Abstract

This study analyzes productivity, productivity growth variability and variety coefficient of rice, corn, and soybeans on the island of Java. The data used in this research is secondary data in time series obtained from the Central Bureau of Statistics from 1996 to 2015. The research shown that the highest rice production in East Java are 5.5 tons per hectare, the highest maize production in West Java are 4.84 tons per hectare and the highest soybean production in Central Java are 1.47 tons per hectare. The highest productivity growth of rice occurred in Banten, while the highest for corn is in West Java, and the highest for soybean is in Central Java. The highest variability in rice productivity achieved by the province of East Java, while the highest for corn commodity is in West Java, and the highest for soybean is in Central Java. The highest coefficient of rice productivity variation is in Banten, while the highest of corn in West Java and the highest of soybeans in DI. Abstract

A partnership is a business strategy that is cultivated in a cooperative relationship between two or more parties with each other's principles of need, raising, and mutual benefit. The goal is to know the impact of partnerships formed between farmers partners with Aspakusa Makmur Association, know the influence of partnership factors namely communication, cooperation, trust, commitment, and conflict on the social partnership conditions of farmers partners and Aspakusa Makmur Association and know the influence of acceptance, experience, land tenure, and relationship value to the economic partnership condition of farmers partner and Aspakusa Makmur Association. The research methods used are surveys. Sampling using a simple random sampling technique of 53 respondents. The implementation of research started in January - February 2020. Data analysis uses descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression. The results showed that the partnership pattern formed as a general trade partnership pattern. Variable cooperation (X2) and commitment (X4) have a significant influence on the social partnership conditions (Y1), while the communication (X1), trust (X3), and conflict (X5) do not have a significant influence on the social partnership conditions (Y1). Variable acceptance (X6) and relationship value (X9) have a significant influence on the economic partnership conditions (Y2), while the experience (X7) and land tenure (X8) do not have a significant influence on the economic partnership conditions (Y2). The need to expand the market for increased sales and profits, it will increase the number of partner farmer supply and minimize the possibility of stacking and rejection of crop yields.

Abstract

Program pemerintah terkait kartu tani bertujuan menyejahterakan petani, tetapi saat ini belum terealisasi secara luas.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat adopsi petani terhadap kartu tani, serta faktor apa yang memengaruhi adopsi petani terhadap kartu tani. Penelitian dilaksanakan bulan Januari hingga Februari 2020 di Karesidenan Surakarta, khususnya Kabupaten Karangannyar dan Klaten. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Responden 60 orang dipilih secara acak dengan teknik Multistage Cluster Random Sampling dengan kriteria 30 petani menggunakan kartu tani dan 30 petani  tidak menggunakan kartu tani. Analisis data menggunakan regresi logistik. Hasil: variabel tingkat pendidikan, karakteristik inovasi, dan persepsi petani berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan adopsi petani, sedangkan variabel usia, luas lahan, pengalaman bertani, dan peran penyuluh tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan adopsi petani. Variabel yang paling penting dalam menentukan adopsi petani terhadap kartu tani di Eks-Karesidenan Surakarta adalah variabel karakteristik inovasi.

Abstract

ABSTRAKBayam Jepang adalah komoditas unggulan yang diproduksi oleh PO. Sayur Organik Merbabu dengan tingkat penjualan tertinggi mencapai 1018 kg/bulan. Salah satu faktor yang perlu diperhatikan dalam proses produksi adalah kualitas produk, karena akan berdampak terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Akan tetapi terdapat kendala dalam proses produksi, yaitu sifat tanaman yang sangat rentan rusak dan patah jika tidak diperlakukan secara tepat. Sehingga perlu dilakukan analisis kualitas terhadap Bayam Jepang untuk menekan tingkat kerusakan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui jenis cacat dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kualitas Bayam Jepang.  Penelitian ini dilakukan pada 16 Januari sampai 20 Februari 2020 dengan metode deskripstif kualitatif dan menggunakan alat pengendalian mutu seperti lembar periksa, histogram, peta kendali, pareto dan fishbone. Jumlah informan yang digunakan terdiri dari pemilik usaha, tenaga kerja, petani mitra dan distributor. Setelah dilakukan penelitian ditemukan lima jenis cacat yaitu daun cacat, batang patah, daun kuning, tanaman kerdil dan busuk batang atau daun. Persentase cacat yang paling tinggi adalah daun cacat. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kualitas Bayam Jepang adalah faktor manusia, metode, dan lingkungan yang didukung dengan pembuatan diagram fishbone.ABSTRACTJapanese spinach is a superior commodity produced by PO. However, there are obstacles in the production process, namely the nature of plants that are very susceptible to damage and broken if not treated properly. So it is necessary to conduct a quality analysis of Japanese spinach on an ongoing basis to reduce the level of damage. The purpose of this study is to determine the types of defects and factors that affect the quality of Japanese spinach. This research was conducted on January 16 to February 20, 2020 with qualitative descriptive methods and using quality control tools such as check sheets, histograms, control maps, pareto and fishbone. The number of informants used consisted of business owners, workers, partner farmers and distributors. After doing the research, five types of defects were found, namely defective leaves, broken stems, yellow leaves, dwarf plants and stems or leaf rot, with the highest percentage of defects being defective leaves. While the factors that influence the quality of Japanese spinach are found, namely human factors, methods, and the environment supported by making fishbone diagrams.

Abstract

ABSTRAKDalam pengembangan dunia pertanian, Indonesia terus mengembangkan beragam varietas padi. Hal ini karena pertumbuhan penduduk yang cukup pesat, produksi beras Indonesia tidak mampu mencukupi kebutuhan dalam negeri sehingga perlu dilakukan impor beras. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui faktor yang berpengaruh pada pendapatan usahatani padi dan membandingkan pendapatan usahatani padi antara varietas Ciherang dengan IR.64. Dilihat dari geografisnya, Kabupaten Semarang cukup strategis dan memiliki potensi wilayah dalam peningkatan produksi beras. Di Kecamatan Banyubiru, Kabupaten Semarang, petani lebih memilih varietas Ciherang dan IR64 untuk ditanam karena sesuai dengan faktor lingkungan pertumbuhan dan perkembangan tanaman, seperti suhu, struktur tanah, jenis tanah, pH tanah dan iklim. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan varietas Ciherang pada indikator benih lebih efektif dibandingkan varietas IR.64 dengan p-value < 0,05. Sedangkan untuk varietas IR.64 indikator pupuk, tenaga kerja, dan pestisida lebih efektif dibandingkan dengan varietas Ciherang dengan p-value < 0,05.ABSTRACTIn developing of agriculture, Indonesia continues to develop a variety of rice varieties. This is because the population growth is quite rapid, so that Indonesia rice production is not able to meet domestic needs so it requires importing rice from other countries. This study aims to determine the factors that influence rice farming income and compare it between Ciherang and IR.64 varieties. From its geography, Semarang Regency is quite strategic and has the potential of the region in increasing rice production. In Banyubiru District, Semarang Regency, farmers prefer Ciherang and IR.64 varieties to be planted because they are in accordance with environmental factors with plant growth and development, such as temperature, soil structure, soil type, soil pH and climate. The results showed that the Ciherang variety in the seed indicator was more effective than the IR.64 variety with p-value <0.005. Whereas for IR.64 varieties, fertilizer, labor and pesticide indicators were more effective than Ciherang varieties with p-value <0.05.

Abstract

Kepuasan kerja merupakan perasaan karyawan dalam menilai pekerjaan yang telah mereka lakukan. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kepuasan kerja karyawan pada bagian kebun kelapa sawit di PT. Mandiri Kapital Jaya, Bidara Estate, Kabupaten Ketapang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan teknik simple random sampling yaitu sebanyak 72 responden dari jumlah populasi 256 orang. Data dianalisis dengan metode regresi linear berganda, setelah melalui uji validitas, realibilitas dan uji asumsi klasik. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji t dan uji F. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kerja, pengalaman kerja, kepemimpinan dan keselamatan kerja memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Sedangkan budaya organisasi dan kompensasi tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan.   Kata Kunci: Kepemimpinan, Kepuasan Kerja, Motivasi kerja, Pengalaman kerja

Abstract

Mango varieties of Arumanis and GedongGincu is one of the horticultural commodities that are superior to Indonesian exports. The high local and international demand also makes the consumers preference of mango higher. Nevertheless, the development of mango agribusiness related to behavior of agribusiness farmers and the amount of mango trees is still not optimal. This study aims to determine the relationship between the agribusiness behavior of mango farmers and the number of mango trees. The method used in this study is a survey method with descriptive statistical and Chi-Square analysis tools. The results showed that the majority of mango farmers in Panyingkiran sub-district, Majalengka regency are farmers with narrow land (0.1-1 Ha) with the status of privately land. Farmers with privately status is command <50 mango trees on their land, while farmers who control > 200 mango trees are farmers with rental tree status. Farmers with little, medium, and large amounts of mango trees use private capital to cultivate mangoes and easily gain access to farm credit. The farmer makes the middleman as the final market destination and uses a cash payment system in buying and selling transactions. There are 6 variables of agribusiness behavior of mango farmers in Panyingkiran District, Majalengka Regency, which have a good and significant relationship with mastery of the number of mango trees, namely access to farm credit, application of off season technology, percent of good quality yields (grade A / B), determinants selling prices, payment systems and membership in farmer groups.

Abstract

This research was purposed to identify the relationship among the facility, service quality, price and location toward the agrotourism visitors in Tambi Plantation Factory, Wonosobo Regency. The location was selected purposively (purposive) with a consideration that Tambi Plantation Factory was one of the biggest Private Plantation Factory which owned an agrotourism factor in Central Java Province. The research started from January to February 2019. This research was a quantitative descriptive research which done through survey. The sampling technique used in this research was non probality sampling by accidental sampling. The number of respondents involved in this research were 50 respondents of Tambi Tea Agrotourism visitors. The research result showed that facility (X1) had positive and medium level of relationship and significantly correlated to the visitor’s satisfaction (Y), service quality (X2) showed positive and strong level of relationship and significantly correlated to the visitor’s satisfaction (Y), and price (X3) had positive and medium level of relationship and not significantly correlated to the visitor’s satisfaction. Whereas location (X4) had low level of relationship and not significantly correlated to the visitor’s satisfaction (Y).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk : (1) Mengidentifikasi dilema (antara harapan dan kenyataan) apa saja yang dihadapi oleh perusahaan dalam memilih kebutuhan tenaga kerja di Kebun Ngobo; (2) Mengetahui strategi perusahaan dalam menghadapi dilema kebutuhan tenaga kerja di Kebun Ngobo. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain deskriptif kualitatif. Penentuan informan dan key informan pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa (1) Dilema kebutuhan tenaga penyadap mengenai : Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia (MSDM), meliputi pengadaan tenaga penyadap, kompensasi tenaga kerja penyadap, strategi menjaga loyalitas tenaga penyadap, rencana penanganan karyawan penyadap. Sedangkan peramalan Sumber Daya Manusia, meliputi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi ramalan karyawan penyadap, rencana pengadaan karyawan penyadap, hambatan perencanaan kebutuhan karyawan penyadap; (2) Strategi Kebun Ngobo dalam menghadapi dilema meliputi: strategi pengadaan tenaga penyadap, strategi menjaga loyalitas tenaga penyadap, dan strategi dalam menghadapi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi ramalan karyawan penyadap.
