Abstract

This study aims to determine the efficiency of the work efficiency of the tool by using a modification kacip, to determine the results of the quality of the cashew seeds produced with modified modifications determining the location of the study carried out intentionally (purposive) with respondents totaling 10 respondents. Data collection is done by interview and observation methods. Analysis of the data used design analysis with drawing rocks or skecap. The results of the analysis study were designed with two blades with 3 replications each time, large cashew fruit with an average of 0,3 kg /time, medium-size cashew with an average of 0,4 kg /time and small cashew fruit with an average of 0,31 kg /time, can be seen the working capacity of the equipment in tables 3, 4 and 5 with a total of 1,01 kg / time and an overall average of 0,33 kg /time. Whereas with one blade that has not been modified, with the working capacity of the tool in table 6. Large cashew fruit with an average of 0,25 kg /time, Medium cashew fruit with an average of 0,25 kg /time, and small cashew fruit with an average of 0,22 kg /time with an amount of 0,72 kg /time and an overall average of 0,24kg /time. To determine what percentage increase in working tools used by two blades and it turns out there is an increase in working tools with results 27.27%.

Abstract

 This study aims to determine the response of farmers to the sugarcane agroindustry development plan and to determine the factors that influence the response of farmers to the sugarcane agroindustry development plan in West Muna Regency. The method of data analysis uses proportion test and multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that (1) the level of community response to the sugarcane agroindustry development plan was in the medium category. (2) Age and expected benefits have a significant positive effect on agro-industry development plans. Factors that did not significantly affect the community's response to the sugar cane agroindustry development plan were the level of education, farming experience, land area, and the number of family dependents.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the marketing mix of tofu products in the home industry in Mekar Sari Village, Palangga District, Konawe Selatan Regency. This research was conducted in Palangga Subdistrict, Konawe Selatan District. The subjects in this study were tofu processing business owners and 20 respondents of consumer respondents. While the object of this research is the Marketing Mix of Tofu Products in the Home Industry in Mekar Sari Village, Palangga District, Konawe Selatan Regency. The results showed that regarding the marketing mix analysis of tofu making business in Palangga Subdistrict, Konawe Selatan Regency it can be concluded that, the marketing mix (product, price, and place) has a very good category, this is in accordance with consumer ratings where 100% of respondents gave a high rating category based on class interval calculations. While the promotion mix has an unfavorable category, this is in accordance with consumer ratings where (60%) of respondents rated medium categories based on class interval calculations

Abstract

This study aims to determine the prospects for the development of patchouli processing business XYZ in Buke village,  Buke District, South Konawe Regency by looking at the financial feasibility analysis. The financial feasibility used consists of Net Present Value (NPV), Benefit-Cost Ratio (B / C Ratio), R / C Ratio, Pay Back Period (PBP), and Break-Even Point (BEP). This research was conducted from July to August 2019. The data used are primary data and secondary data. Analysis of the data used in this research is quantitative descriptive. The results of the financial feasibility of the patchy processing business of IKM XYZ are Net Present Value (NPV) of Rp. 12,521,218, Benefit-Cost Ratio (B / C Ratio) of 1,0086, R / C Ratio of 1,178, Pay Back Period (PBP) of 2.63 months, and Break-Even Point (BEP) of 164.98. From the results of the calculation of the financial feasibility of the patchy processing business, IKM XYZ is declared feasible to be developed and has good prospects.

Abstract

The objectives of this study are (1) to determine the availability and quantity of raw materials used in processing coconut oil; (2) to find out the skills of the workforce and the number of preparations produced in each time processing coconut oil; (3) to determine the productivity of coconut oil. The data is processed using qualitative data to determine the study of coconut oil processing business while finding out the amount of income using the R / C Ratio formula and to find productivity using the output/input formula. The population in this study were all coconut oil processing businesses. The total income of all coconut oil processing businesses in Kusambi District, West Muna Regency is Rp. 44,955,330 with an overall average of Rp. 6,916,205. While the average production productivity of the whole is Rp. 1.9088. Based on the calculation of the R / C ratio of coconut oil processing business, it is profitable Produk Innovation.

Abstract

Physico-Chemical Characterization of Sipou Gelatin (Siphonosoma australe-australe) from Southeast SulawesiABSTRACT          Nowadays people's concern about healthy and halal sources of gelatin is being discussed. Gelatin source development is currently underway, especially gelatin from fisheries products. The aim of this study was to determine the physical and chemical characteristics of gelatin from sipou from Southeast Sulawesi. Gelatin extraction used acid and base treatment, each treatment was three times replication. The analysis carried out by measuring the yield value, viscosity, water content, protein content, ash content, and fat content. The results of physical test of sipou gelatin showed that soaking with acid and base solution gave a yield value of 8.15 ± 0.014% - 9.10 ± 0.028% and a viscosity value of 2.47 ± 0.013 cP - 3.48 ± 0.042 cP. The chemical test of sipou gelatin showed that the value of water content, protein, ash, and fat are 8.40 ± 0.003 - 9.57 ± 0.271%, 79.85 ± 0.07 - 80.89 ± 1.08, 1.65 ± 0.005 - 3.67 ± 0.046, and 1.05 ± 0.07 - 2.75 ± 0.07 respectively.Keywords: Acid-base processes, bean worms, gelatin, halal, sipou.ABSTRAKSaat ini kekhawatiran masyarakat akan sumber gelatin yang sehat dan halal ramai diperbincangkan. Pengembangan sumber gelatin saat ini sedang dilakukan, khususnya gelatin yang bersumber dari hasil perikanan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui karakteristik fisik dan kimia gelatin dari sipou asal Sulawesi Tenggara. Ekstraksi gelatin menggunakan perlakuan asam dan basa, masing-masing perlakuan dilakukan pengulangan sebanyak tiga kali. Analisis yang dilakukan yaitu mengukur nilai rendemen,  viskositas, kadar air, kadar protein, kadar abu, dan kadar lemak. Hasil analisis dibahas secara deskriptif. Hasil pengujian fisik gelatin sipou menunjukkan bahwa perendaman dengan larutan asam dan basa memberikan nilai rendemen 8,15±0,014% - 9,10±0,028% serta nilai viskositas  2,47±0,013 cP - 3,48±0,042 cP. Pengujian kimia gelatin sipou menunjukkan nilai kadar air 8,40±0,003 - 9,57±0,271%, kadar protein 79,85±0,07 - 80,89±1,08, kadar abu 1,65±0,005 - 3,67±0,046, dan kadar lemak 1,05±0,07 - 2,75±0,07.Kata kunci: Cacing kacang, gelatin, halal, proses asam basa, sipou

Abstract

Berdasarkan pengamatan, TK ABA PCA Wilayah Banguntapan Utara masih memiliki beberapa permasalahan di antaranya masih lemahnya manajemen organisasi PCA Wilayah Banguntapan Utara dan pembelajaran pada TK ABA PCA Banguntapan Utara karena belum menggunaan teknologi informasi. Selain itu, kurangnya pemanfaatan media online sebagai sarana informasi termasuk institusi Aisyiyah tersebut. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut, digunakan pendekatan kemitraan sekolah yang disebut Sister School. Sister school dilaksanakan untuk membantu Peningkatan Daya Saing TK ABA wilayah Pimpinan Cabang Aisyiah (PCA) Banguntapan Utara berbasis penguatan organisasi dan teknologi informasi. Sister school ini mengadopsi konsep pembangunan yang berpusat pada rakyat (People Centred Development). Konsep ini memandang inisiatif rakyat sebagai sumberdaya pembangunan yang paling utama dan memandang kesejahteraan material dan spiritual sebagai tujuan yang ingin dicapai. Dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini menghasilkan Sister School yang berisi program-program unggulan sekolah yang bermitra dan pembuatan website yang bisa digunakan sebagai media pelayanan dan promosi.Kata Kunci: Peningkatan daya saing, penguatan organisasi, sister school.

Abstract

The purpose of this article is to analyze the impact of the implementation of Spending Review using Performance-Based Budgeting (PBB) on the APBD (Regional Budget Revenues and Expenditures) of West Sumatra province the year  2018. This article uses the qualitative method to identify and interpret the Spending Review context that needs to be thoroughly identified. The result data were drawing through data codification, data presentation, and the result of data research. This research showed that the condition of the West Sumatra province's regional spending budget for the year  2018 was increasing. However, judging from the indirect expenditures budget of West Sumatra province was declining. Further, on the review of allocation result that has been done against the realization of regional expenditures budget, there were budget savings from the year  2017 – 2018.  Then for indicator and performance review through health and education services showed an increased value of human development. Further on, the need deviation analysis showed that within two years of the government budget of West Sumatra province, i.e., the year  2017-2018, it has the rate level of need deviation with the allocation of spending budget 15.56%.

Abstract

AbstractPuuwangudu Village, Asera District, North Konawe Regency is one of the fisheries-based areas with one of the main commodities being Pokea. However, the potential of Pokea cannot be optimized by the local community, that is, it is sold in the form of raw pokea or pokea dishes so that it does not provide more economic value because the price is low, and the shelf life is low so it doesn't. In fact, with a touch of technology, especially vacuum packaging technology and attractive packaging designs, it can increase added value in terms of price and quality. In addition to this, the main factor in the lack of income is because pokea processed products cannot reach a wider market such as supermarkets and shops, this can be overcome by training in product licensing and business entities which are conditions for distributing products in supermarkets. In addition, in order to expand market share, online marketing training is needed on the website to increase their business income through e-marketing. The purpose of this PKM is the dissemination of technology and business management, especially smoked pokea processing through the stages of Participatory Technology Development, Community development, Persuasive and Educative . To keep maximizing PKM output and outcome were carried out such as the design and registration of IPR trademarks, packaging manufacture, assistance for product distribution permits and product socialization to local government stakeholders. The outcome of PKMI activities shows that all mothers who are members of the Partner Group are skilled at processing smoked pokea, can pack smoked pokea products with a vacuum sealer system, understand product labeling that meets standards and practice online marketing through website and social media.  The outcome of this service is expected to increase the income of smoked pokea processors, especially during the covid-19 pandemic.. Keywords: Smoked Pokea, Technical Assistance, Managerial Assistance, E-Commers. AbstrakDesa Puuwangudu, Kecamatan Asera, Kabupaten Konawe Utara merupakan salah satu wilayah yang berbasis perikanan dengan salah satu komoditas utamanya adalah Pokea. Namun potensi Pokea tersebut tidak mampu dioptimalkan oleh masyarakat setempat, yakni halnya di jual dalam bentuk pokea mentah atau masakan pokea sehingga tidak memberikan nilai ekonomis lebih karena harganya rendah, dan masa simpan yang rendah sehingga tidak. Padahal dengan sentuhan teknologi terutama teknologi pengemasan vaccum dan desain kemasan yang menarik maka dapat meingkatkan nilai tambah dari segi harga maupun mutu. Selain hal tersebut faktor utama kurangnya pendapatan adalah karena produk olahan pokea tidak dapat menjangkau pasar yang lebih luas seperti swalayan dan toko, hal ini dapat diatasi dengan pelatihan pengurusan perizinan produk dan badan usaha yang menjad syarat mengedarkan produk di swalayan. Selain itu dalam rangka memperluas pangsa pasar dibutuhkan pelatihan pemasaran online pada website untuk meningkatkan pendapatan usaha mereka melalui e marketing.. Tujuan dari PKM  ini adalah untuk  diseminasi teknologi dan manjemen pengelolaan usaha khusunya pengolahan pokea asap  melalui metode Persuasif dan  Edukatif. Untuk menjaga memaksimalkan output dan outcame PKM, dilakukan penyuluhan  seperti desain dan pendaftran HKI merek dagang, pembuatan kemasan, pendampingan ijin edar produk dan sosialisasi produk kepada stakholder pemerintah daerah. Outcame dari kegiatan PKMI   menunjukkan bahwa semua ibu-ibu yang tergabung dalam kelompok  mitra telah terampil mengolah pokea asap, dapat mengemas produk pokea asap dengan system vacuum sealer, memahami pelabelan produk yang memenuhi standard dan  mempraktekkan pemasaran online melalui situs dan media social.  Outcame dari pengabdian ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan pendapatan pelaku pengolah pokea asap terutama dalam masa pandemic covid-19. Kata Kunci:  Pokea Asap, Pendampingan Teknis, Pendampingan manajerial, E- Commers.

Abstract

The BUMDes of Katon Margo Sembada is one of the BUMDes affected during the covid-19 pandemic. This impact can be seen from the decrease in income by 30%. This happens because so far BUMDES Katon Margo Sembada, still uses conventional methods in marketing. There is no website or social media related to the BUMDES business unit of Katon Margo Sembada, making this BUMDES undeveloped and unknown to many people. In addition, BUMDES Katon Margo Sembada also lacks human resources who can manage BUMDES well through the marketplace and digital marketing. Furthermore, this community service aims to aid BUMDES Katon Margo Sembada based on technology, information, and communication so that the managed business units can be known by the wider community. Through the community empowerment approach, this service is expected to change the existence of the community to be more independent, productive, and prosperous. Based on the results of the initial assessment of the problem, the team has aided in website creation, social media, mentoring and training in media, digital marketing, and marketplace. In addition, the team also initiated by establishing strategic collaboration between BUMDES Katon Margo Sembada and the Government Science Laboratory, University of Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta in the implementation of Information and Communication Technology-Based Management and Assistance.
