Abstract

Abstract: Lecturer has a crucial position in the process of education, lack of lecturers’ performance in carrying out the assignment will result in the quality of graduates, and the development of lecturer performance to increase the high-quality graduates is absolute to be prioritized. This study aims to find out program, the implementation and the supporting of developing lecturer performance, in “Tridarma Perguruan Tinggi”. This study used descriptive qualitative research methods. Subject of the study is Dean, Assistant Dean and chairman of department. The technique of data analysis is done by data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions and verification. The study result: (a). Sector of education and teaching further education maintain lecturer rank, revise syllabus, cooperate with other universities, and doing monthly discussion, (b). Sector of research conducted lecturer training and scientific writing competition, (c). Sector of Community Service: founding model village, religious speaker, khatib of Friday prayers, supervisor of community service activity. The implementation of the lecturer development program of the Ushuluddin Faculty in the case of education and teaching run asprogrammed, as well as the research. While in the case of community service institutionally is not maximal yet, even that individually lecturer at the Ushuluddin Faculty performs community service. The factors developing lecturer performance both master and bachelor and office infrastructure, facilitation, classroom and Ushuluddin Faculty also have its own publishing house, they are: Publishing and two scientific journals; Substantia and Al-Mu'asirah, in which it support the lecturers in developing the performance.Keywords : Development of lecturers’ performance

Abstract

Abstrak. Proses pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani di Kabupaten Aceh Selatan pada umumnya berjalan belum efektif. Hal ini disebabkan oleh keberadaan sarana dan prasarana olahraga pendidikan di Kabupaten Aceh Selatan sebagai faktor pendukung dalam proses pembelajaran jasmani masih belum memadai. Sesuai dengan permasalahan tersebut, penulis tertarik melakukan penelitian dengan judul pendataan, pemetaan sarana dan prasarana olahraga pendidikan di Kabupaten Aceh Selatan dari tahun 2002 sampai dengan 2012. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui keberadaan sarana dan prasarana olahraga pendidikan di Kabupaten Aceh Selatan dari tahun 2002 sampai dengan 2012 dan mengetahui peningkatan sarana dan prasarana olahraga pendidikan di Kabupaten Aceh Selatan dari tahun 2002 sampai dengan 2012 dengan jumlah sampel 18 sekolah. Adapun metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dan jenis penelitian survei. Sedangkan instrumen penelitian yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data adalah menggunakan format observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Data dianalisis dengan mentabulasi hasil pengamatan ke dalam tabel dan grafik untuk mengetahui keberadaan sarana dan prasarana olahraga pendidikan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa secara umum keberadaan sarana dan prasarana olahraga pendidikan masih belum memadai. Keberadaan sarana dan prasarana untuk materi senam, atletik, sepak bola, bola voli, bola basket, bulu tangkis dan tenis meja berada pada kategori kurang lengkap. Sedangkan untuk materi tenis lapangan, bela diri, dan renang berada pada kategori tidak lengkap. Adapun pemetaan keberadaan sarana dan prasarana olahraga pendidikan di Kabupaten Aceh Selatan masih belum merata untuk setiap sekolah penelitian.Kata Kunci : Pendataan, Pemetaan, Sarana dan Prasarana

Abstract

Abstract: Teacher certification program is a government program as an effort to obtain professional teachers. The government expects that the certification improve teacher performance and the national education quality especially student learning outcomes. The general objective of this study was to find out to what extent the certification and teacher performance influence student learning outcomes in SMPN 2 Banda Aceh State Junior High School. The specific objectives of this study was to describe (1) the influence of the certification on the improvement of student learning outcomes in SMPN 2 Banda Aceh State Junior High School and (2) the influence of the teacher performance on the improvement of student learning outcomes in SMPN 2 Banda Aceh State Junior High School in planning and implementing learning process. This study used descriptive design with qualitative approach that focused on correlation of the variables, that is teacher certification (X1), teacher performance (X2), and learning outcomes (Y). Population of this study was all teacher in SMPN 2 Banda Aceh State Junior High School while samples were teachers who have had the certification. Data were collected through questionnaire, observation, and documentation. Data from questionnaire that have been scored for teacher certification and performance then were processed by using statistic method. The results showed that there was significant correlation of teacher certification and performance with the student learning outcomes, that is (1) there was positive influence of the teacher certification on student learning outcomes and (2) there was positive influence of the teacher performance on student learning outcomes.Keywords: The Influence of Teacher Certification and Performance.Abstrak: : Program sertifikasi guru merupakan program dari pemerintah sebagai upaya untuk mendapatkan guru yang profesional. Dengan adanya sertifikasi guru, pemerintah berharap kinerja guru akan meningkat dan pada gilirannya mutu pendidikan nasional akan meningkat pula terutama hasil belajarsiswa. Adapun tujuan umum penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat sejauh mana pengaruh sertifikasi dan kinerja guru terhadap peningkatan hasil belajar siswa di SMP Negeri 2 Banda Aceh. Secara khusus penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan (1) Pengaruh positif sertifikasi guru terhadap peningkatan hasil belajar siswa di SMP Negeri 2 Banda Aceh. (2) Pengaruh kinerja Guru Sertifikasi Terhadap Peningkatan Hasil Belajar Siswa di SMP Negeri 2 Banda Aceh dalam merencanakan dan melaksanakan proses pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif yang berfokus pada pengungkapan hubungan antar variabel, yaitu Sertifikasi Guru (X1) Kinerja Guru (X2) dan Hasil Belajar (Y).Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh Guru di SMP Negeri 2 Banda Aceh. Sedangkan sampel guru-guru yang telah memiliki sertifikat pendidik. dan Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian dengan menggunakan kuesioner, observasi, dan dokumentasi, sedangkan metode pengolahan dalam penelitian ini adalah data hasil kuisioner yang telah diberi bobot untuk sertifikasi dan kinerja guru yang mempengaruhi peningkatan hasil belajar siswa SMP Negeri 2 Banda Aceh, yang selanjutnya diolah dengan metode statistik. Hasil penelitian meninjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antar asertifikasi dankinerja guru terhadap peningkatan hasil belajar yaitu (1) Terdapat pengaruh yang positif antar asertifikasi guru terhadap hasil belajar siswa. (2) Terdapat pengaruh yang positif antara kinerja guru terhadap hasil belajar siswa.Kata kunci : Pengaruh Sertifikasi Dan Kinerja Guru.

Abstract

Abstract: Supervise instruction represent one of activity able to improve teacher performance. This research aim to for the mendeskripsikan of process compilation program, program execution and factors influencing execution supervise instruction by headmaster at SMPN 12 Banda Acheh. This Research use approach qualitative. Data collecting observation, documentation and interview. Source of data headmaster, curriculum area headmaster proxy, student and teacher. Result of research indicate that (1) Compilation program supervise instruction every early school year, in the form of activity class observation, individual meeting, staff meeting, senior tuition, workshop, permit and training learn. (2) Execution supervision; activity Observation class by headmaster visit class to see directly ability teacher teach. Individual meeting at the time of there teacher discipline collision, good intern conflict teacher with sejawat or teacher with student. Activity Workshop scheduled and packed into Cost Estimate Plan School. Activity Training usually learn only as participant, where headmaster send delegation learn to follow various activity training, hereinafter the teacher obliged to socializing in the form of activity staff meeting. Headmaster also always give recommendation to continue education to teacher according to regulation going into effect, (3) Factors influencing execution supervise instruction by headmaster in improving performance learn SMP Country 12 Banda Acheh, that is: fund supporting activity supervise not yet is adequate, (b) support On duty Education to activity supervise not yet is optimal, (c) essence supervise not yet been comprehended by all teacher so that activity supervise kadangkala interpreted as effort look for weakness teacher, (d) teachers owning old year of service or almost pension not too care to make-up of its profession development and performance.Keywords :Abstrak: Supervisi pengajaran merupakan salah satu kegiatan yang dapat meningkatkan kinerja guru. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan proses penyusunan program, pelaksanaan program dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pelaksanaan supervisi pengajaran yang dilakukan oleh kepala sekolah pada SMPN 12 Banda Aceh. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Sumber data adalah kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah bidang kurikulum, guru dan siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Penyusunan program supervisi pengajaran dilakukan setiap awal tahun ajaran, dalam bentuk kegiatan observasi kelas, pertemuan individu, rapat staf, bimbingan senior, workshop, pelatihan dan izin belajar. (2) Pelaksanaan supervisi; Kegiatan observasi kelas dilakukan dengan cara kepala sekolah mendatangi kelas untuk melihat secara langsung kemampuan guru mengajar. Pertemuan individu dilakukan pada saat ada guru yang melakukan pelanggaran disiplin, konflik intern baik antara guru dengan sejawat atau antara guru dengan siswa. Kegiatan workshop dijadwalkan dan dimasukkan dalam Rencana Anggaran Belanja Sekolah. Kegiatan pelatihan biasanya guru hanya sebagai partisipan, dimana kepala sekolah mengirim perwakilan guru untuk mengikuti berbagai kegiatan pelatihan, selanjutnya guru tersebut diwajibkan untuk mensosialisasikannya dalam bentuk kegiatan rapat staf. Kepala sekolah juga selalu memberikan rekomendasi untuk melanjutkan pendidikan bagi guru sesuai peraturan yang berlaku, (3) Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pelaksanaan supervisi pengajaran oleh kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru di SMP Negeri 12 Banda Aceh, yaitu; (a) penyediaan dana yang mendukung kegiatan supervisi belum memadai, (b) dukungan Dinas Pendidikan terhadap kegiatan supervisi belum optimal, (c) hakekat supervisi belum dipahami oleh semua guru sehingga kegiatan supervisi kadangkala diartikan sebagai upaya mencari kelemahan guru, (d) guru-guru yang memiliki masa kerja lama atau hampir pensiun tidak terlalu peduli terhadap peningkatan kinerja dan pengembangan profesinya.

Abstract

Abstract: Coaching of teachers is one form of business to enhance the professional competence of teachers in achieving quality learning period on SMP Negeri 2 Sigli. This study aims to determine teacher training in: (1) the process of preparing the learning program are: curriculum, syllabus, lesson plans, annual program, the semester program, and details of the effective week. (2) fostering the implementation of learning, namely: the initial activity to open the lesson, explaining the materials, instructional media, learning methods, learning resources, and KKM. (3) fostering enhancement of professional competence of teachers are: supervision, refresher courses, seminars, and MGMP. The method used in this research is descriptive method with qualitative approach, this research sites in SMP Negeri 2 Sigli. Data collection techniques in the study carried out directly by the researcher through interviews, observation, and study documentation. The subject of this research is the principal, vice principal areas of the curriculum, and teacher SMP Negeri 2 Sigli. The results obtained are: (1) principals in the process of preparing teachers to foster learning programs such as the RPP, the annual program, the semester program, and details of the effective week. (2) fostering the principal teachers in the implementation of the learning done by describing the materials, instructional media, learning methods, learning resources. (3) school head teachers to foster improvement of professional competence by way of supervision, Panataran, seminars and enable MGMP as well as providing facilities and infrastructure.Key words: development of professional competence ofteachers

Abstract

Abstract: Style principals strongly influence the behavior of subordinates, but if subordinate behavior may not necessarily be able to influence the behavior of their superiors. Principal's leadership style is a consistent pattern of behavior shown by the leader and the other party known as a leader trying to influence the activities of others. The purpose of the study to determine the leadership style of the principal, including: (1) Discipline; (2) Commitment; (3) Ability and (4) The responsibility of the teacher. Qualitative approach with descriptive methods, data collection techniques performed with interview guides, observation, and study documentation. Subjects were principals, teachers and supervisors in SD Negeri 7 Muara Dua Lhoksuemawe. The results of the study found: (1) the principal's style of leadership in promoting the discipline of teachers, is a style of informing (telling), in addition to telling style, principals also apply situational style; (2) the principal's leadership style in improving teacher commitment is selling styles (consultative) by directing the teacher to complete the task; (3) the principal's leadership style to improve the ability of teachers, namely the implementation of a participative style during an internal meeting board of teachers and other meetings; and (4) the principal's style of leadership in improving the teacher's responsibility, is to force the sharing discretionary authority to the members of the organization to carry out the task. Expected to supervisors and principals in order to give impetus and direction in the performance of discipline, commitment, ability and responsibility of teachers to effectively and efficiently to improve the performance of teachers in schools.Keywords: Principal Leadership Styles and Teacher PerformanceAbstrak: Gaya kepala sekolah sangat mempengaruhi perilaku bawahannya, tetapi bila perilaku bawahan belum tentu dapat mempengaruhi perilaku atasannya. Gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah adalah suatu pola perilaku konsisten yang ditunjukkan oleh pemimpin dan diketahui pihak lain ketika pemimpin berusaha memengaruhi kegiatan orang lain. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, meliputi: (1) Disiplin; (2) Komitmen; (3) Kemampuan dan (4) Tanggung jawab guru. Pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif, teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan pedoman wawancara, pedoman observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian adalah kepala sekolah, guru dan pengawas di SD Negeri 7 Muara Dua Lhoksuemawe. Hasil penelitian ditemukan: (1) Gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan disiplin guru, adalah gaya memberitahukan (telling), selain gaya telling, kepala sekolah juga menerapkan gaya situasional; (2) Gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan komitmen guru adalah gaya selling (konsultatif) dengan mengarahkan guru untuk menyelesaikan tugasnya; (3) Gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kemampuan guru, yaitu gaya partisipatif yang diterapkannya pada saat rapat internal dewan guru dan rapat lainnya; dan (4) Gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan tanggung jawab guru, ialah gaya delegatif yaitu melakukan sharing authority kepada anggota untuk melaksanakan tugas organisasi. Diharapkan kepada pengawas dan kepala sekolah supaya dapat memberikan dorongan dan arahan dalam kerja tentang disiplin, komitmen, kemampuan dan tanggungjawab guru secara efektif dan efesien untuk meningkatkan kerja di sekolah.Kata Kunci: Gaya Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah dan Kinerja Guru

Abstract

Abstract: Learning management has a big role in providing contribution for the moral coaching of the students in school. This study aimed to find out: planning, organization, implementation, evaluation, and supporting factors of Islamic religious learning in Bambong Islamic State Junior High School of Pidie Regency. This study used descriptive method and qualitative approach. Data were collected by using observation, interview, and documentation study technique. Subject of the study were principal, Islamic religious education teachers, students, and school supervisors. The results of the study showed that: 1) Planning prepared by Islamic religious Education teachers were in the form of annual program, semester program, syllabus, and lesson plan which were well prepared and documented. Planning related to student coaching such as the addition of learning materials in Arabic learning (local content subject), citation of Yasin at the beginning of every month on Friday, Dhuhur prayer in congregation, Ramadan activities, and religious competition at the end of every semester were not going well. 2) Organization of Islamic religious learning was in good direction so that there were no overlapped and wasted time in learning process in the class. Good learning organization enabled the achievement of efficiency in the school. 3) The implementation of learning was in compliance with the applicable curriculum but the learning implementation was not optimal because teacher did not implement the learning based on the lesson plan. 4) Evaluations carried out by the teacher in the class were pretest and posttest in the form of oral, written (multiple choice and essay), and practice test.Keywords: Management, Islamic Religious, Bambong Islamic State Junior High SchoolAbstrak: Manajemen pembelajaran memiliki peran besar dalam memberikan kontribusi terhadap pembinaan moral siswa di sekolah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, evaluasi, dan faktor pendukung pembelajaran agama Islam pada MTsN Bambong Kabupaten Pidie. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik: observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari: kepala sekolah, guru pendidikan Agama Islam, siswa, dan pengawas sekolah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Perencanaan pembelajaran yang dibuat oleh guru agama Islam berupa program tahunan, program semester, silabus, dan rencana pembelajaran (RPP) telah tersusun dengan baik dan terdokumentasi. Perencanaan yang berkaitan dengan pembinaan siswa meliputi penambahan materi pelajaran Bahasa Arab (Mulok), baca Yasin setiap awal bulan pada hari Jumat, shalat Zuhur berjama’ah, kegiatan Ramadhan, serta perlombaan keagamaan setiap akhir semester belum berjalan dengan baik; 2) Pengorganisasian pembelajaran agama Islam pada MTsN Bambong sudah berjalan ke arah yang lebih baik, sehingga tidak terjadi tumpang tindih dan pemboroson waktu dalam proses pembelajaran di dalam kelas. Melalui pengorganisasian pembelajaran yang baik, memungkinkan tercapainya efisiensi dalam lembaga MTsN Bambong; 3) Pelaksanaan pembelajaran telah dilaksanakan sesuai dengan kurikulum yang berlaku, pelaksanaan pembelajaran belum berjalan optimal, dikarenakan guru belum menerapkan pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan bukti fisik tertulis sebagaimana tercantum dalam rencana pembelajaran (RPP); dan 4) Evaluasi yang dilaksanakan oleh guru agama Islam dalam kegiatan tatap muka meliputi pretest dan post test, jenis tes yang dilaksanakan tes secara lisan, tulisan (pilihan ganda dan uraian), dan tes perbuatan atau praktik.Kata kunci: Manajemen, Agama Islam, dan MTsN Bambong

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the mechanism, consideration, implementation, and dissemination of the principal decision-making through strategic management at Bandar Baru SMPN 1. This research used descriptive method with qualitative approach, data collection techniques were interviews, observation and documentation study. Subjects were principals, vice-principals, and teachers. The results showed that: (1) The mechanism of decision-making is done by identifying activities problems, formulate goals, determine alternatives, determine solutions, and decision-making, (2) consideration in decision-making is done by consensus paths between teachers and employees, (3) Implementation of decision-making implemented through legalization, operational plans, and communication, and action, monitoring, review and evaluation, and (4) socialization of decisions implemented through an open explanation to the vice principal and carried out according to plan.Keywords : strategic management, and decision makingAbstrak:Peneli­tian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui mekanisme, pertimbangan, implementasi, dan sosialisasi keputusan pengambilan keputusan kepala sekolah melalui manajemen strategik pada SMPN 1 Bandar Baru. Penelitian ini mengunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif, teknik pengumpulan data adalah wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian adalah kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah, dan guru. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Mekanisme pengambilan keputusan dilakukan dengan kegiatan identifikasi permasalahan, merumuskan tujuan, menentukan alternatif, menentukan solusi, dan menentukan keputusan; (2) Pertimbangan dalam pengambilan keputusan dilakukan dengan alur musyawarah antara guru dan karyawan; (3) Implementasi pengambilan keputusan dilaksanakan melalui legalisasi keputusan, rancangan operasional, sosialisasi dan komunikasi, aksi dan tindakan, pengawasan, review dan evaluasi; dan (4) Sosialisasi keputusan diterapkan melalui penjelasan secara terbuka dengan wakil kepala sekolah dan dilaksanakan sesuai rencana.Kata kunci : Manajemen strategik, dan pengambilan keputusan

Abstract

Abstract: Leadership is the principal determining school progress in implementing various school programs. In order to improve the performance of teachers, principals, guidance teachers can malakukan systematically. With the expected performance of good teachers has implications for the improvement of student achievement shown in the learning process effectively. This study uses descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques used were observation, interview and documentation. Subjects were principals and teachers on Meureudu Islamic junior high school Pidie Jaya. The purpose of this study was to determine: 1) The head of the school in improving labor discipline teacher at Meureudu Islamic junior high school of Pidie Jaya, 2) principal in improving teachers' work commitment on Meureudu Pidie Jaya district, 3) principal responsibility in improving the work of teachers in Meureudu Islamic junior high school Pidie Jaya. The results showed: 1) The head of the school in improving labor discipline teacher at Meureudu to conduct training either individually or in groups via pengaraha, held a picket through daily oversight and take action for the breach of discipline. The school principal also doing by providing an appeal, reprimand, conduct classroom observations and motivate teachers to perform their duties properly. 2) The head of the school in improving teachers' work commitment on Meureudu Islamic junior high school Pidie Jaya district to include teachers in a variety of activities including, involving teachers in upgrading, involving teachers in Congress Subject Teacher (MGMP). 3) The principal responsibility of teachers in improving the Meureudu Islamic junior high school by developing performance of teachers in various teaching programs and motivate teachers to enable MGMP activities.Keywords: Principal Leadership and Teacher PerformanceAbstrak: Kepemimpinan kepala sekolah sangatlah menentukan kemajuan sekolah dalam menjalankan berbagai program sekolah. Penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptis dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian adalah kepala sekolah dan guru pada MTsN Meureudu Kabupaten Pidie Jaya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: 1) Kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan disiplin kerja guru pada MTsN Meureudu dengan melakukan pembinaan baik secara individual maupun kelompok melalui pengaraha, mengadakan pengawasan melalui piket harian dan melakukan tindakan bagi yang melanggar disiplin. Kepala sekolah juga melakukan dengan cara memberikan himbauan, teguran, melakukan observasi kelas serta memotivasi guru agar dapat melaksanakan tugasnya sebagaimana mestinya. 2) Kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan komitmen kerja guru pada MTsN Meureudu Kabupaten Pidie Jaya dengan mengikutsertakan guru dalam berbagai kegiatan meliputi, mengikutsertakan guru dalam penataran, melibatkan guru dalam Musyawarah Guru Mata Pelajaran (MGMP). 3) Kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan tanggung jawab guru pada MTsN Meureudu dengan melakukan pengembangan kinerja guru dalam malaksanakan berbagai program pengajaran dan memotivasi guru agar mengaktifkan kegiatan MGMP.Kata Kunci: Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah dan Kinerja Guru

Abstract

Abstract: Conflict is normal and sometimes cannot be unavoided in an organization. The current beliefs consider that a conflict is not merely a disadvantage but it can bring advantages to the organization if it is well-controlled. Conflict management is a conflict resolution under pressure and in emotional environment. The objective of this research is to find out (1) the types of conflict; (2) sources of conflict; (3) director point of view regardingthe form of conflict; (4) approaches for conflict management; and (5) organization productivity at Muhammadiyah Midwifery Academy of Banda Aceh. This research is a descriptive research with qualitative approach. The data were collected by doing interview, observation and documentation study. The research results show that (1) there were some types of conflicts at Muhammadiyah Midwifery Academy such as interpersonal conflict, conflict between two persons and conflict between two groups; (2) the sources of conflict are communication, different interest, and interdependency on working activities; (3) the form of conflict was the functional conflict which influenced the improvement of organization performance; (4) the approach conducted by the director was the approach of conflict simulation, conflict controlling, and conflict resolution and elimination, and (5) the conflict management applied at Muhammadiyah Midwifery Academy was one of the efforts which influenced the organization productivity.Keywords: conflict management and organization productivity
