cultural practice which is implemented in the learning process. One of it is conducted through the exploration of regency local wisdom that has a role in developing ethnomathematical. This study implements the concepts of regency local wisdom which is able to be adopted in ethnomathematical learning. This study is qualitative research in which the researcher observes the local wisdom of Bojonegoro regency, East Java, Indonesia. The data obtained is related with the rational stories behind the culture. Based on observation results, Bojonegoro local wisdom such as Oklik, Tengul dance, and Khayangan Api story can be integrated in mathematics learning. Understanding the local wisdom stories can potentially bring out the values of it and connect culture with mathematics. Those stories can be implemented in mathematics learning by providing HOTS (higher order thinking skill) questions which are relevant to the learning materials.

Abstract

The research was carried out by researchers with the aim of analyzing the mathematical understanding of the students of SMPN 3 Bojonegoro on the probability material based on the APOS theory. This research method is qualitative by using a qualitative descriptive approach with the researcher acting as the key instrument or main instrument. Based on the results of the analysis of mathematical understanding of students at SMPN 3 Bojonegoro based on APOS Theory. In the framework of the action stage, the subject has a tendency to explain and present the given opportunities. Subjects in the process stage framework have a tendency to explain, present and classify questions about probability events. Subjects in the process stage framework are subjects who have a tendency to explain, present, classify and apply concepts and procedures. In the framework of the last stage, namely the framework of the schema stage, the subject has a tendency to explain, present, classify, apply and develop the concepts that have been studied. Keywords: Understanding Analysi; Mathematical Understanding; APOS Theory; Opportunity Material.

Abstract

Abstract: The learning model used by the teacher affects the learning outcomes to be achieved. The PQ4R-type cooperative learning model was expected to improve students' critical thinking skills. This study aims to determine the effect of cooperative learning model type Preview, Question, Read, Reflect, Recite, Review (PQ4R) on students' critical thinking skills on the subject of the circle of class VIII even semester MTs Tarbiyatul Islam Soko in 2017/2018 academic year. The type of research used in this research is quasi-experimental design (pseudo-experimental). The population in the study were all students of grade VIII MTs Tarbiyatul Islam Soko in the 2017/2018 academic year. The samples used in the study were students of class VIII B as the control class and students of class VIII D as the experimental class. The research instruments in this study were observation sheets and test questions on students' critical thinking skills. The data analysis technique used was a statistical technique with t-test and prerequisite test analysis with Lilliefors test for normality test, Bartlett test for homogeneity test, and t-test for a balance test. The results showed that learning with a cooperative learning model type Preview, Question, Read, Recite, Reflect, Review (PQ4R) has a better influence on students' critical thinking skills. This can be seen from the magnitude of       that        is -6.134 > 2.2906. The average of the last test also showed that the experimental class had better critical thinking skills than the control class, which was 81 for the experimental class and 70 for the control class. Based on the observation results on the application of the PQ4R type cooperative learning model in the experimental class at MTs Tarbiyatul Islam Soko, the average student learning activity is in the good category in each indicator, namely 75.69%; 72.74%; 70.65%; 74.65%; 73.09%; and 74.39%. Keywords: PQ4R type Cooperative Learning Model; Students' Critical Thinking Ability
