The bun sanggul lipek pandan fading as a traditional bun of Minangkabau, a challenge for researchers to retrace the history of this bun. This research was qualitative historical. The object of this study is the bun lipek pandan, the informants of this study are the people who know about bun sanggul lipek pandan. The techniques of the data collection in this study by using observation, interviews, documentation and technical data triangulation data analysis and data reduction. The results of this study was found that the bun lipek pandan. Lipek pandan malacuik kuduak for Regional Tanah Datar. The bun lipek pandan sunting tusuk(skewers) for coastal regions(region wearing sunting tusuk).Kata kunci : Studi, Sanggul Tradisional, Lipek Pandans

This study reveals about increasing student activity in learning to sew trousersXII class men with type group cooperative learning model investigation at SMK N 1Tebo regency, which in terms of 4 indicators such as: (1) visual activities, (2) oralactivities, (3 ) motor activities, (4) emotional activities. This study is an actionresearch group using a type of investigation with a sample of 16 people.Implementation research through 2 cycles with 3 times face to face. Data collectiontechniques using observation sheets and field notes data analysis techniques using twomethods, namely quantitative and qualitative. The results showed an increase instudent learning activities in learning to sew trousers men using cooperative learningwith group investigation, in siklus I the presentation showed 63% and advance insiklus II showed 83%.

This research is begun from many changes that happened in the bridegroomâ€™s clothing and makeup in the wedding procession in Payakumbuh. The goal of this research is to describe the bridegroomâ€™s makeup from the makeup artists in Kenagarian Koto Nan Gadang Payakumbuh. This research is a descriptive research by using qualitative approach. The data collecting techniques used in this research are observation, interview and documentation. To obtain a valid and reliable data, the researcher doing data validity check such as participation extension, observation persistence, triangulation, peer checking and auditing. After the research is completed, the researcher discovers the Bridegroomâ€™s makeup in Payakumbuh from the makeup artists in Kenagarian Koto Nan Gadang, Payakumbuh, West Sumatera, they are: 1) the makeup process of the Bridegroom in Koto Nan Gadang is different, started from applying foundation, eyebrow shaping, eye shadow smearing, nose shading, applying blush-on and lipstick smearing. 2) The clothes style for the bridegroom in Koto Nan Gadang is difference in many ways from the old styles, such as the groom that no longer wearing a coat. 3) The accessories used by the bridegroom is so different from the accessories they used in the old days, where dukuah kaba, and rago-rago are no longer used by the bridegroom. 4) Almost all of the makeup artists do not fully understand the old bridegroomâ€™s clothes style and the meaning in each part of those clothes.Key words: observation, Bridegroom Makeup, Koto Nan Gadang

This study aims to reveal students' creative relationship with the learning outcomes at the course practice care and hair styling. This research is descriptive quantitative research that describes what the subject under study in order to obtain answers to questions of the problems studied. The population in this study were students of Make up and Beauty Family Welfare Department FT UNP listed in semester from January to June 2013, which amounted to 25 people, because the population is less than 100 then the entire population in this study the research sample. The data of this study consisted of primary data in the form of questionnaires and secondary data from a pure value students daily practice in the course of care and hair styling semesters from January to June 2013. Results of data analysis showed that the average score of respondents overall achievement of the variable creativity of 65.3% with a low category, the results of student learning practices with the highest level of achievement by 76% of respondents to a value between 71-80. Ha accepted hypothesis which states that there is a positive and significant relationship between student creativity with the practice of student learning outcomes at the course and treatment of hair styling with a correlation of 0.459 with the interpretation being while Ho is rejected. From the results of the study can be recommended for all elements related to the care and grooming of learning to improve student learning through the creative use of learning resources and effort learning strategies that lead to increased creativity in learning more.Kata Kunci : Memiliki rasa ingin tahu yang luas, percaya diri, bebas dalam berekspresi, dan dapat bekerja sendiri.

Nosocomial infection is one of the major health problem in the world. One of the way for transmitting the causative microorganism of nosocomial infection is airborne. This research had been done to know kinds of air contaminating bacteria in sub departement of internal disease science of General Hospital Banjarbaru. This research was laboratory descriptive using ?open plate? method. The results of research described that there were five kinds of bacteria, they were Staphylococcus epidermidis 38,07%, Escherichia coli 27,52%, Streptococcus ? haemolyticus 19,26%, Pseudomonas aeruginosa 10,55% and Staphylococcus aureus 4,58% and five kinds of fungi: Rhizopus sp. (37,78%), Aspergillus niger (20%), Trichosporon sp. (17,78%), Penicilliumsp. (13,33%) and Aspergillus flavus (11,11%).

The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of psychological factors on Saving Decision on Bank Syariah in Padang State University. The variables used in this research are motivation, perception, learning, and Consumer Attitudes. The population in this study are Padang State University students who have never used the savings in one of the Islamic Bank in the city of Padang. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with 100 respondents. Analysis tool used is multiple linear regression analysis, using SPSS version 23. The results of this study indicate that: (1) motivation, perception, learning, and attitude significantly influence the Saving Decision on Bank Syariah in Padang State University. (2) Perception is the most dominant factor in influencing Saving Decision.

This research purposes are to analyze the influece of capital structure, profitability, and likuidity to initial dividend policy on corporation which listed on Indonesian stock exchance. This research is including to causative reseach. Research sampel chosen by purposive sampling method so sample of the research is 43 corporations. The kind of data is secondary data from www.idx.co.id, www.e-bursa,com, Indonesian Capital Market Directory (ICMD). Analysis method is double linier regresion. Hypothesis test uses t statistic test. Research finding indicate that only profitability that have positive impact and significant to initial dividend policy (dividend payout ratio).

The objective of this research is to analyze influence of brand community and brand personality to customer layalty of Oriflame in Padang city. The population of this research is all of members of Oriflame community in Padang city. Sample size is 100 persons. Sample technique is sampleÂ random sampling. The data has collected are primery and scondary data. The data collected by questionaire andÂ documentation. Data are analyzed with multiple regression. The research results revealed that (1) brand community has positive and significant influence to Oriflame brand loyalty in Padang city (2) brand personality has positive and significant influences to Oriflame brand loyalty in Padang city. The purposes in this research are to examine the effect of dividend policy, investment opportunities, and profitability on investment decision of property and real estate in Indonesia stock exchange. The population is all property and real estate company registered in Indonesian stock exchange period 2009-2013. The result shows that: 1) The dividend policy has a negative significant affect on the investment decision of property and real estate in Indonesia stock exchange, 2) the investment opportunity has a positive significant affect on the investment decision of property and real estate in Indonesian stock exchange, 3) the profitability has a positive affect but not significant on the investment decision of property and real estate in Indonesia stock exchange.

The purpose of this research is to determine 1) the effect of working capital to profitbility of food and beverage company listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange, 2) the effect of firm size to profitability of food and beverage company listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange 3) the effectof operating leverage to profitability of food and beverage company listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The research sampel are 16 food and beverage company listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) around 2007-2012. This research used purposive sampling method. The statistical methods used in this research are multiple regressions. The results of this reseach indicate that: (1) working capital (WCT) have positive and significant effect to profitability of food and beverage company (2) firm size (TA) have negative and no significant effect to profitability of food and beverage company, and (3) the operating leverage have negative and significant effect to profitability of food and beverage company.
