Abstract

The author conducts research with the title "Entrepreneurship Competency Analysis and Product Differentiation Strategies to Improve Business Performance" to find out how the application of competency standards and product differentiation strategies are applied to improve business performance in SMEs 9996 Kriya Daun Workshop.This study used descriptive qualitative method. Data obtained through observation, interviews and subsequent documentation studies were analyzed using a deductive mindset.The results of the analysis of the 9996 Kriya Daun Workshop Craft has good competence. But there are still things that are less effective such as in terms of organizing and maximizing media for marketing. Product Differentiation Strategy applied has also had a good effect on the performance of the business being run. Evidenced by the ability of MSMEs to penetrate the export market, and business continuity in competing in markets that have been running for 22 years.Keywords: Entrepreneurship Competence, Product Differentiation Strategy and Business Performance

Abstract

Aims of this study was to determine the effect of internal factors and external factors on the interest of alumni of the university of 17 Agustus 1945 (UNTAG) Surabaya for entrepreneurship. The population in this study was University of 17 Agustus 1945 Surabaya alumni who became an entrepreneurs with a sample size of 80 people. Sampling was done by nonprobability sampling method with accidental techniques (accidental sampling). Data from respondents were collected through distributing questionnaires that had been tested for Validity and Reliability Tests. From the validity test, the r value of all questions is bigger than the value of r-table (0.361), so it could be stated that the questionnaire is valid, and from the reliability test, the cronbach alpha value of 1,000 was obtained so that it could be concluded that the questionnaire was reliable. Data were then analyzed using the Regression Test using SPSS version 16.0. Regression testing obtained a sig value of 0,000, this indicates that the Internal Factor (X1) and External Factor (X2) variables have a significant effect on entrepreneurial interest (Y), in addition the R square value (R2) was 0.910 or could be expressed that 91% UNTAG alumni entrepreneurship is influenced by internal and external factors. From these results it can be concluded that both Internal (H1) and External (H2) or both (H3) Factors have a significant effect on UNTAG's alumni entrepreneurship interest.Keywords : Internal Factor, External Factor. Abstract

Elizabeth bag products are brand bag that has become the symbol of “prestige” for lovers bags. A brand bags are already quite prominent in Indonesia. In this study tried to see how much influence variable product design and quality of the purchasing decision. The sample used was the visitors who shopped in the store bag Elizabeth Surabaya and aged 18 years and older. The results showed the product design and product quality and significant positive influence on purchasing decisions and product quality vareabel the dominant influence on the purchase decisions. Keyword: Design product, quality product, purchasing decisions

Abstract

Progress is rapidly increasing social media development in line with advances information technology. Sharing of experiences between the consumer of a product can be done through the online media that can be accessed by other potential customers and are able to influence the purchase decisions of these products. This study aims to analyze the influence of electronic word of mouth Twitter on purchasing decisions at Restoran Mie Akhirat, Surabaya. Social media is a very fast growing Twitter, Twitter large number of potential users in conducting marketing activities. Methods of analysis used in this study is multiple regressions analysis. The results showed that the electronic word of mouth Twitter has a strong influence on purchasing decisions at Restoran Mie Akhirat, Surabaya.Keywords: electronic word of mouth, social media marketing, purchase decisions

Abstract

The research entitled "Effect Of Location And Facilities To Satisfaction Visitor Tourist Pacet Hot Water In Mojokerto Regency". This study aims to determine the effect of Location and Facilities on Visitor Satisfaction and to know the dominant influence between Location and Facilities to Satisfaction of Pacet Hot Water Tour Visitors in Mojokerto Regency.               The population in this research is Pacet hot water tour visitor in Mojokerto regency. Data collection method used is questionnaire with 100 respondents. The type of research used is quantitative research, the method of analysis used is the analysis of description and multiple linear regression analysis.               Based on the result of the research, there are multiple linear equations Y = 5.064 + 0.334X1 + 0.245X2 + e using SPSS 16, F hypothesis shows F count = 88.368 with significant value = 0.000 <0.05 the meaning "that all independent variables (Location and Facilities) significantly influence the dependent variable (Y) " While the partial hypothesis test (t test) obtained t arithmetic from the location variable of 4.388 and the facility variable of 3.527 where the probability is smaller than 0.05 then the hypothesis accepted. From multiple linear regression analysis it can be seen that the most dominant variable is location variable (X1) with beta coefficient value of 0.334 Keywords: Location, Facilities, Visitor Satisfaction

Abstract

This research entiled “ The Influence Factor of Price, Product Quality and Product Completeness on Purchase Decision ( Case Study At Hokky Supermarket in Surabaya ) “. The population in this study were consumers who had been shopping at Hokky Swalayan in Surabaya aged 17 year. Sampel taken as many as one hundred respondents. The variables used are price, product quality, product completeness and purchasing decision.This result can be concludes as follows: There is influence of individual price toward purchasing dicision proven and accepted reality of partial test result (t) obtained with significant level <0,05, there is individual influence of product quality to purchasing decision proven and accepted reality partial test result (t) is obtained with significant level <0,05, there is individual influence of product completeness to proven purchasing decision and accept reality of partial test result (t) obtained with significant level <0,05.This shows that there are problem with purchasing decisions. The main problem to note is the price factor that still many weakness because is that the lowers level of influence than the factor of product quality and completeness of the product.Keywords : Price, Product Quality, Product Completeness and Consumer Purchasing Decision

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Entrepreneurship and Creativity Education variables on Entrepreneurial Interest partially, simultaneously and dominating variables. The method used in this study is quantitative research using multiple linear regression analysis methods. Students of the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences of the University of August 17, 1945 who are still actively studying (class of 2016 - 2017) and have taken Entrepreneurship courses into the population in this study were 239 students. The number of samples obtained as many as 150 students was calculated using purposive sampling technique. The data collection technique used is the distribution of questionnaires / questionnaires.This study resulted in (1) Partially showing a positive influence between entrepreneurship education variables on the interest in entrepreneurship in students of the University of Surabaya's Faculty of Social and Political Sciences August 17, 1945. (2) The variable of creativity also has a positive effect on the interest in entrepreneurship in the students of the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences of the University of Surabaya, August 17, 1945. (3) Simultaneously also shows that between entrepreneurship education and creativity together have a positive effect on the interest in entrepreneurship in the students of the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, University of Surabaya, August 17, 1945. Keywords: Entrepreneurship Education, Creativity, and Entrepreneurship Interest.

Abstract

The 'Tombs' village of Rangkah is one of the unique villages in the middle of the public cemetery in Rangkah, Surabaya. The problem in this tomb village is that teenagers still feel they lack the experience and skills for business provision. The entrepreneurial knowledge possessed by the residents is still lacking so they are less able to see profitable business opportunities to be developed in their villages. For this reason, entrepreneurship-based community empowerment activities are given so that they have an entrepreneurial spirit that is assisted by Untag Surabaya students where they try to practice their knowledge and help especially teenagers and children who cannot afford schooling are trained to be able to read and write English and empower their mothers who were originally unemployed can have a busy and entrepreneurial activity in the form of manufacturing processed foods that can improve their standard of living. And teenagers are given training to foster the spirit of entrepreneurship, their hopes are to increase the potential that exists in the tomb area of ​​Rangkah so that it is not only known as a tomb village. Keywords: Community Empowerment; Tomb village ;; Entrepreneurship   Kampung ‘Makam’ Rangkah merupakan salah satu kampung unik yang berada di tengah kawasan pemakaman umum Rangkah Kota Surabaya. Permasalahan yang ada di Kampung Makam ini para remaja  masih merasa kurang memliliki pengalaman dan ketrampilan untuk bekal usaha. Pengetahuan kewirausahaan yang dimiliki warga masih kurang sehingga mereka kurang mampu melihat perluang usaha yang menguntungkan untuk dikembangkan di kampungnya. Untuk itu kegiatan pemberdayaan masyarakat berbasis kewirausahaan diberikan agar mereka memiliki semangat kewirausahaan yang dibantu oleh mahasiswa Untag Surabaya dimana mereka mencoba mempraktekan ilmunya dan membantu terutama remaja dan anak-anak yang tidak mampu sekolah dilatih untuk bisa baca tulis bahasa inggris dan memberdayakan ibu-ibunya yang awalnya menganggur bisa memiliki kesibukan dan kegiatan kewirausahaan  berupa pembuatan makanan olahan yang dapat meningkatkan taraf hidupnya. Dan para remaja diberikan pelatihan untuk menumbuhkan semangat berwirausaha, harapannya untuk meningkatkan potensi yang ada di kawasan makam Rangkah agar tidak hanya terkenal sebagai kampung makam saja. Abstract

Dua hal yang hendak dijawab oleh riset ini adalah karakter kepemimpinan Kota Surakarta, dan peta political personal tokoh politik. Tahapan awal penelitian adalah mewawancarai tokoh kota dari berbagai latar belakang bidang. Hasilnya digunakan untuk menentukan desain riset yang kemudian dipakai untuk melakukan survei uji publik. Survei ini memiliki besaran sampel sebanyak 758 responden dengan margin error sebesar 5% pada tingkat signifikansi 95% dan dengan kerapatan 50:50. Hasil riset menemukan lima indikator, yaitu (1) profesi pengusaha, (2) generasi x dan y; (3) ideologi nasionalis, dan (4) sikap anti korupsi, sebagai karakter kepemimpinan yang paling banyak diinginkan oleh masyarakat. Sedangkan tokoh Kota Surakarta dengan political personal yang tinggi, yaitu: Gibran Rakabuming, Achmad Purnomo, dan Teguh Prakosa.

Abstract

ABSTRACTIn this study, the researcher will explain the test of several factors that can influence Competitive Advantage, which are Enterpreneurial Orientation, Innovation, and Product Creativity in the business of DR. Spicy Cepu. To be able to know the effect of Entrepreneurship Orientation, Innovation, and Competitive Advantage, so researcher used quantitative research methods for maximum results, with survey research using questionnaire as an instrument. The sample of this study used a non-probability sampling method (non-random sampling) using a purposive sampling technique of 100 respondents. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis. The population of this study are consumers who have consumed products from DR. Spicy Cepu.Data from respondents were collected through distributing questionnaires that had been tested for Validity and Reliability Tests. From the validity test, it is obtained that the r value of all items is greater than the value of r table (0.361), so it is stated that the questionnaire is valid, and from the reliability test, the cronbach alpha value> 0.60 is obtained so that it can be concluded that the questionnaire is reliable. The results of this study indicate that all independent variables namely Entrepreneurial Orientation, Innovation, and Product Creativity have a positive influence on the dependent variable namely Competitive Advantage.Keywords: Entrepreneurship Orientation, Innovation, Product Creativity, and Competitive Advantage
