Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to prove that the Bankaltimtara website stimuli have an effect on the affective state of its customers, to prove that the Bankaltimtara's servicescape stimuli have an effect on the customer's affective state, to prove that the customer's affective state has an effect on increasing bankaltimtara's customer satisfaction. , to prove the affective state of customers mediating the influence of website stimuli on increasing customer satisfaction bankaltimtara, to prove the affective state of customers mediating the influence of website stimuli on increasing customer advocacy behavior bankaltimtara, to prove the affective state of customers mediating the effect of servicescape stimuli on increasing customer satisfaction bankaltimtara, to prove the situation customer affective mediates the effect of servicescape stimuli on increasing customer advocacy behavior ur bankaltimtara. This type of research uses survey research with a causative approach which aims to explain the causal relationship between two or more observed variables through hypothesis testing so that conclusions can be drawn. the population in this study were customers of conventional bankaltimtara savings. with Partial Least Square (PLS) program in data processing. the results of this study indicate that website stimuli have a positive and significant direct effect on the affective state of bankaltimtara customers, servicescape stimuli have a direct positive and significant effect on the affective state of bankaltimtara customers, affective state has a direct positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction bankaltimtara. Abstract

In this study involving consumers PT Samator Gas Industri Samarinda Seberang. In this study, a sample of 120 respondents was used to see customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. The data analysis used by the author is the Structural Equation Model (SEM). Hypothesis testing is done by multivariate analysis carried out through the SmartPLS program. Data analysis through partial Least Square (PLS) is done through two stages, namely: First, Assessing the outer model or measurement model. Second, assess the inner model or structural model. The results showed that Customer value had a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction, Customer trust had a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction, Customer value had a significant positive effect on loyalty, Customer trust had a significant positive effect on loyalty, Satisfaction had a non-significant positive effect on loyalty on PT Samator Gas Samarinda Industry Opposite.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and explain the influence of word of mouth and product quality on purchasing decisions and repurchase intentions; The population in this study are consumers who have visited more than 1 time at Ichiban Sushi BigMall Samarinda. The sampling technique used was non-probability sampling with the purposive sampling method with a total sample of 90 people. Data collection techniques using questionnaires. The analysis was carried out using Partial Least Square (PLS) with the SmartPLS application version 3.8.9 and using SPSS Version 25 to test the validity and reliability of the respondents. Abstract

The success of a company is influenced by employee performance. By improving employee performance will make it easier for company goals to be achieved. One factor that can improve employee performance is the provision of compensation and motivation. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of compensation and work motivation on employee performance. The sampling technique used is by taking a purposive sampling. The method used in this research is data collection through questionnaires, literature study, and observation. The technique used to analyze simple linear regression data and examine hypotheses simultaneously and partially. The result is compensation and motivation significantly influence employee performance simultaneously.

Abstract

In this study involving Civil Servants in Samarinda City DPRD. In this study, to see the performance of employees used a sample of 82 respondents. The data analysis used by the author is the Structural Equation Model (SEM). Hypothesis testing is done by multivariate analysis carried out through the SmartPLS program. Data analysis through partial Least Square (PLS) is done through two stages, namely: First, Assessing the outer model or measurement model. Second, assess the inner model or structural model. The results showed that Personality had a positive influence on employee job satisfaction, organizational commitment had a positive influence on employee job satisfaction, work engagement gave a positive effect on satisfaction, Personality had a positive influence on employee performance, organizational commitment had a positive influence on employee performance, work engagement provide a positive influence on employee performance, job satisfaction has a positive influence on the performance of employees of the Samarinda City Regional Representative Council. Abstract

This study aims to analyze and explain the influence of Brand Identification and Brand Image on Brand Love and Brand Loyalty on Iphone Smartphone Product Users in Samarinda. The population in this study used the iPhone smartphone product more than once. The sampling technique used was non-probability sampling with the purposive sampling method with a total sample of 100 people. Data collection techniques using questionnaires. The analysis was carried out using Partial Least Square (PLS) with the SmartPLS application version 3.8.9 and using SPSS Version 25 to test the validity and reliability of the respondents. The results of this study indicate that the influence of Brand Identification has a positive and significant effect on Brand Love; the influence of Brand Image has a positive and significant effect on Brand Love; the effect of Brand Identification has a positive but not significant effect on Brand Loyalty; the effect of Image has a positive but not significant effect on Brand Loyalty; the influence of Brand Love has a positive and significant effect on Brand Loyalty. Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to analyze and explain the Effect of Service Quality, Brand Image, and Price Fairness Impact on Customer Satisfaction and Loyalty; The population used in this study are all customers who have used Grab Bike services, aged 17 years, and located in Samarinda City, with a total sample of 100 people. The data collection technique uses non-profitability sampling, the analysis is carried out using Partial Least Square (PLS) with the SmartPLS application version 3.8.9. The results showed that: Service quality has a positive and insignificant effect on customer satisfaction; Service Quality has a positive and insignificant effect on loyalty; Brand Image has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction; Brand Image has a positive and significant effect on loyalty; Price Fairness has a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction; Price Fairness has a positive and significant effect on Loyalty; Customer Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on Loyalty. Abstract

In this study involving PT BPD Kaltim Kaltara Samarinda. In this study, to see the performance of employees used a sample of 162 respondents, based on the results of the questionnaire that has been distributed, it can be seen that the number of respondents to be analyzed was 162 respondents. The data analysis used by the author is the Structural Equation Model (SEM). Hypothesis testing is done by multivariate analysis carried out through the WarpPLS program. Data analysis through partial Least Square (PLS) is done through two stages, namely: First, Assessing the outer model or measurement model. Second, assess the inner model or structural model. The results showed that there was a positive and not significant effect between Openness on employee organizational citizenship behavior, There was a positive and significant effect between Conscientiousness on organizational citizenship behavior of employees, There was a positive and insignificant effect between Extraversion on organizational citizenship behavior of employees, There was an influence a positive and significant relationship between Agreeableness on organizational citizenship behavior of employees, There is a positive and significant influence between Neuroticism on organizational citizenship behavior of employees, There is a positive and insignificant effect between Openness on employee performance, There is a positive and insignificant effect between Conscientiousness on performance employees, There is a positive and significant influence between Extraversion on employee performance, There is a positive and significant effect between Agreeabl eness on employee performance, There is a positive and insignificant influence between Neuroticism on employee performance, There is a positive and not significant effect between organizational citizenship behavior on employee performance of PT BPD Kaltim Kaltara Samarinda Branch.

Abstract

Internal quality service is the important aspect at the organization that can be increase employee satisfaction and internal customer satisfaction. Aim to this research an investigate influence of internal service quality on employee satisfaction with impact to the internal customer satisfaction. This study is focused on the services division especially in port division Bontang Coal Terminal PT. Indominco Mandiri. Researchers took research data through a Google Form questionnaire. A field-survey using a structured questionnaire to PT Indominco Mandiri employees who have a close cooperative relationship with the BoCT port division, such as the STSC division which includes the SC and CBIC divisions, the CHP division and the BoCT port division itself and 84 respondents were recorded as filling in the questionnaire to test all the hypotheses. There are 3 (three) variables in this study namely internal service quality, employee satisfaction and internal customer satisfaction. The data analysis technique used PASW Statistics 18 to test the level of validity and reliability of all items, while to test the results of the hypothesis, the researcher used SEM PLS to determine the relationship between variables. The findings of this study are that the internal service quality variable has a significant positive effect on employee satisfaction, the internal service quality variable has a positive but insignificant effect on internal customer satisfaction, and the employee satisfaction variable has a significant positive effect on internal customer satisfaction. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Company Image and Service Quality on Intentions to Move Through Satisfaction to Rai Fitness Members in Samarinda City. This research uses quantitative by using path analysis obtained with SPSS statistical software version 22.0 and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) PLS (partial at least aquares). Samples taken in this study were 90 respondents distributed in Samarinda City, they are users Rai Fitness services in Samarinda city, the measurement uses a Likert scale with a score of 1-5. In this study also tested the validity and reliability test, then the estimation test and the model fit structural test were conducted. Based on the structural model we found, Company Image, Service Quality has a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction and a significant negative effect on Intentions to Move.
