Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh pengetahuan, religiusitas, kemajuan teknologi, dan persepsi risiko terhadap minat generasi milenial untuk berinvestasi di pasar modal syariah. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan 100 responden, yaitu generasi milenial yang saat ini berada di Kota Malang dan sedang atau pernah berinvestasi di pasar modal syariah. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuesioner yang disebar secara online. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah metode analisis Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan bantuan aplikasi SmartPLS 3.2.9. Adapun hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat dua variabel yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat generasi milenial untuk berinvestasi di pasar modal syariah, yaitu variabel religiusitas dan kemajuan teknologi. Sedangkan dua variabel lainnya, yaitu variabel pengetahuan dan persepsi risiko memiliki pengaruh yang tidak signifikan terhadap minat generasi milenial untuk berinvestasi di pasar modal syariah.Kata kunci: Pengetahuan, Religiusitas, Kemajuan Teknologi, Persepsi Risiko, Minat Berinvestasi.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction, analyze the effect of service quality on customer loyalty, and analyze customer satisfaction on customer loyalty in Grab Online Transportation. This type of research is associative research, according to this associative, data tendencies are used in quantitative methods. This study uses 3 types of variables namely customer loyalty, satisfaction and quality of electronic services. The type of data used is primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques used were interviews and questionnaires. The population of this study is the users of Grab online transportation services with the provisions that have used Grab transportation services more than twice. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. For data analysis used Partial Least Square (PLS) based Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results of the study found that there was a positive and significant influence of e quality of service on Grab online transportation customer satisfaction, significant and significant positive contribution of e quality of service to Grab online transportation customer loyalty, and related positively and significantly of customer satisfaction to customer loyalty Grab online transportation.

ABSTRACT The legal basis for the protection of the Red Cross emblem in Indonesia has been included in the International humanitarian law and the laws and regulations in Indonesia. Protection of the Red Cross emblem in Indonesia in Article 6 paragraph (3) letter (b) of Law Number 15 of 2001, Ditjend. Intellectual Property Rights will reject an application that uses the brand that imitate or resemble the symbol of the Red Cross Indonesia, although not listed in the Ditjend. Intellectual Property Rights, because the Red Cross emblem is a symbol of the international agency's position where the institution is recognized by the Government of Indonesia. Indonesia Red Cross emblem should be given legal protection because it is an internationally recognized symbol of possession by the Indonesian government as a consequence of judicial participation in the Geneva Conventions Indonesia Year 1949. This research conducted on optical business in Pekanbaru, this study aims to identify and analyze the implementation of the strategy of competitive advantage in order to increase the volume of sales in the optical business in Pekanbaru.Methods of data collection using questionnaires. The questionnaire is the technique of data collection is done by providing a set of written questions to the respondent’s in charge. The sample is part of the number and characteristics of the population is owned by as many as 36 business owners optical. Data obtained from the questioner and then processed to then tested with statistics through SPSS program. the results showed that competitive advantage strategy cost leadership strategy (x1) and the differentiation strategy (x2) has positive influence on the sales volume. The calculated result is known that R square is coefficient of determination. So that, it obtained the value of R square is about 0,725. It is meaned that the influence of variable cost leadership and differentiation variable was 72,5% to sales volume.Keywords: competitive strategy,cost leadership, differentiation, sales volume.

Dikatakan bahwa Organisasi Advokat selain PERADI tetap diakui keberadaannya, maka hal ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat begitu banyak Organisasi Advokat di Indonesia yang tetap bisa eksis termasuk 8 (delapan) Organisasi Advokat pendiri PERADI tersebut. dengan banyaknya Organisasi Advokat di luar PERADI, secara eksplisit tidak ada yang mengatur mengenai pengawasan terhadap Organisasi Advokat di luar PERADI. Dengan tidak adanya pengawasan tersebut maka tidak heran apabila dalam setiap tahunnya Organisasi Advokat itu sendiri jumlahnya akan semakin bertambah.manfaat :1. Untuk menganalisa tentang pola pengawasan terhadap Organisasi Advokat di Indonesia.2. Untuk menganalisa tentang urgensi atau fungsi akreditasi terhadap suatu Organisasi Advokat.Hasil :Baik didalam UU Advokat maupun UU MA tidak ditemukan adanya pengawasan terhadap Organisasi Advokat yang ada di Indonesia. Selain itu, akreditasi mempunyai peran penting dalam rangka meningkatkan kualitas dan kinerja yang dimiliki suatu organisasi.

This study aims to determine and explain the influence of marketing mix on the decision of tourrists on vacation in Gayo Lues District. Variables that are used in this research consisted of product, place, price, and promotion towards decision of tour. The population in this study is tourists on tourism objects. Samples were taken as many as 100 respondents. Hypothesis testing use multiple regression analysis by using spss 16.0 for windows. The results showed that product, place and promotion significantly influence both simultaneously and partially on the decision of tour. This studi has limitations including the limited object of research and is expected in subsequent research to test different research objectis.

Code-switching and code-mixing are the linguistic phenomena that commonly occur in bilingualism society. Code-switching happens when the speakers mix words or phrases from the two languages during the course of speech or conversation. Meanwhile, code-mixing is the change of one language to another within the same utterance or in the same oral or written text. This research aimed to find out the types of code-switching, code-mixing and the reason as well used by Cinta Laura Kiehl as the guest star in Hotman Paris Show television program on January 2nd 2020. This research also aimed to find out the reason of Cinta Laura Kiehl of doing code-switching and code-mixing. The researcher used descriptive qualitative method as the research design. Content analysis and documentation was used as the technique to collect the data. The instruments used were human instrument and documentation sheet. To analyze the data, the researcher used Miles and Huberman (1994) interactive model. The result of the research showed that all the types of code-switching and code-mixing was used by Cinta Laura Kiehl. The most dominant type of code-switching used was intra-sentential code-switching and the most dominant type of code-mixing used was insertion. The most dominant reason of doing code-switching and code-mixing used was to maintain talking about a particular topic.

The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze how much influence the application of Government Accounting Standards (SAP) has on the quality of the Langkat Regency Government's financial reports. The research approach uses an associative approach. The research was conducted at SKPD in the Langkat Regency Government. The population in this study amounted to 54 (fifty four) SKPD with a total of 167 (one hundred and sixty seven) respondents. By using the purposive sampling method, the number of samples taken was 31 (thirty one) SKPD with a total of 98 (ninety eight) respondents and also used as research respondents, consisting of the head of the financial sub-section as PPK-SKPD or PPK-SKPD assistants, expenditure treasurer or assistant treasurer, and Property Manager at the Service, Agency and Office within the Langkat Regency Government. This research uses data analysis method using SmartPLS.3 software which is run with computer media. Based on the research results, the application of SAP has an effect on the quality of financial reports. The quality of human resources affects the quality of financial reports. The application of SPIP affects the quality of financial reports. The use of IT affects the quality of financial reports. BMD management affects the quality of financial reports.

Halal is an important concept that facilitates and simplifies the consumption of food and beverage products, particularly for Muslim consumers. For a Muslim consumer, halal foods and drinks mean that the product has met the Shariah law requirements, whereas for a non-Muslim consumer, it represents the symbol of hygiene, quality, and safety when produced strictly under the Holistic Halal Assurance Management System. As a result, today's consumers are extremely concerned and are constantly conscious of what they eat, drink, and use. Muslim and non-Muslim consumers' awareness describes their perception and cognitive reaction to products or foods on the market. According to the study, developing Halal is a communally obligatory (fardhu kifayah) for Small Medium Enterprises (SMEs) and a personally obligatory (fardhu ain) for Muslim consumers. The Indonesian government has already recognized the importance of SMEs by implementing various policies and action plans, as well as introducing Halal-related programs to assist SMEs.

This study aims to examine fundamental factors, namely Debt of Equity Ratio (DER), Net Profit Margin (NPM) and Return on Equity (ROE), macroeconomic factors, namely inflation and exchange rates on firm value on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and using capital structure as a moderating variable. This study uses a quantitative approach with an explanatory research method, data analysis uses the conditional process initiated by Hayes, the research data is used for 10 years, namely during the years 2008-2017. The results show that the capital structure can moderate the effect of DER on firm value. Comparison with other research results in Indonesia shows that there is an inconsistency in the influence of fundamental and macroeconomic factors on firm value. This research provides an academic contribution to conduct quantitative financial management studies from both fundamental and macroeconomic aspects.
