<![CDATA[The Gasurkes System "Go Bumil" is an application system developed to improve the search performance of pregnant women by village level maternal and child health surveillance officers in the Semarang City area. Usability evaluation on the "Go Bumil" application system needs to be done to find out the usefulness of the application system for users.This type of research uses a pre-experimental design in a single group. Data collection used the PSSUQ questionnaire (Post Study System Usability Questionnaire). The research subjects were 12 respondents from urban KIA gasurkes, 104 respondents to pregnant women and postpartum mothers. The object of research is the "Go Pregnancy" application. Data processing methods use descriptive analysis using a weighted average.The results of the usability evaluation of the "Go Bumil" application with respondents to KIA gaskes, pregnant and postpartum mothers as a whole were satisfied with the application system developed. The overall results of the overall assessment on kelurahan gas, pregnant women and postpartum mothers in the category of system usefulness = 6.02 (range values 6.00 - 6.99 state respondents agree), information quality = 5.99 (range of values 5, 00 - 5.99 states the respondent somewhat agrees), interface quality = 5.99 (range values 5,00 - 5,99 state respondents somewhat agree) and overall satisfaction = 6.01 (range values 6,00 - 6,99 state respondent agreed). Based on the evaluation of the system usefulness, information quality, interface quality and overall satisfaction categories, it can be concluded that the respondents were satisfied with the "Go Bumil" application.]]>

<![CDATA[Berdasarkan hasil studi pendahuluan didapatkan bahwa pengumpulan data kesehatan ibu pada dinas kesehatan Kabupaten Bungo sering mengalami keterlambatan pengumpulan, kurang lengkapnya pengisian data dan membutuhkan waktu yang lama untuk menyajikan data yang diperlukan. Salah satu model evaluasi yang dapat digunakan untuk menilai penerimaan dan penggunaan sebuah sistem teknologi informasi adalah evaluasi dengan menggunakan metode model penerimaan teknologi (Technology Acceptance Model atau TAM). Metode pada penelitian ini ialah oobservasional anallitik, menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda untuk mengetahui hubungan antara variabel persepsi terhadap kemudahan, persepsi terhadap kemanfaatan dengan variabel sikap dan minat untuk menggunakan sistem informasi kesehatan ibu. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah Menerapkan evaluasi penerimaan sistem informasi pelayanan kesehatan ibu dengan menggunakan metode TAM di dinas kesehatan Kabupaten Bungo. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah Kuantitatif. Subyek penelitian yaitu, bidan desa dan bidan koordinator di 19 puskesmas sejumlah 38 orang. Variabel persepsi terhadap kemudahan berpengaruh terhadap sikap untuk menggunakan SIK dengan nilai P-Value=0,000. Variabel persepsi terhadap kemudahan berpengaruh terhadap minat untuk menggunakan SIK dengan nilai P-Value=0,002. Variabel persepsi terhadap kemanfaatan berpengaruh terhadap sikap untuk menggunakan SIK dengan nilai P-Value=0,003. Variabel persepsi terhadap kemanfaatan berpengaruh terhadap minat untuk menggunakan SIK dengan nilai P-Value=0,002. Perlunya ada pelatihan yang berkelanjutan terkait Sistem Informasi Kesehatan Ibu sehingga dapat meningkatkan keterampilan dan menambah kepercayaan diri bidan dalam menggunakan Sistem Informasi Pelayanan Kesehatan Ibu.]]>

<![CDATA[Banyumas Regency already has a supportive system in terms of maternal health and child health surveillance but has not been utilized optimally because it has not gone through a competent feasibility study, so the system cannot be applied according due needs. The purpose of this study is noticing at the feasibility study of the child maternal health surveillance system and nutrition in its application at Banyumas regency by using Task Technology Fit (TTF). Research is a quantitative study with a cross sectional approach. Respondents of this study were all coordinate midwives in the puskesmas in Banyumas regency which amounts totaling 39 people, according to the predetermined total sampling criteria. Data collection using a questionnaire method. Data analysis was performed using logistic regression. The results of the feasibility study of the maternal and child health health surveillance system in Banyumas District showed variables related to utilization including data suitability, system reliability, ease of use. The recommendation for the improvement of the feasibility study of maternal and child health health surveillance systems in Banyumas district is the improvement of infrastructure, as well as training and socialization.]]>

<![CDATA[Preliminary study in Hospital S showed that incomplete medical records still found and caused late claims. Based on these findings, this study analysed the medical record management system to support the National Health Insurance claim of inpatients at S Hospital.This was qualitative study using cross-sectional approach. The key informants are Hospital Director, Doctors, Coding Staffs, Casemix Staffs, Case Manager, and Internal Verificators. Whereas, the triangulation informants included Owner, Internal Auditor Unit, and Medical Committee. The data collection was done through in-depth interview and observation. Results showed that the number of human resources was enough, but the socialization about medical records to doctors was still impaired. The funding was sufficient while the infrastructure and facilities were not advanced to support the claim verification. Medical records were available and easy to fill in. Guidelines and Standard Operating Procedures were available, but doctors’ compliance with medical records was lacking. The management of medical record in supporting the claims was not well-implemented because the doctors do not have time to fill the medical resume and surgery report. The claim auditors have regularly controlled, inspected, and followed up the medical records.It is recommended that doctors should be given intense socialization about medical records and instructed to communicate with each other to fill in the medical records on time. The hospital is also recommend to do utilization review on the completeness of medical records to support the National Health and give repressive punishment to doctors who do not fill the medical records.]]>

<![CDATA[Regional Health Information System (RHIS) is an integrated Health Information System which effectively functions as data communication in a region. This system has been used since 2012. However, it has not shown best performance. Puskesmas (Community Health Centers) send their regular reports in the form of soft copy or hard copy. However, DKK has not verified the reports on the maternal child health regularly. Moreover, they retype the report to be sent to the Ministry of Health. It results in possibility of errors in its accuracy and validity. Thus, it requires further evaluation to improve the implementation of RHIS especially in recording and reporting maternal child health to the Ministry of Health. The objective of this research is to analyze the maternal child health data recording and reporting system in RHIS Surakarta.This is a qualitative research. Data were collected by deep interview and direct observation on the implementation of the RHIS. Object of this research is the recording and reporting system of Maternal Child Health in the RHIS DKK Surakarta. The main informant is the head and the staffs of SIMKES, midwifes coordinators of SIK in 6 Community Health Centers.The results of this study propose that improvement on human resources competences should be done regularly. The data of maternal child health are taken from community health centers. That is why, there should be proper policy on the reporting the data of maternal child health. The report sent should be filed in soft copy and hard copy. Nevertheless, the available data have been processed by community health centers and are accessible for public needs.This study proposes that the recording and reporting system of maternal child health data should be developed by improving the competences of human resources, decreeing operational policy, and providing standard operating procedure.]]>

<![CDATA[Pecatatan pengobatan Pasien TB paru tentang jadwal pengobatan pasien TB Paru di puskemas Kabupaten Kudus pada lembar catatan pengobatan. Dimana ada lembar yang disimpan petugas dan ada lembar yang dibawa oleh pasien. selain itu, dalam mengirimkan pean petugas harus mencari kontak pasien melihat catatan pasien yang diimpan dalam box file. Dari kondisi tersebut menyebabkan petugas mengalami kendala dalam memantau pasien dalam jadwal pengobatan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menghasilkan Sistem Informasi pemantauan pengobatan pasien TB Paru yang dapat digunakan untuk memantau pengobatan pasien, pengiriman pesan pengingat dan menghasilkan rekap laporan mendukung evaluasi Program TB Paru di Kabupaten Kudus. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah actions research berupa pengembangan sistem (system development). Pengembangan sistem menggunakan metode FAST (Framework for the Application of System Techniques). Subjek penelitian terdiri dari 5 responden yang terdiri dari kepala seksi penanggulanagan penyakit menular, pengelola TB Paru di Dinas Kesehatan dan 3 orang petugas TB Paru Puskemas. Hasil dari pengembangan ini adalah sitem informasi berbasis web dengan fitur SMS gateway. Dengan sistem ini petugas lebih mudah dalam memantau pengobatan pasien. dalam list pasien dapat dilihat jadwal pengobatan berdasarkan tanggal yang di inginkan oleh petugas. Dalam pengiriman pesan pengingat lebih mudah dilakukan karena nomor handphone pasien tersimpan dalam basis data sistem. Selain itu rekap laporan pengobatan pasien TB Paru, dan grafik pengobatan pasien berdasarkan puskesmas.]]>

<![CDATA[Immunization program includes planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of immunization activities. Implementation of immunization program evaluation through recording and reporting of immunization activities. The current immunization data recording system has not been able to produce complete, relevant, timely, accessible and easily understood information and has not provided a presentation of information that is easily interpreted according to the needs of the management.Implementation of information technology in the management of health data requires attention and conceptual framework as a whole. This is also required in the evaluation process of the immunization program at Brebes District Health Office. The provision of information that is interpretative and timely is needed in line with technological developments.The development of this immunization information system uses the FAST (framework for the application of systems techniques) method that produces input, process and output components that can cover the needs of immunization program reporting and evaluation of immunization programs through mapping areas.]]>

<![CDATA[Leadership styles that are less suitable can reduce employee motivation, performance and job satisfaction. 4 out of 10 nurses in the inpatient room of Aro Pekalongan General Hospital felt dissatisfied with the leadership of the head of the inpatient room. Therefore a study was conducted to analyze the influence of the democratic leadership style of the inpatient head on the job satisfaction of nurses in Aro Pekalongan General Hospital.The study design was cross sectional with an observational quantitative approach. The research subjects were 32 nurses in the inpatient room of Aro General Hospital who were selected by the total sampling method. Data was collected by questionnaire. Processing and analysis of data using multiple logistic regression analysis.The results showed the variables of democratic leadership style related to nurse job satisfaction in Aro Pekalongan Hospital were delegation of responsibility variables (p = 0.005) and headroom decision-making variables (p = 0.034), while other variables not related to nurse job satisfaction were variable of headroom activity (p = 0.077) and empathy variable (p = 0.075). The variable delegation of tagging answers to the head of the room has a 19 times better effect on influencing nurse job satisfaction compared to the head of the room with poor delegation of responsibilities (p = 0.011 Exp (B) = 19.826). It is recommended for management for periodic monitoring and evaluation, the selection of the head of the room is based on the length of work, competence and experience of advice for the head of the room to improve effective communication and hold regular meetings with nurses in the inpatient room of Aro Pekalongan General Hospital.]]>

<![CDATA[Kasus leptospirosis masih menjadi perhatian terutama di negara tropis, seperti Indonesia. Kota Semarang menjadi salah satu kota dengan kejadian leptospirosis yang mengalami peningkatan dalam 2 tahun terakhir. Surveilans epidemiologi dilakukan dalam rangka pengendalian leptospirosis. Permasalahan yang terjadi dalam surveilans leptospirosis, yaitu manajemen data yang kurang lengkap, informasi dan pemetaan kasus kurang informatif, serta akses pengguna terhadap ketersediaan data yang kurang memadai. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah melakukan pengembangan sistem informasi surveilans leptospirosis dengan SIG dalam mendukung pengendalian berdasarkan faktor risiko lingkungan di Dinas Kesehatan Kota Semarang. Metode penelitian adalah research action dengan pendekatan kualitatif, serta pengembangan sistem dengan metode FAST. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas informasi yang dihasilkan menurut aspek kemudahan, kelengkapan, ketersediaan, keakuratan, dan ketepatan waktu telah dinilai lebih baik dan mampu mengatasi permasalahan yang ada sebelumnya untuk mendukung tindakan pengendalian. Sistem informasi surveilans leptospirosis dapat diaplikasikan di sarana pelayanan kesehatan untuk melaporkan kasus secara langsung agar jangkauan data dan informasi lebih luas, akurat, dan efisien.]]>

<![CDATA[ Medical Record Information System Service at Prof. Dr. V.L. Ratumbuysang Mental Hospital North Sulawesi Province had not run as expected. Indicated by the differences in patient data in the recording and the medical records. Factors that allegedly affect are human, organization and technology. This study aims to evaluate medical record service information system with the HOT FIT Model approach and its benefits. This was a qualitative study. Data collected through in depth interviews and analyzed by content analysis method. Research subjects were 1 admin officer and 3 archival officers as main informants and the chief of medical record service, the head medical services division and an assistant director of medical services and nursing as the triangulation informants. The results showed that the medical record service information system had facilitated the work but the knowledge and skills of the officers were still lacking. Organizational factors were supported but the budget was still lacking in system development. Technological factors had not run optimally because the LAN network did not work. The quality of the information had not been met because the data of the visits should be checked again before used for decision making. Quality of service was not maximal yet, because the connectivity between medical record and polyclinic was impaired, then the officer used manual form. It can be concluded that the hospital need to increase the staff knowledge and allocate funds for improvement and development of information systems or cooperate with other parties in system maintenance. ]]>
