Abstract

This study aims to analyze the level of murabahah financing that influences by the inflation rate and BI rate at sharia banks in Indonesia in 2013-2016. This research is a quantitative descriptive study. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that, partially, inflation has a positive significant effect murabahah financing. However, the BI rate has no significant effect on murabahah financing in sharia banks in Indonesia in 2013-2016. Simultaneously, inflation and BI rate had a significant effect on murabahahfinancing in sharia banks in Indonesia in 2013-2016. Therefore, the management of sharia banks in Indonesia should be more active in introducing sharia funding to society.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengungkapkan Verba-Preposisi dalam al-Quran yaitu pada surah Yasin. Secara khusus, penelitian ini mengungkapkan struktur pola hubungan verba-preposisi dalam surah Yasin dan makna-makna yang dihasilkan oleh relasi verba-preposisi tersebut. Penelitian ini berpijak pada penelitian kepustakaan atau library reseach dengan objek utamanya adalah Surah Yasin. Penelitian yang berjenis kualitatif ini menggunakan teknik simak dalam mengumpulkan data dan menganalisisnya dengan metode padan intralingual dan ekstralingual. Hasilnya, penelitian ini menemukan adanya ketersambungan antara verba-preposisi dan sebagian verba dan preposisinya tersambung sehingga makna yang dihasilkan memiliki makna yang dekat dengan makna leksikal. Sedangkan makna idiomatik tidak mendominasi.

Abstract

a b s t r a c tOne method of decision support system is the method of profile matching, this study builds a decision support system in the selection of outstanding employees at the Bank Indonesia Regional Office of Aceh Province which is expected to assist decision makers in deciding the best alternatives in the selection of outstanding employees. By using profile matching that can process and compare the actual data value of a profile to be assessed with the expected profile value, so it can know the difference of competence (also called gap), the smaller the resulting gap the greater the value of value which means have the opportunity greater to be recommended as an outstanding employee. Decision Support System (DSS) can take into account all the criteria that support decision-making to help speed up and simplify the decision-making process. The results of this study will generate a ranking ranking of employees and this application can assist decision makers (decission maker) in choosing an alternative employee who excel.Keywords:Decision Support System, Employee Achievement, Profile Profile matching a b s t r a kSalah satu metode sistem pendukung keputusan adalah metode profile matching, penelitian ini membangun sebuah sistem pendukung keputusan dalam pemilihan karyawan berprestasi di Kantor Perwakilan Bank Indonesia Provinsi Aceh yang diharapkan dapat membantu para pembuat keputusan dalam memutuskan alternatif-alternatif terbaik dalam pemilihan karyawan berprestasi. Dengan menggunakan profile matching yang dapat memproses dan membandingkan antara nilai data aktual dari suatu profil yang akan dinilai dengan nilai profil yang diharapkan, sehingga dapat diketahui perbedaan kompetensinya (disebut juga gap), semakin kecil gap yang dihasilkan maka bobot nilainya semakin besar yang berarti memiliki peluang lebih besar untuk direkomendasikan sebagai karyawan berprestasi. Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) ini dapat memperhitungkan segala kriteria yang mendukung pengambilan keputusan guna membantu mempercepat dan mempermudah proses pengambilan keputusan. Hasil penelitian ini akan menghasilkan urutan rangking dari karyawan dan aplikasi ini dapat membantu pengambil keputusan (decission maker) dalam memilih alternatif karyawan yang berprestasi.Kata Kunci:Decision Support System, Karyawan Berprestasi, Metode Profile matching

Abstract

Pada masa pilot project Program Based Learning (PBL), agen perubahan melakukan transformasi terhadaporganisasi Sub Urusan Pendidikan Sarjana Kedokteran, baik perubahan struktur organisasi maupun tugas pokok danfungsi secara menyeluruh. Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah: Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Padjadjaran, padaawalnya bersifat departemental yaitu segala penyelenggaraan kegiatan mulai dari kuliah, Ujian Tengah Semester(UTS), Ujian Akhir Semester (UAS), sampai ujian sidang skripsi diselenggarakan oleh departemen. Namun setelahterjadi perubahan semua hal tersebut menjadi terpusat di Unit Kerja Sub Urusan Pendidikan Sarjana Kedokteran.Dengan demikian, beban kerja Unit Kerja Sub Urusan Pendidikan Sarjana Kedokteran menjadi bertambah sehinggapegawai menanggung semua kelebihan beban kerja.Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dan kuantitaif. Adapun teknik pengumpulan datadilakukan dengan observasi dan wawancara kepada 10 responden di Sub Urusan Pendidikan Sarjana Kedokteran FKUNPAD. Teknik analisis data dilakukan berdasarkan perhitungan analisis beban kerja dalam Peraturan Menteri DalamNegeri Nomor 12 Tahun 2008 yang selanjutnya dideskripsikan dan diuraikan secara kualitatif dan disesuaikan denganhasil wawancara.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan hal sebagai berikut: 1.Jumlah kebutuhan pegawai berdasarkan analisis beban kerjaadalah 4 orang, 2. Efektivitas dan efisiensi jabatan bagian administrasi pada Sub Urusan Pendidikan Sarjana KedokteranFakultas Kedokteran Universitas Padjadjaran dalam kategori A (Sangat Baik), 3. Efektivitas dan efisiensi unit kerjabagian administrasi pada Sub Urusan Pendidikan Sarjana Kedokteran Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Padjadjarandalam kategori A (Sangat Baik), 4.Berdasarkan hasil observasi di lapangan, peneliti menyimpulkan bahwa, baik padaJabatan maupun pada Unit Kerja Sub Urusan Pendidikan Sarjana dapat melaksanakan pekerjaan secara efektif karenadengan jumlah pegawai yang ada, mampu menyelesaikan pekerjaan dengan baik, namun tidak efisien karena banyakmelakukan penyelesaian pekerjaan di luar jam kerja. Hal tersebut dilakukan demi kelancaran penyelenggaraan kegiatanakademik (perkuliahan, ujian dan wisuda).

Abstract

Abstrak – Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar fisika melalui penerapan Model pembelajaran Novick pada siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Sojol. Penelitian ini menggunakan Desain “The non rendomized control group pretest-posttest design”. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara purposive sampling. Sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu kelas X MIA A sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas X MIA B sebagai kelas kontrol. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi tes hasil belajar. Analisis data tes dilakukan dengan teknik statistik uji-t dua pihak. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data penelitian, diperoleh nilai thitung dengan taraf nyata α = 0,05 yaitu –t(1-0,5α) < t < t(1-0,5α), ( –1,67< 0,10 < 1,67), dengan demikian H1 diterima dan H0 ditolak. artinya, terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar fisika siswa yang diberi pengajaran model pembelajaran novickdengan siswa yang diberi pengajaran konvensional. Hasil analisa menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran Novick dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar fisika pada siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Sojol. Kata Kunci: Model Pembelajaran Novick, Hasil Belajar

Abstract

The aim of this research is to describe the influence of logistic performance on operational performance in the rattan small-medium business in Palu. Population of this research is 24 Rattan small-medium business, which consists of 24 business owners as respondents, and 24 active employees. In total, the sample of this research is 48 people who selected with census method. Method of analysis is multiple linear regressions by using software of SPSS for Windows Release 16.0. Hypothesis test shows significance level of ? = 0.05 and reliability test using the coefficient values shows cronbach alpha with coefficient of ? = 0,60. The result indicates that logistic performance simultaneously have significant influence on operational performance, with adjusted R-square value of 46.4%. Partially, with the standard of ? = 0.05, X1, X2 and X3 have significant influence on Y with sig. value of 0.033, 0.037 and 0.000 respectively. The correlation test shows a correlation coefficient by 0.706, which means that the variable of logistic performance has a strong relationship with the operational performance of 70.6%.

Abstract

In order to support competition in company, needed system of record in manage company financial to understand how far level of company performance in control its financial. From the financial report, here, we can see the level of financial ratio used analysis of ratio. The issue used is How financial ratio of Darisa Restaurant in Palu which is measured Liquidity ratio, solvability ratio, activity ratio and rentability ratio.Ratio of Liquidity (Quick Ratio) in last 5 years is fluctuating. In 2012 until 2016, shown that Darisa Restaurant still afford to pay his current liabilities. On this situation, Darisa Restaurant financial, seen from Quick Ratio is liquid. In Ratio of Solvability from Darisa Restaurant if measured from total of debt divided total of assets, draws company condition in 2012, 2013, and 2014 was bad. Meanwhile, in 2016 and 2015 company was good. If the ratio is high,it means funding with debt is increased. So, it's harder for company to accept new debt because worried that company unaffordable to cover the debt with its assets.

Abstract

This article tries to explain the concept of Islamic wasa?îyah (Islamic moderate) from the prophetic ?adîth point of view. It, then, attempts to elaborate the prophet?s attitudes and sayings which have to do with the issue of moderation. It should be noted that many researches have focused more on the polemical ?adîth that are mistreated by some radical Muslims to legitimate their arguments, but are little to investigate the moderation side of the ?adîth. Methodologically, the article employs thematic method to collect ?adîth from the classical book and then analyze it by the contextual frame. By searching of the terminological explanation of moderation, it can be summarized that the prophetic ?adîth has little to say about moderation in term of wasa?îyah, but there has ample of word which is equivalent to the term, that is al-qa?d. Those ?adîth has brought several principles and characteristics, such like al-khayrîyah (chosen), al-?adâlah (fairness), al-tasâmu? (tolerant attitude), al-tawâzun (balance), al-istiqâmah (consistency), and raf? al-?araj (eliminating difficulties). Those principles are significant in terms of demonstrating the peaceful life and arguing the violent and intolerant conducts. The contextual analysis of the ?adîth has argued that those values should be put on the universal principles which Islam has come along with.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of heating on physicochemical properties of cassava flour by modifying the heating and organoleptic of cassava rice with cassava flour modified heating. The experimental design used in this study was a completely randomized design, consisting of one factor with six levels of treatment namely 0 minutes warm-up time, 15 minutes, 30 minutes, 45 minutes 60 minutes and 75 minutes. The results of the study data were analyzed by anova test and carried out by the Tukey HSD test. From the results of the study it was concluded that there was a warming effect on digestibility, cassava starch resistant starch modified heating. Cassava rice with cassava flour modified heating is not liked by panelists.

Abstract

Currently, functional foods trend are growing and developing in Indonesia. Consumer?s perceptions is one important factor to picture consumer knowledge and attitude in the future. The aim of this study is to determine the perception of millennial generation toward functional food in Indonesia. An online cross sectional survey was carried out among 1982 respondents (age between 18-38 years) and distributed via social media platform during two weeks on April 2018. The questionnaire measured demographic characteristics, awareness, knowledge, the priority to purchase, and future buying motivations on functional food. The result showed that 55% of respondents claimed that they had been aware of functional food. The knowledge of respondent regarding health component was still insufficient. The most important reasons for purchasing functional food were health benefit, availability, affordability, tasty, easy to consume, and clear label information. Most of millennial generation was interested in purchasing functional food in the future. In conclusion, this study provide the information how?s millennial generation perception regarding functional food in Indonesia and might be contribute to increase the development of functional food in Indonesia.
