Abstract

Tuberculosis is infectious disease caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis. Good knowledge and attitude of patient with tuberculosis about the disease will help to eradicate and prevent pulmonary tuberculosis disease. The purpose from this study was to determine knowledge and attitude pulmonary tuberculosis patient about pulmonary tuberculosis disease. The study was a descriptive crossectional. This study conducted in December 2014 till January 2015. The sampel in this study were 30 pulmonary tuberculosis patients which inclusion criteria. The instrumen used was questionnare. The patient age majority were in the range 25-34 years old as many as 10 people (33,3%), sex characteristic of patient were predominantly male as many as 16 people (53,3%), the patient education is largely completed senior high school as many as 11 people (36,6%) and mainly patient are unoccupied or housewife as many as 11 people (36,6%). The result shows that the respondent who has a moderate level of knowledge as many as 19 people (63,3%) and a good level of attitude as many as 17 people (56,7%).Keywords: Knowledge, attitude, pulmonary tuberculosis

Abstract

Abstractbody image is a mental image,perseption,the mind that owned by a person, for bodysize, body shape, and the body weight leads to pyhsical appearence. At theadolescence,physical growrth experiencing fast changing. It faster than childhood andat the grown up. These physical changes affect the body image of young women.Pysical activity Oral multidimensional complex forms of human behavior and thebehavior of the class rather than theoretically, covering all the gestures ranging fromsmall movements to participate in the marathon. lack of physical activity is anindependent risk factor for chronic diseases, and overall is estimated to cause of deathglobally. This research is a descriptive study that aims to describe body image andphysical activity in girls smp al-ulum pekanbaru. The study population was gradervii, viii, and IX smp al-ulum pekanbaru the sample amounted to 56 people who aredetermined by the total sampling method. Data collection was conducted on 9 Marchto 10 March 2015 through questionnaires filled out by the student and the height andweight measurements of respondents. This study used a questionnaire adoption tutirestuastuti (2011) obtained the result that the respondents were not satisfied with hissize is 31 people (55.36%) more than satisfied respondents amounted to 25 people.(44.64%). based on the existing nutritional status obtained underweight 18 people(32.14%), the normal 30 people (53.58%), overweght 5 people (8.92%) and obesityamounted to 3 people (5.36%). for physical activity obtained low activity of 31people (55.36% 0), moderate physical activity at least 21 people (37.5%) and highphysical activity as much as 4 people (7.14%).key words: body image, physical activity and nutritional status

Abstract

ABSTRACTTuberculosis ( TB ) is one of the world's health problems. Indonesia is one of the countries with high TB incidence. There are 450,000 TB cases and 64,000 deaths per year or about 169 deaths per day. The TB case detection rate ( CDR ) in Indonesia is still below the national target. Low case detection rate of TB in Indonesia is influenced by several factors, which one of that is the perception of the patient to the treatment and recovery of TB disease. This research is qualitative by using in-depth interviews and focus group discussions. By using the snowballing sampling technique obtained 12 samples from patients with pulmonary TB population and health care. The results obtained are the description of the informant's perception of TB disease is largely lacking. There are the informants who do not know the exact cause of TB. Perceptions of informants to the treatment of TB disease is almost the same, it can be seen from all over the informants believed that the treatment provided by the health service will grant a recovery of TB disease than traditional treatments. Perceptions of informants to the recovery of TB disease is almost the same too, it can be seen from the statement of the entire informants feel confident and believe in doing the treatment at the health center can cure TB disease .Key words: tuberculosis, perception, treatment, recovery

Abstract

ABSTRACTHypertension was one of the deases which often caused cardiovascular disorder and the reason from enhance of death number because of cardiovascular disorder that come from hypertension, was to know the hypertension risk factor and do the prevention. In Indonesia, hypertension was serious problem, beside because of the high prevalension, also the disease came from that is fatal like heart disease, stroke, kidney failure and others. Arm of this experiment to get information about the amount of risk factor which adhere or cannot be change and the risk factor which can be change as hypertension risk factor. The experiment was kind of observasional analytic experiment with case control study. Number of respondent is 78 sample, consist of 39 cases and 39 control. Sample collected was using consecutive sampling method. The data was analyzing bivariat and multivariat with regression logistic method, using SPSS program. Experiment result shows that there were 3 risk factor which related to hypertension event that was physical activity (p=0,000; OR=13,47; 95% CI=3,52-51,58), obecity (p=0,002; OR=6,46; 95% CI=1,95-21,47) dan stress (p=0,016; OR=0,196; 95% CI=0,05-0,74).Keywords : Risk Factor, Hypertension.

Abstract

Status of the suspects dropped Jakarta Provincial Prosecutor to Dahlan Iskan in cases of suspected corruption substation on June 5, 2015. As two major newspapers that compete in Riau, Riau Pos and Tribun Pekanbaru certainly not miss to made this a national issue as a material news. Differences in background made Riau Pos and Tribun Pekanbaru tried to presented the information to the packaging of different discourse to the public in accordance with the vision and mission adopted. Therefore, this study aims to determine how the macro-structure comparison, superstructure, and microstructure news Dahlan alleged corruption cases related to the substation of Riau Pos and Tribun Pekanbaru This study used a qualitative approach to discourse analysis models Teun A Van Dijk. Data was collected by interview and documentation. The object of ten research news, consists of five news from Riau Pos and five news from Tribun Pekanbaru. Informants consisted of two people who are the newspaper editors by using purposive technique. To achieve the validity of the data in this research, researchers used triangulation. The results showed: first, the macro level Riau Pos news related to this case is the theme of the trip compared Tribun Pekanbaru legal cases that focus highlights the personal realm of Dahlan Iskan. Second, the level of the superstructure showed that Riau Pos trying to establish a pattern of reporting the case that the determination of Dahlan as a suspect by the Prosecutor not through legal channels in accordance with the Criminal Procedure Code Tribune Pekanbaru different from that formed schema that figure Dahlan is the figure of a brave and responsible to face the case. Thirdly, the micro level showed that Riau Pos shows the tendency preaching through background polemics reveal detailed legal case through news stories than the Tribune Pekanbaru better preserve the independence proclamation by taking background information from the parties that is quite neutral in dealing with this case.Keywords : News Comparison, Dahlan Iskan , Substation, Alleged Suspect, CorruptionCase

Abstract

The internet has emerged as the new media that has become a very popular source of information. At the beginning of 2015, news on the problem of Lion Air became one of the popular topics on the internet. The spreading of news through the internet that can be categorized as fast may have given certain effects. Because of that, the media exposure of Lion Air on the internet may have influenced perceived risk regarding the airline. This research is based on McLuhan’s idea on the Media Determination Theory that communication media can influence perception habits and thinking of individuals. The aim of this research is to know whether or not there is an effect of the news exposure on Lion Air on the internet towards the risk perception of students from Pekanbaru. The method used in this research is the explanatory quantitative approach. Data gathering technique uses questionnaires spread online through google form. Population of this research are students from Pekanbaru. Sampling technique used is accidental sampling towards 96 respondents. Results of this research uses descriptive analysis. To determine whether or not there is an influence of independent variables on the dependent variables, this research uses a simple linear regression analysis supported by SPSS. 17 program. From the simple linear regression analysis, it was obtained that the significance value is 0.105 (≥0.05), which means that Ha is rejected and Ho is accepted. The correlation coefficient result is 0.167 that is on the range of 0.00-0.2, which means that the effect on news exposure of Lion Air on the internet towards the risk perception of students from Pekanbaru is very weak and may even be concluded as zero relation. In other words, results from this research show that there is no significant effect from the media exposure of Lion Air on the internet towards the perceived risk of students from Pekanbaru. Abstract

The development of communication technology everybody can answer their needs by lot of media such as Facebook. Gear Fight Indonesia community focused to crush gear toys hobby on Facebook can solved their needs. Rely on visual message to communicate they made a influence that successfull grew the loyalty to crush gear toys in Gear Fight Indonesia community. Theory of loyalty level supported to this study, generally this theory described category of loyalty levels consumer based to the grades when consume a product or service. The loyalty to products or service came if it can filled a satisfaction and also solve to consumer needs. On the point be the purpose of this study, to count the influence about visual messsage of Gear Fight Indonesia community with loyalty level of crush gear toys on Facebook.This study used descriptive quantitative method. Data collection techniques in this study using a questionnaire spread online by Google form. The number of samples for this study was 96 respondents and using quote sampling techniques. To determine the influence of these two variables, the researchers will use a simple linear regression analysis. And for the process of calibration questionnaire test, was performed by using the program Statistics Product And Service Solutions (SPSS) version 20 of Windows.Based on these results with indicators of variables visual message such as pictures and video, and also variable of loyalty level such as no loyalty, latent loyaty, inertia loyalty, and last premium loyalty. It will be obtained by the regression coefficient in this study is Y = 0,865 + 0,012 X which are significance level was 0.01 smaller than α = 0.05. Therefore, Ha was accepted and Ho was rejected, it means that there is the influence of visual message variable to variable of loyalty level with a contribution of 73.5% strong category. The percentage was explained that it have strong influence between visual message and loyalty level of crush gear toys in Gear Fight Indonesia Community on Facebook. Meanwhile the balance of this study is 26.5% which influenced by another variable where not including into this study.Key Words: Visual message, Loyalty, Loyalty levels theory

Students are part of society and the academic community needs to be prepared with advances in technology, especially new media era, so that students are able to use the media intelligently and effectively. The new media should be mandatory knowledge that must be overcome by every student, especially students of the University of Riau. Online game Clash of Clans is a game that can be accessed by many players, in which the machines are used for players connected by a networkHowever, because the online game Clash of Clans is puz online games played on smartphones, making it easier for the players to play this game anywhere and anytime, as well as requiring the duration of playing long enough to complete the game online game Clash of Clans, then there the possibility that the online game clash of Clans is an addiction for his players.The concept of the theory that the researchers use a dependency theory. Media System Dependency Theory getting someone drape needs to be satisfied by the use of the media, the more important the role of the media in people's lives, so the greater the influence the media. J. BaranThis research is an explanatory Quantitative Survey. To measure the force between two variables, are addicted to online games Clash of Clans as independent variables and academic achievement as the dependent variable, used product moment correlation, or often called simple correlation.From the calculation results obtained by value thitung0,786 with a probability level of 0.000. Abstract

In a work of song there are elements that are important in addition to musical arrangements. One of the most important things in a music is the existence of the lyrics of the song even just short song. Trough song lyrics written by listeners songwriters are invited to interpret through the brain that stores experience and knowledge an process it as a basic foundation in disgeting beauty of the song lyrics. This study aims to express the meaning of denotation, connotation, an the myth of Bhineka Tunggal Ika messages contained in the lyrics of Indomie advertisement edition one taste.Research metodh used is semiotic analysis of Roland Barthes, research uses a qualitative, the subject of this reseach the lyrics of Indomie advertisement edition one taste. The object of the research is the meaning of denotation, connotation,and myth in the lyrics of Indomie advertisement edition one taste. In data collecting researcher using documentation technique an literature study.The result of research, in denotation : that we are all unique and though different Indonesian nation like Indomie. Abstract

The progress of mass media, especially the media today is increasing rapidly, where television broadcasting has enabled the wider community to quickly and easily know the various changes that occur in various world juveniles. In general, people love the impressions or music programs (entertainment news). Breakout Net tv is a news show about favorite music with different presentation characteristics. In the theory of usage and gratification, audiences basically use mass media based on certain motives, in which the media is needed to meet the needs of the audience which is called effective medium. The aim of this research is Breakout Music Net Tv on student satisfaction Music School Yamaha Pekanbaru.The method used in this research is quantitative explanatory. Data was collected using a questionnaire. research location in Yamaha Pekanbaru music school. the population is the School of Yamaha Music students as many as 82 respondents. The analysis test used in this study is path analysis and to process questionnaire data, it is done using the SPSS for Windows version 23 program.the results obtained from this study using simple linear regression analysis concluded that this study in accordance with the theory used is the uses and gratification theory and this study also showed that the value of satisfaction watching Breakout Net Tv shows exceeded expectations of the value of the Motive watching Breakout Net Tv shows . The motive of watching the Influential Net Tv show was 12.6% on the satisfaction of watching Breakout Net Tv shows obtained by Students of Yamaha Pekanbaru Music School. The influence is included in the weak category and the remaining 87.4% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.Keywords: Motive, Intensity, Satisfaction, Manga, Media Usage
