Abstract

This study aims to improve learning outcomes by using animated cartoon videos in class XI OTKP 3 SMK N 1 Surakarta OTK Finance subjects. This research is a classroom action research. The research was carried out in two cycles, each cycle consisting of planning, implementing actions, observing and collecting data, and reflecting. The subjects of this study were students of class XI OTKP 3 SMKN 1 Surakarta, totaling 34 children. Sources of data used come from teachers and students. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews, tests, and documents. Data validity uses source triangulation techniques, triangulation techniques, comparing data and concluding data. Data analysis used simple quantitative data analysis, qualitative data analysis, and comparative descriptive analysis. The results of the study indicate that learning outcomes can be increased by the application of animated cartoon videos. Based on data collected from pre-action, cycle I, and cycle II have increased, learning outcomes in pre-action as many as 5 students (14.7%) were declared complete, cycle I as many as 18 students (52.9%) were declared complete, and in the second cycle as many as 25 students (73.5%) were declared complete. Learning outcomes data were obtained from the results of the case test as many as 7 questions. The conclusion of this study is that the application of animated cartoon videos can improve learning outcomes of Financial OTK subjects in OTKP students of SMK N 1 Surakarta.

Abstract

The objectives of the research are to know: (1) implementation of Electronic Human Resources Management (eHRM) in the the administration department of Bengawan Solo River Area Central Center. (2) faced obstacle in the implementation of eHRM in the administration department of Bengawan Solo River Area Central Center. (3) efforts to solve the obstacle in the implementation of eHRM in the administration department of Bengawan Solo River Area Central Center. The research used to qualitative research method. The sources of data were informants, events and places, and documents. The technique of collecting data used observation, interview, and document analysis. The technique of validiting data used source and method triangulation. The data were analyzed by interactive model. The results of the research showed that: (1) implementation eHRM information system give convenience to manage and access personnel information, give time and cost efficiency, and guarantee the transparency in every personnel process. (2) the obstacle in implementing eHRM is technical constraint in server which manage centrally and the limitation of human resources ability in eHRM operation. (3) the effort to solve the obstacle in eHRM implementation is coordination among verificator 1, verificator 2, verificator 3 and accompaniment for personnel had obstacle in eHRM operation.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to determine the implementation of e-learning in Simkomdig subject at OTKP SMKN 3 Surakarta. This study uses a qualitative method with a case study approach. Sources of data obtained from informants, places and occurrence, as well as documents and archives. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling and snowball sampling. Data collection techniques were carried out by interview, observation, and document analysis. Test the validity of the data using source triangulation and method triangulation. The data analysis technique uses an interactive analysis model. The implementation of online learning at Simkomdig OTKP SMKN 3 Surakarta consists of planning learning tools, preparing learning media and information technology that supports online learning. Conducted through the Google Classroom application, SMK3 e-learning, and Whatsapp causing the Simkomdig practicum material to be less than optimal. The online assessment is only taken from the time of collection of assignments and accuracy in answering. The obstacles found were differences in students' understanding abilities, limitations of electronic devices, unstable internet connections, lack of skills to operate electronic media optimally, and lack of learning supervision. Solutions to overcome obstacles in Simkomdig's online learning are carried out by selecting the right learning media, providing internet quota assistance and computer labs, training teachers on online applications, and further coordinating with parents or guardians of students.

Abstract

The research aims to determine: 1) the management of presence information system at PT Ambassador Garmindo Sukoharjo; 2) the problems and the efforts to overcome the problems in the management of presence information system. This research uses qualitative method with case study approach. The sampling technique in this study was purposive snowball sampling with the Head of Personnel of PT Dan Liris as the key informant. Data collection was carried out through interviews, observations and documents. The result of the research: (1) the management of presence system uses two systems, namely manually and in E-attendance, the company has a reason to use the management of presence information system; (a) to support the company's activities to be more effective and efficient, (b) to guarantee data accuracy, (c) to minimize paper usage, (d) the management of overtime presses is still manual. The management of presence information system is supported by supporting components of the system consisting of; (a) human resources, (b) hardware resources, (c) software resources, (d) data resources, and (e) network resources. The advantages management of presence information system; a) backup data, (b) to simplify the leader’s supervision. The disadvantages are; (a) addition of employment, (b) hinders the work of employees, (c) greater cost. (2) The problems faced are as follows: (a) system down, (b) power outage, (c) fingerprint is difficult to identify, (d) incorrect overtime presence input by the employees. The efforts carried out to overcome those problems are as follows: (a) hiring an IT technician, (b) providing a diesel generator set, (c) using barcode employee, and (d) correcting wages.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pelaksanaan Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja karyawan bagian produksi di PT Iskandar Indah Printing Textile Surakarta; (2) jenis kecelakaan kerja yang perlu diwaspadai bagian produksi sehingga PT Iskandar Indah Printing Textile perlu menerapkan Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja; (3) usaha yang dilakukan untuk meningkatkan Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja karyawan bagian produksi di PT Iskandar Indah Printing Textile Surakarta.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Pendekatan penelitian ini yaitu studi kasus dengan menggunakan strategi tunggal terpancang. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive dan snowball sampling. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah informan, tempat peristiwa dan dokumen. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu wawancara, observasi langsung, dan dokumentasi. Validitas data dengan menggunakan triangulasi data dan triangulasi metode. Sedangkan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah model analisis interaktif.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa: (1) dalam penerapan  Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja karyawan bagian produksi ada karyawan yang bekerja sudah sesuai prosedur, namun ada juga karyawan yang belum bekerja sesuai dengan prosedur yang telah ditetapkan. (2) Kecelakaan kerja yang perlu di waspadai karyawan bagian produksi di PT. Iskandar Indah Printing Textile adalah: (a) terpeleset; (b) shutle terbang; (c) kejatuhan benda kerja; (d) tersangkut mesin; (e) terjepit mesin; dan (f) kebakaran. Kecelakaan kerja di PT. Iskandar Indah Printing Textile disebabkan oleh ketelodoran karyawan dan kejadian yangtidak terduga. (3) usaha yang dilakukan untuk meningkatkan Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja  karyawan bagian produksi di PT. Iskandar Indah Printing Textile Surakarta adalah: (a) menyediakan Alat Pelindung Diri; (b) menyediakan alat pemadam kebakaran; (c) menyediakan Kotak P3K; (d) menyediakan plakat tanda bahaya di tempat tertentu; dan (e) sosialisasi Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja.

Abstract

Abstract The study was aimed to determine (1) the effect of self-regulated learning on students’ learning outcomes of OTKP students grade XII in Public Relations and Protocol Administration subject at SMK Negeri 3 Surakarta in year 2020/2021; (2) the effect of social environment on students’ learning outcomes of OTKP students grade XII in Public Relations and Protocol Administration subject at SMK Negeri 3 Surakarta in year 2020/2021; and (3) the effect of self-regulated learning and social environment on students’ learning outcomes of OTKP students grade XII in Public Relations and Protocol Administration subject at SMK Negeri 3 Surakarta in year 2020/2021. This study was quantitative research with a correlational method. The population of this study was twelfth grade students OTKP of SMK Negeri 3 Surakarta in the 2020/2021 academic year, 102 students. The researcher used incidental sampling with 81 students as the sample. The data were collected using documentation and questionnaires. The data self-regulated learning and social environment were collected using questionnaires, meanwhile the data of students’ learning outcomes were collected using documentation. Then the data were analyzed using a prerequisite test and multiple linear regression analysis using IBM SPSS 22.0 program. This result of study showed that: (1) there was a positive effect of self-regulated learning on student’ learning outcomes of twelfth grade students of OTKP SMK Negeri 3 Surakarta year 2020/2021 with t-value 1,995 > t-table 1,99085; (2) there was a positive effect of social environment on students’ learning outcomes grade XII OTKP students at SMK N 3 Surakarta year 2020/2021 with t-value 2,253 > t-table 1,99085; and (3) there was a positive effect of self-regulated learning and social environment on students’ learning outcomes of  grade XII OTKP students at SMK N 3 Surakarta year 2020/2021 with F-value 13,088 > F-table 3,11.

Abstract

 The aims of the study are to determine: (1) the effect of entrepreneurial knowledge on interest in entrepreneurship (2) the effect of self-efficacy on interest in entrepreneurship (3) the influence of entrepreneurial knowledge and self-efficacy on interest in entrepreneurship. The research used quantitative proportional random sampling method with a total of 60 from 148 populations. Data collection by questionnaire. Analysis using multiple linear regression technique with analysis prerequisite test: normality test, linearity test and multicollinearity test. The results of the study: (1) there is a significant effect of entrepreneurial knowledge on entrepreneurial interest tcount is greater than the results of the t-test analysis obtained by the value of tcount (2.397)> ttable (1.984) the significance value is less than 0.10 (0.000 <0.10); (2) there is a significant effect of self-efficacy on students' interest in entrepreneurship, tcount is greater than the results of the t-test analysis, it is obtained that tcount (2.520) > ttable (1.984) the significance value is less than 0.10 (0.006 <0.10); (3) there is an influence of entrepreneurial knowledge and self-efficacy on interest in entrepreneurship. Fcount is greater than the value of Ftable (Fcount > Ftable, which is 11.988 > 3.92), the significance value is less than 0.10 (0.000 < 0.10) . The entrepreneurial knowledge variable gave an effective contribution of 13.70% and a relative contribution of 48.22%, while the self-efficacy variable gave an effective contribution of 14.67% and a relative contribution of 51.6%

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out: (1) the influence of librarian services on the reading interests of the community in the Gemolong Subdistrict Library; (2) the influence of the collection of library materials on the reading interests of the community in the Gemolong Subdistrict Library; and (3) the influence of librarian services and collection of library materials together on the interests of reading communities in the Gemolong Subdistrict Library. This study uses correlational quantitative methods. The research population is the visitors of gemolong sub-district library in December 2020 and January 2021 which totally 886 people. Sampling technique is using simple random sampling with 133 visitors as samples. Data collection method using questionnaires, interview method, and document analysis. Data analysis is using multiple linear regression analysis with prerequisite analysis test i.e. normality test, linearity test, and multicollinearity test. The results of the study were as follows: (1) there was no significant positive influence of librarian service on public reading interests (tcount 1,779 < ttable 1.9784); (2) there is a significant positive influence on the collection of library materials on people's reading interests (tcount 3,816 < ttable 1.9784); and there is a significant influence on the service of librarians and the collection of library materials together on the reading interests of the community (Fcount 14,467 < Ftable 3.07).

Abstract

The research aims to know determine whether there are (1) the effect of assignment learning method on introduction administration office course in the XI graders od Administration Office Skill Competency in SMK Negeri 1 Karanganyar in the school year of 2015/2016 ; (2) the effect of utilization of learning media on introduction administration office course in the XI graders od Administration Office Skill Competency in SMK Negeri 1 Karanganyar in the school year of 2015/2016 ; (3) the effect of assignment learning method and utilization of learning media on introduction administration office course in the XI graders od Administration Office Skill Competency in SMK Negeri 1 Karanganyar in the school year of 2015/2016. This study is a quantitative research with descriptive method. The population of research is all XI graders of Administration Office Skill Competency in SMK Negeri 1 Karanganyar in the school year of 2015/2016 consisting of 71 students. The sample consisted of 59 atudents. The sampling technique used is proportional random sampling. Meanwhile technique of collecting data used is questionnaire and documentation technique. Technique of analyzing data used is statistic test with multiple regression analysis. Considering the result of data analysis, it could be conclud that (1) there was a significant effect of assignment teaching methods on learning outcomes Introduction Administrative subjects in class XI Competency Office Administration in SMK N 1 Karanganyar the school year of 2015/2016, is evident from the correlation value of 0.435> rtabel (0.235) and supported from tcount amounted to 5.273> t table (1.995) with a probability value of 0.000 means that less than 0.05 then Ho is rejected and Ha1 accepted ; (2) there is significant influence utilization of instructional media for learning outcomes Introduction Adminisrasi subjects in class XI Competence Offices Office Administration in SMK N 1 Karanganyar the school year of 2015/2016, is evident from the correlation value of 0.440> rtabel (0.235) and supported on value thitung 5.318> t table (1.995) with a probability value of 0.000 means that less than 0.05 then Ho is rejected and Ha2 accepted ; (3) there is significant influence learning method of assignment and utilization of instructional media on the results of study subjects in the class Introduction to Office Administration Office Administration XI Competency SMK N 1 Karanganyar In the school year of 2015/2016, proved of value Fhitung 25.388> F table (3 , 13) with a significance value of 0.000 at significant level of 0.05, then Ho is rejected and HA3 accepted and supported from the value of the effective contribution of the variable method of learning the assignment and utilization of instructional media contributed 42.7% to the learning outcomes of subjects Introduction to Office Administration.

Abstract

Abstrak tPenelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya: (1) Pengaruh kerja paruh waktu terhadap prestasi belajar mahasiswa FKIP UNS, (2) Pengaruh motivasi belajar terhadap prestasi belajar mahasiswa FKIP UNS. , (3) Pengaruh kerja paruh waktu dan motivasi belajar bersama. terhadap prestasi belajar mahasiswa FKIP UNS.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis statistik regresi berganda dan uji signifikansi. Variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini adalah kerja paruh waktu dan motivasi belajar, sedangkan variabel terikat dalam penelitian ini adalah prestasi belajar. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh mahasiswa FKIP UNS angkatan 2017, dan sampel penelitiannya adalah mahasiswa FKIP UNS angkatan 2017 yang sedang menempuh studi sambil bekerja, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive random sampling, sehingga terlihat bahwa sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini. penelitian berjumlah 94 responden / mahasiswa yang ditentukan dengan rumus Slovin. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada taraf signifikan 5%: (1) terdapat pengaruh negatif yang signifikan antara pekerjaan paruh waktu terhadap prestasi belajar, artinya jika tingkat pekerjaan paruh waktu meningkat maka prestasi belajar akan meningkat. menurun, (2) terdapat pengaruh positif yang signifikan motivasi belajar terhadap prestasi belajar, artinya jika tingkat motivasi belajar meningkat maka prestasi belajar juga akan meningkat, (3) terdapat pengaruh positif yang signifikan antara kerja paruh waktu dan belajar. motivasi terhadap prestasi belajar mahasiswa FKIP UNS.Kata Kunci : Kerja Paruh Waktu , Motivasi Belajar, Prestasi Belajar
