Abstract

This study was aimed at determining: The effect of situational leadership style on the working motivation, The effect of situational leadership style on career development, The effect of working motivation on career development, The effect of motivation mediated to strengthen the influence of situational leadership style on the career. The object of this study was employee career development in the Field of Trial Parliament Secretariat Southeast Sulawesi Province. The population was all employees who were civil servants, as many as 59 people taken by using census. Data analysis used was descriptive statistics and Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of this study concluded that: Situational leadership style significantly affected on employee motivation; The situational leadership style significantly affected on employee career development, Motivation significantly affected on employee career development, Motivation mediated the influence of situational leadership style to career development.

Abstract

This research aims to determine: The effect of organizational culture on the motivation of employees, Effect of effective communication on the motivation of employees, The influence of organizational culture on the performance, Effect of effective communication to employee performance, The effect of motivation on employee performance, The role of motivation in mediating effect of organizational culture on employee performance, The role of motivation in mediating the effects of effective communication to employee performance at the Parliament Secretariat Southeast Sulawesi Province. The design of this research is associative (causal). The object of this study is the performance of the staff of the Parliament Secretariat Southeast Sulawesi Province. The population in this study are all servants of Parliament Secretariat of Southeast Sulawesi province, amounting to 148 people. The samples using the formula Slovin. Analysis of data used in this research is descriptive statistical analysis and Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of this research concluded that: Cultural organizations significant positive effect on the motivation of employees, Cultural organizations significant positive influence on employee performance, Effective communication significant positive effect on employee motivation, Effective Communication siginifkan positive effect on employee performance, Motivation significant positive effect on the performance of employees, Motivation mediates the influence of organizational culture on employee performance, The motivation mediates the effect of effective communication to employee performance. This means that the motivation could be a mediating variable in strengthening effective communication influence on employee performance in Southeast Sulawesi Provincial Parliament Secretariat

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kinerja usaha melalui pendekatan SiFATI, yaitu: (1) Pengaruh akhlak bisnis terhadap kinerja usaha industri pangan (2) Implikasi kinerja usaha terhadap kelangsungan usaha. (3) Efek moderasi kebijakan Pemerintah Daerah Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara dalam memperkuat pengaruh akhlak bisnis terhadap kinerja usaha. Metode yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survei yaitu melakukan survei lapangan kepada industri pangan yang dijadikan responden penelitian di wilayah Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara dengan sampel sebanyak 150 pelaku usaha yang terdistribusi di Kota Kendari dan Kota Bau-Bau. Teknik analisis data menggunakan (1) deskriptif kualitati, (2) analisis kuantitatif dengan alat bantu program PLS Smart versi 3.2.6. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa kinerja usaha dapat dioptimalkan atau ditingkatkan melalui pendekatan SiFATI. Dalam ha ini: (1) Akhlak bisnis berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja usaha industri pangan. (2) Kinerja usaha memiliki implikasi positif signifikan terhadap kelangsungan usaha.. (3) Kebijakan Pemda Sultra dapat memoderasi pengaruh akhlak bisnis terhadap kinerja usaha (pure moderation). Dengan demikiam maka faktor penyebab ketidakmampuan menjaga kelangsungan usaha adalah kinerja usaha, kebijakan pemerintah dan akhlak bisnis. Oleh karena itu model pendekatan yang tepat adalah model SiFATI (Sidig, Fatanah, Amanah, Tabliq Istiqamah).

Abstract

Research aims to understand the influence of satisfaction and confidence in loyalty customers BNI The Branch Kendari. Population research it is a whole customers bni the branch kendari who have savings more than 2 ( two ) years and aged greater than 17 years .Approach that is used with the methods survey respondents to 100 people who have at a Branch Office Kendari. Equipment the analysis used is linear regression multiple with the program SPSS Version 22. The research results show that: (1). Simultaneously satisfaction and trust have a positive impact and significant impact on loyalty customers, (2). In partial satisfaction have a positive impact and insignificant to loyalty customers and (3). In partial trust have a positive impact and significant to loyalty customers.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mengkaji : (1) untuk menganalisa dan mengetahui secara simultan pengaruh kemampuan kerja, disiplin, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai dan (2) menganalisa pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai (3) menganalisa pengaruh disiplin terhadap kinerja pegawai dan (4) menganalisa lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Badan Pengelola Keuangan Dan Aset Daerah Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel 95 responden Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis statistik deskriptif, dan Analisis Regresi Linear Berganda dengan menggunakan SPSS Ver 18.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : (1) kemampuan kerja, disiplin, lingkungan kerja dan secara simultan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai (2) kemampuan kerja secara parsial berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja, (3) disiplin secara parsial berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja dan (4) lingkungan kerja secara parsial berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai.

Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) Effect of service quality and environment kamtibmas towards community satisfaction. (2) The influence of service quality on community satisfaction (3) The influence of kamtibmas environment to the satisfaction of society in Kecamatan Landono. The design of this research is causality research. The object of this study is the quality of service, kamtibmas environment and community satisfaction. Population in this research people of Landono District counted 98 people. Determination of sample was done by slovin formula and sampling method using proportional random sampling. Data analysis used in this research is descriptive statistical analysis and Multiple Linear Regression. The results of this study conclude that: (1). Quality of service and environment kamtibmas positive and significant impact on the satisfaction of the community. It can be interpreted that the better the quality of service done by security apparatus and environment, the higher the society satisfaction will be (2). Quality of service has a positive and significant impact on community satisfaction. It can be interpreted that the better the quality of service performed by the apparatus, the higher the public satisfaction will be. (3). Our kamtibmas environment has a positive and significant impact on people's satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of leadership and motivation on employee performance. The sample in this research is taken by using data method called purposive sampling. The number of samples used are 85 respondents. The data obtained were analyzed using PLS (Partial Least Square) analysis technique through SmartPLS software. In addition, for the second and third hypothesis experiments a Sobel test was performed for the intervening intervo variable operation in the hypothesis. The results showed a direct and positive relationship to motivation. Furthermore, leadership has a positive effect on employee performance. Then the other results show. The results of this study also show a positive leadership towards employee performance through motivation at the Office of the Secretariat of Southeast Sulawesi Province.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate and study the role of Good governance as a mediating influence on the performance of the management capacity of the Secretariat of the Southeast Sulawesi Provincial Parliament. The population in this study is the whole civil servants Southeast Sulawesi Provincial Parliament Secretariat with a sample of 101 people. The analytical method used is the analysis of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM).The results showed that the management capacity variable positive and significant impact on the Good Governance. On the other hand for a variable capacity management but not significant positive effect on the performance of Parliament Secretariat of Southeast Sulawesi province, Variable Good governance positive and significant effect on the performance of Southeast Sulawesi Provincial Parliament Secretariat. Therefore discovered the role of Good governance as a mediating variable between management capacity on the performance of Southeast Sulawesi Provincial Parliament Secretariat.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh budaya kerja terhadap kinerja, pengaruh komitmen terhadap kinerja, pengaruh budaya kerja terhadap kinerja serta pengaruh budaya kerja terhadap kinerja melalui komitmen pegawai negeri sipil pada Dinas Tenaga Kerja dan Perindustrian Kota Kendari. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh responden dalam hal ini keseluruhan pegawai negeri sipil yang berada di Dinas Tenaga Kerja dan Perindustrian sejumlah 37 orang. Teknik analisis data yang dipergunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu teknik statistik deskriptif dan menggunakan alat Analisis Partial Least Square program smart PLS Versi 3.2.4m3. Hasil penelitian ini adalah (1) Budaya Kerja Berpengaruh Positif Dan Signifikan Terhadap Komitmen (2) Komitmen Pegawai Berpengaruh Positif akan tetapi tidak Signifikan Terhadap Kinerja. (3) Budaya Kerja Berpengaruh Positif Dan Signifikan Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai. (4) Komitmen Berperan Dalam Memediasi Pengaruh Budaya Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji dan menjelaskan secara empiris Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja dan Kualitas Pelayanan Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada Kantor Kelurahan Kadia Kota Kendari. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 86 orang yang merupakan pegawai Kantor Kelurahan Kadia Kota kendari. Teknik penentuan sampel menggunakan metode sampel jenuh yaitu sebanyak 86 orang. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (a). Lingkungan Kerja dan Kualitas pelayanan secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai (b). Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja dan (c). Kualias Pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja Pegawai Kelurahan Kadia Kota Kendari.
