Abstract

This study aimed to ascertain measures to enhance teachers' ability to teach online during the covid 19 pandemic. Action research is the research approach used in this type of research. The research was qualitative, describing the efforts to improve teachers' abilities to incorporate online learning into the teaching and learning process. This study was conducted at the MGMP for geography teachers at the senior high school and vocational high school level in Aceh Tamiang Regency. This study shows that teachers' competency in online learning is increasing, with the first cycle having a value of 0.45 per cent and the second cycle having a value of 0.80 per cent; hence, the two cycles predict growth in instructors using online learning in the future. Teachers can utilize a variety of technology-based online learning platforms, including Google Classroom, Edmodo, Quizizz, and Schoology.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian untuk mengetahui kemunculan nilai karakter melalui pelaksanaan pembelajaran IPA. Metode penelitian ini adalah menggunakan metode eksprimen dengan data kuantitatif. Adapun pelaksanaan kegiatan ini dilaksanakan di SMA Negeri 1 Manyak Payed Kabupaten Aceh Tamiang dan yang menjadi sampel penelitian terdiri dari 30 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian menggunakan observasi dan tes yang terdiri dari nilai karakter siswa pada proses aktivitas siswa dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran praktikum IPA. Hasil penelitian dari 18 nilai karakter siswa dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran praktikum IPA adalah nilai karakter kerja keras dengan nilai 84.5 % yang kriterianya baik dan nilai krakter kreatif dengan nilai 85,6 % dinyatakan sangat baik. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah nilai karakter kerja keras dan karakter kreatif yang sering muncul dan mendapatkan nilai yang memenuhi kriteria yaitu baik dan sangat baik. Implikasi dalam kegiatan penelitian ini bahwasanya pembelajaran praktikum dapat menumbuhkan karakter siswa sesuai dengan pembelajaran kurikulum 2013.

Abstract

Saat ini, semakin banyak penutur bahasa sering membingungkan penggunaan bahasa dalam lirik lagu (kode campuran). Lirik lagu adalah bentuk komunikasi antara penulis lagu dan pendengar yang tentunya mengandung beberapa komponen ucapan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penggunaan kode campuran dalam lirik lagu Aceh dan memeriksa komponen pidato yang terkandung dalam lirik lagu Aceh berdasarkan konteks SPEAKING dari Hymes. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan sosiolinguistik. Sumber data penelitian adalah lirik lagu PHP (permisi) yang terdapat dalam album Boh Hate-Bergek. Pengumpulan data menggunakan merujuk ke metode dengan teknik melihat atau observasi. Data dianalisis secara deskriptif. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa jenis kode campuran yang terkandung dalam lirik lagu PHP (permisi) adalah jenis kode campuran yang berasal dari bahasa Aceh dan bahasa Indonesia lalu mencampur kode keluar yang bersumber dari bahasa Inggris. Seluruh komponen pidato ditemukan dalam lirik lagu PHP (permisi).

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to describe the lesson study learning process. The application of lesson study is in the form of a cycle of planning, implementation, and reflection. This research method is research in the form of class action (action research) which consists of two cycles. Data retrieval is done by observation sheet to the model teacher in carrying out biology learning activities, interviews and questionnaires. Furthermore, the data analysis technique in the complete study uses three simultaneous activities, namely; (1) data reduction; (2) data presentation and (3) inference and verification of data. The results of this study consisted of two cycles: (1) Cycle I of the application of lesson study learning stages was categorized good with a value of 81.66%; (2) Cycle II is the advanced stage of the results of weaknesses and shortcomings in the first cycle, at this stage the lesson study learning application is categorized good with a value of 89.58%. Then it can be concluded that the lesson study learning application can improve teacher professional competence, and make the learning atmosphere active and creative, so students are enthusiastic to learn.

Abstract

Basic Biology subjects are integrated between theory and practicum. Practical learning is an essential way that teachers can take to improve students' science process skills, so a valid instrument is needed to measure it. The objective of this study is to produce a valid performance assessment instrument in practical learning; a student worksheet in practical learning; the improvement of science process skills; and teacher response. The type of research is referring to model of 4-D. The subject of research is composed of the students in the odd semester academic year 2021-2022 at SMA Muhammadiyah Langsa. Instruments of research consist of validation sheet, student worksheet, observation sheet, questionnaire. The findings show validity score is 84% (good category); student worksheet in practical learning is 43% (very good category); there is the improvement of students science process skills before and after the practical learning, which shows by N-gain value of 0.64% (high category); and teacher response to developed performance assessment instrument is 83% (very practical category).

Abstract

U teutot is a typical drink passed down from generation to generation from the time of the Aceh sultanate. U (Coconut) as a basic material for PKM training is one of 17 plant species for Acehnese special food that comes from intensive cultivation. Perior's problems are the increasing need for immune supplements against the COVID-19 pandemic that is effective and has a selling value from ingredients that are easily obtained by PKK mothers in Gampong Bayeun, Birem Bayeun District, East Aceh Regency, especially coconut and spices and the lack of knowledge of PKK mothers in the use and process of entrepreneurship for immune supplements. Justification of Solutions to Partner Problems is training in making jelly from spice-roasted coconut as an immune supplement for PKK mothers in Bayeun Village during the COVID-19 outbreak and increasing the empowerment of mothers in the entrepreneurial process and making natural immune supplements in the form of jelly from spice-roasted coconut during the COVID-19 pandemic. Implementation methods are field survey, schedule determination, preparation, training, implementation, monitoring and evaluation.

Abstract

Gampong Sungai Pauh Pusaka merupakan bagian dari Kecamatan Langsa Barat Kota Langsa. Rata – rata penduduk khusunya ibu rumah tangga tidak mempunyai pekerjaan untuk pendapat tambahan rumah tangga. Dengan demikian yang menjadi permasalahan mitra adalah tidak adanya pengetahuan masyarakat untuk membuat detejen cair dan tidak adanya pelatihan bagi masyarakat khususnya bagi ibu rumah tangga tentang pengetahuan keterampilan yang menjadikan peluang usaha home indusry. Justifikasi solusi atas permasalahan mitra adalah peningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan ibu rumah tangga dalam mengolah deterjen cair, upaya peningkatan pendapatan penghasilan tambahan masyarakat, membantu pemerintah desa untuk memajukan kesejahteraan masyarakat dan Mensosialisasikan hasil proses pembuatan produk melalui media kovensional dan online. Selanjutnya Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian adalah survey, pelatihan, monotoring dan evaluasi. Hasil dalam kegiatan dengan memnyebarkan angket bagi ibu PKK yang telah melaksanakan kegiatan pengabdian dengan jumlah ibu PKK 20 orang dengan nilai 83,0 % dinyatakan puas telah mengikuti kegiatan pelatihan dalam pembuatan deterjen cair.

Abstract

Abstract Education is the process of changing the attitudes and behavior of a person or group who in an effort to mature themselves through teaching and education efforts, when talking about education people will tend to think about school or tertiary education, even though the notion of education is not only related to school, but also regarding grades students. This study aims to determine differences in student learning outcomes and which model is better for learning outcomes using the Student Team Achievement Division (STAD) and Numbered Head Together (NHT) models on the structure and function material of plant networks in class VIII at SMP N 6 Langsa. 2019/2020 lessons. The method used is an experimental method with instruments in the form of written tests. The results obtained prove that there is a comparison of the Student Team Achievement Division (STAD) model with Numbered Head Together on the learning outcomes of class VIII students at SMP N 6 Langsa in the 2019/2020 school year, with the testing criteria -t_ (1-1 / 2 α) <t <t_ (1-1 / 2 α) with a value of -2.008 - 0.025≤ 5.97 ≤ 2.008 - 0.025 is the same as -2.033 ≤ 5.79 ≤ 1.983. With a difference in the comparison of learning outcomes of 2.46. Material for the structure and function of plant tissue for class VIII at SMP N 6 Langsa in the 2019/2020 school year.

Abstract

Gampong Sungai Pauh Pusaka Kecamatan Langsa Barat Kota Langsa merupkan lokasi sasaran kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat pada tahun 2021 yang dilaksanakan oleh tim pengabdian. Bunga lavender sangat bermanfaat dijadikan parfum pewangi pakaian. Sebab itulah tim pengabdian termotivasi untuk membuat parfum laundry kepada mitra sebagai peserta pelatih. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini berupa pelatihan bagi Ibu PKK yang akan dilatih untuk membuat produk parfum laundry aroma bunga lavender. Metode kegiatan ini berupa metode pelatihan yang terdiri beberapa tahapan yaitu survey, pelatihan serta monitoring dan evaluasi. Hasil dari kegiatan ini berdampak positif bagi Ibu PKK yang akan dijadikan produk unggulan daerah dan usaha pendapatan penghasilan gampong.

Abstract

This research aims to develop a feasibility test and practical application of biology learning media technology, especially in terms of taxonomy introduction via google lens. The experimental method was used to collect identification data regarding intersemiotic translation of ornamental plants. The stage to find out the quality of intersemiotic translation of the research object using a google lens in the form of the general method of photo analysis in the use of google lens using the keys of google lens results evaluation method by Shapovalov et al. (2020). The research object which was taken randomly via google lens will be analyzed for information regarding three to six detected results to examine information about the object based on genus and species. The result is google lens can identify ornamental plants well. Intersemiotic translation results have been obtained in the seven plants as research objects. Five research objects have a score of 3 and two research objects get a score of 2 based on the keys of google lens results evaluation. The identification of ornamental plants from the photo is Aglaonema plant, Tillandsia Usneoides, Sansevieria Trifasciata, Aechmea chantinii, Neoregelia fireball, Neoregelia marmorata, and Calathea Makoyana
