Abstract

Permaisalahan yang terjadi adalah belum terpenuhinya kualifikasi dari Renstra (Rencana Strategis) KEMENDIKBUD mengenai persentase dosen dan perbandingan antara dosen dengan mahasiswa yang belum sesuai. Tujuan penelitian untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis proses rekrutmen, seleksi, pelatihan, dan pengembangan dalam meningkatkan mutu dan profesionalisme tenaga pengajar di AKPELNI Semarang. Pendekatan penelitian menggunakan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Belum ada pembentukan panitia rekrutmen, kendalanya berasal dari eksternal. Proses seleksi ada dua yaitu eksternal dan internal. Terdapat dua jenis pelatihan yakni eksternal dan internal, tahapan pelatihan eksternal yaitu penentuan kebutuhan pelatihan, penentuan sasaran pelatihan, pelaksanaan pelatihan, evaluasi pelatihan dan dampak pelatihan. Proses pengembangan meliputi: sasaran, kurikulum, sarana, peserta, pelatih, dan pelaksanaan, minimnya kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, supervisi akademik terhadap motivasi kerja dan kinerja baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Penelitian ini juga menguji pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan supervisi akademik terhadap kinerja melalui motivasi kerja. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah korelasional dengan alat pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner, dan teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah validitas, reliabilitas, analisis regresi dan path analisis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai F test (51,172) dengan tingkat signifikan (0,000) < 0,05. Penelitian ini lebih lanjut akan membuktikan peningkatan kinerja guru melalui kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, superviai akademik melalui motivasi kerja.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk : menganalisis kinerja kepala sekolah pada kompetensi supervisi, kompetensi manajerial, kompetensi kewirausahan, kompetensi kepribadian, kompetensi Sosial., dan hasil kerja kepala sekolah. Hasil penelitian menunjukan: (1) kinerja kepala sekolah pada kompetensi supervisi termasuk dalam kategori cukup sehingga perlu di optimalkan (2) kinerja kepala sekolah pada kompetensi manajerial, termasuk dalam kategori cukup sehingga perlu dioptimalkan,(3) kinerja kepala sekolah pada kompetensi kewirausahaan termasuk dalam kategori cukup sehingga perlu dioptimalkan, (4) kinerja kepala sekolah pada kompetensi kepribadian termasuk dalam kategori tinggi maka perlu di ertahankan, (5) kinerja kepala sekolah pada komptensi sosial termasuk dalam kategori tinggi, maka perlu di pertahankan, (6) Hasil kerja kepala sekolah termasuk dalam kategori cukup sehingga perlu di optimalalkan lagi. The purpose of this study is for: analyze the performance of principals on the competence of supervision, managerial competence, entrepreneurial competence, personality competence, social competence, and the work of the principal. The result of the research shows: (1) the performance of the principal in the supervision competence is included in the category enough so that it needs to be optimized (2) the principal's performance on managerial competence, included in enough category so that need to be optimized, (3) principals performance on entrepreneurship competence included in (4) the performance of principals on personalities competence included in high category hence need to be maintained, (5) performance of principals on social competence included in high category, hence need to be maintained, (6) result of principal work included in the category enough so that need to optimize again.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji faktor-faktor (1) supervisi akademik, (2) budaya sekolah, (3) motivasi kerja guru terhadap profesionalisme guru pada SMK Negeri di Kabupaten Belu. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan explanatory research (penelitian penjelasan) untuk mengetahui sejauh mana tingkat pengaruh dari hal-hal yang telah diuraikan di atas. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah semua guru PNS yang mengajar di SMK Negeri yang ada di kabupaten Belu. Data dikumpulkan melalui angket/kuisioner dari 96 orang dan di analisis dengan menggunakan analisis jalur (path Analysis). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa supervisi akademik dan budaya sekolah secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap motivasi kerja sebagai penunjang utama dari profesionalisme guru. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa besarnya pengaruh langsung supervisi akademik dan Budaya Sekolah terhadap Profesionalitas Guru secara beerturut-turut adalah 5,71% dan 7,13%. Besarnya pengaruh tidak langsung supervisi akademik dan Budaya Sekolah terhadap Profesionalitas Guru melalui Motivasi Kerja secara berturut-turut 16.53% dan 8.56%. This study aims to examine the factors (1) academic supervision, (2) school culture, (3) teacher work motivation on teacher professionalism at SMK Negeri in Belu Regency. The research method used is quantitative with explanatory research (explanatory research) to determine the extent of the level of influence of the things that have been described above. The population of this study are all civil servant teachers who teach at SMK Negeri that exist in Belu district. Data were collected through questionnaire from 96 people and analyzed by path analysis. The result of the research shows that the academic supervision and school culture together influence the work motivation as the main support of teacher professionalism. The results showed that the magnitude of direct influence of academic supervision and School Culture to the Professionalism of Teachers are 5.71% and 7.13%, respectively. The magnitude of indirect influence of academic supervision and School Culture on Professionalism Teachers through Work Motivation respectively 16.53% and 8.56%

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh supervisi akademik, partisipasi guru pada MGMP, dan motivasi kerja terhadap profesionalisme guru. Populasi penelitian adalah guru-guru SMA/MA. Sampel diambil dengan teknik proportional cluster random sampling dari tiap sekolah di SMA/MA di kota Bima. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuisioner yang diberikan kepada responden secara langsung, dengan melalui uji validitas dan reliabiltas. Analisis data menggunakan, path analysis dan Sobel test.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa supervisi akademik berpengaruh terhadap motivasi kerja sebesar 0, 203 atau 20, 3%, partisipasi guru pada MGMP berpengaruh positif terhadap motivasi kerja sebesar 0, 225 atau 22, 5%, supervisi akademik berpengaruh terhadap profesionalisme guru sebesar 0, 196 atau 19, 6%, partisipasi guru pada MGMP berpengaruh terhadap profesionalisme guru sebesar 0, 250 atau 25% dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh terhadap profesinalisme guru sebesar 0, 404 atau 40, 4% supervisi akademik berpengaruh langsung maupun tidak langsung terhadap profesionalisme guru. Secara tidak langsung supervisi berpengaruh terhadap profesionalime guru melalui motivasi sebagai mediasinya dengan kontribusi sebesar 2, 18308. Partisipasi guru pada MGMP langsung maupun tidak langsung terhadap profesionalisme guru melalui motivasi kerja sebagai mediasinya dengan kontribusi sebesar 2, 2343.Disimpulkan bahwa semakin baik pelaksanaan supervisi akademik dan partisipasi guru pada MGMP berpengaruh langsung maupun tidak langsung terhadap profesinalisme guru melalui motivasi sebagai variabel mediasi. Dari hasil penelitian ini diharapkan kepada kepala sekolah agar terus meningkatkan supervisi akademik dan memotivasi para guru, dan kepada guru agar terus berpartisipasi secara aktif pada kegiatan MGMP. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of academic supervision, teacher participation in teacher forum, and work motivation toward teacher professionalism. Population of this research are teacher in SMA/MA, sample is taken by proportional cluster random sampling technique from each school in SMA/MA. Technique of collecting data is done through questionnaires given to respondents directly, by through the validity and reliability test. Data analysis by using path analysis and Sobel test.The results showed that the academic supervision affect the work motivation of 0, 203 or 20, 3%. Teacher participation in teacher forum positive influence on employee motivation by 0, 225 or 22, 5%., The academic supervision on the teacher profesionalism by 0, 196 or 19, 6%, Teacher participation in teacher forum influnce on teacher profesionalism of 0, 250 or 25% and motivation effect on teacher profesionalism with a contribution of 0, 404 or 40, 4%. Academic supervision direct on inderect effect on teacher performance. Indirectly academic supervision on teacher performance trought motivation as mediation with contribution of 2, 18308. Teacher participation in teacher forum directly or indirectly affect the teacher profesionalism through work motivation as mediation with a contribution of 2, 2343.It was concluded that the better implementation of academic supervision and teacher participation in teacher forum directy or indirecty effect to the the teacher's professionalism through motivation as the mediation variable.

Abstract

A holistic human is indicated by the growth of all development aspects. If the stimulation of early age growth and development is not optimal, it will influence the unpreparedness of entering the next education and the incomplete use of all children's competencies. The aims of this study are to deeply describe and analyze the planning, the implementation, the supervision and the evaluation as well as the implementation of character-based holistic education program in early childhood education (PAUD) Anak Cerdas Ungaran. This research used qualitative research method with case study design. The data collection techniques used in this study namely, observation, in-depth interview, and documentation. The research subjects include in this study: managers, coordinators, teachers, character coordinators, parents, students. To ensure the validity of the data this research used triangulation technique on the sources, the methods, and the theories. Data analysis was done through data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusion. The results showed that the planning program was based on the results of the previous year's evaluation, the implementation program was carried out through the division of teacher tasks as coordinator such as character, human resources, public relation and partnership, learning and curriculum, as well as those in charge of activities determined at the beginning of the year. The supervision was carried out during learning and teaching activities and at the end of the activities directly or in a written report. The evaluation was carried out at the end of the activities’ program by the teacher with the principal, each trimester and semester by the teacher, the principal and the manager then the final year evaluation was carried out with the coach and the expert team. The implementation program based on the Curriculum 13 PAUD combined with 9 character pillars during one school year through the several services, namely education, care, health, and protection.

Abstract

Learning inside of classroom is only merely transferring knowledge or memorizing in nature. It has not had purpose to improve students’ conceptual understandings. To make learning process capable in improving conceptual understanding, teachers should prepare innovative learning model and make their students able to determine solution by themselves from the given problems. This research aims to analyze improvement of students’ conceptual understanding after being intervened by Problem Based Learning assisted by Mobile Learning. This quasi experimental research used nonequivalent control group design. It was done for V graders of Public Primary School 2 Ngeling and Public Primary School 3 Ngeling in Jepara municipality. Techniques of collecting data were documentation, observation, conceptual understanding test in the form of multiple choices. The data was analyzed by gain score test and t-test. The results showed there was significant difference of the students’ conceptual understandings intervened by PBL assisted by mobile learning media. There was significant difference of conceptual understanding score between both groups with significant level 5% with N-gain of experimental group 0.61, categorized as moderate while the control group obtained 0.19, categorized as low. The independent test stated there was difference between both groups as shown by score of tcount 0.411 with significant level 0.000. It showed that problem based learning assisted by mobile learning media could improve the students of the primary schools’ conceptual understandings.

Abstract

Improving communication skill through mathematics learning should be owned by students in their daily lives. Such effort should be done to reach mathematics learning purpose. This research aims to create review effectiveness of CIRC typed cooperative learning to students’ mathematics communication skills, and obtain the existence of mathematics communication skill differences reviewed by student emotional quotient. This mixed method research used triangulation concurrent method. The subjects were fifth graders of 03 Public Primary School Ngaliyan Semarang. The findings showed that CIRC typed cooperative learning reached classical accomplishment with only 68.57%. It meant it had not reached classical accomplishment criteria 70%. The average of mathematics communication skill test by using CIRC was 71.54, better than those taught by discovery learning with 54.43. There was improvement of the students’ mathematics communication. And the emotional quotients of the students did not influence their mathematics communication skill improvement. Thus, it could be concluded that CIRC typed cooperative learning could effectively improve mathematics communication skills of the students. Based on the findings, it is suggested to create questions emphasizing on indicators and implementing emotional quotients as efforts to improve mathematics communication skills.

Abstract

The role of the teacher becomes an interesting topic to discuss, no exception related to performance. Teacher performance is related to the success of teachers in carrying out their duties and obligations. However, many factors affect teacher performance. This study aims to examine and analyze teacher performance with various factors that influence it. The method used is quantitative. The population was all 911 state junior high school teachers in Kudus Regency. The number of samples was 186 teachers. Data was collected through a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. Furthermore, the data were analyzed using path analysis by SPSS program and the Sobel test to assess mediation variables. The results showed that: first, the influence of the principal's leadership, teacher commitment and emotional intelligence of teachers to work motivation is accepted; second, the influence of school principal leadership, teacher commitment and emotional intelligence of teachers on teacher performance through work motivation is accepted; and third the influence of work motivation on teacher performance is accepted. Work motivation has also been proven to be able to mediate the influence of school principal leadership, teacher commitmen and emotional intelligence of teachers on teacher performance. The performance of state junior high school teachers in Kudus in carrying out their duties and obligations is influenced by a number of factors including school principal leadership, commitment, teacher emotional intelligence and work motivation. It is recommended that teachers can maintain and even increase commitment and understanding and management of emotions so that it can have an impact on the performance of each teacher.

Abstract

Religious education aims to educate students with the understanding and practice of the values of religious teaching and is based on noble characters (ahlaqul karimah). The values of religious teachings and characters are part of character education which now has become an inevitability in the implementation of education. Madrasah diniyyah has become one of the important pillars and has had an undeniable role in carrying out religious education. The dynamics of social development and educational innovation are a challenge for the existence of madrasah diniyyah, one of which is in the field of curriculum management. It is absolutely that curriculum management is a necessity for Madrasah diniyyah to be able to respond to the demands and challenges of social dynamics. The purpose of this study is to analyze the planning, organization, implementation, supervision, and evaluation of curriculum in Madrasah Diniyyah. The method used was a qualitative approach with a case study design. Moreover, the data obtained through the interview, observation, and document study. The results showed that the curriculum planning of Madrasah Diniyyah referred to the vision and stipulation of the FKDT (Diniyyah Takmiliyyah Communication Forum) which was aligned with the social condition. The composition of the curriculum is divided into three forms, namely learning activities, cultural art skills, and practicing religious values. The curriculum of madrasah diniyyah was implemented in the classroom in the form of learning, and outside the classroom in the form of guidance and skills activities. The supervision and evaluation of the curriculum were carried out by the supervisor and principal of madrasah diniyyah regularly.
