Abstract

Abstract

This research project investigated the use of DI by teachers and confirmed their practices to learn more about teachers' perceptions using a qualitative approach. Four research instruments were used to collect data in this investigation: document analyses, classroom observations, questionnaires, and interviews. Document analyses and classroom observations were employed to obtain data concerning teachers' actual practices of DI. In the meantime, a questionnaire has been used to obtain data on teachers' perceptions and practices regarding DI. Finally, interviews have also been conducted to determine teachers' perceptions of DI. The result of the study revealed that the participants exhibited high proficiency in using DI strategies in their classrooms. The assessment considered various dimensions, including understanding DI concepts and objectives, adapting instruction to diverse student needs, evaluating students through diagnostic assessments, and aligning teaching strategies with individual learning profiles. However, there was room for improvement, especially in tailoring instruction based on diverse learning profiles. Furthermore, the English teachers' perceptions of DI significantly shaped their instructional practices. While there was a solid theoretical understanding and commitment to personalized instruction, practical challenges and systemic constraints impacted the seamless integration of DI principles. The teachers' commitment to addressing these challenges, demonstrated through varied instructional practices, underscored the dynamic interplay between perceptions and the complex reality of implementing DI in the classroom. Abstract

PowerPoint-based learning media is the development of learning tools by creating presentation slides and integrating various media such as images, animation, and text as teaching materials. Media use in learning activities needs to be done to facilitate the learning process and achieve optimal results from the learning objectives. Therefore, as a component of education, teachers must be more creative and innovative in presenting learning, such as using learning media as teaching materials. This research uses the Borg and Gall model of research development (R&D) methods. The steps in this development research include potential problems, literature study, information gathering, product design, product design validation, and prototype. The feasibility of the product is based on the results of assessments by media experts, material experts, and class teachers as test subjects. Data collection techniques use interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The results of the research show that the assessment from media experts received a score percentage of 92.22%, including in the very appropriate category, material experts received a score percentage of 96%, including in the very appropriate category, and validation teachers received a presentation score of 96.66%, including in the very appropriate category. It can be concluded that Powerpoint media for science learning at SDN 1 Nonapan II is suitable as teaching material.

Abstract

Abstract

Shows that Indonesia is included in the 5 countries with the lowest motivation of health workers, besides Vietnam, Argentina, Nigeria and India. This is due to aspects of fulfilling welfare and information obtained that 175,000 employees 98,512 people or 56% complain about the low incentives received from the institutions where they work. The problem that occurs in health services today is the large number of health workers who do not have high motivation to work due to various factors such as heavy workload, high work risk, domestic and inadequate training programs, but not balanced by good job protection and unsatisfactory wages, not to mention welfare factors and competence factors according to the World Health Organization (WHO). Work motivation and performance of health workers have a very close relationship to performance. Health workers have an important role as executors of health worker services and community health development. This study aims to determine the relationship between work motivation and the performance of health workers at the Kronjo Health Center in 2022. This research is a quantitative study using an analytic survey with a cross-sectional research design. Work motivation in the sufficient category is 16 (38.1%) and the performance of health workers in the good category is 21 (50.2%). this study shows that the p-value = 0.029. this shows that the value of p = 0.029 is still smaller than the critical limit ? = 0.05. There is a significant relationship between work motivation and health worker performance (0.029<0.05).

Abstract

The Productive Merchant Card Program is an MSME empowerment program created by the Bojonegoro Regency Government. This program is made so that people who work as traders can prosper with the facilities provided by this program. However, in its implementation, there are problems, among others, that this program should provide capital loans with low interest without collateral, it turns out that there is a guarantee, the nominal liquid loan is reduced from the amount proposed, and it turns out that there are still people who do not understand how to use the card. The purpose of this study is to assess how far the Productive Merchant Card Program is realized for MSME actors and to find out what factors affect the implementation of the program. This study uses William N. Dunn's Evaluation theory which contains six achievement indicators, namely, Effectiveness, Efficiency, Adequacy, Equity, Responsiveness, and Accuracy. The method used is a descriptive qualitative method with a case study strategy. The results of this study found that the Productive Merchant Card Program has not fully achieved the expected target so in its realization it has not fully benefited MSME actors or traders.
