Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the extent to which the control of defective productsin PT Bisi International Tbk. Kediri, a producer of corn seeds in Kediri Regency. Themethods used are Historam, Pareto Diagram, P-Chat 3 sigma control chart and Cause Effectdiagram at the production stage. The results showed that by using the Histogram graph, itcan be concluded that the number of product defects is mostly in the process of Ear Shortir,pareto diagram shows 69% disability is on the type of seed that is too young and corn seed isless perfect, so with the mitigation of both types of defect, the company can reduce productdefect rate by 69%. On the 3 sigma P Chart, it is known that observations 2 and 7 are abovethe upper control limit, and at 8th observations are below the lower control limits. Analysisof Cause Effect diagram shows there are 6 main sources of causes of product defects, namelyfrom aspects of HR, Equipment, Procedure, Material, and other causes.

Abstract

This study aims to (1) determine the existence of batik as a cultural identity in tourism promotion in the Malioboro area and (2) determine the effectiveness of cultural identity as a Yogyakarta batik tourism promotion strategy. This research is qualitative research with descriptive methods. This study describes cultural identity as a batik tourism promotion strategy in Yogyakarta. Data collection was carried out using observation, documentation, and literature search techniques. The data analysis method used is Miles and Huberman's perspective method, namely data presentation, data reduction, and conclusion. The results of this study indicate that (1) Hamzah batik which is located in the Malioboro area is one of the largest batik centers strengthens Yogyakarta's identity as a city of culture and (2) Tourism does not always cause a shift or loss of value that threatens the preservation of cultural heritage. 4 main elements influence the success of tourism development at the Malioboro Batik Market, namely tourists, entrepreneurs, local government, and local communities.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to ascertain how employee loyalty is impacted by workload, work environment, and job satisfaction. The national sharia bank at Indonesia's headquarters served as the research site for this study, which employed a quantitative methodology. Only 100 permanent employees were utilized as the sample in this study, which used incidental sampling and the Slovin technique to determine the number of responders. A questionnaire was utilized to collect data, which was then subjected to route analysis for analysis. The findings of this study suggest that Workload and Work Environment, two paths or sub-structural factors, have a considerable, simultaneous, or partial impact on Job Satisfaction. Path 2, or sub-structural 2, has as a result that Workload, Work Environment, and Job Satisfaction have a strong, simultaneous, and partial impact on Employee Loyalty.

Abstract

This study intends to examine how product quality and experiential marketing affect customer loyalty and consumer happiness. A quantitative analysis method was employed in the analysis. the Likert scales. The path analysis approach is the one the author used to process the data. Purposive sampling was used in this investigation, and the sample size was 100 respondents. The information gathered is primary information, the outcome of respondents' responses to the questionnaires that were delivered. The findings indicated that the experiential marketing variable had a significant impact on customer satisfaction, that product quality variables significantly influenced customer satisfaction variables, that experiential marketing variables and product quality also had a significant impact on customer satisfaction variables, and that customer loyalty variables were significantly influenced by both of these variables.

Abstract

In order to assist businesses, create more efficient solutions and get the greatest benefits from these applications, this research was undertaken with the primary goal of identifying the elements that influence the behavior of utilizing food service applications and enhancing their use. Three variables from the Delone & Mclean IS Success Model and the measurement model, UTAUT, are used in this study's quantitative methodology. Users of food service applications on the island of Java make up the study's population. A total of 150 people responded to the samples. Purposive sampling was used to collect samples. Data analysis using SmartPLS version 4 and the PLS-SEM methodology. Five of the seven factors examined in the study of interest and usage behavior were found to be valid. This means that the use of food service applications can improve performance, assisted by supporting facilities and systems of good quality, so that it can affect the level of user acceptance of the food service application. This research can provide startups with an understanding of the factors that influence their application usage behavior, with the aim of increasing the acceptance and use of food service applications.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to identify the direct effects of taste, product quality perception, and product attributes on purchasing decisions and consumer satisfaction, as well as the indirect effects of these factors on consumer satisfaction through purchasing decisions. The urgency of research that businesspeople know the power of these variables in terms of decisions and customer satisfaction, so that they can develop strategies to survive in this business. Using quantitative methodology, with a sample of 50 respondents, the sampling strategy uses the non-probability sampling method. Multiple linear regression analysis and the Sobel test are the data analysis techniques used. Research findings state that perceptions of product quality and product attributes do not significantly influence purchasing decisions, and these purchasing decisions cannot mediate to consumer satisfaction of potato donuts.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine the significance of prices, facilities, and services partially and simultaneously to consumer satisfaction of Lotus Garden & Resort Kediri Hotel service users, after the Covid-19 pandemic. Consumer satisfaction indicators used are the provision of good service, speed of work, responsiveness, employees can diagnose quickly, and employees pay attention to consumer complaints. The research strategy is descriptive quantitative. Survey methodology was used in this study. All people who have used the services of Lotus Garden & Resort Hotels are a sample population. Forty individuals were selected by stratified random selection and a snowball sampling process. Multiple linear regression analysis is performed to analyze the data. Overall client satisfaction with hotel services was found to be 85 percent due to price, amenities, and service.

Abstract

This study intends to determine how consumer satisfaction with mobile banking services affects repurchase interest. Customers of Jabodetabek who utilize mobile banking make up the study's sample. Purposive sampling was used in this investigation, and a non-probability sample of 100 participants was used. Questionnaires will be used by researchers to collect data. The structural equation method of partial least squares, or SEM-PLS, is employed in this study. Higher-order formative and lower-order reflecting constructs were utilised in this study. According to the study's findings, the level of mobile banking services directly affects repurchase interest. The effectiveness of mobile banking services directly affects how satisfied customers are. Repurchase interest is directly influenced by customer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction has an indirect impact on repurchase interest through the quality of mobile banking services. Customer interest in repurchasing mobile applications for e-commerce payment services is influenced by service quality. Customers will be satisfied with good service quality in mobile applications, particularly in e-commerce payment services. It has been demonstrated that the positive indirect effect of mobile banking services is moderated by customers' satisfaction with e-commerce payment services provided by mobile banking.

Abstract

In the swiftly evolving digital era, the role of integrated communication strategies in online businesses within the Indonesian context is paramount. This research presents a comprehensive case study examining how these strategies wield influence in shaping and sustaining corporate image. With Indonesia as the backdrop, a dynamic landscape where online businesses thrive, our study offers profound insights into this multifaceted relationship. Approximately 82% of the surveyed online businesses actively engage in integrated communication strategies, transcending conventional communication channels. These strategies coalesce to present a coherent narrative that resonates with the audience. Moreover, 75% of respondents perceive a positive impact on their corporate image due to these strategies. Diving deeper, our findings elucidate the significance of coherence, a customer-centric approach, and continuous adaptation in navigating the digital era. Coherence in communication aligns with values, principles, and ethos. A customer-centric approach underscores the importance of customer satisfaction and loyalty in shaping a positive corporate image. Adaptation signifies a dynamic response to challenges, embracing innovation. The implications of this research extend into the broader landscape of corporate communication and image management in the digitally driven environment. It is a realm where perceptions are not static but dynamic, shaped by each communication endeavor and each online interaction. Challenges coexist with opportunities, and innovation thrives. Integrated communication strategies are instrumental in crafting a corporate identity that resonates with stakeholders and fortifying a favorable corporate image. This research offers businesses a compass to navigate the complexities of the digital era, aligning their narratives with their core values and principles to build and sustain a resilient corporate image.
